Michi Michi Baking Collective

OMG, the pigs in a blanket were so good, especially with the mustard dipping sauce. The pastry was flaky, buttery, and warm, and the sausage was super flavorful. We also tried the chocolate pistachio baklava, perfectly sweet and absolutely delicious. We didn't order coffee since we had already stopped somewhere else on the way, but we'll definitely be back again soon. Parking was a little tricky since it's street metered parking, but once inside it was smooth, no line at all.

Small bakery, packed with flavors! Expect a line and limited parking. I wanted a croissant but they don't bake those everyday. Today I found their guava cream cheese danishes and cinnamon rolls! Both were excellent. I will be back!

First time here, found it on IG. Short line but got longer very quickly and I can see why. They have a good assortment of pastries and also serve coffee and matcha. The pastries are delicious, flavorful and affordable. This is a must try if you're in the area. Please see pics below.

Love the concept of this collective bakery. We arrived on a Saturday morning just as they were opening at 8:00 AM and there were about 8-10 people in line. It was 8:12 when we selected our pastries, so not too long of a wait. The price point trends around the same as other bakeries… $8-ish for one pastry. We opted for the cinnamon roll and the pumpkin pie croissant. I was in a trance eating the cinnamon roll. I’m a cinnamon roll connoisseur and this is one damn good cinnamon roll. It was doughy, moist, and didn’t lack icing. I will return solely for the cinnamon roll. The pumpkin pie croissant was good, although the croissant itself could have been more crisp and fluffy. It sort of fell flat. But the pumpkin pie filling was delicious as well as the cream cheese piping on top. Overall, we had a good experience. The staff was friendly especially the male cashier.

Came in Saturday morning and was able to get all of the pastries we wanted. The line was only a few people long. I ordered a chai latte and that was delicious. The pastries did not disappoint. Our group got the banana cronut, the egg sandwich, the pig in a blanket, the ham croissant and the guava pastry. ALL incredible! I could eat the egg sandwich every single day. The pig in a blanket was a spicy sausage and came with a mustard dip which complemented it nicely. There is limited seating outside, a few two tops and a four top. No seating on the inside. We will be returning!

The pastries are just okay. I’ve given this spot several tries, but overall they’re pretty mid. 3 stars for the creative flavor profiles, also the mango sticky rice pastry hits every time. Not really worth the wait though and there are better options out there.

Super delicious pastries at Michi Michi in Banker’s Hill! We really enjoyed the huevos rancheros, corn cream danish, Oaxacan mole babka, and ham & cheese croissant. The huevos rancheros pastry was our favorite, excellent. Very friendly and helpful service. There can be a line, but it moves quickly and is worth the wait. Highly recommend!

Love the concept of this place...different bakers are featured at certain times! Ideas are always new and fresh and they still managed to bring back the really good pastries. I've been here 3-4 times and have always loved the pastries. As with any popular place that has gone 'viral " it's good to get here early. They have so many choices but so far my favorites have been huevos rancheros croissant, chocoflan and this fig twisty thing that I loved!

Michi Michi is a 5/5 experience. Pastries that are like art, they are a collective so they have pastries from other bakers weekly that rotate in as well as their core pastries. You can feel the community aspect. One thing to note is that they are open Thursday-Sunday from 8am-2pm or sell out. There's always a line, it's a small shop, and parking is not great in this area so id recommend going early in the morning before the line starts getting long and to make sure you get a chance to buy the pastries you want before they sell out.

Holy cow, the pastries were delicious here. When my friend told me that the offerings are different every week, I had very mixed emotions. So this fabulous item I am in love with may not be here next time? But there will be a whole case of new fabulous items for me to enjoy?

I might just be in love with that French onion croissant. It was heavenly. It's hard to make a decision when you are there yet you can't go wrong. Go during the weekday and your wait time is much quicker. Thank me later. It's such a cute small corner shop. A few tables outside to enjoy your tasty treats!

Woke up early enough to finally make it down to Michi Michi! I love that it's a collective so get to try so many different pastries. As shown, I couldn't just try one thing! Luckily I went with a friend and got to try some of their pastries. Everything was delicious, got a mix of sweet and savory!

At first I thought this place was hit or miss after becoming obsessed with their mango sticky rice pastry but being disappointed by their strawberry pistachio galette. I want to rectify my statement after trying five pastries this morning and loving every single one of them: The tea and pumpkin babka was SO soft and fluffy with an incredibly strong tea flavor. Their praline bread pudding toast was mind blowing. The French onion tart was so good. Out of all the bakeries I've tried in SD, I consistently choose this one to bring people from out of town, because it has such amazing and surprising pastries.

Such a cute lil shop that lives up to the hype! I love the concept of showcasing different bakers and creating that sense of community. We went in the late morning on a weekend, and some goods were already sold out! The colorful display of baked goods made us want to try everything and happy to report the presentation matches the taste. The pigs in the blanket were the star of the show: juicy, spicy sausage in a warm, flaky bun dipped in honey mustard was chef's kiss. We also enjoyed some sweet options like the sesame cookie, praline bread pudding, and hojicha/pumpkin babka. We didn't try the drinks this time since there was a specialty coffee shop nearby (Mnemonic Coffee - highly recommend too). Very intrigued by all their flavor combos here and can't wait to try a new rotation of pastries when I come back to visit SD!

I love michi michi and any bad comments I BEG you to take with a grain of salt. Here's why: michi michi has different bakers nearly every week, although they do have some staple pastries they keep (although these can also change with the season). This means, you're not getting the same thing every week/every review. Also the time of day: it's best to go here early, before pastries run out. Anytime past 11am is a risk on your options! They have a wide variety of pastries every week, not everything is going to be a personal hit but I have found some items I love. It's the perfect stop for a gift box or group picnic, or just a treat to yourself. They keep up with their instagram so it's best to check there to see what they have each week

Plenty of surrounding street parking available (meter and free). They have a couple of tables and benches available to eat outside. They have a normal menu on the wall but rotating collaborated menus printed on the window. No restroom from what I could see. We ordered from their October special drink menu and they hit the spot. The flavors were strong. The Ube Potion No 9's Ube flavor was great and didn't taste too fake or too sweet. The Pan De Muerto Latte's orange zest was strong in a very good way. They definitely put a lot of the zest in because you would find yourself sipping and chewing. Their pastries were also flavorful and not too sweet. Staff were friendly and quick with our order.

Came at around 11AM and there was a short line and they may have sold out of some of their pastries. They have a wide variety of pastries, some sandwiches, and drinks like different flavored matchas, hojichas, and lattes. Cute little cafe with a few tables outside. egg sando: 9.1/10: So good! Super fluffy, flavorful, and packed. I loved how they used an egg bread as well. The chili oil drizzle on top is perfect and pairs well with the egg salad. banana brulee cruffin: 7.9/10. Pretty good, but slightly stale since they probably bake them first thing in the morning. Would have liked more filling to bread ratio, but good natural banana flavor.

I really wanted to like this bakery more, they definitely sell out fast. Came around 11:30 on a Sunday to more than half of their offerings gone. The concept with different collaborations is awesome. However, the pastries I tasted were just good, nothing amazing. I tried their Huevos ranchero croissant which was interesting but the croissant was a little too heavy and rough. Everyone was lovely!

I saw someone post the mango sticky rice croissant and was super bummed they did not have it that day. There were still plenty of other delicious looking pastries to try. Ended up getting a few to try and the only that really stood out was the Corn Flan Danish. First bite you can immediate taste the sweet corn cream with the soft corn flan followed by the crispy layer of the danish. It was the perfect bite. Really impressed with the complex textures. The other ones we had felt like it was just average - something you are able to get at any bakery and the same flavor profile as one would imagine (ie. Spam Musubi croissant). Still worth a visit as the menu does change! Service was quick and I wish we had more time to review the selection. It's one of those pastries are all layed out and you better be quick about making a decision as you go down the line. There's a few outdoor seating and parking is also near impossible as it's downtown ish. Recommend one person to drive/circle around and the other to do the pick up.

This bakery is always having new menu items and collaborations with local companies. It's worth it to go often as the menu changes. A little pricey, but every baked good I have tried from here is so delicious. I would have to say it's one of my favorite bakeries in San Diego. The parking may be difficult as Bankers Hill is a busy area with not much parking. There is limited seating, but you could always take your treats to enjoy them at nearby Balboa Park. Extra plus that the employees are so friendly and welcoming!

Food: 5 - Guava Danish and Monkey Bread - Pleasantly surprised how deliciously scrumptious this was. Perfect balance of sweetness, the guava spread - tasted like my grandmas guava jam. The monkey bread tasted like a crumbled up cinnamon roll. Again, perfect balance of sweetness. Service - Very friendly young staff Ambiance - Super cute. It has that euro vibe - I love it! You gotta come earlier, they sell out fast and I see why

Michi Michi is a woman-owned bakery collective. I love the story behind it. Each week, they have a rotated collection of local bakers that showcase their products alongside their regular rotation of goodies. They've gained incredible popularity resulting in a long line every weekend! We arrived near opening and still had to wait around 30 minutes. Be prepared for this when it comes to your parking meter as you won't be running in and out. We tried a wide variety of their treats including their spam and egg croissant, choco flan and black sesame, cherry cupcake. We also tried sourdough bagels from New Wave. Everything was very aesthetic and gorgeous, but taste wise, I'd say they were just okay. Not bad by any means, but personally, nothing was a standout. I think it's all dependent from week to week though, so it's worth coming back to. That's part of what makes this place fun too. That each week, you get a new rotating menu of new options to choose from! I love that they are also uplifting local bakers and making it more accessible for them to get their name and product out! I also have to add that the service here is impeccable. Their staff is so friendly and the person at the cash register was such a gem.

Such a cute corner store bakery. The pastries are beautiful, I got 2 items. Spam Musubi Croissant - it was dry and not flaky, I was disappointed. Guava Cheese Danish - it was just OK. I had high expectations, too bad I was not satisfied.

Found this on Social Media and decided to take a drive which was 10minutes away with Friday Morning traffic. It's a Small Shop featuring Local Bakers to come together and share their handcrafted treats from sweet to savory also serving Coffee from local roasters picked up a Mango Sticky Rice danish that had fresh sliced mangos delish! Prosciutto Tart flavors were great and the phyllo Crust was a lil bit hard on the outside and lil soft and flaky inside. Featured Jalapeño Bagels by New Wave Bagel yumm! and my most recent discovery drink was the Miso Caramel Matcha that was not to sweet it had a perfect balance to go along with a Chai Blondie and Pineapple Monkey Bread. Loved it! Found some Merch! Great Bakery! Seating out front with street parking Noticed they do have events posted and Bakery hours 8am til 2pm or until sold out

Another bakery to mark off of my list. If you're looking for fresh pastries in the Banker's Hill area, this is a must try. I highly suggest coming here when it opens to beat the long lines. Friendly staff and they let you know what's on the normal menu and what's in for just that week. I got the huevos rancheros danish, banana brûlée cruffin, egg sando and the miso caramel matcha. Everything was delicious! My personal fave was the egg sando topped with chili oil and chives. The only thing I did not like was there were a lot of flies at the outdoor seating area. I spent more time trying to move it away than actually eating. Other than that, loved the food and the drinks and staff -- just not the flies.

The line was long and worth the wait. Has been on my bucket list for a while but the long lines out front were a bit intimidating. The selection has both sweet and savory pastries that are unique concoctions that are decorated beautifully. This place isn't cheap but glad to be able to sample so many! Will return when family are in town visiting to order 1 of every item and then make a judgement call.

I was having a leisurely weekend in San Diego decided to try a bakery in Bankers Hill. Michi Michi is a unique little bakery that serves both sweet & savory baked goods. . The charm of this little corner bakery is its co-op with other like minded bakers in the community. They have different options weekly and lots of coffee & tea options. . Of course I had to try everything. My favorite was the Huevos Ranchero Croissant . It was the perfect blend of baked with seasoned tortilla strips on top and slightly spicy . Really my delicious. For my sweet I loved the Mango sticky rice danish and I had the Hong Kong Milk Tea iced. There was a line but not bad. We waited about 20 minutes to get to the counter. The staff working were all very friendly and didn't rush us or shame me for wanting 1 of everything . Lots of vegan options. I would definitely come back but this time I wouldn't order everything in the store . There's always tomorrow!they're closed Monday-Wednesday. They're a small business and no restrooms. It's a walk up and order, however they do have small tables outside for people watching.

Was excited to try this place since there's always a long line. It was pretty good! The heuvo ranchero croissant was delicious and so unique. Definitely get it! I didn't love the s'mores cake because the frosting kind of just tasted like butter. Would be excited to try more of their pastries (the cinnamon rolls looked amazing). We went around 11:30am on a Sunday and waited less than five minutes, and they still had a ton of items. The staff were really nice as well.

hands down one of the most incredible bakeries I have ever been to. every bite was perfection and I wish I could have tried so many more things. everyone working there was so nice and answered my questions about my nut allergy. the bakery itself is small and cosy but there are tables and seating outside. I got the delicious egg sando, the pig in a blanket, the apple cheesecake, and the cinnamon roll. can't wait to come back!

Every single thing I've had from Michi Michi has been fantastic. Their croissant items are exceptional. The lamination on their dough is sooooo good! I love that they have a lot of savory pastries. Their egg salad sandwich is the most flavorful I've ever had. The only downside is that I have to get up earlier than I'd like, because they sell out so quickly!

Michi Michi has done it again. The apple cheesecake crumble and the banana foster cruffin are out of this world.

This place is a nice little hidden gem. Desserts all look wonderful and we tried a couple of the pastries. We got the strawberry galette and it was my favorite perfect balance of sweetness and the glaze and pastry perfectly flakey and delicious. The watermelon shortcake was good as well but the other was better and I preferred it much more. The watermelon wasn't very sweet but again the crust perfectly flakey and delicious The matcha was also really good. Service was very friendly. Be prepared for a long line but it does move at a steady pace.

Popular little bakery that serves a nice range of goodies! My favorites were the Spam Musubi Croissant and Banana Brulee Muffin. The counter service was quick and helpful. No inside seating but a couple of tables outside the cafe.

I've been wanting to try Michi Michi for a while and the pastries were really good!! We got a cream corn pastry that had a great flavor and was nice and savory. The Mole Babka was also delicious and had a rich icing on the top that really took it a step up. I also liked that it wasn't too sweet. Where I was hoping for a bit more was the matcha. It was $6 for a large size so the cost value was great, but the flavor was somewhat chalky and nothing special. I also drink caffeine on the regular, but about 30 minutes after drinking this I felt crazy from the caffeine and I feel like matcha isn't normally that strong. Either way we had an overall good experience and we were able to get a table outside to enjoy our pastries on a Sunday morning. I love the idea of the collective bakery and the pastries were really good so i'd return for those, but maybe not the drinks.

OK, so I finally got to try this little hot spot. It's pretty good so many yummy bakery options and literally didn't even know what to get so I went with the guava danish. We had a raspberry jam cookie for my son. I wanna say that was vegan and we got a pig in a blanket everything was delicious. I do wish the pig in a blanket could've been warmed up, but that's not an option. Oh well it was still delicious and the drip coffee really hit. That was really good and I am not a drip coffee Fan anyhow I went super early so the line was not even bad. There is some outdoor seating and a bench which was pretty good, but can we highlight the service because everybody was happy smiling and just I got some really good service. Thank you for taking the time out and providing Five star service. I'll definitely be back.

The service was so friendly and the bakery items were so delicious and fresh. I love that you see items you wouldn't see at a standard bakery - every item has a twist, example spam musubi croissant?! Delicious and so so creative!

Meh. Sucks pastries are cold, no option to warm them up which sucks because you miss its glory when it's cold. We got the spam masubi (8/10), butternut squash (6/10), monkey bread (2/10), and Oaxaca mole (8.5/10). We tried their seasonal drink: pumpkin black sesame espresso. I didn't specify because I just assumed an espresso drink on a chilly morning was going to be a hot drink. They don't serve hot drinks (cold drinks I'm assuming for convenience since they can be premade). I'm not a cold latte kinda girl. No pumpkin flavor; definitely nothing to write home about. And pretty expensive overall. Tried it; on to the next.

I came here with my sis in law after Sunday brunch around 10ish in the morning. Short wait and they still had plenty of pastries left. Super small and cute shop in the corner of a street. I ordered the cinnamon roll, guava danish, and tiramisu flan, I think. They were all very good. I liked the cinnamon roll but was so much better warmed up. I also ordered the miso matcha latte which was not my fave. I should've asked if it could've been a bit more sweet. I don't know if could tase the miso though. It was ok. Maybe I'd get the regular matcha latte next time. We hung out on the bench outside bc it was sunny, beautiful day. Super nice place to hangout afterwards and try out our pastries. I do want to come back and try new items.

I've been seeing this place on SM and finally decided to give a try this morning. I got here on Thursday morning at 8 am and there was a line already, waited in line for about 15mins. I picked up strawberry and pistachio gallete $7.50, cinnamon roll $8, and passion fruit and cranberry Madeline $5. The strawberry and pistachio gallete was very good, had pretty good amount of pistachio filling and I liked that cream on top wasn't sweet and light. It's pretty big so I would split it. I had a bite of cinnamon roll and it was good but I wouldn't say it was anything super special, could use a-bit more cinnamon. The passion fruit Madeline was a bit too sweet for me. The place is very small one way in and out with one cashier but the line was moving fairly quickly. They had few tables outside so some people were enjoying there since they also serve coffee and , tea. The stuff was very friendly.

Visited this bakery because I saw it on social media and has been on my bookmarks for a long time. Parking was a little tricky because it's street and located near balboa park, but after a few rounds, I was able to find one on a Saturday afternoon. When I came in, a lot of the things appeared to be sold out but I got a few items like the cinnamon roll, a few different cookies and a cake box. The cake box looked familiar from a vendor at the local farmers markets and it was pretty good. The pastries from Michi Michi on the other hand were not impressive, can get and find better elsewhere. I'm glad I tried it as this is a "hot" bakery, but I wouldn't come back. Try it out for yourself!

Seen in social media but didn't plan to come here. We were walking at Balboa Park and saw the Michi sign. Since we're there, we had to try it. Place is tiny and only has outside tables - mostly in the sun. We sat by the bench and tried out pastries. Everything looks amazing - we only got 2 pastries, but will come back to try the rest. The strawberry galette is a must have. It has a nut crumble like filling, crunchy exterior and perfect sweetness from the jam. The casher mentioned it's over of her favorites. The watermelon shortcake has a flowery taste that really goes well with the watermelon. The watermelon itself wasn't sweet. We made a mistake with the matcha drink as well didn't stir it well. By the the time the drink was half empty. We were just tasting the bitter matcha.

Michi Michi is a cute pastry shop on the corner of 5th Ave and Olive in Bankers Hill curating a collection of desserts from a rotation of local vendors and bakers. I arrived at Michi Michi around 8:15 and there was already a bit of a line only a few minutes after opening. It's safe to say the people of San Diego are well-informed of the shop's quality. The line moved quickly with a helpful staff ready to provide recommendations and abide by their customers' requests. The pastries are high-quality, but also on the pricier side. Noticeably, you either email, text, or neglect your receipt, making it just a little harder to hold yourself accountable for the expensive indulgence. My favorite menu item was the focaccia sandwich served with mixed vegetables and hummus. It was delicious, a must-get and a 10/10. I tried an assortment of their pastries. They were all good, but none of them stood out like the sandwich. I would recommend venturing to Michi Michi with a curious appetite and select the pastries that look most promising. While an expensive indulgence, Michi Michi highlights culinary creators in the local area and emphasizes what happens when communities come together to share a pastry.

Michi Michi....Love Love....Deelish Deelish.... Cako and I just finished our walk and I searched for bakery on Yelp and Michi Michi was one of the choices. I had read about them and the long line and figured that might be the case since it was a Saturday. As we drove up, no line, but people eating outside, and there was a parking spot at the corner! Yes Yes! The case had some really interesting baked goods, and I can see why there's a line. You need to read each description...I just went with what caught my eye: watermelon shortcake, pineapple monkeybread, strawberry pistachio danish, Oaxacan mole babka, and a chocolate chip cookie. Each one had a unique delicious flavor! My favorite had to be the babka since it had a sweet and spicy combination. The best part, and a good way of testing their goods, is the next day, they were still very good.....but....even the next day, they were still good. Though I do recommend refrigerating any of the pastries that have a cream filling or fresh fruit. The staff is really friendly! Definitely worth coming to if you want something unique! There are some benches outside and a couple of small tables you can eat at. They also have a limited amount of beverage choices, but the baked goods are the real stars! If I had one complaint it would be the entrance. When there's a line, people don't wait down the steps so others can leave. Other than that, solid bakery!

Not too much to add about this, but we stopped at Michi Michi to grab a quick sweet treat! Ended up grabbing some sort of apricot matcha pastry around 12PM on a Sunday. The pastry wasn't as flaky as I would like it, but given that we arrived later in the day, it's understandable! The matcha flavor itself wasn't very present and generally just tasted like a sweet cream on top of the pastry. The apricots balanced out the sweetness with the tart flavor though--pretty good, but I probably would try other pastries next time I go!

A distinctly unique bakery that does both savory and sweet. I tend towards the savory, but the sweet items are also excellent. I only wish that they would do nuts in their chocolate chip cookies, lol. Their hours are limited and they are only open until sold out, so I recommend going early. I also recommend that you scan both cases as the selection is extensive. Parking can also be difficult and be resigned to walk if you aren't already close by. Highly recommend and be sure to try something that is not your usual. You will be surprised.

Really cute name, no idea what it means! Like most French-inspired bakeries in America that set up is basically: wait in a weird and an anxiety inducing line, quickly take inventory of all the big ass, decadent pastries, order as fast as possible in a drunken stupor to make sure you keep the line moving, wonder what you should've done differently with your order for the rest of the day. I can't remember what I got, but it had a lot of blueberries and it was delicious! I also got a coffee which was top-notch!

The miso caramel matcha!!! We stopped by on Thursday and the like wasn't too bad, maybe about 15-20 minutes. By the time I got inside (9 AM) they were running low on a few items already. Luckily I was able to get one of each things I was eyeing! My favorites were the strawberry pistachio galettes and the flan danish! I usually lean more towards savory than sweet but I loved the sweet items more!

Arrived at around 9:30am and the line wasn't too bad. We may have gone a little overboard by almost ordering one of everything. We didnt, but almost. Everything looked so good it was hard to decide what to order. In addition to the pastries, we also picked up coffees, a Caramel Miso Matcha, and a Matcha. The caramel miso matcha was YUM! As for the pastries, although all were good, the standouts for me were the mango matcha cruffin (that cream?!?! So good!) and the cream corn one. Also liked the kimchi cheddar bun. Carb overload, but worth it! Staff were also very friendly.

Michi Michi bakery is a small but fun selection of baked goods. While some items are on the pricier side, the variety and uniqueness make it worth a visit at least once. There's very limited seating. It's more of a grab-and-go place. Also, downtown parking can be difficult, so plan ahead if you're driving. Food and SelectionMost of the pastries I tried were excellent. The corn, asparagus, and tomato savory pastries were especially good. The only one I didn't enjoy was the kimchi bread; it's nothing special. The matcha was also a miss, way too watered down. The staff was friendly, but they didn't warm up the pastries, which I think took away from the overall quality. Even with a few downsides, I'd come back to try more. The bakery offers something different, and the quality is mostly there. Just don't expect to sit down and stay awhile.

Michi Michi is a creative delicious bakery ! Their menu continues to evolve and your taste buds are rewarded with each different item they serve. My favorite is their Rancho Huevos pastry. It's like a mini egg on toast with a slight kick of heat but far better ! I ordered their guava pastry and apricot pastry both were delicious . Not overly sweet (which I prefer). Come early because the line will go out the door ! No indoor dining and few outdoor dining tables so I suggest you plan on take out . Service is friendly but it is a tight squeeze to get in and out due to the one door entry and exit.

A must! The staff is friendly and gives great pastry recommendations. All the pastries have been delicious. Such a cute spot and in a good location. Been there twice and will most definitely be coming back when I'm in the Banker's Hill area

Such a fun little bakery that feels like a curated collection of Instagram famous treats. It's a small storefront, but there's usually a long line, especially on weekends. That's a good sign, which means people love it or at least interested. I believe they rotate vendors, so there's always something new to try. Great stop and go spot if you're already in the area, and Balboa Park is right across the street. Parking will be tough on weekends. Be patient, or be ready for a short walk. The matcha latte was just okay, probably wouldn't get it again. The baked goods are the main attraction here.

Michi Michi's baked goods are worth the wait, very creative and delicious. Love that they showcase local bakers and have rotating items that are unique and beautiful. The croissants are solid, they make the classics well (ham and cheese croissant and chocolate chip cookie). Note that the shop is small and lines are long, but there's seating out front and the staff are moving the pastry line as best they can. Line management is tricky because it's one door in and out. The drink was a disappointment for me. I was told the matcha mosa drink would be really good but sadly was not. It's a matcha Orange juice beverage and is pretty but did not taste good in my opinion. They also forgot my drink and I had to go back in and ask for it when I saw others got their drinks ahead of me. Prices are fair for the market but on the higher side. I'd come back but would not get drinks here.

Top tier bakery with speedy service. We popped by mid-morning on a Saturday and were fortunate enough to only have a short line before ordeing. The staff are friendly, obviously love where they work and very willing to provide recommendations. They are also Very efficient, and keep the line moving. We ordered a variety to share. In order of preference, here's what we had: black sesame babka with lemon, spam musabi croissant, matcha mango cruffin, and the goat cheese and prosciutto stick. For the savory pastries, the spam musabi croissant is where it's at! The croissant is flakey, buttery perfection with a generous hunk of spam inside. For the sweets, the black sesame babka with lemon was the standout. For me, it had the perfect balance of sweet and the right texture. Would highly recommend. I'm definitely returning to taste my way across the pastry case!

I've seen this spot all over Instagram and finally got to try it. There was a line out the door but it went pretty quick. I ordered the Spam Musubi croissant which I loved but just wish it had been warm. My absolute favorite thing was the egg salad chili crunch sandwich! The bread was super fresh, the egg was fluffy and the chili crunch gave it a perfect spice. The Miso Caramel Matcha was unique and not very sweet. Some of the items seemed a bit pricey for what it was, but great chance to support local business.

The pastries were well worth the wait on a Saturday morning. It's best to arrive close to opening as they do run out of some pastries - by the time I arrived there were mostly sweet pastries vs savory ones. I love that they partner with various different local bakers. My favorite was the black sesame babka. So delicious! I was hoping to sit down with my coffee and do some work but there isn't any seating indoors, just two benches outside. Would recommend planning to enjoy the pasties to go
