"Downtown Boston is getting a new fast-casual restaurant this summer: Mighty Love Food will open at 155 Milk St., per Boston Restaurant Talk, and its growing online presence makes a few promises. Describing itself as a 'chef-driven,' 'plant-based' restaurant serving 'flavor-driven' food, Mighty Love Food makes three strikes against Eater’s style guide; all three phrases are avoided on this site due to their jargon-y nature. Chef Jerome Picca has signed on to, well, drive a menu 'that’ll keep your hustle mighty,' working with Cameron Grob. The goal at Mighty Love Food is to use cooking methods that balance preserving nutrients with bringing out flavors — think steaming, baking, and slow-roasting. Expect to find ingredients such as goat’s milk yogurt; cage-free eggs; sea vegetables harvested from Maine, such as Irish moss and spirulina; bee pollen; and spices such as sumac, cumin, and turmeric." - Dana Hatic

What a great eating experience! My wife and I are vegan, so we're always looking for new places to try. They've got LOTS of choices, so it was hard to pick just one dish - I got the vegan mac n cheese and the vegan sloppy joe. But vegan or not, I can tell you it's one of the best mac n cheeses you'll ever have! And the staff was so friendly. They all took turns telling us about the food and treated us like guests. The manager offered to customize any dishes we wanted. If we lived any closer, I might get broke & fat from going here all the time. We'll certainly go back next time we make it into Boston.

Extremely fresh and great flavors. A lot to take in on the menu your first time, so may be good to read through online before going in. Definitely worth a trip to try it out. Will definitely be back to explore the menu - photo of Eats Shoots and Peas with curried tofu add-on.

Went here for a lunch meeting. The food is local, organic and affordable! Super fast and friendly service too. Good atmosphere, open space set up. For meetings keep in mind there's blenders at work in the background.

I came here for breakfast everyday while in town. Great healthy option. I love their steel cut oatmeal and homemade chai!

I was pleasantly surprised to find Mighty Love Food when some colleagues and I were looking for a healthy breakfast. The service was friendly, the food was tasty! The chef was there and had us try some egg free muffins that he was trying out and we just felt like we were in an environment with people who care. All around just a lovely experience!

All I have to say is MIGHTY MUFFINS! It was the most delicious thing I have ever tasted and I cannot wait to go back and get another one. The muffin was just my appetizer. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and can really appreciate the passion and thought that went behind each menu item. Very excited to have a new and different lunch option close to my office! Adding to this review because the Chicken Gumbo soup of the day was excellent. It was so flavorful and delicious and the perfect amount of spice! Would love for it to be the soup of the day every day!!

The serving sizes are very inconsistent. The salad is about half the amount of food offered for the same price as a sandwich. The person preparing my meal messed up twice! Even when the order was clearly written on the packaging. The flavors are pretty bland, just taste very fresh which I guess is a sign it's healthy. The gluten free wrap was so dry and broke very easily. I will go back to try something else, but am wary to spend so much money on something so average.

Great new lunch option near my office! I enjoyed my strength beets basil salad and mighty punch for lunch last week. It's a great place for those with dietary restrictions/allergies (vegan, gluten/soy/dairy free). Can't wait to go back to Mighty Love Food soon!
