A producers-only Saturday market April–November with vendors from within 100 miles, live music, and chef demos. Praised by local food writers and spotlighted by North Hills as a community staple for seasonal shopping and neighborhood vibes.

I love this local farmers market! They have over 30 vendors and each one is unique. Some of our favs (according to our kids 15,12 and 10) are: Lizard Lick Farms for their Stella Figs Apex Fish Company for their Bluefish Fresh Levant for everything L&S Farms for their bone broth Rob’s Produce for their squash Humble Umble for their greens (and gorgeous flowers) Beth with Shrooms to Grow for their mushroom variety Mica’s Sweet Treats for their paintable cookies Yellow Dog Bakery for their bread On the Way Bartending for their cocktail or mocktail mixers. I can go on! We’ve been going for nearly 10 years. Loved everyone and buying local. We will continue to support the Midtown Farmers Market for years to come!

FIVE STAR shopping at North Hills Plaza in Raleigh at the Midtown Farmers Market. Loaded up on some veggies and carbs (my weakness). Local farms and vendors providing ready to eat foods – or everything you need to prepare excellent meals. Saturday mornings only! Nice walking and shopping experience on a beautiful fall day...

Excellent place to take a pleasant walk and buy fresh vegetables. We went to find purple sweet potatoes, but they were not available. Cannot a nicer place for a walk Loved it.

Small farmers market with local vendors. There’s not a ton of variety here, there only 4 or 5 vendors selling fresh produce. Dogs and kids are welcome.

This is the best market in Raleigh. Local grown produce, mushrooms and meats.

Yelp
Cute farmers market in the heart of North Hills on Saturdays (check online and with their vendors for their official schedule) from 10-12 with some really nice local vendors including Mama's Salsa- my favorite!!! This time I bought a jar of her avocado-lime but need to come back for her Chipotle! There was fresh seafood and meats, jams and other jarred foods, clothing and scarves, fresh produce, salsa and chips and MORE. I am so happy I discovered this gem and can't wait to come back for more salsa and to support some more local vendors in the future. Shop local! Pro tip: if you buy a jar of salsa (or 3), don't hesitate to get a bag of her fresh homemade tortilla chips, too. They're the perfect pair and honestly, chips from the grocery store aren't nearly as good.. I wish she sold them in bulk!

Yelp
Highly recommend coming here on a weekday or even a Sunday morning. It's a great experience connecting with local farmers, trying produce that is fresh, and supporting farmers across NC. Everyone is extremely kind, and it has a farmers market feel, open and spacious with multiple vendors. A great way to spend a Sunday with a loved one, grab fresh coffee which they offer, fresh flowers, fresh baked goods and can even grab lunch there. Excellent experience!

Yelp
This farmer's market really is such a gem! I had kind of written this farmers market off during covid worried about crowds. I went early last Saturday and it was actually perfect. My husband and son wandered around the other side of North Hills since no one was there and I went to grab our Farmers Market items. Almost everyone had a mask on and it was a quick and safe way to continue to support local farms at this time. I walked away with great peaches, lettuce, tomatoes, flowers, cucumbers, zucchini, and a breakfast sandwich from their visiting food truck! The flowers that I scored from Blackdog Hops were beautiful AND lasted two weeks. A lot of times cut wildflowers don't hold up, but their flowers did. I also loved all the organic produce I bought from Nourishing Acre Farm, oh and of course Michael's English Muffins is a continued favorite. Can't wait to head back over soon!

Yelp
The Midtown Farmer's Market at North Hills was hopping today! I always go to farmer's markets for fruits, vegetables and plants, and I forget about everything else they have to offer. This one has a lot of crafts and baked goods, too. I was looking for herb plants, and found a vendor with a ton of them--parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme, dill and some vegetable plants, too, for a decent price. It's open on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., April through November, and we found plenty of parking in the garage. During non-Covid times, they have performances, but for now, children can run around and play in the grassy area. Masks are no longer required when we're outside, and most people weren't wearing them, but it was definitely a personal choice.

Yelp
I lucked up upon this Farmer's market. We had plans to go to the movies and noticed the festivities. We heard the band playing on the grassy area and was immediately atrracted to see was going on. The Midtown Famer's market on this day was celebrating National Honey Bee Day. We stopped by a booth to learn about the importance off bees and the pollunation process. My daughter got stickers, a book, a lil toy bee and we all got to sample some honey. We didn't shop this day but will be back in the future as I will say I was attracted by the selection of produce and other items to by. I also was impressed by how well the event was organized. if anything come like we did, people watch and sit on the grass and enjoy the music !

Yelp
I love love love the Farmer's Market, but this is quite a different spin! Anyone who lives in the Raleigh area knows that North Hills is the go to spot for everything. Add in a Farmer's Market on the weekend and I am sold. I love that I can run out and get fresh honey without having to drive 30 minutes to the regular Farmer's Market. I can grab fresh bread and pick up cute trinkets to wear. I think it is a great place, I love the fresh food they have to offer and I also love when the market is open and there are events going on at the same time. So fun!

Yelp
I stumbled across Midtown Farmer's Market on Saturday after a class at Fitness Connection and found so many delectable treasures that I am glad I stopped. There was an artist named Donata Guerra who was filling in for another artist and she had the most beautiful necklaces and handmade jewelry pieces. She has a shop in Italy and also connections to the West Coast and I could just tell from her jewelry and style that she was very worldly and was a very talented artist. I also bought a delicious baguette from the famous Yellow Dog Bakery and and am so happy they do this in addition to serving up their wonderful bread in their Raleigh bakery. My other favorite stop was the Celebrity Goat Farm stand and the Mango Serendipity goat cheese is to die for. Celebrity is located in Siler City and have been producing goat cheeses for more than 20 years. They are one of the area's bests and am glad I found their cheese at the Midtown Market. Whole Foods was also doing a nice display with ciabatta, pesto and peach bites and I have some new ideas for my next dinner party. You can bring cash or card because most vendors now use square. There was live music and it was just a great place to spend a Saturday morning and gather bits and pieces from local vendors.
