A market for those who love exploring real local flavors. The market is divided into separate buildings for seafood, meat, and produce — all under elegant red roofs that give a touch of history. Right outside, you’ll find cafés with outdoor seating and a view of the harbor — perfect for a morning coffee after shopping. It can be crowded on weekends, so come early!

A really well presented market and lots of stock! There are two different halls to wander around, meat, vegetables, fish and lots of local produce. A loa market with character, friendly and right next to the beach, marina and lots of places to eat and drink 🍷

Nice little market, good to go early before it gets busy, easy to get to from train station or CBD, plenty of fresh produce, there are plenty of restaurants/ coffee shops close by.

Great vibrating fish Market, with the freshest fish you can get. On Saturday is even better because local producers join the show, setting up their stalls in the front of the market building, facing the sea and offering all sort of fresh veg, fruits, honey and much more.. Definitely worth a visit...💯

Mercados de Olhão is the incredible local market in Olhão. Fresh fish, shrimp, and all types of seafood as well as lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, honey, and nuts. Definitely a must visit for the excitement and great spot to pick up ingredients for cooking a meal!
