Milano's Italian Restaurant Pizza and Bar

I’ve loved this place for many years, but the meals are average. I loved the salad. The calamari was good. The chicken parmigiana was average and I don’t like to leave reviews like this. The ceiling was filthy, along with the ceiling fans, and decor had dust all over. I wish it was a better experience.

I ordered a meatball sub. Also there Seafood soup thru Uber eats. The bread on sub was wet and mush when I got it. 4 meatballs small. Asked for black olives and onions plus couple of packs red pepper flakes got none of those. $15 sandwich worst ever. The soup container half full and it was sour. Plus had 2 small shrimp in it. Whole experience nasty. I paid total $35 went without dinner.

Wow!! Amazing food and great, prompt service. I had the garlic bread, stromboli, and zeppolis for desert, topped off with a nice Moscato wine. So much food and so delicious ! I can honestly say it was the best stromboli I ever had. And great red sauce. Definitely highly recommend and I'll be eating here every chance I get!!

From the moment we stepped into Milano's, we knew we were in for something special. Had a terrific meal here last night, Wednesday July 24,2024. Our server was Johnnie and he had a great sense of humor, was friendly and super helpful. To start, we ordered the cheesy garlic bread. I’ve never tasted a better bread. The marinara sauce for dipping was tasty. My husband who’s not a big bread eater, could not get enough. Husband had the special which was Grouper Piccata. The fish was perfectly cooked and delicious the sauce was fantastic and pasta was perfect. I had the Shrimp Pomodoro. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. The sauce was “oh so” good and again, the pasta was perfect. For dessert we had the Tiramisu and this was a poor choice. It was frozen inside and the chocolate tasted like it was Hersheys. It was very bland. We told our server and he brought us the Lemoncello dessert. We brought us back to the hotel with us and haven’t tried it yet. Looking forward to it! There was no waiting to be seated and the restaurant was family friendly. The bar was full at 6:30 when arrived, but empty by 8:00when we departed. Bill came to $100 with tax. Each of us had two drinks. I highly recommend this place and that yummy Cheesy Garlic Bread!!

Waitress was very sweet and service was prompt. No inquiry when my whole plate was left behind. I paid and tipped as the following isn’t the waitress’s problem but usually they ask if everything was ok. Ordered fettuccine chicken Alfredo. Sauce broke…greasy butter all around rim of plate and the chicken was just weird. It was clearly precooked and just mixed in but had the texture of canned chicken with absolutely no flavor. It was a giant plate of no flavor with a grease ring. Extremely unappetizing and $21! I took maybe3 bites. People in booth behind us…heads about 2 inches away from us so my 10-yo son and I could listen to them say the F word repeatedly. Not the restaurant’s fault except I don’t want to sit that close to anyone. His dinner was the kid ravioli which was unremarkable but at least edible. Won’t return.

I was there Sunday evening for dinner with my family, really nice place, Johnny was the waiter who served us, really personable and made sure to explain the menu and to recommend what was the best dish. We ordered a BlT pizza and chicken Alfredo pasta, both were great. Overall a great dinner, would recommend to everyone who would like to try some good Italian dishes.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday, first time at restaurant. We only ordered a couple of pizzas and salad, however they were great. The service was wonderful, the young man assisting us was awesome. We definitely will find time to stop by again, i hear the strombolis are really good.

Everything we ordered was very delish! Alfredo sauce, very creamy, the sauce for mussels very tasty and perfect spiciness. The breadsticks were so soft and topped with butter. Service was excellent and the ambiance is very family friendly, place is very clean.

Long time customer of both locations from when Al took over beach location at original location. We stopped going to and ordering from beach after Al sold it as food quality was not the same. Now quality is not up to par at Kernan but prices are up. No delivery now except on weekends. COVID is long over and there are a lot of people who would gladly deliver for restaurant if they would bother to hire them!! Another restaurant sadly off our list.

Been here several times and the food and portions are awesome, today we went in and with only one other customer in the restaurant we waited over 10 minutes to be served (never were, we left). The waiter knew we were there and didn't approach to ask drink order just kept fiddle farting in the kitchen... might go back...don't know we will see

I love neighborhood places that have good food and good service. My man and I went for dinner and our food was great. He ordered Meat Lasagna and said it was really good and I ordered Grouper Piccata which was delicious. I had eaten there once before and I ordered the Veal Piccata so I knew to ask that the sauce be made a little thicker so that it would stick to the pasta better. Although the flavor was to die for the sauce is still rather watery so it is hard to get the fish, noodles and sauce in the same bite. With thicker sauce this would be the perfect dish. The grouper was cooked to perfection and the serving was large enough to bring home half for tomorrow. Please make the sauce thicker and I'll be there every week.

Tried this place thru uber eats for Friday night dinner. They got the order correct. I received the mozzarella sticks that came with marinara sauce that could be a meal itself. A generous portion of mozzarella sticks. For my entree I ordered the shrimp alreado with extra sauce and that's exactly what I got ! The shrimp was jumbo sized and my pasta tasted delicious and filled with lots of creamy Alfredo sauce. It came with bread sticks and a side salad. Very happy with my order here and recommend this business.

Excellent food! Had fettuccini Alfredo and meatball appetizer. The sauce was delicious and the portions were very generous. Sefa, our server, was awesome!!!! We will be back.

Totally my fault... I (thought) I had ordered our dinner for delivery. After an hour, I called the restaurant to confirm my order. I was told my order was there waiting to be picked up. After a few minutes, a gentleman kindly offered to bring the order to us. He was definitely not supposed to be delivering. I can't thank him enough for his kindness. I am so sorry and I apparently need to be banned from online restaurant ordering. Love love love Milanos

Pizza was good. Chicken fettuccine Alfredo.. they used canned chicken for it and not chicken breast and I immediately knew as soon as I tasted it. I was thrown. I literally cannot believe it. Also 11 bucks for 1 cannoli is wild but maybe that's just door dash prices idk. CANNED CHICKEN IN THE PASTA IS CRAZY THO. People just be doing whatever is clever and convenient. 2 points for creativity

A relaxed family eatery with good food, Milano's is our go to for a nice evening meal. Either location is good with pizza and American Italian dishes that are satisfying and hearty in portions. We had Spicy Seafood soup (favorite), fettuccine Alfredo and veal piccata on this last visit. Big portions that reheated well. And attentive service always helps! Just enough visits to make it a great experience.

Food is amazing! Service is amazing! This location is family owned and it feels like that. I've never been disappointed and will be going back for as long as I live in the area!

Went for a late dinner at 7:45 on a Wednesday. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. We had a small house salad with creamy Italian dressing, cheesy bread with homemade marinara and 2 large cheese pizzas. Bill came in at $50, there were no leftovers and the food was delicious. The server was great as well. We will definitely be back.

The one Italian place I know I can eat whatever I want because of the preparation. I often bring home the marinara sauce to use instead of making my own. Have never had a disappointing meal there - everything is fresh and the service team is warm and attentive. It can get noisy when full, especially on the weekends, but if you choose your time it can also be quiet enough to enjoy conversation with the exceptionally good food. Thanks Al and Johnny for your consistently great experience and food!

Thanks Milanos as always for a yummy dinner! Despite being incredibly busy tonight, the flavor & quality of my pizza was wonderful, and all the staff was courteous & grateful for everyone's business. Love supporting this local pizza shop! I kept it simple with a large cheese pizza tonight, but I also love their veggie pizza & their eggplant parm dinner or sub. Looking forward to my leftovers already :-)

The creamiest Alfredo sauce I've ever had. I got an extra side of the Alfredo for $5.99 expecting a normal side size THEY GAVE ME A WHOLE PINT!!! They do NOT skimp on the portions... I just had the bread and Alfredo but it was so good. Excited to try their pizza at some point. I ordered pick up and it was ready super fast and still warm. I'd love to eat in sometime. Really nice atmosphere and relaxing but still homey and comforting. The chefs were speaking Italian.. I knew it was gonna be delicious!

I love their pizza! Lots of cheese, good crust, and sauce has a great flavor. They have some great specials as well. The service is good. Everyone is friendly. The ambiance is warm and familial. I like this place

One of my favorite Italian places to go! I don't think they take reservations. It can get pretty busy during dinner hours, especially on Thursday's because they have pizza and beer specials that day! Be sure to check the website to see the daily specials!

We had a large group (30) and the wait staff did a great job. Everyone enjoyed their meals!! A relaxed atmosphere.

Very good foods. We had chicken francesa and chicken marsala, meatballs and calamari. Everything was very good, the calamari was a bit rubbery. The server was friendly and nice. It's a very casual restaurant but the food was way beyond casual. I wouldn't be surprised if their chef was classically trained. Pricing was very reasonable especially considering the size of the portions and the quality of the food.

Dalia was a gem, super sweet and very attentive. The food was amazing and the energy was great. The whole team was absolutely incredible. The overall cleanliness was great as well!! My fiancée and I had an amazing time and will be back again!

I've been hearing a lot about this spot! Well tonight was finally the night to give it a try. I've heard that dishes are made fresh when ordered. The sausage is made fresh in house, and the pasta is made fresh daily. Oh how I miss fresh pasta! I got the Veal Piccata and Michael had the Milano's Sausage, Pepper Parmigana. My Veal Piccata was so incredibly flavourful! It was truly a party in your mouth. The wine sauce was so perfect, with mushrooms that were absolutely perfectly done, just the right amount of capers, and the Veal was so good and tender! All served over the best fresh linguine. I haven't had Veal Piccata in such a long time and it was well worth the wait to enjoy the best I've ever had! The Milano's sausage pepper Parmigiana had a depth of flavor that you don't see very often. It was very hearty and even for a heart eater it will be enough for at least 2 meals. Both of us brought home a good portion of our meal. We also enjoyed a few bites of the 6 layer double chocolate cake. I would definitely classify this huge piece of decadence as death by chocolate! There was nothing skimpy about our meals or dessert! If you are looking for fresh pasta with depth of flavors.... search no more. Milano's is the place to go! I can't wait to have the chance to try more of the menu!

First time at this restaurant! The server was phenomenal! Apparently he has worked there for many years. We both ordered a small greek salad, which was small but very filling. I also ordered a slice of cheese pizza (prices were great)... the pizza was good, the salad was great... very fresh, plenty of dressing on the side. The restaurant itself was a bit on the cool side wished I had brought a sweater along. It's a cute restaurant, nice place for lunch, menu was more extensive than I had thought. My lunch partner also ordered a slice of 'loaded' pizza to go, she was very happy with how 'loaded' with meat, cheese and veggies it was. I have had better slices... and I've had much worse, I'll definitely go there again! The restaurant was clean, lighting was comfortable.

Average Italian food, it was good just nothing special. Most of the dinner entrees come with salad and bread and they were both decent. Portions are pretty large so we took some of our dinner home and I would say the pricing is in line with the food. Service is always quick and kind, a great place to go to during the week with the family.

My kids and I eat at Milano a lot. They like their pasta dinners and pizza. I love their Sausage, peppers and Onion sub. Worth a visit!

Went there on a thursday because of the deals they had. To start, our waitress didn't even tell us about them. I only knew because of an advertisement, and I had to ask her what their deals were for the night. It was very busy we figured the food was great. The food was terrible. My pizza was okay, but it was way too greasy and seemed undercooked. My boyfriend got chicken parm and didn't even eat half. We ordered bruschetta for an appetizer and it was just soggy tomatoes doused in balsamic. We ate half a piece of bread with this. Our waitress never checked in on us and took our plates with mostly uneaten food without asking if we wanted something else or if we wanted it taken off our tab. Yes I could've said something, but I feel like it is not my responsibility. We were brought our check without anyone checking in to see if everything was okay. Our was bill was over $50 for food we barely ate. I was excited to try this place, however I was extremely disappointed. I truly do not understand how they are so busy.

Just ordered on Doordash Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. I have eaten here so many times. I love their food. Aldente pasta, creamy, nice size shrimp , comes with a small side salad and bread. Delicious, nice ,warm and creamy. Loveeee their food and pizza to! Pizza tastes like up North to.

The pizza is the best pizza you can find! It's mouth watering!! The ladies at the cash register are very sweet and helpful getting large orders to your car for pick ups! However, the man who is typically at the door seating tables and doing other operations has 0 personable, 0 positive communication skills. He saw my group of teens walk in before me and he escorted them out saying they needed a parent, I was coming up behind them with younger kids in tow. The past few times I've done a pick up order he is there and offers no greeting, just a firm pick up your food in the back...

My husband and I visited this location for the first time today. He'd been in search of a place with good veal parm. He found it! We walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming. The service was prompt. Our waiter Luis was kind, and attentive. We had Salads to start. Wow yum! Generous with the shredded cheese, the ranch dressing was tasty, the Lettuce was fresh and crunchy. Then we had the cheesy garlic bread......wow yum!! Our main course: My husband had the veal parm, and I had the chicken marsala. Outstanding!! Simply delicious! I haven't had chicken marsala this good in YEARS from anywhere. We will definitely be back!

Have you ever eaten enough that it is slightly uncomfortable? I did that tonight at Milano's. To start off we had their bread. The bread was hot fresh and topped with this magical herbed butter. I make an amazing bread and if I could mimic this butter recipe I could conquer the world. Next was the salad that came with the entree. It was the perfect size, just enough to whet the appetite and get us ready for what was coming. I had the shrimp scampi, my daughter had the Alfredo, and my wife had the pizza. I tried the Alfredo and my scampi and both were stupendous. The Alfredo was a little thin but the flavor was divine. I did not try my wife's pizza because she had mushrooms (and I find them nasty). She said the pizza was exceptional though. This place is right around the corner from my cousins so we will be back. Shout out to out waiter Ken who was friendly and engaging.

Lunch special: Salad- basic but fresh and tasty. Bread- hard, bland, even with the garlic butter on it. Main- Chicken Marsala. Tasted fresh but way too salty. I mean WAY too salty.

The food is AMAZING. I am never disappointed. Very homey and family oriented atmosphere. The waiters are always super friendly and efficient. Again the food is 10/10!

In town for the 4th of July weekend; was in the mood for pasta; searched online and found Milano's; wasn't able to order online, but called the restaurant and the order was taken over the phone; very pleasant staff; food was delivered within 30 minutes, earlier than the 45 minutes that was expected; ordered lasagna (meal included salad and homemade garlic bread); also ordered broccoli; other than the garlic bread being a bit "tough", the meal was tasty; especially appreciated the broccoli, which was cooked just right...

I placed a carryout order at 1120am for pickup at 315pm. I received an email confirmation. When I arrived, they did not have my name or my order. I showed them the email confirmation and they still couldn't find it. When I gave them the time of the order, they found it by the time of day. I was told they could complete my order in 20 minutes, which they did. An employee claimed "it wasn't her fault" (I never said it was) and it had something to do with a printer being offline earlier in the day. This made no sense. If a technical issue affected customer orders, wouldn't you check the orders placed during that time??? She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said I did because they had a process that needed to be fixed. The manager never appeared. I didn't ask again. I had the pizza - it was OK, but I like more of a cracker-crust and the crust here isn't to my taste. My wife liked the stromboli, but said the garlic bread was tasteless. Mediocre food; very poor service.
