It’s probably the best Italian restaurant in the area. We went there on weekdays, and the restaurant was full. We didn’t book, and we sat outside, which I liked. We ordered oysters, sauteed calamari, spaghetti bolognese and steak, which were so good that we finished them all.

Google
Some of the best pasta and pizza ever! Also they have oysters!! You can tell they make everything homemade and fresh! Exceptional cocktails and drinks 🍸 👌 will be back soon to experience more of the menu and atmosphere. Thank you to the team!

We celebrated a birthday on Saturday night and our server Jordan couldn’t have been more amazing!! She was so attentive , knowledgeable and friendly ☺️ The food was incredible and authentic. As soon as you walk through the doors the smells are intoxicating and the vibe is stellar!

Oh my god Mia Bella is amazing! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate valentine’s day and it was the perfect place. We ordered the Spicy Calamari for our appetizer and it was truly phenomenal we had never eaten calamari so good in our lives and we’re calamari enthusiasts! For our main course we ordered the cheese tortellini and the lobster ravioli and oh. My god. Whatever the chefs are doing they need to keep it up. Service was a 10/10 as well. They really have a high quality servers and food. We’ll be back for sure!

Mia Bella 🇮🇹🍝🍕 Cleveland’s Little Italy, Mia Bella serves up bold, authentic flavors inspired by Italy and the Adriatic Sea. Every bite is packed with passion—and trust us, this spot never misses. From the good to the ambiance this spot is a gem🇮🇹✨ Here’s what we indulged in during our latest visit: 🍅 Burrata Caprese – creamy, fresh, and bursting with flavor 🍑 Peach Hot Honey Ricotta Bruschetta (seasonal & sensational!) 🐠 Halibut with Pasta and Greens – a flavorful weekly special 🍝 Cavatelli Marinara with Meatballs – classic comfort at its best 🫛 Cheese Tortellini – pillowy, cheesy perfection Pro tip: Mia Bella rotates daily and weekly specials based on what’s fresh and in season. When we visited, there were at least six seasonal dishes on top of an already extensive menu—so you’ll always find something new to love!

Google
Delicious Italian food in a busy, authentic setting. Located in Little Italy, this place is just as expected. All the food was great. I started with a truffle sachetti and had a carbonara for entree. Both were great. Food was good. Tons of wines by the glass and plenty of coctails. Service was nice. This place was already packed at 5pm and we had to wait a little for our 530 reservation...the latest we could get. Book ahead. Would definitely go back.

Google
I took my family to Mia Bella in Cleveland’s Little Italy, and once again, we had a terrific meal. This place never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in their work. The staff was just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure you enjoy your time there. The ambience strikes the perfect balance between cozy and vibrant, making it a great spot whether you’re out for a family dinner or celebrating something special. We always walk away with great memories from Mia Bella, and this visit was no exception. Highly recommend!

Yelp
In town visiting family in Strongsville, they insisted on a side trip to Little Italy for some delicious Italian, Mia Bella was perfect. We loved the Charcuterie Board and Sauteed Calamari that we started the evening with. My main course was the Carbonara Calabrese and my wife had Grilled Lamb Chops which were both exploding with flavor. Compliments to the staff for a wonderful evening in the most amazing Italian surroundings.

Susan V.

Yelp
First time visiting Little Italy and I am so glad that we chose to dine at this restaurant! The dirty martini was so delicious and perfect! The lobster ravioli was so flavorful and fresh and my husband's shrimp scampi pizza was amazing as well. Also the side salad had fresh mozzarella and so good! Also our server was very polite and knowledgeable. This place did not disappoint and needless to say we will definitely return hopefully soon!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

Yelp
Went to dinner with friends Saturday 6/21. Had reservations but we arrived early. Checked with hostess and she said she would see if she could get us in early, which we appreciated. Left phone number and walked the area. 15 mins git a call and we got seated 45 mins ahead of reservation! Thank you very much. Now the VERY disappoiting part of the evening. When the server, Gizem came to our table, W3, she first asked if we wanted water or sparkling water. We elected sparkling water. Took the appetizer and drink order and left. Came back with two bottles of sparkling water and then took the dinner orders. I chose the Cheese Tortellini and my wife asked about the Short Rib Bolognese. Server asked my wife if she wanted the Ragu, which was much better. My wife said yes, not knowing it was a completely different dish, which the server never explained. Not only that, the server did not state the specials nor their respective costs. Also our dinner partners also had the same selections on sparkling water and the Short Rib Bolognese, then Ragu changes. The dishes were excellent, served hot and quickly after placing orders. Finished and received our bills! With the server NOT TELLING each of us the additional costs for sparkling waters and two RAGU dishes instead of the original plates of Short Rib Bolognese, this server inflated each bill by $30!!! No $30 will not break me, but the way the padding of the dishes, is and was, highly deceptive. This does not present Mia Bella in a good light for future visits or recommendations.AND I'm not even going in on charging me a processing fee for using my credit card!!

Yelp
Starting off, service was above and beyond, very helpful and we were never really left wanting anything if a little quick and assuming on more wine haha Food was good, appetizers really the stars for the most part. Meatballs a little tougher than I usually prefer, but the shrimp saganaki was fabulous, could drink that sauce, and the eggplant was also very good. The marinara was very fresh. Bread was to die for as well, great texture! Entrees at the table included risotto, pesto bucatini, Caesar salad, pepperoni pizza and I had the cheese tortellini with shrimp. It was very good, I do feel I've had better versions of this at other places but I enjoyed and took home leftovers. Pesto bucatini and the pizza were also highlights on the table. It was a bit loud in there but it was a cool vibe! They brought out cassata cake to end the meal which was solid, could've used a little more custard but very good.

Yelp
Candace was our excellent server and she couldn't have been more helpful. She knew the menu and asked the right questions to hone in on what she thought we would like. Five stars! We started with the burratta salad which was so yummy. Then we shared the Chef's Favorite pizza which was cooked perfectly and had a subtle little kick to it. Next we shared a fantastic chicken piccata which Candace had the chef make with boneless chicken breast. We topped all that off with a creme brûlée that was the best we've ever had. The only thing I would change is the location of the table which was in a very high traffic spot next to the bar. Otherwise 5 stars!
google avatar

Shirley Z.

Yelp
I got the cheese tortellini because it was highly recommended on yelp and beli. I went on a Tuesday evening and there were still a good amount of customers, so l can see why a reservation may be needed for a Friday or weekend. The spicy sauce was just the right about of spice, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The only critique I have is that some of the peas that were served with the dish was quite undercooked and starchy/hard so it slightly ruined the texture of the dish for me which is why I had to knock it down 1 star:/ my server was very nice and my food came out quickly.

Yelp
This was our second time here, it's our go to restaurant when we are in town when we go to Cleveland Clinic. You won't find a better meatball for the appetizer. Our waiter Yaseen was absolutely incredible. Everything that he suggested was absolutely amazing. One of the best dining experiences in a long time. Keep up the great work!

Yelp
We enjoyed a great dinner at Mia Bella, 8/13/2025. Our server Jordan was a joy and very attentive. We started with the Shrimp Saganaki. (Be sure to save some bread to really enjoy the sauce). As an entrée I had the veal Braciole and my Husband ordered the Scampi Pappardelle. Both were delicious and very well presented. The dining room is comfortable and we had a table by the windows. For a light desert we shared an Affogato. In our opinion Mia Bella is a treasure in Cleveland's Little Italy.
google avatar

Amy J.

Yelp
Excellent food yet again this evening. The crispy Brussels sprouts weren't crispy but they were still unbelievably great! Super duper flavorful- grilled flavor, salt, some balsamic and sun dried tomatoes. Just great. The shrimp saganaki was beautiful and flavorful. Super rich tomato cream sauce drowning large shrimp over several slices of robust halloumi cheese. The chef's favorite pizza was unremarkable. It had a rather dry overly chewy crust and was lacking in cheese but did have enough spicy sausage and onion topping.

Yelp
Went to Mia Bella on a recommendation. We had Albanian salad, pizza and cheese ravioli. Everything was fine but we found it overpriced for what you get. We didn't think anything was particularly outstanding. We did have good service though.
google avatar

Isabel P.

Yelp
Food was delicious and the ambience is nice. I had the chicken risotto and a friend had gluten free fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Only caveat is when it's full it gets extremely loud and hard to hear yourself talk. It also gets a little cramped so wouldn't recommend for larger parties. There also is a 3% added fee for credit cards so just be aware of that.

Yelp
My family and I were visiting Cleveland from NYC and stumbled upon Mia Bella on a walk through Little Italy. It was so good that we came back again the next night! The food is incredible and the service was amazing. Our waitress, Jen, was so kind and warm and Lorna was the sweetest. If you have yet to try this place, please do...you won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Finn P.

Yelp
The food was good, and the service was good, but the prices just don't make sense anymore from when I visited just a year ago. Compared to other restaurants on the block like Mama Santes and Trattoria, which offer similar food at much more reasonable prices, this place feels overpriced for what you get. They don't even provide their bread and dipping oil anymore unless you pay extra, which just adds to the feeling that they've cut back on service while raising prices. The quality has stayed the same--if not declined from when I had visited a year ago--but the cost keeps going up. There are better options nearby for the same experience at a better price.

Yelp
We had an extra day in Cleveland and at the recommendation of a friend's brother, popped into Mia Bella for dinner. But before that, let's talk parking. On that strip, it's pretty much valet parking only. My recommendation, if you go out ~0.3 miles of the strip, there are plenty of street parking in front of the residences that you can use. Just park there and it's a straight shot walk down the sidewalk to the strip. We get there, no reservation, and they seat us immediately. Our waitress is amazing! Tells us about specials, quick to serve, great service all around. I got a glass of red, some oysters, the filet, and bread to start. Everything was tasty. Th is place is great and if you're in the area and want to get some nice dining, for Cleveland, check it out.

Yelp
This is in little Italy downtown Cleveland! Interesting decor! This place was packed! Suggest reservations! The food was spectacular! The veal piccata was to die for with the linguine. Service was great! Our wait staff Madison was great and pretty! The total meal was outstanding! I highly recommend! A little on the pricey side but well worth it!
google avatar

Mike P.

Yelp
Fantastic food, drink, and ambiance in little Italy. Best to sit outside if the weather is good to catch the liveliness of this block. Excellent and attentive service by Gino who highly recommended the Gnocchi. But we opted for the pesto verde and lobster ravioli. Arugula salad provided some greenery. Parking is tough in this area, recommend going to the parking lot next to the transit overpass.

Yelp
Perfect restaurant for a birthday dinner with family. We made the reservation, a must on Friday night, and were seated right in cue. Mia Bella was crowded but the service never slacked. After reading off the specials and ordering a few bottles of wine we got started with bread, soups, mussels and fresh octopus salad. At this point in the evening one could be full, but not at Mia Bella, you must eat! The rigatoni with meat sauce was full of flavor, especially with the addition of meatballs on the side. The clam linguine was fresh, light and delicious. Now to the branzino, cooked perfectly, where the fish comes clean from the filet. Dessert and coffee were fantastic, cheesecake and crème brûlée are a no brainer, you are in Little Italy, dessert is necessary. Great atmosphere, friendly and professional service, and amazing food, so make that reservation.

Yelp
I feel compelled to leave this honest review because I feel like all the other reviews gaslit me into believing this was going to be an excellent dining experience - and it wasn't. The pricing was on par with fine-dining restaurants but without a fine-dining experience. The restaurant interior, while attractive, was extremely warm (temperature wise), and all the wait staff was chaotically running around. And the food, while tasty, was not worth the price ($18+ per cocktail, $5 for bread, $15 for an app, and $30+ per entree). Won't be back.

Yelp
Food was all really really good. Everything was best we ever ate type of food. Meat ball was really good, but not best i ever ate. Service was very friendly and almost over serving. We always had water, checked in on with everything we got, plates removed quickly when done. They were on top of it. Ambiance was very nice. It's a white table cloth kind of place. The paper over the table cloth for us was a nice touch because we had our toddler with us. Which was a star with all the wait staff who loved interacting with her.
google avatar

Omar M.

Yelp
Don't let the white table cloths fool you, this place is a casual delight. Visited this place with my wife during a visit to Cleveland and I was impressed. The food was amazing. I started with the grilled octopus appetizer, which was amazing. As my meal I had the Speciale and the chicken and fresh veggies were amazing for $29.99. The ambiance was prefect with light music and intimate lighting. The service was also amazing with multiple people helping with the table service. Would highly recommend.
google avatar

Leah U.

Yelp
The food was out of this world. We went at 4 and did not need a reservation. If you go later than that you're going to need one. The decor was beautiful and the bar with the lights behind it is gorgeous. Such wonderful waitresses as well.
google avatar

Trudy C.

Yelp
The wait staff was on par with some of the finest restaurants I've experienced. Our waiter had great timing and shared his knowledge and opinions of the menu items. They food was all really good. Just the right amount of heat in the spicy dishes. Fair warning - go hungry. The portions are over the top. My soup "appetizer" was a dinner sized bowl!
google avatar

Carol l.

Yelp
My husband, our friends and I headed to Little Italy tonight with reservations at Mia Bella. After perusing the menu we ordered a charcuterie board for a starter and bread with oil. I wasn't thrilled that they charge you for bread since every restaurant on the strip doesn't. I will say that the board was excellent. There were 6 different meats, 5 cheeses, nuts, olives, bread and honey. It was delicious. Next we all ordered our food two of us ordered the spicy cheese tortellini and my husband and friend ordered the short rib bolognese. This is where it gets a bit shady. The waitress asked my husband if he likes a saucier and meatier sauce and he said sure thinking that it's a choice you get when ordering that dish. She said well we can make it a Ragu and didn't mention that it would cost $15 more something we didn't see until we got the bill. She did the same with my friends order. We were kind of in shock. What started out as a $23 pasta dish ended up being $38! Then to top it off there was a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. I'm so sick of restaurants pulling this stuff. Nobody carries around cash anymore. I'm really disappointed in this restaurant. More than likely we will be checking out some other restaurants on the strip that are more upfront!

Yelp
Overall Experience: 8.6/10 The place is one of Cleveland's historic Little Italy restaurants. To preface I have been to this place multiple times in the past few years and I have always enjoyed the food there. The environment is historic aspects yet a beautiful inside modern viewable kitchen. Food: The lobster ravioli in the photo was amazing, the sauce had the perfect spice and salt levels and the filling was amazing filled and the pasta tasted super fresh. This also goes for the cheese tortellini which is their award winning dish. I snacked on my girlfriend's order which I personally like it with the lobster ravioli sauce over their spicy sauce. Attached I have photos of the cheese tortellini from last year, and although I do not have a photo for this year, it is noticeable smaller. Marks: What docks this amazing establishment a star is unfortunately their portion sizes. They have noticeably decreased in the past year since visiting and there were only 5/6 raviolis per order. The cheese tortellini was also noticeably smaller than the previous time, and was not as filling as I would have anticipated. Service: The service is always wonderful at Mia Bella with the waiters and waitresses being attentive and nice. They also are very knowledgeable about the menu items and specials too Overall I would recommend taking someone out here for a date or special occasion, but do not expect large portions like they once served. Not necessarily that off putting but something to keep in mind.

Julia H.

Yelp
Extremely overpriced and overhyped. We went here for our anniversary and it was a nice sit down dinner but we made a reservation and still ended up on the side of the street. I just wish we could've had a better spot. I think the menu was creative but it just didn't deliver. The combinations were a bit odd and the flavors were not spectacular, especially for what you're paying for. It was a good one time experience but unfortunately would not go back. Attentive servers.

Yelp
We went to Mia Bella after we toured Case Western Reserve in April 2025. The restaurant was beautiful with its white paper table cover & blue glasses. We started with their bread & rosemary olive oil dip (delicious) followed by Bronzino accompanied by spinach for me. My husband had spicy chicken (especial) & linguine. Our son had bolognese. The meal was so filling that we didn't get dessert. All of the food was delicious. Freshly made pasta is definitely the way to go! The staff was attentive & knowledgeable about their dishes. We would go back if we are ever in the area
google avatar

Kasi C.

Yelp
We went here for dinner at the recommendation of our hotel and it was amazing! We started with the Easter Punch and the Burrata Caprese followed by two of the daily specials of Black Truffle Pasta and Mahi Mahi. Everything was amazing!!! The best part was our server, Yassine! He was so impressive with his knowledge of the dishes and his recommendations for two newbies to the restaurant. Perfect dinner out for out of towners!

Jim F.

Yelp
It is always wise to go where the crowd is at dinner time because it's a pretty safe. Bet that you're going to have a great meal. We were not disappointed from cocktails to dessert. The servers were fabulous. The food was excellent. The price was fair. we will be back.
google avatar

Melanie V.

Yelp
Well...perhaps my expectations were too high having read the reviews and saw the insane line outside waiting for them to open, but I thought it was averagely good. We sat outside which was fun and neighborhood feeling however the music was really loud and mainstream so killed the vibe a bit. We asked if it could be turned down because we were the only ones outside at the time and they had live opera across the street but they did not make the change which was a bummer. Our waitress was not overly friendly, seemed annoyed when we asked for her recommendation, and she didn't keep our water full. We had to keep asking which was frustrating in addition to asking for red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, etc. Ordered a pepperoni pizza which was fine, nothing special, my child ate it. Got the lobster ravioli which was also nothing special, not fishy so that was good but I've had significantly better at other places so I wouldn't splurge personally. Also got regular pasta with marinara and again, for the price, wouldn't do again. Husband got the GF chicken piccata which was a pleasant surprise on the menu and while overly salty did find it tasty. Not opposed to going back but certainly not waiting two hours to get in and would try something else on the menu next time.

Yelp
Excellent food, exceptional service. Number one in Cleveland for good reason. Perfection! Everything is tasty and fresh, the food is presented in a spectacularly professional manner. The temperature is perfect, recommendations are perfect, and extremely nice staff. 100% recommend - 10 out of 10

Yelp
My husband and I dined here recently after not having been in a few years and we're mostly blown away. We love the feel of this sophisticated yet cozy and intimate restaurant. I'm a sucker for dimly lit places . I will say it was a bit noisy, but that's just because it's packed due to the high quality ingredients used/food. The highlight of the meal was the sacchetti. I believe this dish was a special for the night, and we really would love to see it added to the menu! My husband and I agreed that it was one of the best dishes we've had in ages. It was packed with robust flavors that really complimented one another! I loved my eggplant and thought the bread and meatballs were very good. I'd say our least favorite dish was the gnocchi. We didn't think the flavors of the dish were all that good, but the pasta itself was cooked nicely. Our server was very friendly and helpful with food selection. We can't wait to return this summer!

Ted T.

Yelp
Great food and service! Ambiance was nice. Selection very good. Worth the price to dine there.

Yelp
Last night (Saturday, 8/2), a group of us had reservations at Mia Bella for 8pm. A few of us had been to your establishment before, and some of us were first-timers. We were looking forward to an evening of great food and atmosphere and exceptional service. However, our experience was sub-par -- and this is probably too generous a rating. Our reservation for 8pm did not get us seated until after 8:30. We were seated outside in front of the restaurant. We had a waiter named Ergus/Argus (?) who approached our table and was friendly, but unfortunately, was very lacking in service or attentiveness. We ordered drinks and 2 members of our table did not receive their drinks at all. When reminding our waiter of this when he came back much later (he would disappear for very long intervals), he did not recall my brother in law ordering his Johnny Walker drink. So this was ordered again and took another 15 minutes to receive. My brother ordered a diet coke, which also took 15 minute to get. My sister wanted a latte while we were waiting for appetizers to come out. Because our waiter was not coming in to check on us, she asked a passing wait staff member who was giving us salad if she could get a latte. The girl responded, "You can let your waiter know." My sister responded, "He has not come back in some time." The girl left our table, my sister waited some more and then decided to just walk into the restaurant from our outside table and ordered a latte at the bar. She was asked by the bartender why she did not just ask her waiter and my sister told her that we had not seen him and she just wanted to get a latte. We ordered bread service with olive oil and Italian herbs. We were given bread but the oil had nothing in it at all. No herbs. It was kind of gross to just dip the bread in plain oil. Our waiter never seemed to notice that he did not provide the Italian herbs with the oil. The entrees took over 40 minutes to arrive. Again, our waiter was not checking in on us and was not available for us to ask for drink refills, etc Again, two people at our table did not receive their entrees with the rest of us. We sat and waited for them to get their food, but it took another 20 minutes for their dishes to arrive. At that point, we asked for parmesan cheese, which was sprinkled over our dishes that were now quite cold. There was no apology from our waiter or staff for the delay. The table next to us had a party of 8. They were seated after us and were served efficiently and left almost 30 minutes before us. We were never asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu or if we wanted coffee or after dinner drinks. We were given our tabs and expected to tip for substandard service. I gave 18% against my better judgement, but I can tell you that I did not expect such inferior service. Your establishment presents itself as classy and on the higher end of service and experience, and we definitely did not get that impression last night from the service that we received. I am happy to pay higher prices when I feel that I am at a restaurant that provides notable food and service, making the dining experience exceptional and overall pleasant. Ours felt stressful and very disjointed. There are a lot of great restaurants in this area, sharing the sidewalk with yours. It would seem paramount to do everything right to set yourselves apart when in such close proximity to very similar competition.

Yelp
Everything about this place is 5 stars. The food, drinks and customer service is on point. I grew up with two Italian grandmothers one on each side of the family. This was like being in grandma's kitchen. I ate here on a trip from the west coast last Saturday and had to come back Sunday for a second visit.

Abbey O.

Yelp
Enjoyed our meal. The men each had lobster ravioli with a side of meatballs. They raved about both. The women had a special and the linguini with clams. Desserts and cocktails were good!!
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
Outstanding food, service and ambience! Our server was friendly and our water glasses were never empty. The food was phenomenal and we were glad we chose this for our anniversary dinner!!

Yelp
This was a great stop when we were in Cleveland's little Italy! On the pricier side but absolutely delicious. And the service was outstanding - extremely efficient, friendly and attentive. Our waiter was Gino and he was so sweet! We were a group of 4 and everyone loved their meals. I asked for a suggestion and Gino recommended Ragu - wow! It did not disappoint.

Aleksandr G.

Yelp
Nice Italian restaurant in the heart of little Italy. The food and service is good. A little pricey for what it is but worth trying once.

Yelp
My fiancé and I went to Mia Bella for a date night a few weeks ago and had a lovely time! The service was incredibly friendly and prompt! The dishes were delicious and were large in portion (enough to take home for later!). Mia Bella is a great spot for a date night and I look forward to coming again!

Nelson M.

Yelp
My wife and I ate here May 2025 on the basis of yelp reviews. It was quite good. We started by sharing an Albanian salad. This was good. For her entree my wife had the cheese tortellini. She thought it was very flavorful, with a well developed sauce and a little spiciness as described. She thoroughly enjoyed it. The portion was large and it was served hot which increased the enjoyment. I had the short rib bolognese. This was good also. I had a side of meatballs. These were quite flavorful. Both the meatballs and the bolognese were large portions. Our server was pleasant and efficient. The food came out without undue delay and was served hot (as it should be). The main drawback for us was the noise level. The acoustics are quite loud even without loud music or a lively bar. We had asked for a quiet table, but it seemed that it was loud everywhere. We quite like the way parking is handled in LIttle Italy. There is a central valet spot within a short walk of several restaurants. It costs $18 but it is very convenient.
google avatar

Sophia B.

Yelp
Great restaurant in little Italy. I always order the mussels appetizer and love that they can make it not spicy. Tiramisu is incredible! You should know that it is very loud in there. We had a reservation for two of us for my birthday on a Saturday and were sat in the middle of the walkway. I was very unhappy with our seats and service this day.

Yelp
Mia Bella Restaurant was my first meal I had in Cleveland's Little Italy Neighborhood. I've been spoiled to have incredible Italian food having had it throughout South Florida and New York, but Mia Bella restaurant is an establishment that is as authentic as it gets. Whether it's from their welcoming and friendly staff to the ambiance and aesthetic. My Short Rib Bolognese was incredible and full of flavor. Overall, I had an excellent experience with my father and my order. Definitely recommend.
google avatar

Doris B.

Yelp
Food and service were tremendous!! Only thing we didn't like was how loud it was! The server was charming and took great care of our group.
google avatar

Brittany A.

Yelp
Mia Bella is always great! I've tried maybe 7 different dishes and I have never been disappointed. The service is always really good. I'd recommend making a reservation on the weekends because it can get really crowded. I get the lobster ravioli almost every time I go, and I add shrimp.

Yelp
I have been to Cleveland and to their Little Italy a few times and this time, based upon Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews, I journeyed to Mia Bella. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member and sat at the bar because I was alone. The bar area was cozy and the restaurant fairly large! The bartender greeted me immediately and was very welcoming. She had a great knowledge of the menu and recommended some of her favorites. I went with the Veal Piccata and it melted in my mouth. Such a delicious meal and the perfect portion size. I opted for Presti's for dessert but I may return again tomorrow since I thoroughly enjoyed everything! UPDATE: I had such a nice experience last night, I came back again. Much busier this evening but same welcoming staff and delicious food. My entrees for both evenings are posted. Yum!

Yelp
Excellent dinner. Service was very good. The buffalo mozzarella was very good. Calamari had good flavor with a little slice. The swordfish special was also very good. Fresh, tender, and had great flavor. My wife's scallops were also very good. Both served with a risotto pasta. The brownie dessert and espresso was a great way to wrap up our dinner. Spacious seating. However, this place is surprisingly loud.

Yelp
My sister and I had dinner at Mia Bella before we headed to Playhouse Square. It also happened to be Mother's Day. We both started off with the drink special, a perfect spritz infused with raspberries. We split the meatball appetizer, which we both enjoyed. The temperature of the meatballs could have been a bit warmer, but nevertheless they were delicious. My sister then had the spicy cheese tortellini with chicken and I had the vodka penne special. Both dishes were delicious. The creamy vodka sauce was outstanding. Our server was also covering a large party at an adjacent table. While he didn't check on us quite as often as we had wished, we weren't wanting for anything as other wait staff picked up the slack. There's nothing particular to note about the inside of the restaurant. When the weather gets warmer we hope to be able to return and eat outside.

Yelp
Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. Favorite Italian in Ohio- possibly that I've had in general. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
A cleveland staple, a little Italy must! I've been to Mia Bella multiple times over the years and the food continues to always impress. The daily specials also keep things exciting. This time, I decided to try the shrimp saganaki as an entree, a lil menu hack I've heard others order but never tried myself. With its flavorful sauce and grilled cheese, it makes a savory pasta dish that's so pleasant, definitely recommend. Of course you can't go wrong with the classics like carbonara, Alfredo, bolognese. Don't forget to add their homemade meatballs! Extra stars for the outdoor seating in the warmer months, you get to enjoy the liveliness of little Italy!
