Midtown Tampa

Love visiting Midtown and all it has to enjoy!! Pause Studio, Ben and Jerrys ice cream, Sephora, Whole Foods and more....make it a one-stop shop for all your wants and needs. Good food, good vibes.

Midtown feels like a small city block that offers a mixed-use community, with dining options, shopping, and a common outdoor space for people to gather. In Tampa terms, it is a mix of Sparkman Wharf and Downtown in a block. In Luxembourgish terms, it is like a small Place d’Armes. It will be interesting if the concept will expand to grow the walkability in the area with more housing options, not just Novel rental apartments.

Midtown Tampa is clean, modern, and has a good overall atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to sit and hang out, which makes it a nice spot to meet up, eat, or just spend some walking around. It does stay fairly crowded, even during off hours so expect a little activity. Parking is available, but you need to be somewhat familiar with the layout because signage isn’t very clear. Once you know where to go, it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a nice, lively area with a good vibe. Just plan ahead for parking.

Buff City soap, Shake Shack, Walk Ons, Hagen Dazs, Whole Foods and so much more! The only thing they’re missing at Mid Town is a shoe store and it would be a mini mall. Fine dining to sports bars, an excellent mattress dealer, escape rooms and deserts and treats. It’s also convenient to have a spectrum vendor there as well.

This is a cool spot. Loved the convenience of having the hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and whole foods right there in walking distance. Easy airport access, enjoyed my stay.

Great newer area of shops and eateries with apartments in the higher part of the area. The Whoe Foods, REI coop, and Buff City Soap are some of the well known national Chains there are several eateries like the big True Food Kitchen with vegan. Vegetarian and gluten friendly markets posted on the menu. The famous Shake Shake is here with a temporary Dubai Chocolate shake and a warning about nut allergies. Willian Dean Chocolate offers hand crafted chocolate and exquisite pastries on weekends. The central area has large open spaces around a large sculpture. I enjoyed tomato soup and sweet potato chips at a noisy True Fresh kitchen then the flat top hot dog at shake shake. Central accessible restrooms by True Fresh Kitchen. Free van accessible parking in garage with charge point EV chargers. Note that the entire place us smoke free and vale free.

Chanel has ruined this TEG location. The employees used to genuinely seem excited to be there. Jamie brought us there because of how much they loved working here, now I can't bring myself to go back. It disgusts me the level of disrespect she has for her employees. She could at least bathe

Reminds me of Midtown Miami, but smaller. Great place to hang out and see people. Prices can be high for drinks though. I say worth checking out.
