What an awesome restaurant. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is wonderful. I would highly recommend the Mongolian beef, potstickers, egg rolls and cream cheese rangoons!

The beef chow fun taste relatively good. However the noodles seems like super thick. More like steamed rice rolls served in Hong Kong dim sum. Portion is surely enough for an adult. Beef is tender. Recommend a try.

I dined at Mei Mei Restaurant and clearly ordered my food for here, but it was packed to go. When I politely corrected the staff, I was told they couldn’t fix it and was handed plates to transfer the food myself. The service was disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better attention and customer care. If I wanted to do it myself I would’ve done at home, such a bad customer service. Never coming back again!

Great food if you are willing ton wait 40min after I was told 20min it is ridiculous to see others get ther food before u when they have ordered after you not happy they could have just said 40 min and I would have just made it at home!!! Cnt stand when people lie to my face and all you have to say is srry for the delay a delay is 5 10min at the most not another 20 m8ns smh

This place.. Delicious is a word used too often. Though it fits here I'm looking for a better word. Few places care about food these days. Mei Mei loves what they do and it shows! The walnut shrimps were huge and wow tasty. The wonton soup, so much veggies! Large Bock choy tasty wonton dumplings very good 😋 the BBQ pork appetizer is a whole meal it's self. We had the Potstickers which were also larger than usual and really good! Oh yeah the pork fried rice is amazing! Love this place will be back for sure!🙂

It is a good Chinese food restaurant and inexpensive, you have all this for 2 people and only 30 bucks

Their food is always fresh and well made. Some other places over salt their food, but Mei Mei's taste perfect. My sister always gets their sweet and sour chicken sauce on the side and I mix things up. I've had their Singapore noodles with extra pork, their garlic fired wings, their kung pao chicken rice plate, their war won ton soup, etc etc. I do online ordering and I can put in my special requests like add extra meat or don't put in baby corn etc. they are quality food at a reasonable price.

Dunno who/what changed at this place, but the food we received was not only more expensive but in containers half the size they were even a few months ago. We ordered Sesame Beef--the photo for this shows red and green bell peppers/onions....what we got was just overly-salty mushy beef with a couple sesame seeds on top. Like, what?? The only positive thing: it was ready very quickly. Doubt we will ever order from there again---which is too bad. We've been customers for years. Not even deserving of one star, imo.

Always great food, I had beef broccoli with chowmein and it was amazingly packed with so much flavor! All employees were really friendly and nice.

Excellent Chinese food. Everything is always extremely fresh. Some of our favorites are the beef chow fun, Mongolian beef, beef and broccoli, and orange chicken. (Clearly we like their beef dishes LOL) Order is always ready quickly whether I call it in or place an online order. Haven't dined in so I can't speak on their service specifically, but the food is delicious. Best in town in our opinion. (I think we only have like 3 options total though LOL)

Food was quite delicious and my order was done in a pretty fast manner. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

So I was thinking this restaurant was associated with the Mei Mei In Tracy California. I was WRONG! What a disappointment because I was hoping they were associated. The boneless salt and pepper chicken was DRY. The flavor was just ok. The chow mein and fried rice were gummy as if it wasn't cooked properly. Let's just say I didn't eat all my food. Oh before I forget, the fried shrimps were decent. Definitely not coming back.

Portions are good and service great and food is fresh but just bland. Restaurant is cool and spacious. Recommend it yes.

We ordered chow fun for a family party... nowhere else to go for some Chinese food. Pretty expensive ... to find out, the dish has no freaky meat, mostly just noodles.... For the price we paid...?? WTF!!!!! Never again!!!

I gave 5 stars because the customer service was excellent and the food was good. Normally I take soy sauce to season the food but it was not needed. I definitely recommend this place.

Wow.... Why was i wasting my time & money @ panda express.?? Probably because i never knew patterson had some decent chinese food here . If you want good/tasty authentic chinese food come here... not bad for patterson .

This is my go to Chinese place in Patterson. I always get and love the sweet and sour chicken, potstickers and vegetable chowmein. Chowmein is thicker than other places so some people in my family are not a fan but I love it. Everyone who has tried the sweet and sour chicken and potstickers in my family really enjoy it.

Its ok. Food is good but the customer service is super rushed. it seems like they are always in a hurry. Because of this, they messed up my order. but it is fine.

I ordered fried rice along with other items, and the rice was overcooked and mushy. This is the 2nd time I was disappointed with the taste of the food. There WILL NOT be a 3rd.

Just ordered through DoorDash, my family was enjoying it until I found a MAGGOT in the wonton soup. I can't even imagine what had already been consumed. Called the restaurant and they acted as if this always happens she said,"it was probably in the vegetables" and could only offer a future credit. If it's in your vegetables then it's in EVERYTHING. They need a health inspection and quick.

let me tell you on thing, if its your first time coming here order the shrimp fried rice!!!! eatong shrimp fried rice is like heaven like how a fat kid has cake!! not to mention the service is amazing, they are really nice and will try their best to understand you. the ambiance really tops the place off all together . it brings such a good vibe! 5 stars!

My go-to Chinese place in Patterson. Everything is always flavorful and fast. The prices are good and the portions pretty large! There's always enough left over for lunch the next day.

Traditional THICK and LONG noodles! Family oriented atmosphere. Can't beat the lunch special pricing. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Portions are very big even for lunch specials, I highly recommend!

For some reason I always crave this place when I visit family in Patterson. But the last time I went here was soooo long ago but this Easter we had a potluck so I brought Mei Mei's house special chow fun and fried rice and honey walnut shrimp! All three were a hit! This place still hits the spot as I remember it!

Food is always good, very flavorful. They have the best wonton soup. Always good service and ambiance.

Food is good. Could use more flavor. House chow mien is very good (has large noodles). Ordered shrimp with lobster sauce and there was barely enough shrimp to split between the 4 of us. Salt and pepper fish is very "puffy". Not much fish. Peking "spareribs" are not spareribs, they are full pork chops!

Absolutely love this restaurant, their food is very savory and they are fast bringing out the food. Very pleasant servers too.

Mei Mei's is one of my favorite restaurants from home. I hadn't had it in a long time but went back to see if it was still good. The portions were good and the food was even better.

I will say that one of the reasons this place gets four stars is because of one dish...the peppered ribs. I have tried their other dishes before, and those dishes are ok/good, such as their wings, fried rice, fish, etc. but the peppered ribs are amazing! Cooked with jalapeños, it's the perfect amount of spice without taking away any flavor from the ribs themselves. They are cooked to crisp perfection. My husband and I can eat two orders of this on our own. If you decide to come here, definitely try the ribs. They are delicious. I think their lunch deals are also good too, especially for the price.

Excellent food! Ordered the Honey Walnut prawns and they were wonderful! I have missed the restaurants in San Jose and this was right up there!

This place frustrates me greatly, because it has the potential to be good, but for the prices???? I can't justify coming back without a better success rate. The food is not consistent, i.e. I've ordered lemon chicken 3+ times, and it has come out completely different each time. This last time, it came with the sauce poured over the top already with nothing (garnish/lettuce) underneath (like it had come previously). The chicken was completely soggy by the time we got it home to eat it. They also charge $10 for a container of PLAIN fried wontons - this is fine I like mine plain - but $10? and half the time they are so chewy and not crunchy at all. For the price I expect them to be literally perfect every time... Also, each time I've gone inside the staff is very meek and the owners (I assume) hover around and shout their input at inappropriate times but if there's an issue they pretend they can't hear all of a sudden. I spent almost $40 for 3 items and 2 out of the 3 items were not just bad, but inedible. Not okay. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been to this establishment around 10 times and looking back only 3 were 100% correct and enjoyable experiences. For what they think their food is worth, this is just unacceptable which is why I decided to write this review. Not just one bad experience, but a track record of wasted money and I've not once gotten an apology out of anyone for any mishap I've had there. 2 stars because the fried rice is very good and only consistent thing.

First time here, and we sat down to eat. Excellent service , and great atmosphere . The restaurant was clean and the waitress was prompt and polite. For $8 you get the lunch special which has up to 4 items . My husband and I got one each and the food was pretty good. We would definitely return and try something else on the menu.

Very disappointed. Chicken Chow Mein mushy noodles. Veg Fried Rice hardly any veggies. Flavor has changed and highly disappointed. I heard the owners have changed, not sure if that is true but something has.

Ordered $107 worth of food on doordash, whoever inputted the order into the restaurants system did small meals and made the order a total of $81. I know this because they were not the smartest and taped the printed receipt onto the bag. So they pocketed around 20 something dollars and we were unable to feed our family of 10. Do not order from here the food was trash as well

The food wasn't terrible but nothing spectacular either. I guess the best thing was the price point. You get a lot of food for what I feel is a good price.

This is definitely not "The Best Chinese in Town." Absolutely horrible late lunch experience. We opted to dine in and it's a complete carry-out scenario. They bring plastic plates and silverware to the table and the food is in paper to-go boxes. Had to spoon hot soup with a small plastic spoon in a paper bowl! The chow mein tasted like it was cooked in an old dirty soap pan. Disgusting. Pass this place up it's not worth the misery.

A bit pricey but it's so worth it! The good is delicious and in large quantity! The dumplings are the best!

We have not had a chance to dine in, ordered over the phone for pickup both times. I learned after that they actually deliver which is really cool for future orders. The owners and staff are very friendly and the food is outstanding. I am a huge fan of honey walnut prawns, and they have some of the the best around. The prawns are large and the sauce over top is perfect. We ordered the orange chicken, made perfectly and devoured quickly by the whole family. The pork chow mein and chicken fried rice (which is a must) was good. I thought I would try something new and ordered the boneless garlic chicken. I thought it was slightly over cooked and not very garlicky. I am looking forward to dining in sometime soon as well. Enjoy the great service with fresh, tasty food.

Great food, they need to hurry up and reopen for indoor dining. The Chow-Mein and Kung Pao Chicken are phenomenal.

I was craving Chinese food, and i usually hit up panda express in patterson. I decided to try out mei mei in patterson, and i was pleased with the taste of the food. I ordered orange chicken chowmein and Rice; it was really good. The young lady behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. Restaurant looked clean.

My favorite chinese restaurant in the area. Went there for lunch, ordered the family dinner B $12.50 per person for 2 people. We also ordered braised string beans which I love because they are spicy. Plus hot tea, total bill including tip was $45. We also had enough leftovers for another meal. Forgot to take pic of fried shrimp appetizer they were hot and crispy. We love to dine in and frequently order to go.

I had my food delivered by door dash to flying j truck stop. The service was good over the phone and the door dash delivery person was in time and very nice. I ordered mu shu pork, which came with 4 large pancakes. If you order any mu shu dishes here, if I were you I would order 4 extra pancakes because the portion of my shu mix is easily enough for 2-3 people, maby even 4 people. The mu shu pork had sauce, cabbage, carrot, green onion, onion, mushrooms, and some very good pork, not the mushy fatty sort that has disappointed me at other restaurants before. If you like scrambled egg in your mu shu, you could ask for them to add it. It was served with plum sauce but the tiny solo cup was only half full, and was no enough, so order 2 or 3 extra maby. The pancakes were large, thin, nice and warm, all wrapped up in foil. The potstickers were delightful but different than what I'm used to. This restaurant wraps the meat mixture in a thick bun dough rather than egg roll wrappers so their potstickers are larger and much more filling than the type in the thin wrappers. Comes in orders of 6. I could only eat 2. There was a soy sauce based sauce that was served with the potstickers. I am used to a sweeter sauce with chopped green onions and such, but still it was a nice sauce, more salty and sour than sweet but tasty. You could add a bit of sugar to it if you want it sweeter. The hot and sour soup had a good balance of sour and hot. It wasn't too gloppy and thick so it had a nice silky texture. It had scrambled egg, bamboo shoots, mushroom, tofu, and a brown broth with red flecks of hot pepper. It would have been nice to see some julienne carrot in the soup and you may wanna ask for a tiny cup of chopped green onion for topping if you like it that way. I asked for crispy noodles for my soup but they said they didn't serve their soups with crispy noodles. First Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten from that didn't serve crispy noodles with their soups. For those of you who don't know what crispy noodles they are sliced wonton wrappers deep fried and act as crackers for your soup. I'm 51 so I've been loving Chinese food for a very long time. Lol. My meal was good and I enjoyed it for the most part. Just wish they served crispy noodles with their soups. That was the only thing that was sorta disappointing. Otherwise, great

Some of the food was over cooked and burned and they were rude about the entire situation. Don't get the fried chicken wings or sweet and sour pork, it tasted burned

Friendly staff but too much cross contamination. Not safe for people with allergies or intolerances. Not safe for vegetarians Sent back plate once and made the mistake of not checking second plate well enough. Now sick. From what I was able to eat, it was good food. Just not a place to go if you have dietary restrictions.

Alright y'all gotta teach ur staff to remember to put lemon sauce with lemon chicken!!! Your food is too expensive to be making this mistake. Today was not the first time y'all have done this to me with this same dish. Multiple times! I had DoorDash deliver because I'm sick today and I pretty much got large chicken nuggets. Could've gotten that at a fraction of the price from McDonald's. Your food is pretty good otherwise. Except the shrimp wonton soup. I thought they were going to be shrimp wontons not pork wonton soup with shrimp in it.

So, I called to order food. The lady ask for my number..I said 510 and the call went down hill from there. She said hold on, what is your number, again I said 510..she said I'm trying to get your area code. At this point I say, 209 is my home, 510 is my cell, she gets an attitude. Now I dont want to order, because I'm a firm believer to not eat from an angry establishment. Nope, not gonna do it.
