One of three ramen shop in Chinatown/Fidi area mostly counter seating watching chefs preparing food. The draw here is organic chicken being offered and four type of ramen bowl. Ramen comes in plastic bowl with disposable chopsticks. Tonkotsu is alright nothing special enough to satisfy your cravings. At least they're inexpensive open late for those to grab a bite before heading out to clubs and bars. The service is overwhelmingly good, but it just fall short for now. I do believe they can do better base on what I had and how it's presented.
