PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE The office staff make you feel like they are caring people, but in fact, there are wolves in Sheep’s clothing. The women in our office are nasty. They’re liars granite. We got behind in some months because my roommate lost his job due to contract being pulled, and then because of the government shut down, they do not care They continuously put notice after the notice on your door even after sending in an email or a text. I have health issues can barely walk sometimes have to use a cane and a walker and oxygen we explain this that we were trying to catch up the rent. they sent a notice out as of last week saying you cannot pay and stay in big black bold Letters my car was broken into two days ago out here in this neighborhood where they’re supposed to have cameras and they don’t even work so I would advise you not to move here. They harass you. They will talk about you in the office walk in they get quiet, so you already know they’re talking about you or they see you coming up do not move here. I am being honest with you as I said before we got behind. I am on full disability so my disability, we’re not I’ll be able to afford to stay here for my roommates was helping out until he lost his job. It was not his fault. He lost his job. We do not know that this thing was going to happen with what happened but they do not care and I will see you one more time. Do not do not do not move here. We are getting ready to be kicked out as of Friday because they said that we cannot pay and stay and I love that Will sent do not do not do not move here. The office liars sneaky in their back riders do not do not do not move here. You will regret it. They have not done anything about my car been broken into. They said they are not responsible for what goes on, but it’s in your parking lot not on the street parking. A police report was found. Even the police stated that they would not be able. They were not going to do anything about it. Do not do not do not move here

We’ve moved in the first of the month, and everything has been simply amazing. The leasing office and property managers are very helpful and cared about any concerns we had during our move in process. We don’t have any complaints, our children loves our new home, it’s quiet and clean. The view from our balcony is beautiful. So far things have been amazing..

Very nice place to live. I e been here for 7yrs and no problem. The Keep the lawns manicured, the trash is picked up daily from off the grounds and the trash is picked up twice a week from the trash company. And when I call maintenance, they either come that day or the next day, no waiting. The rent is very reasonable and it's convenient to downtown and I95.

Husband and I have lived here about a year and a half. We love it so much. The community is relatively quiet, the neighbors are all great, and we've only ever had excellent experiences with management. Additionally, on the rare occasion that we've required maintenance, it's been handled swiftly and with care.

The community is pretty quiet, I work from home and the only noise I hear most of the day is cars on the road (which doesn't bother me). Staff and management are pleasant. Kitchen space is a little smaller than I would like but it works for a family of two.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The office managersare no help they send a company that does absolutely nothing , they want you to call everyday all day as if they already don’t know they have this problem it’s ridiculous . I haven’t had this couch for a whole year & this is what happened , I have several videos and pictures of mice laying around the community so I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining I just want out !

We have been here for three years now. And it’s been quiet, safe and *some what peaceful*. We have not had any issues with rodents or roaches like the previous reviews mentioned. But we do clean and Clorox the kitchen and bathroom daily and vacuum all rooms daily since we work from home and we fear to have any encounters with rodents and roaches. There is sufficient storage and the kitchen space is huge. There is secure parking in the lot and on the street. No one really ever messes with our cars. Packages delivered to the door are never messed with. Sometimes the neighbors on the block will secure packages for us if they don’t see our car out side and bring it over when they do see the car back. Even though most of the neighbors keep to themselves, everyone on the block is familiar with seeing each other faces so everyone does look out for each other. Maintenance is on it with all issues, whether it is a clogged sink or having the filters in the central air changed. Every morning there is a maintenance person walking around making sure the property is well maintained and clean. When it snows the sidewalks and parking lot is well treated. In the summer the lawn is kept very well. There is sufficient back yard space so I’m the summer we always sit out back and enjoy the weather. It is within walking distance of the middle branch park, so in the summer we do go running along the water. So that’s a plus. It is minutes from downtown, and it has easy access to 95, 83 & 895. And these highways allows easy access to 695. Also there is a few young kids new to the neighborhood that would throw trash anywhere. But maintenance ensures it’s cleaned up. We did have a situation with the ceiling, but it was addressed eventually. According to the maintenance person, the nature of the issue was out of their control and it was necessary for them to get the roofers involved. The roof contractors dragged the issue along, but thankful it was fixed eventually. When they do upgrades to the unit, we are typically given 2-3 weeks or more time notice. Prior to moving here we were told that the neighborhood was so bad but we honest have not seen or experienced anything to make us feel insecure or endangered. Overall I would recommend the community.

It so much to complain about the people in the office don't have any respect for their tenants if you end up renting here please understand they can come in to your apartment whenever they want.. because "you don't own the apartment"...lol the apartment when we moved in was not up to par what so ever did not look like it was even cleaned before we moved in, my outlet did not and still doesn't work in kitchen.. the unit has so many holes that need to be caulked that was never done till this day! regardless the environment is great super quiet no violence since I been here the only thing bad about this place is the management and their pettiness. After this review they kicked me out of my apartment and gave me 15 days saying that I had a Pitbull which I don't I've asked to provide proof but according to the property manager its to late for that and I have to leave I suggest everyone beware of this company they have had class action suits against them for taking money from tenants etc. UPDATE - These are the most money hungry scummiest people of baltimore We left the apartment and all of a sudden they are trying to charge me 6,000 AMERICAN DOLLARS for the rest of my lease unless somebody moves in to the apartment before 12/25 like this is some type of gamble unless you want your credit potentially ruined and have to spend money on lawyer fees because these people are definitely getting sued DO NOT MOVE HERE

They like to steal deposits after charging double. I moved in with my family and everything was good until they sent a disgusting letter stating my record and threatening for us to leave, my fiancé was scared because of the aggression illustrated with the word choice in their letter. They knew we had a 3 year old daughter and we was expecting a child. this is how they treat American families. Absolutely trash humans, not to mention the corner of the block is infested with gang violence. Don't rent with these trash people go elsewhere.

Have have issues with rodent since Oct 2022 it is now Jan 30 2023 the pest control came out the issues was never resolved and not only that I just found out there was more than 1 mice as 1 was caught on a trap & others are still running around I have videos & pics the other 1 has eaten the cheese off the traps but still running around at this point I asked to be relocated they said they couldn't now I'm looking to relocate asap
