I don’t write reviews often, but Members Only West Village genuinely earned one.
From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this place was built with intention. Inspired by the legendary 1975 fashion brand, the space has this effortless cool to it — think elevated cocktails, global small plates, great music, and an atmosphere that somehow manages to feel both sophisticated and completely unpretentious. It’s the kind of place where the conversation flows as easily as the drinks.
The cocktail menu is creative without trying too hard, the bites are the kind you keep ordering “just one more” of, and the energy hits that sweet spot between a proper night out and somewhere you’d actually want to linger. Whether you’re doing a date night, a group hang, or just popping in solo at the bar — it works for all of it.
West Village has no shortage of spots, but this one has something the others don’t: genuine personality. It feels like it was made for people who actually appreciate the details.
Do yourself a favor and check it out. You’ll see exactly what I mean the second you walk through the door.
