Google
They’re really not joking when they say it’s the best soft serve ice cream. It really is! I think any of their offerings would taste great because the base vanilla soft serve is perfectly creamy and sweet. I had the mango flavored tea drink which was made into a slushy and also got a chance to try the milk honey and the passion blast. Everything was a hit and tasted really good!

Google
We got some soft serve at Milkcow and it was fantastic! My husband liked it so much ended up going back for a second cone once he was done with the first. I ordered the milky cube which was soft serve with chunks of honeycomb. It was so yummy and sweet. My husband got the mango tree and then went back for the ube flavor. We recently went on a long road trip and this soft serve shop was one of the best places we visited on our trip! If you are in Las Vegas, definitely check out Milkcow!

Google
Located very close to the cafe. Just got done having ice cream earlier, had this and could immediately tell the difference in quality ingredients. I got a dirty boba which came with their soft serve, boba, brown sugar honey topped with a sugar cone. I will be back for the brown sugar honey alone, very light dessert. I just wish the boba was honey boba, would've took it next level since the honey drastically changes the flavor and holds it's shape better. They're not accepting cash atm as well so be prepared to pay with card

Google
Outstanding! Some of the best soft serve ice cream I've ever had. Cozy indoor and outdoor seating as well. Would highly recommend.

Google
This place is so good! The all natural ingredients and balanced sweetness is perfection. I tried the milk tea, dirty Boba sundae, and strawberry blast. Everything was fantastic and will definitely be back to try their other items.

Google
It would not be my first or last choice. The service was good, the location is excellent but the overall experience is not anything special. The ice cream is soft serve and usually my absolute favorite but something about this soft serve was off. They have some really amazing flavors and options but they still fall flat. Overall it seems to try to hard to mix American and Asian influences but falls short on both.

Snuggled within the enchanting confines of Tivoli Village, Milkcow stands as a resplendent oasis of frozen indulgence, a veritable confectionery haven that beckons with the promise of sweetness. This idyllic frozen treat shop not only delivers an extraordinary gustatory experience but also resides in a location that transports patrons to a European dreamscape, replete with walkable cobblestone streets that invite leisurely strolls, transforming the act of savoring ice cream into a sophisticated affair. Choosing the classic Milkway soft-serve ice cream was a revelation, an odyssey of flavor that left an indelible mark on my palate. The soft serve, a celestial confluence of creamy silkiness and frozen perfection, was evident in Milkcow's dedication to the art of frozen desserts. Each velvety spoonful unfolded a symphony of dairy richness, its nuanced sweetness dancing delicately on the taste buds. The texture, an ethereal balance between decadence and lightness, created a sensation akin to a culinary sonnet. What sets Milkway apart is the celestial soft-serve base and the meticulous addition of a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a sublime touch that elevates the experience to heaven-like. The chocolate syrup, a velvety cascade of bittersweet richness, adorned the ivory expanse of the soft serve with artistic finesse, creating a visual and gustatory masterpiece. The marriage of textures and flavors, the smoothness of the soft serve intertwined with the decadence of chocolate, was nothing short of alchemical. Beyond the culinary delight, the location itself contributes to the immersive experience. With its European-inspired ambiance and cobblestone streets, Tivoli Village imparts Old-World charm to savoring ice cream. The leisurely stroll amidst this charming backdrop, ice cream in hand, transforms the visit into a sensorial journey, transcending mere consumption to an indulgent ritual. In summation, Milkcow in Tivoli Village is not merely an ice cream parlor but a destination for connoisseurs of frozen delights. The classic Milkway soft-serve, adorned with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, epitomizes the pinnacle of frozen treat artistry. The textural symphony and the ethereal location render the experience unparalleled. Words falter in attempting to encapsulate the sheer delight that permeates every visit to Milkcow, where savoring ice cream becomes a transcendent celebration of flavor, texture, and ambiance. A warm and unequivocal five stars is not just a rating; it is an homage to a sweet sanctuary that has mastered the art of frozen bliss.

Google
The ice cream here is really good, but super expensive for the small size! Each one is about 6-10 dollars. It’s creamy and not too sweet yet so much money.

Yelp
What? I see a few three stars? It's okay those are old ones:) this place is awesome I hope this place can bounce back from 3 to 5 stars!! Dude first of all we're in Tivoli village. This entire place itself is amazing! My first time here. I can keep coming back to this place. I wanted to try something different and here I am. After going everywhere in Vegas endlessly through many years. I was craving sweets I was in the area and I saw this place right off the back. It was a nice walk from the garage. In a nice atmosphere. Not even crowded at all!! They have some awesome simple flavors there!!:) I'll be back!!!(to be continued:)

Yelp
Pros: great soft serve that's not overly sweet Cons: shrinkflation taken to the extreme Verdict: not worth it anymore Used to go here a bunch with family and friends and while expensive at around $6 per cup (looked like a 12oz cup) it was a great experience and the cost reflected the high quality of the product. Went back a couple of days ago and the price was the same for what looked like a kiddie cup (4oz?). I thought it was a mistake and asked if they now have different sizes... nope same one size for all... it's just 70% less soft serve ice cream that you are now getting. It's ice cream not gold, so the value regardless of the quality just isn't there anymore. $6 for a few ounces of soft serve just doesn't make sense. I get rent is likely high at Tivoli Village but this pricing strategy isn't the answer. Product: A Value: F

Yelp
This place is located within Tivoli Village. They don't take cash so be prepared. Hubby ordered Milk cube and I got the tiramisu. I really liked my selection. Hubby liked his and enjoyed the honeycomb. I tasted it and liked it but it was a bit too sweet for me. I can attest it was a bit messy and sticky because of the honey drizzle but we still enjoyed it. The server was kind and courteous and the place was clean and cute to eat inside or out front.

Aileen M.

Yelp
Love the soft serve ice cream. We got the mango soft serve ice cream with the cotton candy and it was so yummy. It was really creamy and and had chunks of mango on the bottom with swirls of mango syrup in it. Very delicious. I want to go back and try other flavors. Service was great also. It's a small shop with very few tables inside.

Yelp
Milkcow is a South Korean soft serve and more casual dessert eatery located in Tivoli Village in Summerlin. They use fresh California milk to make their frozen dessert daily. The base flavors are natural milk, honey, and honey comb, and sweet purple yam. They offer many toppings and side toppings that you won't find anywhere else. You can custom your dessert or pick suggestions from a menu. They also serve all kinds of tea here. This is a cashless place so you need to bring your card. I enjoyed the natural milk with passionfruit sauce. I thought my frozen dessert was good and creamy and I enjoyed the nice strong passionfruit flavor of the sauce with the ice cream. Next time maybe I'll try the sweet purple yam! My husband didn't enjoy the ice cream as much because he always gets chocolate ice cream. So he got the natural milk ice cream with chocolate sauce. I didn't try it so I don't know how it was. The person working there was very nice and efficient.

Lelo M.

Yelp
yo im ngl this shit was some hot doo doo water bro like the service was ass and it took like 30 mins to get my order right cause the owner kept fucking it up idk bruh dont go here if you want good ice cream go to dairy queen they the goats over there

Brianna C.

Yelp
I went back for the soft serve and was so glad! The Dirty Boba was a perfect balance of creamy goodness and brown sugar. The Boba added a nice texture, and the sugar cone was one of the best I've ever had. I also tried the Berry Blast and it was so refreshing. The strawberries were fresh and the sauce wasn't too sweet or syrup like. This is definitely my new ice cream spot!

Alberto M.

Yelp
What a neat little spot! Located in beautiful Tivolli Village is this little gem. Brought some out of town visitors to explore with me and we were delighted... the young man behind the counter helped my friends in understanding how things are served and which are the most requested flavors... the ube swirl was bomb, the teramisu is really good and my vanilla honey one was delicious!! Come around and enjoy yourself!

Shae A.

Yelp
spontaneously stumbled upon this cafe,.. glad we did. it was so good ordered a M3, M2, mango tree, & a watermelon sorbet. it was quite refreshing.

Anthony H.

Yelp
It's good for the experience. I wouldn't say anything necessarily over the top but to walk around and have a soft serve ice cream it does the job. If you have never had it before I would definitely try it at least once.

Judit C.

Yelp
OMG So delicious! This place is a lifesaver for a bad mood! This delicious soft serve ice cream instantly makes you feel better and makes you smile! At least, that's how it made me feel when I got my UBE serving ... Luckily, on the weekends it's open late, until 10 P.M. We walked in, just 30 minutes before closing, and employees were still happy and smiling when they were handed the ice cream to us. Even in the last few minutes, people were coming in for the smoothies or shakes or soft serve ice cream, and service was quick and easy for everyone. Employees already started cleaning, but seating was still available. We had a little table in the corner, watching people while we were finishing our ice cream. Perfect ending for our day!

Yelp
First time visiting. It was okay, different, but will come by again if I'm in the area. My party wanted boba and this was the nearest to us at the time (golfed at Angel Park). We ordered the Black Pearl, Mango Milk Tea, and the Thai Tea. The Black Pearl comes with chocolate balls that remind me of whoppers. Their soft serve is good and with the nutella covering, makes it pretty sweet, but not overwhelming sweet. Both blended teas were smoothie style and isn't too shabby, if their your type of flavors. We also ordered cotton candy on the side which was a nice touch to everything already sweet. This is a four star review because of the no cash only card payment. I prefer to pay cash, but this place doesnt allow it. And I get it, it's now mainly plastic at most businesses. However, I may visit if I'm golfing nearby or already Tivoli village.

Yelp
Milkcow is a hidden gem!!!! Nestled in Tívoli Village, this is the soft serve ice cream gold standard. I was a little hesitant about the soft serve ice cream at first because I usually think of soft serve as kind of boring, but this place is absolutely the exception. This soft serve has the creamiest texture and richest flavor, and I was NOT disappointed! We got the dirty boba which has boba and brown sugar/maple syrup on it. Just WOW. We were blown away and ate the whole thing. Even if you feel meh about soft serve, still give this place a try. 10/10 would recommend!!

Valerie J.

Yelp
This place is bomb. The ice cream is so milky creamy. So delicious. We ordered the tiramisu and we were so impressed. At first it looks small but it was very filling. I haven't had a good tasting tiramisu in a while. We will definitely be back.

Sara H.

Yelp
The ice cream itself is good, but definitely not worth the price (the scoop was way smaller than I saw on advertisements).

Michelle F.

Yelp
Meh. Tried the M12 Affogoto (espresso and ice cream). They sell ALL soft serve ice cream, boba tea. I was not impressed the ice cream had the soft serve texture, but was flavorless. The espresso with the ice cream was also lacking the flavor.

Clint W.

Yelp
Love to walk around Tivoli Village and had not tried this place yet, got the ice cream and expresso soft serve.....it was really basic and didn't have any flavor. The staff was decent but won't be back as for this price i expected a lot more.

May S.

Yelp
This is my 2nd time here, this is the Tiramisu one Such a cute, clean and inviting place. Variety of choices and customer service is always so good. I will be back

Anon ..

Yelp
This place is absolutely awful. Please take your money to a better location. I wasted $25 and in return I got horrible customer service. The manager was so rude. I wish I got her name. First of all none of the ice creams were made correctly. They made it so miserably and so lazy. I wasn't satisfied with my orders at all so I asked nicely if I could get a refund and instead the manager rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I waited for about 15 minutes to receive help. They all saw me too because it's a pretty small store. The manager came back finally but completely ignored me. DON'T GO HERE I COMPLETELY WASTED MY MONEY. Their ice creams are also so overpriced. Honestly I would rather get ice cream from the gas station than go here ever again. Someone needs to look into this store because if they are treating customers like this i wonder how they are treating their own employees.

Jeanette L.

Yelp
Very very sad and rude. We came to the craft fair and made a point to come by and see what time they opened so we could stop by. On their door it said 11. So we wander the craft fair and the kids are asking for snow cones and other open vendors. No we're waiting for milk cow. We arrived a few min early and wait outside the door. Kids are looking in at the menu getting excited. Whoever the worker was didn't even have the decency to speak to us and say hey sorry new hours. He just slaps a torn piece of paper on the window that said new hours 12-8! Poor customer service. You could have taken the time from your phone and writing the paper to just be friendly instead of cold and unwelcoming. Update. The owner did reach out apologizing stating their hours changed on the 12th and that their new sign was delayed. They invited us to come back and apologized for the employee.

Janice W.

Yelp
Great little shop. Expensive and super small servings. Soft serve is soft serve as far as I am concerned.

Jeffrey C.

Yelp
Best soft serve I've had for the past few years in the US. Bummed I don't live in Vegas cause I'm missin out. Let me qualify that: I love plain vanilla soft serve and use Milk Kobo in Hokkaido as my benchmark for greatness. And this place somehow got the balance of sweetness to creaminess to body, that trifecta of traits that make for excellent soft serve. Their other stuff is OK, but yeah I'll be back for more milky goodness.

Sarah H.

Yelp
Very overpriced for the tiny serving sizes. Service was horrible. Only one guy working who was extremely slow and had no customer service skills. AirPod in and going on his phone. Looked like he didn't know what he was doing. Will not be coming back.

Jesus D.

Yelp
Location: Tivoli Village bldg 400 Parking: plentiful Ordered: Matcha float and Macao dream Verdict: both drinks and dessert were satisfactory. Thus 2 stars. The rest of the store was downhill. They forgot about the order. Toddler: 3 stars

Tyler M.

Yelp
Delishhhhhh. The honey. The milk. Everything about this ice cream is top tier. Super creamy.

Roxana F.

Yelp
Ordered the oreo soft serve with oreo topping. Never tried the boba, which is what most people come here for. Overall really good

Listine A.

Yelp
Read some awful reviews about the staff. Today , staff are awesome. Shout out to Nate and Sergio for being so welcoming and friendly. The only negative point with this store is that there are no sugar free options. The soft ice cream is good. There are so many options but all of them are super sweet. Staff are honest enough to say that they all have sugar. If you want milk tea or boba, you have it all.

Treshia M.

Yelp
I'll give them benefit on the doubt, since it was their first day. It was crowded in the store from the start because people didn't know you were suppose to order from the kiosk (which are in spots you don't immediately notice). You would get your order number by text. But the workers would either yell out the number or the item (but yelling the menu item doesn't work when its a busy day, it definitely confuses the customers that have the same item). When picking up my order, I noticed how inconsistant the physical apperance was compared to other soft serves. Luckily mine was fine, but saw another soft serve that didnt even looked filled to the top. It seemed that if you order a tea drink from there, it would be quite a wait. It's like it isn't their priority where the soft serve comes out abit faster. Had a friend wait 1 hour for his drink, with constant reminders to the workers of his drink order. Apperantly the workers said the kiosk was getting overwhelmed with so many orders (then wouldnt it be better to take orders from the front?). On their social media, they would mention about a 10% discount from June 18th-25th. Even if you show the workers you are following the social media and liked the 10% discount post. They'll tell you to put the code in the kiosk....But theres NO area to put the code in. overall, the soft serve was alright and the service can DEFINITELY be better. I followed and kept up with the updates of this business for a long time now. I'll maybe give it another try in the future, but I hope they work on alot of stuff in the meantime.

Adrianna E.

Yelp
I love supporting small businesses and ice cream.... so I am disappointed to say MilkCow was a miss for me. Cute spot in Tivoli village and the soft serve is great, but the lack luster service was difficult to get around, especially being a first timer with questions! Portions are good size and the soft serve is way above average, so I didn't mind the price point... experience was just underwhelming ...I ordered the Cookies and Cream soft serve, which is vanilla ice cream with a dusting of crushed Oreos... good but again, no WOW factor .

Robert W.

Yelp
Very nice soft serve! It is not too sweet and it definitely has that milk flavor which I like. My dog likes it too!

Jonathan D.

Yelp
Unlike some of my friends on opening night, my customer experience wasn't awful. I got my ice cream very quickly. Opening night was hectic though, people were having long waits of up to 30 minutes because orders between the workers and the kiosk didn't seem to make sense of any order. As for the ice cream, I cannot say it was worth about $6. For how small the amount of ice cream you get you're definitely better of going elsewhere. The flavor was also lackluster and in my opinion the vanilla on its own was a little over sweet. I will try going back on another day to see how their drinks are but I wouldn't get ice cream again

Kimberly C.

Yelp
Super cute and very tasty ice cream place. The service was good. They only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they were out of several items that day- Ube ice cream and cotton candy. Will be back again for the Ube

Lucy M.

Yelp
Update 5/12/23- owner messaged me a week ago to apologize which I truly appreciate as a customer. Increasing my rating from 2 stars to 3! Will update again when we come back. -- Noticed most of their reviews were from when they first opened so here's a recent one. Long story short, it's a 2-star because of the inconsistency of service. As much as I love their soft serve, the execution and service is unacceptable for the price you pay. The whole story: We were in the area Monday and wanted to go to a different ice cream place but didn't realize it hasn't even opened yet. So we gave milkcow a shot instead since it was nearby. Boy, we liked it so much we couldn't get it out of our heads so we literally drove back yesterday (Wednesday) to satisfy our cravings. First visit was a 5-star for me. We were still welcomed despite walking in 10 mins prior to closing. We got the dirty boba and the affogato-- both were exceptionally delicious and enjoyable. Service was quick and easy. My fiance was very impressed he even told me it takes talent to do these (especially the affogato that he got), because there was coffee inside the ice cream and it wasn't just simply poured on top. However, the second time was a mess. We thought it would be better because we actually had time to "enjoy" eating the ice cream inside. My fiance had the tiramisu and it was good. I ordered the matcha float with ube swirl. And again, the soft serve was great. But it was aesthetically disappointing because I've been wanting to take nice pictures for instagram. I appreciate if the guy who did it was just maybe trying to give me "more" ice cream. But it was really messy and he handed it over to me dripping. I could've done a better job swirling ice cream at a Yogurtland myself. And for the price I paid, it's very disappointing. Plus, he forgot to put matcha powder on top. I couldn't even get the straw in because the ice cubes were so big (and the whole cup was basically just ice instead of matcha latte.) It just wasn't an enjoyable experience for me. I had to eat it quick since it was dripping and because there was too much ice, I couldn't even mix the ice cream into the latte (thus, an actual float.) So I had to eat it like 2 separate things: ice cream and then sip the 2 tbsps of matcha latte. I would've been more considerate if he was by himself and the place was packed. But no, there were 2 of them (guy & girl) and it was just literally me and my fiance. He literally had ONE job and still managed to mess it up. One important thing- the guy who did my matcha float on Wednesday wasn't the same guy from Monday. We will probably be back but only if we saw the Monday guy working. Lessons learned: 1. Stick to their soft serves 2. Do not get the matcha float 3. Just don't go if Wednesday guy is working

Ching Ching C.

Yelp
I love honeycomb ice cream and was so happy to see Milkcow finally open in Tivoli! The sizing is perfect and love that there's a variety of drink and dessert options. The shop isn't too big but there was only 1 person working when I went so please be patient with your orders! Will be back again soon!!

Alex L.

Yelp
First time here and we loved it. The soft serve ice cream base is silky, smooth and delicious. Love the presentation. Good customer service and the place is clean.

Briana L.

Yelp
The ambiance is SO good for studying, there's a little ledge inside with power strips and a super comfy booth area to work on. They play like really cute jazz music inside-it's really such a vibe. The ice cream on the other hand-I got the honey soft serve and they went REALLY heavy on the honey. It made the whole thing taste a bit too sweet but the honey flavor was pretty good. The ice cream itself was just alright, it really did taste like frozen milk. The servers were also pretty nice. Overall a great experience, I'd go again just for the vibes!

Kate B.

Yelp
Ice cream is so creamy. I also like the milk tea but not with the boba. Cashier is the server as well, so tip generously. He is so nice!

Tim T.

Yelp
Upon reading the reviews, it seems like Milkcow had a rocky start in their reviews. During our visit, we didn't share the same issue with rude customer service. The lady ringing us up was kind and friendly while the other lady making the ice cream just seems like she doesn't want to be bothered. But there wasn't a problem at all. The Santorini we ordered js 90% milk ice cream that has a rich milky flavor, and minimal pistachio crumbs at the bottom. On the top, as pictured, you have a huge strawberry flavored cotton candy. Overall, the ice cream had a substantial serving, but does get a bit too much to the end as with the cotton candy, it is a bit on the sweeter side, so it was a pain to finish the whole thing. Cute interior, located in the Tivoli Village, Milkcow is a good option to cool you down as you shop in a hot summer afternoon. Good spot for a quick stop but far from being one of the top spots in town.

Kasey L.

Yelp
If you have been tried Honeymee, you will be very disappointed at this place. They are nowhere close to Honeymee. We ordered 2 milky honey. One came out half melted, like the soft serve machine wasn't ready for work. The soft serve itself had a very little milk flavor, close to none. All we tasted was sweetness. The honeycomb tasted more like a plastic without the slightly chewy texture you would get from Honeymee. The honey tasted artificial. We also ordered 2 teas, mixed fruit tea and passion fruit tea. Again the reason tasted artificial and syrupy. The passion fruit tea was lacking the after taste you get from real passion fruit. Same with other reviews, the staff there was just rude, definitely not up to the standard of a store in the Tivoli Village. Will I go back? Hell no! I would save my calories quota for when I visit Honeymee in Little Tokyo.

Kerine F.

Yelp
Loved the dirty boba n the ube swirl!!so creamy , so yummy!! Boba had the right sweetness n chewiness definitely would come back again!!

Gwendolyn K.

Yelp
Very good soft serve ice cream with a variety of toppings. We had the Cookies & Cream, Milkyway with caramel and chocolate, and the Milk and Honey. Sergio and David were very helpful and courteous. We went there 30 min before closing and had a good conversation with both of them since there were no patrons besides us. Both are going to a very good magnet school and working full time. Their parents should be very proud of them. The establishment looked very clean and managed well by the both of them. Highly recommended.

Grey P.

Yelp
We were back on this side of town so we thought we'd stop and grab some ice cream or boba and hang out because we're not over here often. It seems like the place has a whole different vibe now, not as cozy or welcoming I guess. We got some boba but the tea was way to sweet for half the sweetness and the boba was hard with like no flavor. It was good the first time we tried it but now it's nothing special.

Leilanie T.

Yelp
So many negative reviews considering they barely opened a week ago. My husband ordered the honey milk soft serve and was very satisfied. We've tried HoneyMee in California and this place cuts the craving My kids ordered the Mango tree soft serve. The cotton candy was a great touch and I love the sweet mangoes at the bottom. Reminds me of mango sago. I ordered a peach oolong tea at 80% sweet with boba. The tea was too sweet for my liking. I'd go down to 50% next time and probably skip the boba. It was a bit undercooked/too al dente. But the lady who seemed to be the manager/owner was kind. She was talking to my 8 year old about the different cotton candy colors and kept apologizing for the wait. I'd still come back or stop by next time I'm at Tivoli Village. It's not as great as boba shops in Chinatown but the soft serve is light enough for a summer treat.

Jasmine Mariz S.

Yelp
my boyfriend and i ordered two teas: - the kiwi kiwi with boba - cheese top osmanthus oolong the barista who served us today was very kind and was considerate to ask / reassure the order we made on the self checkout was exactly what we wanted and i appreciate it a lot! we also found the self checkout tablets nice and efficient! it was easy to order through! my boyfriend and i liked the kiwi kiwi's level of sweetness, it wasn't overwhelming at all and it was nice to see real pieces of kiwi with the boba! and the boba pearls itself were soft and chewy the osmanthus oolong was perfectly brewed, it wasn't bland or bitter. and i enjoyed how light the cheese foam was, it wasn't too thick or sweet so I didn't feel heavy or full after! we're excited to stop by again whenever we're at tivolli village :)

Haruna M.

Yelp
I usually don't write reviews but this place is just not good... we tried their Hokkaido milk tea with boba and it was just terrible. Boba was soggy and too sweet, not chewy at all. And Hokkaido milk tea was also too sweet and didn't taste like milk tea. Service was just ok. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. Not coming back again.

De Jana L.

Yelp
First experience at Milkcow. Admittedly it's $$ but the quality and flavor of the Tiramisu was great. I will return to try other flavors. And....it's just fun inside. Service was excellent.

Mary R.

Yelp
Zero stars. Went yesterday thinking it was a milkshake place due to the look of pics on website. Got their oreo cookie dessert and it was 2 cookies dropped at the bottom of a small cup with mediocre soft serve vanilla on top oreo crumbs and one cookie on top. The cookies tasted dusty and there was almost no flavor to the "ice cream". Ended up throwing out the near $9.00 pseudo sundae. When I asked the children behind the counter a question about the concept (prior to ordering) and if it was real dairy ice cream they gave the strange answer of "we have tea". They also looked at me as if they did not understand the question "what is the base ice cream made of?" I had to prompt them by asking if it had cows milk or cream or was it non-dairy? Just very odd experience overall and far from unique concept which other reviewers tout it as being. So disappointing.

Yelp
Heard the Milkcow was coming to Las Vegas and to our lovely neighborhood of Tivoli Village in Summerlin. Last time I had the MilkCow was back in South Korea and the Philippines. It's definitely nice to see a familiar brand in the community. Upon arrival, the staff greeted my family and I. A few favorites everyone likes to try is the Dirty Boba Soft serve and the Santorini. The Dirty boba soft serve comes with house brown sugar, brown sugar boba and a sugar cone served on top. While our favorite, the Santorini comes served with Oreo crumbles, pistachio crumbles, cotton candy syrup l, wafer stick and cotton candy. Though the cotton candy I think is more for aesthetics for pictures. Customer Service seems to take a hit here from what I see from other Yelp reviews. I have to mention, the store just opened so there is a bit of a delay when it comes to orders coming out. We had to remind the team that we also ordered the Santorini. Overall, the location is cozying up to many Las Vegas locals and I'm glad to have it part of our community... I would go back, especially with this Las Vegas Summer heat.

Yelp
Delicious soft serve creations! Ordered the Oreo milkshake and tiramisu soft serve! Great late night or mid-day treat. Looking forward to going back.

Yelp
Terrible experience on 10/14/2022 around 5pm. The kids in there were ridiculous. They didn't acknowledge when walked in, they just kept playing on their phones. They knew nothing about flavors when asked. They were extremely rude. I got a cookies and crème and it was literally vanilla soft serve with sprinkled Oreo powered. That's it. McDonald's soft serve tater better. Whoever owns this place should get rid of those two employees. Will not be back because of them. And it was very overpriced for soft serve vanilla.
