New ice cream shops bring milkshakes, soft serve, and novelty toppings to Las Vegas | Eater Vegas
"I learned that South Korea-based Milkcow is bringing its first Nevada soft-serve location to Tivoli Village later this summer; the menu includes the Snow Drop topped with organic cotton candy, organic salt, and sweets for an Instagrammable presentation, and the Milky Peace topped with sunflower seeds and cashew clusters and drizzled with pistachio syrup.
