Very nice Italian restaurant, and everything seems very high quality. The appetizer platter was great. Probably enough for 2 people for the whole dinner. Honestly, made the mistake of ordering two separate entrees. LOTS of food. I didn’t like the way they made their meatball pizza. They put a few uncut meatballs on the pizza. I thought it was going to be cut up. Weird. Otherwise, everything else was nice.

Fantastic restaurant with outstanding service and delicious food! The staff were amazing and super friendly and accommodating! The owner/chef came to the table to greet us before our meal and ended up making an entree for one of our guests that was not even on the menu! Outstanding! We will definitely return to try some of their other entrees! Definitely a must try! My favorite was the eggplant parmigiana which was the best I’ve had!!

I was excited to try this restaurant with the gluten free options and availability with my husband. We walked in and had two staff down the hallway stare at us until the hostess approached asking if we had a reservation. I indicated we did not, there was no option online to do that. She did a snarky reply of she didn’t make the website and we had to call for a reservation. After tapping on the computer they had one table and mentioned it was a bad table by the kitchen door. We still took it because the menu online looked great. Once we were seated, it took an additional 10 minutes to be served water. The restaurant wasn’t even half full. Our waiter finally came by and asked if we had questions. I inquired if the Norcia pizza could be done gluten free and he went to check but still took our order and would come back to confirm. About 10 minutes later who appeared to be the owner came by and got our order since our previous waiter never confirmed. When the food arrived my pizza was cold but the gluten free crust was amazing. The service and atmosphere were lukewarm at best and did not feel welcome from the get go or even throughout. There was no checking on items throughout the meal. It was delivered and then a check was brought. We travel to Vegas regularly and unfortunately wouldn’t go back or recommend.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious. I dined here last night and I highly recommend it. Had the lobster special with homemade pasta it was to die for! The appetizer was amazing too! I met the chef and owner she is very kind and caring! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely outstanding experience. The food was exceptional, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish reflected authentic Italian quality and care. The service was equally impressive attentive, professional, and warm from start to finish. A special thank you to Mr. Augusto, who truly elevated the entire experience with his kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for excellent Italian cuisine and top-tier service. We will definitely be returning.

Milano’s was an amazing dining experience. The food is excellent. The service is amazing. The owners( both named Laura) are also amazing. You can’t go wrong having a meal at this fabulous eating establishment. We will definitely return.

Cancel all your other reservations while you're in town 🍕 this restaurant is the only one I, personally, will be eating at from now on! I haven't had the pleasure of eating authentic Italian food since my husband and I went to Italy last year. While in the country, we stayed in Milano and fell in love with the food. This restaurant has single handled managed to place me right back in the center of Milan, Italy with their taste. The service was fast, attention, and very friendly. This family owned restaurant wants you in their restaurant and they let you know that with their wonderful welcoming. We were greeted immediately, sat instantly, and offered water as well as fresh baked bread alongside oil and vinegar mix. Our server was very nice and friendly and we were greeted by the owner, Laura, herself. We ordered the Milano pizza with meatballs and Burrata cheese. I paired my slices with a glass of their Riesling and my husband ordered a Peroni. Our pizza arrived quickly, perfectly cooked, and ready to eat without being too hot. Burrata and Peroni are two items of which we have not indulged since Italy so these were a real treat to experience again. The sauce Laura created for the pizza is so creamy and delicious I wanted to cry. We savored every bite and will cherish this restaurant forever. Thank you so much for an amazing last night in Vegas! I had the rigatoni salsa vodka and it was delicious, actually the best I've had. The bread and oil was also delicious. I had a Woodford Reserve old fashioned and it tasted great. It felt great to see a wood fired oven understanding they meant business. Great Italian authentic feel and decor. Definitely a place I want to return to to experience more of the menu. Lastly, the service was excellent, and if I'm not mistaken, it was all lovely women 😁

First time here and it was a great experience. Intimate, cozy, Italian restaurant located on the 2nd floor above Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. It was a party of 8 plus two toddlers and we were seated with a reservation no problem. Food was delicious and service was attentive. Great experience.

Rolled in without reservations and got seated at the high bar right away. The dining area had tons of open tables, which was clutch. Our server/bartender, Karen, was super chill and hustling hard. The only bummer about sitting at the high bar was random waitstaff leaning on my chair and chatting up a storm. Okay, let's get into the grub: the calamari slapped, like seriously one of the best I've ever had. The spaghetti alle vongole was fire, hands down the best in Vegas. The pappardelle alla bolognese had bomb pasta, but the meat sauce was a bit salty for my taste.

We had always seen this restaurant at Town Square but had never tried it. We decided to change that. Note that they do take reservations, but unfortunately you cannot make them on their website as many restaurants allow. However, you can message them through Yelp. We did this, and they were very responsive. With a few messages the reservation was booked. The restaurant entrance is tucked away on the second floor very close to the AMC theater. They do have a small outdoor patio that overlooks the middle of the Town Square plaza. The interior is fairly small but is clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, they have no booth seating. As a result, dining does not have a terribly private feeling. The server was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout. Service was responsive and fast, and everything we ordered arrived in a very reasonable timeframe. I had the lemon spritz cocktail to start. It was very tasty and strong, and it was quite refreshing for a warm day. I followed that up later with a pleasant glass of Riesling. Unfortunately, soft drinks are served in cans rather than being poured from a soda fountain. This means no complimentary refills. Complimentary Italian bread and olive oil accompanies the meal. Delicious bread! Very fresh and tender inside with a nice crust. We tried the arancini starter. It was well-fried and crunchy outside with a tender interior. However, it had a LOT of risotto inside (a very thick layer) and very little of the filling which was supposed to be beef. Overall decent but not amazing. For my entree I had the branzino. Delicious! Wonderfully prepared, fresh, and tender with a light lemon sauce and very tasty and crispy fried artichokes. For desserts we tried both the Torta di Milano (basically a chocolate lava cake) and the tiramisu. Both were quite good. The Torta was a perfectly sized portion for one (or two if only wanting a few bites each) with a molten chocolate center. The tiramisu was uniquely presented in a large coffee mug, and it had a very robust coffee flavor. Both quite good! Overall, this was a very good Italian dining experience in a family eatery.

Tried this lovely Italian restaurant located at the Town Square shopping center, on the 2nd level. It was fairly empty when we arrived for our 6 pm reservation, but tables started filling up shortly after. The owner and head chef introduced herself and was very attentive during our meal, asking how we had heard about the restaurant (recommended by a coworker). We ordered the calamari appetizer and it was fresh and quite good. The marinara sauce served with it was delicious and hot. We were also served fresh bread with oil and vinegar. The quality of the olive oil was fantastic. For entrees, we tried the pappardelle alla bolognese which was very good. The pasta was freshly made, although we would have preferred the meat sauce to be a little thicker than it was. We also tried the risotto Milano, which normally comes with scallops but subbed those out for shrimp instead. The appearance of the dish through me off at first, as it almost looked like a plate of refried beans, but that's because it's made with black garlic giving it that brownish color. The flavor surprised me as it tasted different than I imagined based on the look of it. It was very good and unique compared to most risotto dishes I've tried. The owner surprised us with complementary cannoli (she makes the filling herself) which was very thoughtful of her. Overall the service was good. We appreciated the owner checking in on us (she was more present than our regular server). Our drinks ran low and could have been filled a little sooner, but otherwise the service was good. The inside isn't particularly large but there are maybe 10 tables inside plus a decent size patio with high top tables if you prefer dining outside. There's also a bar area with seating. Unique art and interesting decor inside as well.

I love the story behind this restaurant. Chef taught cooking from her family and then went to culinary school. Very inspirational. You can tell there is a lot of love that goes into each dish. I loved the handmade pasta! The tiramisu was really good as well as the cocktails. Very open seating dining area and would love some more partitions for ambiance. Our server was kind and attentive. Overall a beautiful gem in the midst of Town Square.

My family and I have been coming here ever since this place opened up and we were coming here frequently to the point where we knew the owner and the chef in charge of the kitchen. We haven't been here in awhile and we decided to have dinner here tonight. Currently writing this review while inside the restaurant and we are so disappointed. The food here has always been good. The gnocchi is always amazing and the pizza is great. The reason why I'm writing such a review is due to the bad service we received and how late they were with taking our order. We got here around 7:30 and our orders were not even taken until we had to say something almost 40 minutes in. The servers kept coming back and forth to us saying they would come back and we didn't even get our bread too. We also had to ask for that too. We kept seeing the servers taking orders from other tables that sat waaaaay after us and they even got their bread. We were about to leave but the server could tell we were getting a little frustrated and told us she can rush our order. We felt such a big disconnection with the staff. Definitely won't be coming back for awhile until this gets addressed and fixed. Terrible.

Las Vegas needs more authentic, yet rustic Italian options that do not cost an arm and leg like Milano. The spot is so worth trying out! It's locally and family owned celebrating the cuisine of Piemonte and Northern Italy. Prices are very reasonable, service is amazing, friendly and informative without being intrusive and a cozy feel. Be sure to check out the fun, creative specials, they go way off menu allowing the chef to have fun. I really enjoyed the rigatoni and lemon sole dish on the night I went. When visiting, be sure to come thirsty; Milano has a small, but well lit together wine list featuring the wines of Italy that all pair well with the food and interesting cocktails, all while enjoying a great view of town square or the mountains from this second floor location. I didn't have dessert, needed to get to nearby Wiseguys for a comedy show, but will have to revisit and try one. Do not miss this place and it's amazing food with a cozy Italian atmosphere.

I easily set up a reservation for Saturday at 5pm. My sister in-law was taking my wife and my self out to dinner to celebrate my Birthday. We were immediately greeted with a smile and escorted to our table. The interior is very pretty. Our server was very friendly and informative, explaining the specials to us. My wife opted for their signature dish, cavatelli frutti di mare. Great presentation and my wife thought it was delicious. My sister in-law had the potato crusted Salmon which she said was cooked perfectly. I had the special, which was fresh Pelli pasta with prosciutto Bolognese topped with burrata cheese. It had great texture and flavor, I ate every last bit. The bread and homemade focaccia were excellent as well. I look forward to my next visit.

Man.. reading all these reviews had me real excited to come by! Upon arrival the hostess lacked training. She let us know there wasn't anything available and I was like ok? For the rest of the night? No just until 8pm.... Before I go to leave I said is the bar available? Oh yeah it's open seating... there's an entire empty bar and two bar tables available? So of course we sat at the bar, but that's not really good for business to not point that out to those who have never been before. Next up... they were busy, it was obvious. The stress on everyone's faces seemed like they were behind. Every so often you could hear them arguing at the POS. It took away from the experience but I get it, it happens. The bartender was taking tables so wasn't at the bar fully. Probably took around 15 minutes to put an order in and get proper attention. The bread basket was cold, but good. The pastas are amazing and delicious.. I would 100% come back for the pastas. I wanted to try more but I wanted pizza too. The pizza was good but if you don't eat it fast enough the bottom does get soggy so that's no fun. But still good. The two meatballs just on top threw me off. You'd figure one for every slice or at least cut up pieces on each slice. Strange. All in all pasta was good, service was meh.. maybe we'll try again on a slower night.

We enjoyed our dinner here. The ladies that work at the restaurant are pretty friendly and the vibe is nice.. The core is also upscale modern. The only concern I had was the high price for the pasta dishes. The prices for the items were as expensive as pasta shops around Beverly hills. And this is not a casino high-end Italian restaurant.

Diane and I dined here recently for the first time. Parking was difficult, unless you are willing to pay $7.30 for premium street parking for 2-3/4 hours, and figure out how to pay for it in advance on your Smart Phone. Rather than doing that, we parked for free in the closest large parking lot three blocks away. The restaurant is small, seating only about 24 persons at a time, but reflects an intimate, romantic ambiance much like that of a tiny, family-run trattoria one might find in Italy. Servers wear black tunics. The dinner menu is both adventurous and diverse. Prices for featured dishes are high, but not Strip high. And all pasta is freshly made in house. After some complimentary, housemade focaccia and rustic bread slices that I slathered with first-rate butter, we began with an appetizer of Calamari Fritti which included both rings and tentacles. The fried squid was light and airy. Then I enjoyed Cozze Alla Livornese (Black Mussels) with the bivalve mollusks swimming in a hot and fresh Tomato Sauce. All mussels were open and tasty. This was followed by a ceramic platter of Lattuga Romana (Caesar Salad), which featured Romaine Lettuce leaves, Mozzarella shavings, Creamy Caesar Dressing, and several square-shaped croutons. I asked for a few anchovies, and they were graciously added to the dish. For mains, Diane liked her Gnocchi Formaggi that contained well-kneaded Potato Dumplings bathed in a White Sauce of three cheeses. This dish was rich and filling. I ordered Scaloppine Al Funghi E Tartufo (Veal Scallopini), which was served with sauteed Mushrooms and a generous quantity of Angel Hair Pasta tossed with a really saucy Creamy Mushroom Sauce. The scallops of veal were fork tender, and all of the food was superior in preparation and taste. The only problem we experienced during our visit was inconsistent service. Diane at length had to get up from our table twice to find our server to request butter and an Iced Tea refill for me. She could be seen cleaning wine glasses at the bar, but rarely visited our table to check on us or see if we needed anything. I expect to return here some day to sample other interesting dishes that appear on the eclectic menu.

Second time in two weeks. Just a pleasant dining experience with great food only surpassed by the service. My wife and I split the CAPRESE SALAD, the ARANCINI DI RISO and the VENEZIA pizza. with a couple of magnificent woodford manhattans. two trips, all different items, all great!

Lovely restaurant with amazing food, and a very friendly staff. My wife and I love Italian food, especially anything that is seafood based - and this was definitely one of our top favorites. We ordered their soup of the day (a potato based soup), with arugula salad, Margherita pizza, and pasta as part of their daily specials (our favorite). The pasta was fresh, with a butter-based sauce that was not too heavy, and came with lobster, crab, shrimp, and scallops. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Laura who is extremely friendly and you could tell she really cared about her customers. She gave us tiramisu on the house for dessert which my wife and I both loved. Thank you Laura! Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving Italian food in Las Vegas.

We had a great meal at Milano. The weather was great and we sat out on the patio. We had the calamari appetizer, two pasta entrees and several tasty deserts. Service was very attentive. The only warning is they do not have a kids menu. If your kids will eat off the regular menu great. But if you have a picky eater like us, we were charged $23 for plain penne with butter. We will come back without our son next time.

We celebrated a birthday dinner at Milano's and they did not disappoint. They get great reviews and I wholeheartedly agree. The salmon entree I had was amazing and the caesar salad as well. The service was excellent - our server was attentive and gracious - the best. The ambiance is open and inviting and there is outdoor seating with misters. We had a group of 6 and at times there was a bit of noise so it was hard to hear folks on the other end of the table, but certainly not a "show-stopper". Five Star review hands down. Highly recommend.

If it's good enough for Kevin Costner, it's good enough for us ;-) The chef/owner Laura M. came by to check on us mid meal and explained that Kevin came in recently and enjoyed Milano. The restaurant is beautiful inside (like being teleported to Italy from when you walk in) and situated on the second floor of Town Square near the movie theater. When you enter, you pass by some abstract art and the wine wall. They have a nice bar area and brick oven for pizza. The ceiling had wine barrels cut in half with lighting inside, very unique and great for the chill ambiance. After perusing the cocktail beverages and the featured wine card, we chose the secret mojito 5/5 and a glass of Riesling A to Z, both very good. A basket of fresh bread with oil and vinegar was delivered to the table and served as a nice start to the meal. For appetizers we couldn't decide between calamari fritti and the arancini di riso and were happy to hear from the waiter that they offer an appetizer combo* with even more options. *Note the assortment is HUGE and could be filling on its own. The appetizer board came out and was about 2ft by 1-1/2ft of deliciousness! 3 Arancini di riso 5/5 huge and superb, fresh fried calamari fritti with lemon wedges and marinara 5/5, mozzarella with oil and vinegar, thinly sliced prosciutto and green olives. For entrees the wife and I chose the Melanzana parmigiana (eggplant) layers and layers of cheese and eggplant similar to a lasagna 5/5; and the Pappardelle alla Bolognese with fresh made noodles and superb meat sauce 5/5. Chef/Owner Laura M stopped by to inquire about our meal and we both enjoyed a nice conversation about the restaurant and ways they ensure freshness and quality. For dessert the chef brought us out a slice of Torta Della Nonna and whipped cream without pine nuts 5/5. Overall, a fabulous meal and cannot wait to come back so our family/friends can experience Milano! Tip: Try the Torta Della Nonna with or without pine nuts, delicious! Note: They are closed on Mondays.

Excellent experience all around. Nice warm restaurant with a view over the green at Town Square. Our server Roberta was top notch... explained everything, made sure of allergens and gave excellent recommendations. The food was excellent! A nice break from typical checkered table cloth type of Italian..... the seafood pasta special was superb.

This is real authentic italian food. The chef is from Italy and food is phenomenal. Loved our time here. Great wood fired pizza and oven is from Italy. Pasta dishes are so favorable and the food is light and delicious 11/10.

If you're looking for an outstanding hidden gem in Vegas you have to check out Milano in Town Square. This was the most perfect date with the woman I love most in the world and if you're a chivalrous hopeless romantic like me it's the perfect spot! The pizza and lamb gnocchi with bottles of wine lay the foundation for a perfect evening. Trust me my guys, whether it's your first date or you're years in add this to your list. If she has your heart you better open the door, pull out the chair, and pick up the tab too.

While visiting Las Vegas we met up with some dear friends and chose to gather at Milano. We were very pleased with the food and service. Our server, Roberta, was charming and knowledgeable about the food and specials and took great care of this. Milano is conveniently located in Town Square with plenty of parking.

I want to start off by giving a shout out to our waitress Roberta! She was very attentive, had a very warm and welcoming vibe! My family and I came here for father's day and my sister's birthday and we had a great dinner experience! The chef is from Italy so the food is authentic Italian food! You will not regret coming here! We are visiting from california and when I come back to Las Vegas I will definitely be visiting again!

**WOW**Superb service, and the food is excellent! My sister took us here because she promised the chef she would return and we sure loved it! Talk about home cooked, delicious Italian meals. Our sweet server read us the specials, and we wanted to try all of them! I cannot remember exactly what the names of our meals were...But if your curious, I'm sure they can make it out by looking at the photos! Each of the dishes were authentic and delicious! From the Bruschetta, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Branzino, Pink Linguine with Lobster, scallops and shrimp...my Risotto special, Chicken Scallopini...topping off this amazing meal with desserts...We truly enjoyed ourselves, and the wonderful presentation and tasty dishes!!! Thank you again, for the warm hospitality and service! This will be our go-to restaurant when we are in town!

We wanted Italian food and found this place on Yelp. The food was excellent and very flavorful. It was seasoned well and all the dishes were cooked perfectly. The portions were very generous and priced accordingly. I would definitely recommend; Cavatelli al Frutti di Mare Al forno Milano, Las Vegas Pizza, Spaghetti e Polpette and Misticanza Milano. I'd also suggest the calamari as a starter. I've travelled to Italy and have tasted the food. Without question, the food here takes me back offering the same authentic Italian cuisine. During our meal the owner and operator, Chef Laura came over to our table. She introduced herself and inquired about our meal. She was very pleasant and took a genuine interest in our dining experience. She did the same at other tables which, I found very impressive. If she wasn't mingling with guests she could be seen in the kitchen assisting her staff in preparing the dishes. All the ingredients used are fresh and the cheese is imported. Although, this does increase her food costs, Chef Laura wants only the best for her customers. The dining area is a nice size and the decor is reminiscent of an Italian restaurant. The large pizza oven which is visible to guests while dining only enhances the overall vibe of the restaurant. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the staffer at the reception/front desk. She was amazing and very professional. This is a critical position because this is the first person guests encounter and where expectations are formed. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal as well as the service. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine this is the place. I would definitely recommend you give this spot a try. You will not be disappointed.

Milano was an AWESOME experience! We came in with a large group and no reservation. =( The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. They worked hard to get us in and seated pretty quickly. The food was delicious. I felt like we were eating in Italy. Roberta was our server and she's AMAZING! If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience in Vegas with great service, Milano is your place!

Food: amazing wood fire pizza and the prosciutto e burrata was delicious! Service: phenomenal - Roberta recommended the best items (menabrea for beers was 10/10), she was so attentive and sweet, will be requested her again. Ambiance: amazing, the view, the music, the lights really sets the mood! Perfect date night dinner spot!

I finally got to try this restaurant that was recommended by a fellow Yelper I met at an event. A friend of mines love Italian food so I got them a gift certificate from Milanos. They wanted to go tonight so myself and another friend joined them. We were greeted promptly and seated promptly, the seating was a little tight as they had a very large party next to our table. The restaurant is not very big inside but they do have outdoor seating. We ordered drinks and our food. I had the Red Moscato which was very good. I ordered Caesar Salad and the Beef Bolognese Pappardelle Pasta. The salad was very good the pasta although warm was flavorful. My friends enjoyed their meals as well, one had the Four Cheese Pizza and the other two had pasta dishes Overall the four stars is for the temperature of the food. I like my food hot not warm. Service was excellent, our waitress Laura was the best and Roberta ( I don't know how to roll my "r" lol ) was a pleasure as well

My husband is from Rome and usually will not go out to eat italian food but when i told him the chef was from Milan he agreed to try it. From the second we came in the host was so sweet and welcoming, the decor was beautiful, and the smell was amazing! The calamari was crunchy, the pasta perfectly al dente, and my husband was ecstatic he had the Scaloppine and was in his glory! Get the chocolate cake i'm still dreaming about it! They also had bottles of wine we could usually only find in Italy! The chef, Laura came to meet us herself and all of the waitresses were so lovely they made us feel at home! If your looking for legit delicious Italian this is your place!!

We had the pleasure of having a wonderful dinner last night. I can't say enough about our server Roberta the way that she described the specials made my mouth water. I felt as though had already eaten the food. She recommended an Italian beer after we ordered something different and it was fantastic. The food was just as good as she described And that says something, because I am Italian, and we have very high standards for our home foods, the chef came out and greeted us which was very special Also, my purse was left behind, and the owner Laura responded to my email in the middle of the night(a true sign of a very conscientious owner.) to let me know that they had the purse aand they would let me in early to get it the next Day before they opened. What a wonderful experience in every way, I definitely recommend this fantastic authentic Italian restaurant.

Located in Town Square so easier to get a reservation for a large party without having to pay high prices for dinner on the strip. So much to choose from on the menu and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Was able to try a lot of the different pastas and wasn't disappointed.

Excellent dinner! Our expectation was highly met! Meatball was so flavorful and very moist and tender. Pastas made fresh and very delicious. And I can't get over how good the Tiramisu was. Met and chatted with Laura and made us try the Bicerin on the house :) everyone was so friendly and service was excellent! Definitely coming back for more. This place is highly recommended!!!

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly and professional service, a delicious unique menu, and absolutely delicious pizza! The crust is outstanding and tastes as I would imagine it does in Italy. I can't stress this enough, THE- PIZZA -CRUST - IS - AMAZING! We loved the Arancini and the bread for starters. The Cesar salad is outstanding with a mild delicious dressing and just the right amount of fresh delicious shredded Parmesan (hold the anchovies!). Thank you again Yelpers for the recommendation as we visited and Yelp searched "Best pizza."

Me and my husband visited the restaurant for a pizza evening and nice birthday meal so easily give them 5 stars . The restaurant waiters make you feel like you are on the trip to Italy and the food is beyond amazing!

I absolutely love this restaurant! They make a personal connection with you, I remembered Laura from the first time I dined there. I hadn't been to the restaurant in several months and multiple people remembered me and chatted with me when I came back. The food is absolutely delicious, you can see the quality and care Chef Laura puts into the food. The ambiance is nice and I love the music. This is a gem that everyone needs to try!

Service was phenomenal and the food was great. The atmosphere was great, overall a great restaurant with a great environment that I highly recommend.

Service was 5 star but the food maybe 3.5 star. Not going back... too many other italian places in vegas to check out.

I had dinner here tonight, and I was very glad for it. The welcome and attention that Roberta provided was perfect, kind and considerate, but not intrusive. Literally everything i hope for with the people that help me experience the best of what my favorite restaurants can offer. There were four strong sounding specials tonight, so I chose two of them, with a recommendation from Roberta, who suggested the calamari. It was delicate and sweet -- a perfect preparation. Chef Laura Migliorini came out to ask me if I wanted the specials in a particular order and I asked for them both, together, as I like to graze. I had the veal shank with saffron risotto, and it was incredibly balanced in flavor. The veal was rich and tender, but had enough substance to still chew - for me, a satisfying component of eating. The risotto was the surprise as it wasn't eclipsed by the veal. It was warm and flavorful enough to compete equally. I also had the lobster tail with shellfish and a red, wide ribbon pasta. Now, while the lobster was perfectly cooked, it was also seasoned in such a way that I didn't think, "well, that was a lobster tail." It was delightful, and I felt that the chef didn't just lean on good preparation. She made me glad I chose it. I finished off with a little bicerino, layered drinking chocolate, espresso and milk, and how could my meal already be anything but perfect, and then Roberta brought me a semifredo, which I paired with an espresso. The semifredo was a crisp lemon, with a layer of caramel between it, and the crust, similar to that found in some cheesecakes, but thinner, and with a finer crumb that helped balance the sweetness of the caramel and lemon. Everything about this meal made me think of balance. The veal and the risotto. The lobster and the spices. The coffee, chocolate and milk of the bicerino, and the lemon and caramel of the cold semifredo, with the warm espresso. Because I was in a little earlier for dinner than I usually choose, I had a moment to talk with Roberta and Chef Migliorini. The chef is a modest woman and tried to give most of the credit to her mother, and to her experiences from the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan. I can't disagree with her, but respectfully, while her mother made and trained Chef Migliorni, it was Chef Migliorini's hands who made my food -- and it was perfect. I can't wait to come back.

We were looking for authentic Itailian food. We were recommended to go visit Milano's, and we are so glad we went. Everything was delicious from appetizers to dessert. Their service is phenomenal. We were served by Roberta, and she made great recommendations and was very attentive. There were two Chef's Special, and it was amazing. We had the following: Lamb Chops over a mushroom Pappardelle pasta tossed in truffle sauce. Amazing! Reminded me of the pasta we had in Italy. Lobster and seafood on a bed of red pasta. The lobster was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were amazing. My husband basically liked the plate clean. Combo appetizers, which included fried Rice ball, calamari, procuitto, and Barrata. This was amazing, and it came with amazing bread. Pappardelle bologese had the perfect amount of meat sauce and pasta. We ordered a ton more, and let's say.....there were no leftovers. Do not skimp out on dessert. Everything we ordered was gobbled up l, even from the pickiest of eaters. My son ate everything, which is rare. 10/10 and highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious authentic Italian food. Ask your servers fir recommendations if you are not sure. We ordered all the recommendations from Roberta. We will definitely be back! Prices are decent too! Better than eating on the strip. You can walk off your meal at town center.

CARBONARA was so bland forgot the salt or something, couldn't eat. And pizza was good but burnt so bad. PAPPARDELLE ALLA BOLOGNESE (FRESH PASTA) was ok not great. Wasn't worth $75 meal

Great ambiance, great service, good food. Sat outside on the deck overlooking the center of town square, very nice atmosphere.

Went to Milano to celebrate a late Valentine's Day with my wife. Wife was immediately impressed when Chef Laura herself brought out the water to the table very promptly after we were seated. We mentioned we were celebrating and she took such great care of us and made sure we had a wonderful experience. We ordered a couple of the chef specials and we absolutely loved everything from the delicious warm bread with seasoned dipping oil, to the cocktails to the main entrees and even the coffee and dessert it was all perfect. We saw so many other things on the menu we wanted to try so we will definitely be going back soon. Love the atmosphere and everyone was super kind and helpful. Just a great experience and wanted to thank Chef Laura and her staff for a wonderful evening

We were looking for Italian food in Town Square because our toddler loves pasta. Happy that we found this spot. It was a Friday & we didn't have a reservation but they were able to sit us in their Alfresco seating area. The chef/owner took care of us the whole time - giving us recommendations, getting our order, checking to make sure we were doing okay. That was a nice touch! And the food was awesome - we loved everything but the dish not to miss is the Ravioli. The grandma's cake we had for dessert was also amazing. It gets busy as the night goes on so I strongly recommend making a reservation. We were lucky to have been there early enough to get outdoor seating but depending on what time you want to dine, those tables may not be available too! Anyway, super glad we tried this out & we'll be back for more

Best meal I've had in a long time. The vodka rigatoni was incredible as well as the Napoli pizza we shared to begin. The service was unlike any other, and had the most amazing staff there could be. Easily may be the best Italian restaurant I've been at ever.

Since moving to Vegas 3 years ago we try to go to a restaurant we haven't been to once a week. There are so many great places but when I want a piece of heaven I go back to Milano in Town Square. All that's missing are the Michelin Stars it deserves.

Who wouldn't love an Italian restaurant with an owner and chef from Italy? Chef Laura Migliorini is ever present and visible in her restaurant along with her business partner, Laura Trent. The two remarkable Lauras have created a restaurant with ambience and charm in the perfect location on the 2nd floor overlooking the Town Square of Town Square! Location, charm and atmosphere aside, the main attraction is the remarkable food filled with flavor and prepared with authentic diligence. While our intention was to document all of our dishes for this review, my companions and I were so involved in eating, I unfortunately only captured our bruschetta appetizer. The taste was as delightful as the presentation! It was a lovely evening and a very memorable meal.

There's never enough time to enjoy an authentic Italian meal with outstanding service and phenomenal food, but when we do, our choice will continue to be Laura's Milano Restaurant & Bar!!!! 5 stars from the beautiful town square setting to the stellar service and cuisine. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked, and there's even an elevator for those who may need one to the second floor.

Amazing! Went twice in a week! Had fried calamari AGAIN! Best ever anywhere! Saturday we had pizza, spaghetti with clams and egg plant Parmesan! Wonderful! Definitely coming back again. Did you know this is a women owned business?! More pluses!

We were in the area of Town Square Center and at the very last moment decided to eat. The time was a little after 4pm and we had no reservations to any restaurants. We circled the parking lot until we found parking closer to where we wanted to be. Next was trying to find the entrance. Milano's entrance is on the 2nd floor in the middle of its building, or so it seems. Perhaps we gambled our luck and just so happened to stumble upon the entrance. The woman at the front greeted us ever so politely and asked if we had a reservation. Since we didn't have a reservation there were no tables available unless we sat at a high bar table. And so on to the bar tables! As we sat, we were greeted by the servers and also eventually the chef. We ordered our food and watched as others were graced by the chef's presence and service for certain dishes. The atmosphere provided a romantic experience alongside the absolute delicious meals. With the prompt service and delightful meals, we will surely come back when we are in town again.
