"Soft lighting and buckets of atmosphere set the scene in the ground-floor dining room which sports an open kitchen with counter seats for those who want to stay close to the action. The 18-seat private room upstairs is perfect for parties. European dishes are spruced up and given local twists – the beef soup pot au pho melds classic pot au feu with Vietnamese noodles. To sample all the highlights, opt for the tasting menu, but à la carte options abound." - Michelin Inspector

An unforgettable fine dining experience at Miên Saigon. Each of the 13 courses was thoughtfully curated with refined flavors and elegant presentation. The wine pairing five selections throughout the meal elevated the entire journey beautifully. 🍷✨ The ambiance was calm, intimate, and romantic a perfect escape from the city buzz. Truly impressed by the staff’s professionalism and grace. A place where everything flows in quiet harmony. I’ll definitely be back. 🌿🖤

Dinner at Miên Saigon (MICHELIN Selected) was a culinary journey that follows the summer sun across Vietnam. Their Hạ Hoạch tasting menu brings together the best of Vietnam’s summer; from Đà Lạt stracciatella and Nha Trang uni, to An Giang honey and Bến Tre macapuno ice cream. Every dish felt intentional, fresh, refined, and beautifully crafted. It’s modern Vietnamese with a light global touch, but still deeply connected to local flavors. The name "Miên" means something endless, soft, and flowing in Vietnamese, and I love how that translates into the space itself. The restaurant is designed with a quiet elegance, drawing inspiration from traditional Vietnamese homes. Light curtains gently break up the room into three cozy sections, while an open kitchen lets every guest watch the chef at work. It’s intimate and welcoming without ever feeling closed off. 💴 2.550.000 VND++ / 4.300.000 VND++ with wine pairing 🕰️ Plan for 2.5 hours to enjoy the full experience

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! Everything, from the taste and texture of the dishes to their presentation and the attentive service, was exceptional. Out of the 13 dishes we tried, only the duck sausage on toast fell slightly short of the high standard set by the others, but it wasn’t a significant drawback. The overall menu was thoughtfully curated, with a cohesive concept that was executed brilliantly. The flavors struck a perfect balance between being familiar and innovative, evoking a delightful sense of nostalgia while showcasing the chef's incredible creativity. We were truly impressed and can’t wait to return!

Great experience. Creative dishes but i feel like it needs to be more authentic, may be they aim for foreign customers so the taste is little light and bland for my taste. But it is still delicious

Miên Saigon has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving from its original Eurocentric fusion approach to a refined focus on modern Vietnamese cuisine. Ambiance and Design The restaurant’s name, “Miên,” meaning “roof,” reflects its commitment to creating a homely atmosphere. The interior features cozy nooks, traditional Vietnamese roof tiles, and furnishings reminiscent of a family setting, including linen curtains around dark wood tables and sofas. An open kitchen adds to the lively ambiance, enhancing the dining experience. Cuisine Miên Saigon offers a tasting menu inspired by Central Vietnamese imperial cuisine, presenting elevated nostalgic dishes with innovative twists. Highlights include Bánh bột lọc reimagined with fresh pomfret in a coconut-infused broth, and a standout pork belly dish complemented by green mango and lemon basil leaves. The main course features a sharing platter inspired by Hue’s imperial cuisine, offering dishes once served to Vietnamese royalty, such as “cơm bát bửu,” rice wrapped in lotus leaves with a medley of ingredients, a unique roasted coot "sâm cầm" that can impress us by its wonderful taste Wine Pairing The restaurant boasts an impressive selection of natural and organic wines, thoughtfully paired to complement the bold Vietnamese flavors. Selections include a German rosé from Dornfelder & Blauer Portuguese, an off-dry Grand Cru Riesling from Alsace, and an old-style Côtes du Rhône, each enhancing the dining experience. Service Emphasizing a homestyle hospitality approach, the service at Miên Saigon is personable and engaging, contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The staff’s friendly interactions aim to make guests feel at home, aligning with the restaurant’s overall concept. Conclusion Miên Saigon’s evolution into a modern Vietnamese dining destination offers a unique culinary journey that pays homage to traditional flavors while embracing contemporary techniques. Its commitment to using 100% locally sourced ingredients and creating an inviting atmosphere makes it a noteworthy addition to Saigon’s dining scene.

Extremely smooth flow of a la carte to main dish to desserts. All can be enjoyed to their best even for not a fancy knowledgable foodie. Spent 3 hours here just to complete the meal, slow but very well spent and memorable night. For the price i think the food is a little bit not full enough, but still if you opt for their selected menu instead of picking food from menu by your own choice,

Had an amazing experience at Miên Saigon. The warm, comfortable seating and welcoming atmosphere made me feel like eating at home This time, me and my friend tried the new menu - "Mâm Hội Cỗ Làng", a Central Vietnam tasting menu that captures the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. The "Mâm Hội Cỗ Làng" tasting menu is inspired by the short journey of Chef Dung and her team along the coast of Central Vietnam. It beautifully encapsulates the vibrant flavors of village feasts, showcasing a wide array of tastes, including sour, spicy, salty, and sweet. The menu consists of a 13-course tasting with excellent wine pairings. Each beautifully plated dish reflects in-season local products and captures the humble charm of roadside stalls, as well as the grandeur of royal banquets. The mussels on crispy dough sticks, squid "xeo" pancake rolls, and lobster with fermented shrimp were super delicous. The standout dishes must include those in "Mâm Cơm": royal lotus rice, chargrilled black coot, beef heart with greens, pickles, and lotus root soup. For dessert, đà lạt persimmon and corn sweet dessert were meticulously made and tasted delicous. Mien Sai gon is a perfect choice for anyone looking to explore authentic Vietnamese flavors presented in modern twist. I can't wait until my next visit!
