My family wanted to stop by here after we finish eat brunch to celebrate my sister birthday next door. When we walked inside this place, they were not busy at all and they want you to order from the kiosk. So be aware that you can't pay with cash here. We got the pineapple passion tea, jasmine milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, fresh milk black tea and the chocolate egg waffle. We did not know how to read their order update status on the TV because we didn't even see our number on there. So we just waited to see a tray with 4 drinks. Be aware that you need a code to use the bathroom here and they want you to show your receipt first but sometime they won't ask for it. When our drink was ready, I went to grab it at the pickup location and saw someone order of the mochi shaved ice which looked delicious. Everyone enjoy their drink, my sister liked her chocolate waffle and we had a great experience here. There were enough seating to fit 10 of us at the place.

Nice to ice desert to stop by after lunch, haha, even if we were already full from lunch. Saved ice is great of sharing, it’s quite sweet. Don’t try to eat one by yourself. Update: Visit on Saturday afternoon. Ordering process was uneventful, however the store was grossly understaffed. Order monitor was useless, it never got updated. Order pickup area is a chaotic disaster. Waiting 35 minutes for our order. Very disappointed. I had to downgrade my rating.

Google
Hello! The Trekking Pawns here! It was a hot day so wanted to try some shaved ice! Easy to self order on large digital screen and then you watch for your order number on the TVs from the table of your choice. The mango and strawberry shaved ice was lovely! I normally don’t like shaved ice but there were layers of goodness between the ice and it was so refreshing! The black sesame rice balls went so well with the grass jelly ice. Also tried the milk tea with taro balls and was a bit disappointed in the taste of the milk tea, I even got it with regular sugar and it didn’t taste right. I’ve had better ones else where. The place was large and spacious. Lots of people use the space as a meeting spot for planning, studying, and get together. Restroom would be 3/5 rating, sufficient toilet paper but could be better at maintaining trash.

Google
Great tasting products. However, they ran out of egg waffle on a Saturday at 4pm. Unacceptable. Setting up a system to execute routine cleaning would be appreciated as the dining room is a little messy.

I like the environment of this store, the delicious grass jelly. The brown sugar boba shaved ice is large and suitable for sharing with many people.

12/2024 Ordered a sago and a Double Taro Signature, each with a few addons. This is a great place to check out with friends to share a nice refreshing dessert or snack. The sago is really nice and not too sweet, a nice viscous consistency. The Double Taro Signature has a grass jelly base and lots of mix-ins, this was a fun drink to mix together and enjoy. You definitely should mix them after you’ve taken all your photos to enjoy the flavors in one bite. The place is pretty busy with orders coming in frequently. You order from the digital kiosks or up front at the counter. The options are endless to choose from and there’s many add ons to ad. The place is nicely themed with good Asian inspired decor. The staff are relatively good with order times and they were really nice to interact with when picking up my order. Parking here can be a challenge, there is an underground parking lot behind this plaza that still has just enough spots to accommodate customers for all stores in this area. 02/2024 Ordered the oolong milk tea, less ice and half sugar. Location can get busy in this plaza, was relatively quiet when I was there. They are also known for their other larger dessert creations so consider looking at those too. Parking in this plaza can get very busy above ground so enter the underground parking for more spots though they are a bit tight.

Google
We enjoy the desserts at Meet Fresh. I thought this location is one of the largest locations. It was fast to order and receive our order. It's nice to visit off hours. Their desserts are consistent with quality. We like the options to order cold and hot desserts. Great place for all ages.

Google
I grabbed the drinks from the counter. The girl working behind the counter looked like she didn’t even want to address me. So I waited and she finally came and said this is your order. I had to ask for half and half and she gave me attitude. They made my drink wrong and the store wasn’t even busy. I love meet fresh but man you need to hire people who wants to work with some decent customer service skills.

Yelp
Good service, drinks and desserts come out relatively fast here at this location. Service here is friendly and there's plenty of seating to relax and enjoy your order here. Menu is typical of other Meet Fresh locations and there are a wide variety of desserts to choose from. Parking is easy to find in front or in the garage below and there's wifi as well. Everything is kept pretty clean by the staff and the interior is well-lit.

Yelp
I had MeetFresh several times in the past, but this location is not it. I ordered hot tofu pudding and hot grass jelly, and the food was done within 15 minutes. However, I wished they had put in more effort because my tofu pudding came out cold. I was so confused because the bowl was warm but the tofu pudding was freezing when I bit into it. I soon realized that the "hot" food was just a microwaved version of the original based on the temperature inconsistency throughout the tofu pudding and the soup. Unsure if all MeetFresh locations microwave the "hot" food, but the temperature problem had never stood out as much as it did in this location... The inside was pretty clean around the time we arrived (around 9PM). Other than the fact that my food was cold when it should've been hot, the flavor was fine and not too sweet.

Yelp
My husband and I have visited this location quite a few times. Our last time was on Monday, December 16th, at around 7:00 PM. Since it was a random weeknight, it was surprisingly light in the store, so we didn't have to wait very long to order and receive it. We ordered: Icy Grass Jelly Signature $9.75 (10.63 incl. tax - price as of 12/2024) The order contains: Taro Balls, Grass Jelly Shaved Ice, Grass Jelly According to their website, "The Icy Grass Jelly Signature is a customer favorite! Expect a perfectly curated dessert featuring chewy taro balls, herbal jelly, and refreshing herbal grass jelly shaved ice. Top it off with Meet Fresh's signature coffee creamer if you want a creamier texture" - This is our go-to, which is really a classic. We usually have our meet fresh delivered so it was yummy to have it in person with the icy grass jelly still icy not melted. The grass jelly isn't too sweet, and adding the coffee creamer does bring about a creaminess. The taro balls had a good texture, not too hard. Note, indoor seating only! Customer Service: They don't really provide much customer service. We ordered through the self-ordering kiosk, got our order from them, and sat down. Not much interaction at all. In our opinion, Meet Fresh is a little overpriced, but we crave it from time to time. We will most likely stop by when we are in the area again.

Yelp
Poor management leads to poor results. This place is like a zoo. I really feel bad for the workers in the front. They are trying to work (making desserts, drinks, egg waffles etc) but they constantly called by customer to follow up on their orders. This problem can be easily fixed by have one person work on one thing and others on other tasks. Have one dedicated person calling the number and distributing the food. My order took 30 minutes but I can see it say in front of them for at least 10 minutes. When I questioned, the worker glanced over and said it'd take a while. I just saw another person ordered after me and number after me just got his food!! Ended up getting melted drinks, melted dessert. The portion is off too. We love their desserts but this specific location is just ridiculous

Yelp
Originated from Taiwan, Meat Fresh is known for its refreshing herbal grass jelly and sweet and chewy taro balls, both of which can be served hot or cold. The brand gained popularity in Asia for its healthy desserts made without preservatives. Stepping into the store, I'm embraced by the smell of warm taro steaming, sweet and starchy. Love the traditional decor with a modern twist. Plenty of seating that you can talk and chill for a bit with friends and family. Service was efficient and easy ordering from the Kiosk. The red bean signature was warm and hearty. The sweetness is subtle and not overwhelming. It's one of my favorites, thanks to the big chunks of taro and taro balls, but especially because of the tanyuan, sticky rice balls filled with black sesame, so delicious! Their drinks are also another form of dessert, great for on the go. We have been coming here for many years. It's a great dessert spot around the area.

Yelp
Date of visit: multiple times and today 11/2/2024 Not sure why rating is so low at this location. Maybe the service? Idk, but I did feel service can be improved lol. The dessert itself is always awesome at Meet Fresh! If you are into Taiwanese dessert, Meet Fresh is a must! Things to get here - iced signature grass jelly - hot grass jelly - hot almond soup - iced tofu pudding I like to order mine custom so I can add any toppings I want: - taro balls - potaro balls - green bean - peanuts - boba.

Yelp
We got takeout for a big group, but somehow they didn't press finalize on the first order, so the second smaller order was ready first and after waiting a while and asking, they realized the error and prepped the first one. I ordered the pudding and q mochi milk shaved ice which was big enough for 3 people but was greedily shared between 2. So delicious and would order it again. The shave ice held up surprisingly well for takeout too.

Michelle T.

Yelp
You can order on the kiosk and they will send you a text when your order is ready. I usually like the strawberry and mango shaved ice. Currently they are not offering the seasonal desserts. There is a sewer smell floating around the restaurant. Parking lot here gets busy but there is some underground parking available.

Siao Z.

Yelp
Easy. I ordered on kiosk. Easy to follow through. Everything was amazing. Not too sweet. But i personally think it's overly priced. I will only have this once in awhile. Restroom is for customers only and the code to restroom is on the receipt after you purchase.

Hanna Y.

Yelp
We saw the Thai tea shaved ice all over social media and wanted to try it. It was definitely a filling dessert for all 4 of us. I think that the Thai tea flavor was lacking a little bit but overall a yummy treat.

Wilson L.

Yelp
Parking: Meet Fresh is located in the Temple City plaza. It shares a parking lot with several other restaurants such as Bistro Na, Green Zone, Summer Rolls, and Bafang. Parking is often difficult to find during meal times. Interior: The cleanliness varies. Sometimes the tables are sticky and the trashcans are overfilling with trash. Other times, it is actually quite clean. Service: They are definitely not known for their service. It usually takes a while for them to complete the orders even when they are not busy. They also removed the prices from the menus. You can only view the prices by adding the items to the cart if you order on the kiosk. I know Meet Fresh is expensive especially in the US but come on... I would rather have the prices there for me to see. Food: I love Meet Fresh. The drinks are mediocre but their grass jelly, tang yuan, and taro yuan are all great. I used to come once in a while to treat myself but will be coming even less often now that their prices are hidden.

Yelp
Meet fresh is an OG spot that I've been going since college for their desserts. I usually order the same thing every time because it's my favorite dessert to order which is the ice grass jelly signature. It's light and refreshing to eat especially during the summer to cool down the heat. As for the drinks, I would often get their herbal tea 50% sugar because it taste like grass jelly. Sometimes, I would also get their milk teas as well. Meet Fresh is located in the tea pot plaza in temple city and during their busy times, parking can be difficult. Also the place can be packed as well. Ordering process is pretty easy, you can either order at the cashier or the kiosk machine. When the times get busy, the place is also very messy.

Yelp
When I'm in the mood for some good fluffy winter melon tea, I come out here. The slightly salty cream with the sweet winter melon tea goes well together. It's very refreshing and light!! Thanks Meet Fresh team for the service and delicious tea!!

Larissa R.

Yelp
Never tried Meet Fresh before and ended up here for dessert one evening thanks to a friend's recommendation. Plenty of seating for a boba shop, especially for large parties. Many booths and round tables. I love that Meet Fresh doesn't offer just boba but also other forms of tapioca desserts that aren't easily accessible in the US. There was a very large family of 20+ people that came before us so we had to wait 45 minutes for 3 basic milk tea boba drinks but I won't fault them for that since this was a Tuesday night and they only had two people on staff. My boba was good, not too sweet. However the boba was way too soft for my liking. I really appreciate that everything is made to order however. But like I said, wait times are a bit longer due to this. This particular location had a lot of their specials out of stock as well so I didn't get to try them. Would love to come back again to try their specials and hopefully not wait behind a very large party.

Vicky T.

Yelp
We came here an hour before closing and it was suppppppppwr packed! This seems like the kick it spot in the summer. They had plenty of tables to accomodate large groups such as ours,(11 people). Their snow was delicious! We purchased a large and a regular that we shared with our group. I also got the grass jelly herbal tea with milk. It was exactly how it sounds, and delicious for my cravings being 6 months pregnant! I would definitely come here for my summer sweets for the rest of the summer! Parking is was difficult to find as it shares a plaza with many other popular restaurants! We also felt the tables were not wiped between customers, otherwise this place would be excellent.

Yelp
It was a late night on a Saturday and after dinner we wanted something sweet and hang out longer. We chose Meet Fresh because we already know the drinks are good and it closes at 11pm. It was pretty crowded inside when we arrived around 9pm, but we were able to get a table for us 6 (plus a stroller). We ordered (one at a time) on the touchpad and it did take long since the four of us each ordered our own drinks. I ordered my usual fresh milk tea, less ice, half sweet, no toppings. My friends order different milk teas and a winter melon lemon tea (which is very good at Meet Fresh). The number on your receipt is called out but sometimes you might miss it given how loud it can get inside. But if you stare at the counter you can sort of tell if it's your or not and just check the label for your receipt number. What I learned from my friend was you get a text once your order is ready but I got a text 30min after it was ready and I had it. But it's cool if it worked! Seating on one side of the place were mainly stools and booths and on the other side is different. Plenty of space and the only thing I'd mention is parking, try to find them anywhere you can since parking is a bit tight! We also got to try the red bean shaved ice with ice cream, mochi, and other stuff. It was delicious! And the staff who handed it to us was very sweet and so welcoming! Next time we should order strawberry.

Travis P.

Yelp
The process here is so slow. It gets crowded yes, but we had to wait 30-45 minutes to get our order after placing through the kiosk. Usually that wait for dessert is pretty bizarre. Multiple times people had to walk up to the pickup center to ask about their order because things were so backed up, not really the ideal experience. In terms of food here, its good, very refreshing. Got two desserts to share with 6 people. Icy Grass Jelly - Loved this, it was light and super refreshing. Ingredients were fresh. (4.5/5) Taro Mochi Shaved Ice - My favorite, adjusted sweetness to 50%, I think they just lower the amount of condense milk. Taro was warm and mochi was a nice chewy texture. Ice cream hit the spot forsure. (5/5) All in all, service / wait time here needs to be worked on. The food is good but it doesn't justify the long wait time. You're best bet is to order through their app and just pickup instead of waiting because it's a big waste of time.

Yelp
As a Taiwanese girly, I love my Taiwanese dessert! My go-to is the Icy Grass Jelly Signature ($8.75), which comes with Grass jelly on top of a bed of grass jelly flavored shaved ice. It's topped with soft and chewy taro and sweet potato balls. They also give you a little half-and-half coffee creamer to add on top. We also ordered a Black Sugar Boba Milky Shaved Ice ($11.75) which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, caramel pudding, boba, red bean, a separate container of boba in brown sugar syrup. It was tasty and a big enough portion to share amongst 2-3 people. There are lots of tables inside to sit at, and although I love their desserts, they are on the pricier end. Additionally, the workers are definitely understaffed - they are always so busy they don't have time to answer questions, and the wait for the desserts took more than 20 minutes. Everything is self-serve (including the kiosk to order at) and you have to bus your finished dishes back yourself as well. There are lots of parking spots in the garage underground. Overall, still one of my favorite places to get dessert as long as you're willing to wait and pay their prices.

Austin W.

Yelp
This location smelled funny when I visited on new years. They have bubble waffles available on weekdays. I tried the bubble waffle and a passion fruit tea. It was very mid and not super special. It was nice that there was free water out. There are restrooms available. Parking gets busy and there is parking underground.

Victoria S.

Yelp
Big restaurant with lots of seating & yummy desserts. We ordered the mango shaved ice, it was huge! It had generous portions of sweet fresh mangos with a scoop of ice cream on top & they put the other 2 toppings on the side in little cups so they don't fall out. Will definitely return to try more things!

Connie L.

Yelp
Stopped by for dessert on a Friday evening for the first time in a few years and not much has changed. Parking is always tough in the plaza on the weekends. Service is still just ok and quite slow even when they are less busy. There's plenty of seating but it always seems to fill up and the tables can be slightly sticky. My go-to's are the taro and grass jerky signatures. They've been consistent so far! Overall, the dessert is delicious but the rest of the experience is lacking.

Kevin C.

Yelp
Ordered a sago and a Double Taro Signature, each with a few addons. This is a great place to check out with friends to share a nice refreshing dessert or snack. Yelp
Quality of service is poor here even with high foot traffic on prime time hours. Expect to get your order in 20 to 30 mins. Recommend going to a different location if you really want to eat their deserts.

Anthony C.

Yelp
Had an horrible experience - I placed my order at 7:43pm just now for two signatures. Even with a 40 minute expected service sign, I didn't receive my order until 8:40. Apparently my order was finished a while ago, but wasn't called out or was sent a text notification. One of my order was taken by another customer supposedly. Remade order that was taken from me was also wrongfully made with incorrect ingredients. I received a text that my order was ready after I already arrived home.

Jessica T.

Yelp
Located in busy area with plenty of dessert options nearby. When I visited recently, the restaurant had a strange, unpleasant smell that wasn't there before. Other than that this place is offers a nice selection of desserts that are not too sweet. Can be messy and stuffy during busy hours.

Isabel C.

Yelp
Meet Fresh always delivers great desserts like the with their Taro, Milk Tea, and Grass Jelly, which are consistently delicious. However, the service at this location isn't the best. We had issues ordering some items at the counter because they weren't available on the kiosk, and the staff seemed reluctant to help and told us to try the kiosk again. On another visit, a simple question was met with an unfriendly response. The tables were also messy and not always cleaned up. If service isn't a priority for you, this location is fine, with plenty of parking available. But for a better overall experience, I'd suggest a different location.

Thanh T.

Yelp
In the same plaza as the floating teapot. There are ordering kiosks if you don't feel like talking a server. When we were there it kind of smelled, but I think it was just bad timing. We got the icy jelly signature and it is much bigger than expected. We shared it among 3 people and it was more than enough, but we did just eat lunch prior. I thought it was a decent dessert and I don't really like sweets. That being said, it is quite not sweet.. even with the added half and half. We contemplated getting an extra half and half to pour on top but opted not too.

Frank C.

Yelp
The dessert was typical of what you would get at most Taiwanese dessert places but goodness the state of this place was horrendous! So messy and dirty...trash bin filled and overflowing, trash all over the floor, tables were sticky and dirty, we had to bus our own trays, no paper towels or toilet paper in the restroom. So if employees, management and owners are willing to let this place be this messy, I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like and what unsanitary things are going in your food.

Lily W.

Yelp
Been to this location multiple times and I would say they are pretty consistent. I like how this location opens late compared to their other nearby locations. This location doesn't really have any interactions with the workers as you can only order through their kiosk machines or online. I usually order their icy grass jelly signature bowl with a side of taro paste. The bowl itself comes with herbal blended ice, grass jelly, and taro/sweet potato balls. The portion is pretty big and the grass jelly is always fresh. The taro and potato balls are nice and chewy but don't have much flavor. I really like their taro paste. I think it gives a lot of flavor to this bowl. It also comes with half and half. I usually just get one half and half but when I go to the Arcadia location, I usually get two. Parking can be hard to find especially during Friday and Saturday night as they are located in the same plaza as other restaurants and planet fitness. I also think this location is the busiest out of their other nearby locations so be prepared to wait a bit for your order. This location is on the bigger side with more tables and chairs though.

Azusa H.

Yelp
Winter is the best time to go to Meet Fresh! Every time I come here, I usually get the hot grass jelly with different toppings. This time I got the sesame balls and mini taro balls. Even though the grass jelly wasn't too sweet there is added sweetness from the sesame ball that balances it out. We ordered from the kiosk so it was easy to customize what we wanted. The parking can get a little difficult, especially at night. But they have an underground garage. Once you get in, it can get crowded but there is a lot of seating! Overall, great place to hangout / chill and get delicious desserts!

Jose H.

Yelp
Another location. At least this one had 2 screens to order. Place looks a little beat up. Service is slow. Food wise I rather eat the Hong Kong style sweets.

John C.

Yelp
They don't wipe tables so it's do it yourself. I saw an 80 year old wiping his table...so sad. The worse part...the advertising is sooooo deceptive it's an outright lie. When I pointed the difference, The server was annoyed and said that's how they do marketing. Well ....i asked for my money back and I'll never go back.

Shwe N.

Yelp
i've been to this location quite a bit -- i lov how it's pretty big (and can get packed sometimes) and opens later than the rowland heights location; 10pm compared to 9pm. i usually order the icy grass jelly signature and that consists of jelly, 18 taro balls to be exact (my friends used to be employees lol), a smol lil cup of half & half, and your choice of ice level. the less ice, the more jelly they give! but honestly no nutritional value to me HAHA i wish there was more half & half like next time i'm bringing my own :3 other items on the menu are good too, like the boba drinks and egg waffles and such, but their signature food is what they're known for :-) lots of chinese speakers and families that come by ~ so it can be hella loud ~ kiosk order for easy access.

Kelly H.

Yelp
The drinks were amazing, I got the iced green tea with honey and Sago with mini Q balls drink. We also got the Sago dessert with mini Q balls, jelly and boba tapioca pearls + mochi balls. Very refreshing and delicious sweet treat. The service is efficient and fast, we got our order in five minutes after ordering. The ambience can be loud if there are students and larger gatherings around, it's generally a clean and great spot to hangout and enjoy dessert

Cindy W.

Yelp
Meet Fresh in prime location of good eats. Located in a plaza filled with great restaurant, this is usually a go-to spot after a nice meal. Parking is tricky during evenings and weekends. There are also underground parking entrance in the back. This location is busy and quite popular. Sometimes ordering can be quick but the wait to get the actual dessert can be up to 15 minutes long. I feel there is a lack of organization or roles in the shop. Last time we were waiting near the pick up counter, we saw an order on the counter that looked like ours. No staff was there to call out the ready to pick up. We stared at that tray for 5 more minutes, went up to the counter, and asked about our order. The staff then checks the tray that's been sitting there and said "oh this is yours". We had gotten shaved ice and by the time we claimed it, the dessert was melted with puddle of creamy water. Love Meet Fresh, but this place can improve a little.

Angela H.

Yelp
Thai Tea Shaved Ice. I was super dissapointed with this item because it didn't look like what I had seen on ig. There was no fluff and it lacked Thai tea flavor. Just tasted watered down. I know this was to support the no kid hungry program but damn it did leave the customer hungry getting this.

Jan Y.

Yelp
this place is undeniably good but their service is horrendous. pricing is pretty steep too. we go here bc of its proximity to our house, and to our other fave restaurants. just an easy place to go for dessert once you've already managed to find a parking spot. i think if MF management works on customer service, this place could do even better. offerings are already tasty.

Kaitlyn L.

Yelp
My favorite item at Meet Fresh is the shaved ice. I usually get the Pudding and Q Mochi but accidentally ordered the wrong one on the menu. Something I wish they changed was having the option to order at the self menu screen or with a cashier. I could tell a lot of people get confused with the menu screen. There's almost no interaction with any of the workers besides them calling your number. Everything is pretty self done. I am not a fan of their drinks because it tastes like whole milk and tea mixed together; it doesn't really taste like milk tea. It can get really crowded day or night, weekday or weekend. Be prepared to wait for your dessert and to order! It is also hard on the weekend to get a seat/table.

David L.

Yelp
The experience has not been up to par for a few years now. Why do I keep coming back and even spend the time to leave a review? 1) Location, 2)unique offering and 3)Pride: this is one of the few Taiwanese concepts that has a possibility to break into mainstream market. Not sure if the management knows that employee turnover hurts the business. The employees do not consistently know the menu or promotional items. You'll get lucky if there is one veteran in a shift that knows the complete operation. It's pretty bad when the store is not that busy and employee still ask the customer to use the self ordering kiosk. I'll continue to come back here because they have my favorite dessert items. I hope they can elevate the training, which should lead to better service and experience.

Tammy L.

Yelp
this was my go to spot. but sadly I was very disappointed on how they handle situations. They should probably hire more staff looks like they are overworked or something. I came in 9/20 to try the Thai tea shaved ice they have for limited time. I waited one whole hour and the fact that they just kept telling us 15 more mins the whole entire time is very ridiculous. Also I was not the only group that was waiting the other group waited until they were about to close. like if you don't have the ingredients just let us know and not just telling us off another 15mins.

Yelp
Really disappointed considering I used to work here, the quantity and quality has really gone down for how expensive it is. I had ordered the Icy Grass Jelly #B with extra Taro Balls which was missing both the Taro and Red Bean, and the Icy Taro Ball #A paying an extra $1.25 for Potaro Balls but they weren't even in the cup. And yes, I dug around the cup to see if they really were missing because I know what they usually said to customers asking if they checked the bottom. If there wasn't enough or they ran out they should have notified me at the counter and asked if I wanted a replacement when I picked it up. I guess my mistake was trusting this place to get my order right. I want a partial refund or compensation at the very least for everything that was missing. TLDR: missing original ingredients, never received items I paid extra for, never was notified or asked if I wanted a replacement if it wasn't available. They basically took my money and scammed me.

Yelp
Very upset with their delivery packaging and service. Their phone number is almost pointless as they do not pick up when trying to reach them. We ordered from them several times via Uber and the packaging always seems to be tampered with or spilled within the bag (they don't package it securely). Recent order was for the family - a fresh milk oolong tea with 2/3 sugar, a pudding, a hot grass jelly #c, and an icy signature taro. Everything was delivered completely spilled within the bag and missing the icy signature taro completely. Very disappointing. The fresh milk oolong tea tastes like water with -2/3 sugar. Not so sure if this is just carelessness on their end while making and packing, or the Uber's fault for spilling out all of the sugar from the oolong milk tea.

Yelp
Parking tonight was insane! I did come on a Saturday night, and we circled around outside and then in the underground parking lot for a good 20 minutes, before finding a spot. The business itself was also very crowded and loud tonight. We used a kiosk to order our desserts and then waited to be texted for our orders. We ordered a hot signature red bean soup and my friends got the tofu pudding cold. The red bean soup was the perfect amount of sweetness, and the mixture of textures from the soft red beans to the chewy mochi and boba was amazing. But, the tofu pudding wasn't soft or silken, like we expected. It was very firm. I would reorder the red bean again, but skip the tofu next time. I did like that the restaurant had a separate hand washing station next to where trays are to be returned. There is also tons of seating (large and small), but every seat was taken tonight when I came around 7pm. All in all, pretty good place if you like traditional Taiwanese desserts.

Yelp
This meet fresh location is super spacious and perfect for a hangout spot. We went to try the Fresh milk with black sugar boba and the Wintermelon green tea with grass jelly. The Fresh milk was not overwhelmingly sweet. The Wintermelon green tea was also great and refreshing. The staff are fast and attentive. My only comment is the tables are not wiped and cleaned after customer use and are sticky, but overall, excellent service.

Yelp
I love Meet Fresh so much I introduced it to my grandma and she's obsessed with it too This is the 3rd Meet Fresh location I've been to and although the desserts are consistent, this location is probably the worst one I've been to. It's CRAZY busy here. They could do a better job of cleaning their tables. They're also understaffed all the time.

Yelp
I stopped by on a Thursday evening & it was relatively busy, but nice, lively ambiance. I came to get some dessert w/ 3 other friends & we initially wanted to get a Taro Shaved Ice but they ran out of taro, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the service was slow and it took awhile to get our dessert. I didn't mind much since I was there to catch up with my friends, but definitely keep in mind if you are on a time crunch. The shaved ice itself was delicious & they gave us boba on the side so we can put it in ourselves along w/ a creamer. Shaved ice was nicely soft, sweet & boba was cooked well. There's vanilla ice-cream on top, red beans, a pudding, and we decided to add mochi balls to our order too. I enjoyed how well they went with each other. Perfect to share between friends & have a good time!

Yelp
the herbal tea with grass jelly here is a very pleasant compromise in the struggle between me and my sweet tooth. the drink is probably not as healthy as i'd like to believe but i certainly feel great sipping it down! sometimes it gets quite busy here but there is plenty of seating for dine in. we like to do take out and the service has always been consistently good! although i would reconsider taking out if you are eyeing any of the dessert bowls, it tastes much better freshly made. it's also conveniently located in a plaza with many great food options (:

Yelp
Honestly one of the best in San Gabriel Valley. It's good, priced okay, and convenient. I've eaten meet fresh in all the locations around here Temple city , Arcadia, Monterey Park, heck even in China. My only opinion would be their takeout, which is always not as good as eating in store. Not only are the portions smaller, the quality also doesn't taste the same. I would also recommend for the Temple City location, which I frequent the most, to go early on weekend nights because it gets BUSY. Overall 4/5 stars awesome store but when it gets busy, they might forget to tell you your order is ready.
