2nd time here ! Everyone was so nice and polite to me . From the gate to check in and pull on the scale , then to get the bulk heads in my trailer , that guy was nice and helping me out on directions. The yard people giving me info and being nice also where the loaded and empty trailers are located . Then checking out , they were very nice and polite , I wish all shippers / receivers were like this ! Very outstanding job guys ! ✅️

The employees are friendly & helpful. Even the guards at the truck entrance are awesome! The location is well marked to make it easy to find the truck entrance.

It was raining 🌧 and they rejected me because they saw water 💧 on the floor. Must be clean and they not appointment strict. My appointment at 2pm and I arrived at 12 got rejected and came back at 5pm with no problem.

Thousands of Beer kegs leave you breathless 😀 One of the things we are missing is having children taking tours of these famous landmarks. This can set an opportunity for them to decide later about their future employment.

Long wait times and the loads are very very heavy I got there at 6pm and was loaded up around 1am. AVOID ATT ALL COSTS!!!!!

The lady in the front. Was the nicest. I told it was my first time here. She explained everything with detail…. The loading was fast. I loaded bulk in 5 mins. After i live loaded for another 40 mins.. so pretty smooth… Honestly i was scared and was about to cancel. The reviews make it something else. Have patience treat people with respect.. and it will be fine

Post update: The Miller sign is fixed! Thank you. Although it doesn’t spin, it looks great all lit up at night. You don’t realize how much this means to people who have passed by every night for decades. This is not simply just a sign. It is landmark that people still use as point of reference when navigating up and down I-35W. Thank you again for making the sign look good again. I have revised this post to a 5 star rating. Much obliged to your efforts in resolving the issue! ——— Original post (May 2019) Please fix the Miller sign on the building. It used to spin and looked nice. Now the sign has not spun in over 25 years and now the sign is also frayed , tattered, faded and falling apart. Dear Lord Fort Worth is ugly enough as it is. I think Miller has enough money to fix this sign considering the amount of money they spent on that cow mural. This sign also used to light up at night- now it does not.

Great place. Friendly staff all around. Check in at north entrance on the other side of WestRock. I provided a paper that had clear set of procedures for drivers to follow to have a nice and easy loading process. Loading time wasn't too bad. There's signs showing you exactly where to go. Good experience here!
