Milano Restaurant & Bar opens with Italian dining at Town Square | Eater Vegas

"Sitting above Mora Iced Creamery and next to the Blue Martini in Suite 210 at Town Square, Milano Restaurant & Bar moved into the former home of La Bella Napoli and Minchia’s Cibo Italiano and hopes its original recipes will ensure a long-term residency. Replacing its predecessors gave the restaurant access to an already installed wood-fired oven, which it uses to create pizzas such as the truffle cream, sausage, and Porcini mushroom Norcia, and the Novara topped with Gorgonzola, pear, and nuts. Open daily for dinner with an outdoor patio, the expanded menu features arancini, bruschetta, baked clams, and calamari among the appetizers, plus a full range of pasta dishes and salads; popular entrees include lamb chops, Milanese veal cutlet, chicken scallopini, eggplant parmigiana, and Chilean sea bass. The restaurant’s hours are Monday to Wednesday from 4 to 9 p.m. and Thursday to Sunday until 10 p.m." - Bradley Martin
