Update 5/12/23- owner messaged me a week ago to apologize which I truly appreciate as a customer. Increasing my rating from 2 stars to 3! Will update again when we come back.

Noticed most of their reviews were from when they first opened so here's a recent one.
Long story short, it's a 2-star because of the inconsistency of service. As much as I love their soft serve, the execution and service is unacceptable for the price you pay.
The whole story:
We were in the area Monday and wanted to go to a different ice cream place but didn't realize it hasn't even opened yet. So we gave milkcow a shot instead since it was nearby.
Boy, we liked it so much we couldn't get it out of our heads so we literally drove back yesterday (Wednesday) to satisfy our cravings.
First visit was a 5-star for me. We were still welcomed despite walking in 10 mins prior to closing. We got the dirty boba and the affogato-- both were exceptionally delicious and enjoyable. Service was quick and easy. My fiance was very impressed he even told me it takes talent to do these (especially the affogato that he got), because there was coffee inside the ice cream and it wasn't just simply poured on top.
However, the second time was a mess. We thought it would be better because we actually had time to "enjoy" eating the ice cream inside. My fiance had the tiramisu and it was good. I ordered the matcha float with ube swirl. And again, the soft serve was great. But it was aesthetically disappointing because I've been wanting to take nice pictures for instagram. I appreciate if the guy who did it was just maybe trying to give me "more" ice cream. But it was really messy and he handed it over to me dripping. I could've done a better job swirling ice cream at a Yogurtland myself. And for the price I paid, it's very disappointing. Plus, he forgot to put matcha powder on top. I couldn't even get the straw in because the ice cubes were so big (and the whole cup was basically just ice instead of matcha latte.) It just wasn't an enjoyable experience for me. I had to eat it quick since it was dripping and because there was too much ice, I couldn't even mix the ice cream into the latte (thus, an actual float.) So I had to eat it like 2 separate things: ice cream and then sip the 2 tbsps of matcha latte.
I would've been more considerate if he was by himself and the place was packed. But no, there were 2 of them (guy & girl) and it was just literally me and my fiance. He literally had ONE job and still managed to mess it up.
One important thing- the guy who did my matcha float on Wednesday wasn't the same guy from Monday. We will probably be back but only if we saw the Monday guy working.
Lessons learned:
1. Stick to their soft serves
2. Do not get the matcha float
3. Just don't go if Wednesday guy is working
