Buff City soap, Shake Shack, Walk Ons, Hagen Dazs, Whole Foods and so much more! The only thing they’re missing at Mid Town is a shoe store and it would be a mini mall. Fine dining to sports bars, an excellent mattress dealer, escape rooms and deserts and treats. It’s also convenient to have a spectrum vendor there as well.

Great newer area of shops and eateries with apartments in the higher part of the area. The Whoe Foods, REI coop, and Buff City Soap are some of the well known national Chains there are several eateries like the big True Food Kitchen with vegan. Vegetarian and gluten friendly markets posted on the menu. The famous Shake Shake is here with a temporary Dubai Chocolate shake and a warning about nut allergies. Willian Dean Chocolate offers hand crafted chocolate and exquisite pastries on weekends. The central area has large open spaces around a large sculpture. I enjoyed tomato soup and sweet potato chips at a noisy True Fresh kitchen then the flat top hot dog at shake shake. Central accessible restrooms by True Fresh Kitchen. Free van accessible parking in garage with charge point EV chargers. Note that the entire place us smoke free and vale free.

Midtown feels like a small city block that offers a mixed-use community, with dining options, shopping, and a common outdoor space for people to gather. In Tampa terms, it is a mix of Sparkman Wharf and Downtown in a block. In Luxembourgish terms, it is like a small Place d’Armes. It will be interesting if the concept will expand to grow the walkability in the area with more housing options, not just Novel rental apartments.

Lots of great shops. Nice restaurants. Whole foods, a hotel and apartments parking sucks, but what are gonna do?? They have expanded the parking due to a new office building completion. Plan on taking your time, don't be in a rush.

Midtown Tampa – 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exciting up-and-coming location! The area is rapidly growing and perfectly positioned—just minutes from Downtown Tampa, SoHo, and Hyde Park. I recently had a closing in Midtown and can personally vouch for its convenience and energy. Easy access to I-275, Raymond James Stadium (home of the Bucs), and convenience to shopping and dining options make this a prime spot for both living and investing.

Fantastic place for night out, great restaurants and park is very clean.

First rate hotel, shopping, food, and fun at this easy to access midtown location. Free parking in the convenient garage. Highly recommended.
