What a truly spectacular restaurant! Everything was positively excellent and some of the best Japanese food I’ve had. The waitress was really friendly and helpful, her recommendations were spot on. She helped us to choose the most delicious dishes, the sushi foie gras and the monkfish were just sensational. All the food was so fresh with such a delicate balance of flavour, it was such a pleasure to eat here. It’s no surprise it’s in the Michelin Guide. I can’t recommend it enough!! The restaurant is quite small so I recommend booking at least a day ahead.

Amazing Japanese restaurant. We definitely recommend the tasting menu. You’ll get a great variety of the delicious dishes including starter and dessert of your choice. Waiting time was rather long. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, including the chef.

Fabulous anniversary dinner at this lovely small Japanese restaurant. We loved our experience here, the food was delicious and had a bit of French flair added to traditional Japanese. Our only observation is some quiet music would add to the atmosphere, we were the only customers for a while and without music it is a little sterile. We would highly recommend Minami.

This place was so good that we went for dinner and lunch on two separate days. Definitely a highlight during our stay in Annecy. Glad we found it.

I couldn't believe there was such an authentic Japanese restaurant in Annecy. I was immediately addicted to their food. Everything I ordered was so tasty and special. I also liked their Japanese beers. It's always very full, so make sure you make a reservation at least a day in advance.

Super nice lunch menu €30 Deep fried soft shell crab Grilled eel rice Crème brûlée with Jasmine Remember to take a reservation, they are fully booked most of the time. I went there last week, but fully booked. Then, i went there today without booking, but i arrived there at 12nn 😄😄 and luckily i got a table.

Great lunch. Place is welcoming, staff too. Food is delicious, tasty and delicate. Strongly recommended.

This place is a little treasure. We went there two days on a row. The sushi is so fresh and the set menus are are all very unique and more importantly, delicious. There are a lot of restaurants in this area and choosing a restaurant can be difficult but don't skip this tiny and unassuming spot.

Wow! What a treasure. Being from California and having spent time in Japan, I have had a lot of experience with Japanese food. Hands down this was one of the best Japanese meals (and one of the best meals period) that I have had the pleasure to enjoy. Definitely worth a visit!!!
