Decided to try this spot while passing by and didn’t know it was this famous! We decided to try seafood linguine and four cheese mushroom pasta dish. We thought both pasta dishes could use more flavor but it was good nonetheless. Wiped clean our plates with bread and left no crumbs and sauce. The atmosphere is amazing, both cozy and fancy at the same time and the service was amazing. I’ll be back to try more entree dishes and drinks!

Had dinner here on Sunday and everything was on point: Service, Vibe, and Food. Definitely give their patio a try...its a total sleeper and super cute. If they have any specials TRY THEM. We were fortunate enough to try the roasted squash. The Prosciutto appetizer was highly addictive. There also was a risotto special that excellent. Great selection of reasonable priced wines....will definitely be back!

Some of the best Italian food I’ve had in Chicago! I decided to go here for dinner on a Thursday, and it was a great experience. I had the vodka sauce pasta and was very pleased with it, not only was a single dish enough for an entire dinner (which is not the case for many restaurants), it also was very tasty, the pasta was perfectly cooked, the sausage was in small crumbles, the sauce was creamy and flavorful, and it was plated beautifully. While it was a bit expensive ($24) it was well worth it. Our waiter was very polite and explained everything. The atmosphere was very unique, and the restaurant was pretty, but the tv screens and music made it feel a bit sports-bar like, still cute.

This place is phenomenal. Food is top tier and the service was incredible. Warm, friendly and perfect. Will definitely be going back. Ellen B was incredible and made us feel like we were among family.

Adorable little stop for great Italian in lake view. On Tuesdays it’s half off wine so a fun time to treat yourself. The mushroom pasta and the meatballs were the star of the show. The service was incredible - which really made our night. Shout out to Katrina for taking such good care of us.

Known of this spot for a long time (such a Chicago classic), but finally had the pleasure of trying it out a couple weeks ago on a Friday night. The experience from top to bottom was great! We sat at the bar where the cocktails were well balanced and bright and the bartender created some beauties based on likes and dislikes we mentioned. For such a well established restaurant, it was especially cool to see them pushing with the food as well; the menu was clearly getting some new additions and updated twists on old classics. We had quite a few dishes (all great), but a few of our favorites were from the specials menu which changes quite often I believe. Some really beautiful stuffed squash blossoms were a favorite: crisp and delicate on the outside with a punch of creamy flavor inside. Another dish I keep thinking about was the sword fish with lentil risotto and a garlic purée. The seasoning and texture of everything was right on point; each lentil was perfectly intact, suspended in a rich earthy stock and highlighted by a bright creamy garlic purée and a meaty swordfish steak. We were too full for desert but we are looking forward to going back and trying them out!

Came here for an anniversary and had a fantastic time! Atmosphere was great, and food was incredible. We loved our server Alfonzo!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mia Francesca with Paisley, and I must say, it was an experience worth raving about. From the moment I walked in, the warm welcome from the manager set the tone for what turned out to be an extraordinary evening. The manager Paisley attention to detail and commitment to ensuring every guest's satisfaction was evident throughout the entire meal. The staff at Mia Francesca truly impressed me with their professionalism and attentiveness. They were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Their friendly demeanor and genuine passion for hospitality made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. Now, let's talk about the food - simply outstanding. I had the pleasure of trying both the lasagna and meatballs, and they were nothing short of divine. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and served with a touch of elegance. It's evident that the chefs at Mia Francesca take great pride in their craft, as every bite was a true delight for the senses. Overall, my experience at Mia Francesca was nothing short of exceptional. From the attentive staff to the mouthwatering cuisine, every aspect of the dining experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mia Francesca to anyone looking for a memorable culinary journey.

Have always heard about this place and decided to give it a shot and it was fantastic. Definitely adding Mia Francesca's to my weekly rotation. Paisley and Ryan the bartender were the best! Great liquor selection!

This is a cute lil neighborhood spot in Lake View East. The decor is super charming and homey. Service was great - the server was super friendly and the food came out fast. My friends and I were pleased. I tried the lenticchie e spinaci and the veal marsala dish. Unfortunately, I think the veal dish is discontinued? The veal was super tender, however, underseasoned. The lentil spinach dish was good but too salty for my taste. The food here is cooked well and fresh, but there's def a seasoning issue. Would rate this 3.5 stars if I could.

What a great venue and restaurant! The staff are all super accommodating and friendly. My bf's family had their son's graduation lunch here and it was such a great experience. They chose the lunch option with 2 appetizers, 1 salad, 2 pastas, 1 entree and 1 dessert. Everything was delicious and fresh with generous portions for family style that could feed 6 people per table. You could also order refills of anything. The standouts for me were the sausage rigatoni, the bruschetta, and the spinach ravioli. The ravioli had a 4 cheese sauce that reminded me subtly of blue cheese but it went so well with the spinach filling in the ravioli. There's paid street parking around the area. The only downside to the experience was the pace for the lunch. It started at 1 pm and didn't end until 4 pm because of the pacing of the food. Appetizers started coming out at around 1:30 pm, the salad came at 2 pm, the pasta and entrees came around 2:45 pm. Dessert came at around 3:30 pm so the lunch finished at 4 pm. I do wish that the food came out at a better pace so the meal wouldn't be so long. They definitely check to see if people want refills on wine or more drinks quite often. That's probably where they make the majority of the money. They have an extensive wine list and I really enjoyed the Pinot Grigio. I would definitely recommend coming here for your next large gathering or big event. They are very reasonably priced and the staff are all very professional and helpful. While in town in Chicago, we stopped by for dinner at Mia Francesca because it was where our friends got engaged over 20 years ago. We are so happy we did because it was a lovely experience. Kyra was our server and she was great. She helped us decide on what to have because everything looked delicious. We started with cocktails. We had an Empress martini and an Espresso martini and they both were cold and strong and a great start to our dining experience. Kyra suggested as a first course the Meatballs and their Antipasti. Both were delicious and fresh. The meatballs were tender and juicy and came with a delicious pomodoro sauce and bread to mop up any extra sauce - amazing. The Antipasti came with Cippolini onions and spicy peppers and we also tried the Gigante beans. The beans were tasty and creamy and they came with artichokes and olives and the onions were soft and sweet and had the right amount of spice. For our main we split the Chicken Milanese and our daughter had the Paccheri alla Vodka e Salsiccia and we also had an order of the arugula salad - I LOVE arugula salad. The salad was crisp, and cool, with the right amount of lemon and a generous amount of cheese. They split the Milanese for us which was great. The Milanese was everything a Milanese should be, a well seasoned and breaded chicken cutlet with perfectly dressed greens and shaved parm. Perfection. The Paccheri a la Vodka was creamy and toasty with delicious meaty bits. We were stuffed but it was my daughter's birthday so we celebrated with a Sloppy Sundae and it was so yummy and enough for us all. Great service, drinks, and food. We had a lovely time at Mia Francesca and cannot wait to return.

We came on a Friday evening. we arrived early so we could have a drink before dinner. The restaurant is long and narrow with a bar on the right midway through the space. The place was crowded but not packed. It was loud and sort of cold because every time the door opened there was a breeze. We kept our coats on. When it was time, we were seated at a table in the back near the outdoors patio. Again it was cold because it was the door to the patio there. We asked to be moved and they moved us two tables away. We had to keep our coats on during dinner. It had the feeling we were sitting in cold garage and it is not really winter yet. We ordered a bottle of wine to drink. The menu was a paper menu and the selection was good. It included some vegetarian items as well. We shared a Bruschette alla Romana for appetizer. I ordered Bucatini al Funghetto and my partner ordered Pacceri alla Vodka for entrees. They brought some bread for the table. The bread was good. The wine was delayed because they got confused about what we ordered. But they figured it out and swapped our wine glasses out and brought the correct wine out.The wine was very good. The bruschette arrived after the wine was brought back. It was wonderful. Nice toasted bread with tomatoes and a whipped cheese on top. Our entrees arrived after about 10 minutes. They looked nice and we were excited to try them. My entree was a disappointment. The mushroom and cream sauce should have been flavorful but it was bland. Maybe a little more truffle oil would have saved it. My partner said the same about his pasta, bland with little flavor or direction. Overall....service was not great, the food was not good, the atmosphere was crowded, cold and noisy. I don't think you should have to wear a coat in a this type of restaurant, maybe at a hot dog stand. The wine, bread, and appetizer were good. We came for the food and obviously we will not return. That is sad because we see no way to get better results. Really 1 1/2 star, but not a option.

Justin was amazing! Food was even better! Visiting my older sister in Chicago, and came for a concert and she recommended we came here. Next time I'm in the Windy City I will return to Mia

Most definitely my favorite spot I've been in Chicago yet. Mia Francesca is a simple but elegant neighborhood Italian restaurant. It's intimate and elegant, though not stuffy in the slightest. My group and I visited while celebrating a birthday. High on spirits, our waitress met us at our level and ended up buying us a round of limoncello shots (and did one herself)! She had that sort of attitude and air to her like you'd have known her for years. We started off the night with some Bruschetta and Calamari Fritti, both of which set the stage for what was next to come. The only way I could properly describe the Paccheri alla Vodka e Salsiccia is that it transported me to another plane of existence. If this is the state I died in, all worries, regrets, and missed opportunities would have faded away into bliss ignorance. Never have I had a vodka sauce so tender to the soul that I actively spooned up the rest, long after the paccheri itself was gone. And no, this was not just the wine and limoncello talking, it's as if I almost achieved a state of enlightenment. So, if that's not enough to drive your expectations up the wall, I don't know what is! I know there's so much more in Chicago to eat and explore, but you better believe I will make it my mission to return next time I visit.

We had Thanksgiving dinner at Mia Francesca. We had a lovely time enjoying the beautiful, hip, urban ambiance. The service was friendly and attentive. Our appetizers and drinks came out unrecorded time and were delicious. There was a small glitch with our entrees and we ended up waiting a little longer than expected but our server and management took very good care of us. They comped our entrees and desserts ( which were all delicious). All in all this is a fun restaurant. Highly recommended.

A local Italian spot in a rather quite neighborhood with some the of most fun staffs I've met. A group of us went in for a birthday dinner, our waitress recognized our energy and occasion and matched it by buying us a round of limoncello as well as buying one for herself! It's delicious and a great, great start to the meal. We shared the Bruschetta and Calamari Fritti as appetizers. The calamari was fresh and perfectly fried while the bruschetta was very refreshing. The mains were also equally pleasing and delicious. I tried the Pork Shoulder, which was a big serving of meat but super tender and flavorful, and the Pasta Special for the day that was full of lemon and very bright. The two dishes went hand-in-hand. Their dessert menu looked amazing as well but we didn't get any (next time pistachio profiteroles...) All around a great spot for a great time!

WOW! From the moment I walked into this restaurant I knew it was going to be good. For one it smelled incredible and two, the place was PACKED! The decor was beautiful with half a car jutting out of the wall, flashing its lights. Tables were packed close together and everyone was clearly having a good time. So if you're looking for a quiet, romantic place to eat, avoid dinner time here. It was truly crowded from 5pm on. My daughter ordered the 100 layer lasagna and it was baked to perfection! So cheesy with a delicious bolognese. So good! I ordered ricotta stuffed gnocchi with a delicious bolognese and basil. Amazing!!! One of the best Italian dishes ever!

This is my idea of what a neighborhood Italian restaurant should be. It's intimate, stylishly decorated, and has all the fresh ingredients you would expect in a real Italian restaurant in Italy. We started with a Caesar salad and an Insalata Francesca. Both were excellent salads with crisp, fresh lettuce, and delightful dressings. For entrées my companion had the Carpaccio, which she said was the best she's ever had. That's high praise coming from a true Carpaccio aficionado. I had the Frutti di Mare Acqua Pazza, and it was just what I wanted, an assortment of fresh shellfish with a slightly spicy and very fresh tomato sauce. We finished with a dessert that we envied when we saw it at the table next to ours, the Sloppy Sunday. It wasn't exactly Italian, but it was sure delicious, with chocolate and caramel and nuts smeared all over the outside of the glass that you could scoop up and add to the vanilla gelato inside. Delicious!

Excellent food selections! This place is bigger than it appears! Ask about the back room - it's great for larger parties or more private and secluded vibe! The food is above and beyond some amazing Italian food! Servers were great!

If you're looking for authentic Italian in Chicago, look no further than Mia Francesca! My table ordered the Calamari Fritti ($18) and Polpette della Nonna ($16) to share. The calamari was breaded perfectly and the seasoning complemented the squid. The polpette was soft but robust and came with creamy ricotta cheese and tomato sauce. I ordered the bucatini ($23) and was blown away! The flavor combination of egg yolk, parmesan cheese, chives, evoo, and guanciale was absolutely perfection. I often take home leftovers, but I finished my plate. I didn't get to try my tables entrees, but everyone left happy and full. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and had outdoor seating options. The servers were well informed and attentive. This place is quite popular, so make sure to call in for a reservation in advance. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Indoor dining is a little cramped. But overall had a great experience. Food and drinks were great. Service was great. Will definitely be back. Make sure to make a reservation!

Had a fantastic work dinner here in the Coach House. It is the perfect space for a mid to large size group. We started our meal with the broccolini, artichokes, and burrata and prosciutto. The artichokes are a must order, so flavorful and incredibly tender! The burrata and prosciutto was also a group favorite, the burrata was creamy, and the prosciutto was salty and savory. They were also super generous with the free bread, which cones with a perfect olive oil blend and Parmesan. They also were able to bring balsamic, which created the perfect three part dip! For my main meal I had the paccheri alla vodka e salsiccia, which was outstanding. The restaurant was able to substitute sautéed chicken for the sausage which I appreciated. This dish is so creamy and rich. The pasta is perfectly tender, and the fresh cheese on top is the perfect finishing touch. You must order!! The service here was also exceptional and very polite. They were very attentive and made sure everyone's wine glasses were full, and that everyone was happy! I would 100% recommend checking this place out!

My wife and I went to Mia Francesca's for dinner and left feeling scammed. The food and service was fine. But all we could focus on after getting our bill and during the entire walk home was being charged $12 for water. When we sat down, our waitress asked if we'd like tap, bottled still, or sparkling water. We chose the bottled water because we both need to hydrate a lot for health reasons and it sounded nice to have a bottle at the table which is customary at many restaurants anyway. At one point we ran out of water and asked for another bottle because the food was rather salty and we were thirsty. Our bill came and there was a charge for $12 for two bottles of water. We are flabbergasted that our meal is now an entire course more expensive because of... water. I have no doubt that the owner will say "the water is imported from Italy!". That's nice, but it's still water, which is generally complimentary with an almost $100 per person three course meal. My recommendation to management is this, either don't charge customers for water, or, if you'd like to charge them, train waitstaff to inform customers of the up-charge for bottled water instead of offering it like it's complimentary. We wanted this place to be a go-to Italian spot for us but will have to go with other options. It just doesn't feel right going back.

Up until last night, this was our favorite restaurant in the area. However, we stopped in last night craving their 100 layer lasagna and the chicken Milanese, only to discover that both menu items have been removed from the menu! The menu reads like a menu from 20 years ago now, and nearly everything we liked is gone. We were so disappointed we actually got up and left, going elsewhere for dinner. If you were a regular who liked these items, which were arguably the best items on the menu, call ahead before you go to see if they are back on. Otherwise prepare to be disappointed.

No complaints here! Timely service, and food was incredible. Would highly recommend trying the homemade bread!

Really good food. Pretty weird service. They sat us right in the door way which would make you think that our waiter couldn't miss us. But he was very hot and cold. We tried to order wine for so long. Then when we finally got his attention he was always around us for a few beats. Then we never saw him until 20 min later we finally ordered. But when we got the food it was delicious! And more than enough for leftovers which I adore. Would love to go back and see more of their space other than in front of their entrance.

Updating my review. When I went I got this coconut crusted chicken and it was SO good, 10/10. I took my friend here when I was back in town and unfortunately, they took it off the menu. Big mistake on their part because it's better than most of their pasta. We ordered the carbonara and one of their pasta specials in a white wine sauce, tomatoes, basil, and cheese (mozzarella, I think?). Anyways, the special ended up being super mediocre and not great. We were just going to take it home but the server offered to bring us another carbonara. Then, second carbonara comes out and it looks AND tastes different than the first one we got. Tastes waaay better. I've also had their rigatoni alla voda and it was not good. We also got the pistachio puffs and also wasn't good. But I have to mention the service is great. We loved our server Maddy the initial time and then our server this time was good. Ambiance is alright. I love the little back patio - it's great out there but inside it feels crammed and it just wasn't anything special. Would I come here again? Probably not. There are so many better Italian places in the city, I'd take your money elsewhere.

Fantastic, perfectly amazing night that I will never forget. My husband surprised me with a romantic private dinner at Mia Francesca's for our 10 year anniversary in the same room we were married in. Everything was spectacular from the food, flowers, service and wonderful gift from the staff. Huge thanks to Kathy, Constantine, and Paisley for making it all happen, and a special shout out to Timmy for helping us thru the night with a smile! Mia Francesca has been one of my favorite places since summer of 1998. They just remodeled, which I was wary about, but the results are amazing. My wife and I were there for Valentine's Day. The place was hopping, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I loved the electric vibe. Management made efforts to liven the place up for the holiday: balloons covered the ceiling, roses were handed out, the menu was tailored, etc. Our server, Scarlet, was a joy to have, an outright pro who was incredibly friendly and personable. The food? Yeah, I have never (and I'm saying this without hyperbole) had better bruschetta in my entire life. I usually avoid that dish, but, my god, what they do with this bruschetta has turned me completely around on it. My wife and I shared the lasagna, which was amazing, and walked away pleasantly, perfectly satiated. We were not price-gouged. We spent what we expected, which wasn't a lot by today's expectations. We spent most of it on wine. I'm so glad one of my favorite spots can change and grow yet retain its charm, quality, and attractiveness. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Everything here was aaaaamazing... it is beautiful inside. Our waiter, Jeff K was phenomenal... so attentive and really took care of us. The food was delicious. Much better than any of the other Francesca's.. it's a must go!!!

We celebrated Easter at Mia Francesca's. From the moment we walked in, the manager, Paisley, greeted us ( and others) with a warm Happy Easter. She made sure we liked our seating and checked on our family during our visit. Our server was very attentive and the food runner was extremely fast and so careful with placing our food. Also, the bartender seemed to have an amazing rapport with her customers and welcomed each one. The food was amazing . We loved the meatballs, mushroom salad was recommended and did not disappoint, our main meals delicious and portions big enough to share . The dessert was delicious. The sour cream gelato with carrot cake was our favorite.

We took an Uber up to see Wrigley Field and have dinner here on a Sunday night. We had reservations, but there were still a couple open tables. There's something about the acoustics of their dining room that made it louder than it seems like it should be, but you get used to it quickly. We ordered the Polpette al Fiorre (beef & pork meatballs, sauce, ricotta, served with toasted bread), Insalata Miata con Pera (greens, sliced pear, candied pecans, blue cheese, vinaigrette), and wine to start. The pears in the salad were a bit too hard and lacked flavor, but the meatballs were great. We shared the Creste de Gallo alla Vodka e Salsiccia (pasta, vodka sauce, basil, mozzarella, sausage) and Mezze Rigatoni alla Melanzane (pasta, tomato sauce, eggplant, mozzarella, basil). The vodka sauce was perfect and everything was well made. Good meal and I would recommend it if you are in the area looking for Italian.

Was visiting Northwestern last week with my daughter and a friend in SF highly recommended Mia Francesca. It was worth the drive and traffic on our way to the airport. I had the Linguine Con Vongole and my daughter had the Mafalde Bolognese. It was AMAZING!!! It was the best Vongole I ever had and it is my daughter's favorite Bolognese! Highly recommend, especially if you are visiting out of town and want amazing Italian food. Service is top notch!

We had a great time our server Alfonso went above and beyond. He is an excellent server he made our dinner experience extra special. Will definitely be back for the delicious food bruschetta, pasta with vodka sauce and for the excellent service from Alfonso.

Unfortunately there was something left to be desired by the food. I had the carbonara and whether it was some salt missing or something else, it didn't hit the mark 100%. Service was good, but the food was just okay. Others I was with felt the same. I will say the calamari though was pretty good.

We have come here before. We generally like the place. Last night it was absolutely jam packed and unfortunately that took a toll on the service we received. The waiter was overwhelmed and while he was nice and tried hard, he really wasn't worth the 20% gratuity that we felt obligated to leave. The food was good though. The mixed drinks were average and when your Manhattan is mediocre, you know their bartender is less experienced. Overall I would still recommend the place, but probably not on a Friday or Saturday. I think that the price is a bit high for what you are getting and the most irritating part of the entire experience was a 3% surcharge tacked on our bill at the end. This is a nonsense charge left over from Covid and its nothing short of a money grab. Who knows what it's for except to line the owners pockets. It's not enough for us to pay $250 plus tip for dinner for four? Really!? It makes you distrust the restaurant and you should scrutinize the bill if you go here. Ask them to remove that bullshit fee. But really if they value their customers they would not even add it on there.

Food and ambience was amazing! The carbonara and buccari was fantastic and Constantine and Scarlett made sure we had the best time. Will be back!

Constantine was so was so hospitable and his team was very attentive. They recommended and produced great dishes. Make a res for high volume times. Sanjana was the warmest and most knowledgeable server we could ask for. The bruschetta, limoncello, and meatballs were amazing.

I came here with my adult daughter on Christmas Eve. This place was hopping. We enjoyed people watching and the food was yummy. Mine (pollo Milanese) was under seasoned but some added salt went a long way. The staff were great and it was fun to observe their congenial interactions. Tom was great! We will come again.

Came here for dinner back in December. We had a large-ish group of 7. We all enjoyed our food--so good! We were crammed a little bit in the back corner but it's a small place and we were a bigger group so it's understandable. Definitely plan to go back!

Spectacular evening with fantastic food and friends. My fiancé had been raving to me about this spot for years, and I was so thrilled to go when we were visiting Chicago. Sorry for the lack of photos....I thought I took some! I had the best carpaccio. It was loaded with extra veg. If I were there for a lunch, I could easily just eat that and be good! Deliciously lightly fried calamari, not greasy or heavy was our second appetizer. Love this spot! Go!

This restaurant has impeccable food with an authentic taste but what was even better was the service provided on the floor. All my needs were met and a young busser named izaiah was servicing our table tonight!

This was my target on this trip to Chicago. I loved it years ago. I loved it this trip. Kendra behind the bar was a joy, and very conversant with all of the menu options. Chef Felipe was too kind in making sure we got everything we need. Front of house Scott was the perfect host. This is an amazing experience, and we recommend it for all.....

Service was very attentive and personable! Food was great and waits were at a minimal, paisley was super sociable and kind to our table, would definitely come again!

We came to eat on Christmas Eve 12/24/23 mid-afternoon. The service provided by Alfonso was excellent and the food was very good. We had: 1. Calamari Fritti appetizer that was fantastic. 2. An order of Fettuccine della Nonna. The sauce was very tasty and the rib meat tender. 3. An order of Mezze Rigatoni con Melanzane which was totally satisfying. However, the exception was our order of Paccheri alla Vodka. It was like eating an order of nachos from Wrigley field with cold cheese poured on top. We will certainly return to Mia again in the future as one order was not representative of our entire meal.

We had our daughter's graduation party at Mia Francesca yesterday and Katherine and her team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Ellen, our server was fantastic and so sweet. The food was delicious. And the cocktails were also yummy. We had a party of about 40 guests and everyone raved about the food. The restaurant was charming and there is a great patio in the back. We will definitely host other parties at Mia Francesca's!!!

Francesca's is always a solid dining spot. It's been years since I've been to this location and it's exactly like I remember it. Tables are jammed a bit too close together for my taste, but service was great last night. We came for the Restaurant Week menu and every course was delicious. The wine list is extensive and cocktails are good as well. There's a reason this place has been around for so long. So good, so good!

Good and drinks were excellent Service - not that great But the most negative thing about the restaurant is the NOISE. Your head will be rattling when leaving. Choose elsewhere if you care about service and ambiance

Wonderful dinner on the outdoor patio. We got there early (5:30), and the place was deserted. Perfect spot for a quiet conversation, with good food and nice wine.

I have been eating at Mia Francesca since 1995, maybe even before then. In my 20's it was my go to first date spot and now it's where I take my daughter for daddy daughter date night. The food remains very good. I used to say it was my favorite Italian spot in the city. Now I would say there are better, but it's still great, reservations are easy to get, and they have all the old school Italian favorites. If you want an excellent Spaghetti Bolognese or Short Rib Ravioli, look no further. You won't go wrong with their Tiramisu either. The staff is friendly and families are welcome, especially early on. All in all an excellent meal. Perhaps not the best in Chicago anymore, but it's fairly priced and you won't leave hungry.

Warm and inviting (albeit a tad expensive) Italian restaurant near Wrigleyville Loved my warm and creamy, delicately seasoned farfalle. Hubby was VERY happy with his prosciutto e carciofe. Service was friendly and helpful beyond words!
