Google
Ordered the shrimp fried rice with tostones and it was flavorful! This was my 4th time ordering from there. They are very consistent and considerate of dietary requests! Will order from there again soon!

Google
Its ok. Its your typical generic chinese food with the yellow rice, golden fried chicken wings (with no flavor), the boneless ribs w the typical chinese style bbq glaze were ok, the egg roll was nothing to talk about and the spring roll was just your typical spring roll. I wasnt a fan of the crab rangoon, idk what the crunchy stuff was that was inside of it and the texture of the inside was weird. The rice is ok. Its ok, but I would only get it again if all the other chinese restaurants were closed. Best Chinese on Main Street has waaaaaay better chicken wings and ill keep getting my crab rangoon from WanWang / MinsWok.

Google
So I had order over the phone for a delivery for me and my family . The pleasant gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude off the back but we love Ming’s house so I dealt with it . When I asked for ginger sauce and hot mustard they said extra charge !!! Extra charge for hot mustard I could understand ginger sauce yes but hot mustard no . We got the food no issue but what I would like too know is how you charge for hot mustard and then proceeded too add water into it ? My 6 year old tried it and says mom why does it taste like water . If y’all are gonna charge people for something make sure it’s quality food not something you added water too and charge people for . Please gentlemen who answers phone change your attitude maybe owner should make you go too classes on being professional 🤷🏻‍♂️

Google
Been ordering from this place for about 7 years now and I have never had a bad meal from them. Consistent and quality food and a solid amount especially with every other restaurant cutting portions due to inflation.

Google
Food is not bad but because of staff being impolite I give it 1 star any condiments you ask for they want to charge extra

Google
Overall, really good food. Their orange chicken tastes like orange! Good fried foods. Decent home made duck sauce that they happily give you plenty of. Tasty crab rangoon. Good egg rolls. Their spicy items aren't very spicy. May want to ask for a small amount of extra kick. Dough is too thick on their dumplings but the sauce is amazing! ETA, years later, I still stand by this review. 100% the best orange chicken.

Google
Terrible service...always forget ppl sauces and if thats the case...have to wait another 30 minutes because someone does not know dumplings come with sauce??? Would not recomend...

Google
The BEST Chinese food in Worcester. It’s ALWAYS a hit. They never disappoint.

Yelp
Service is a bit slow, but my to-go place for steam dumplings, best one in the area!

John B.

Yelp
The Ming House's Chinese food is definitely worth a try due to the fact the food comes out hot and fresh in 15 minutes and is amazing delicious I tried the beef house lomein and it was delicious. 10/10 definitely will be back.

Yelp
The food is really good but the lady taking orders over the phone needs to take some classes on how tf you treat your clients! Just being rude for no reason at all.

Yelp
Taste really fresh cooking. Pork fried rice and egg foo young are really good. Service is questionable but food make up for bad service

Yelp
I ordered a D11. The rice was very bland and the teriyaki rib taste a little off and the meat was very hard.

Priscilla A.

Yelp
This is by far the worst Chinese restaurant I've encountered! Rude lady, whatever her name is! My entire hospital orders food worth more than $300 from you yet, you're soooooo mean!

Yelp
Food is really good but the service is a little bit annoying always on their phone not even interested in customer service..

Xavier C.

Yelp
Decent food, but the service is horrendous. The people answering the phone are so rude. Customer service is 0 star. Will not be coming back.

Sy Y.

Yelp
I have no complaints about my food or services. I understand one may think the staff are rude. When the world is short staffed be kind to the ones showed up. And honestly, coming from Asian descent, we aren't yelling, we were just talking.

Yelp
I've been ordering from here for about 8-9 years. This is the only Chinese joint we really order from. This restaurant has a large variety of options on the menu. The portions are huge, the fried rice is good, the food is well seasoned and prepared, and the owners are very pleasant people. I usually get the shrimp lo mein and crab rangoons. The fried chicken is really good too. The homemade duck sauce with pineapple is really good. (It tastes better than it sounds). I would say the beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, orange chicken, and pork fried rice are great. I personally wouldn't get the egg rolls, they're not all that (they're cabbage based and leave a lot to be desired.) The environment is pretty sketch if you're doing pick up, but we usually get delivery, and that service is very decent.

Yelp
Been ordering since I was a little girl. Might never again they always make good food and give good service and I called recently the lady was so rude over the phone yelling at me because we didn't understand each other. Maybe she had a long day because she was DISRESPECTFUL

Yelp
Horrible I find it so disrespectful when restaurants deliver cold food I ordered one plate and the fact that my it took an hour to be delivered not even a mile away is ridiculous so now I am sitting here eating cold chicken and can't eat my plantain's because they are cold and an edible. Plantains , you can't reheat them so it's a waste. a waste of $20 and TIME , the fact that there was no concern nor compensation is ridiculous I've been eating here for years and never have I've been so disappointed especially with customer service.

Yelp
I love this place. Since being introduce to Ming House I refuse to eat at any other Chinese Food place. I use them religiously for take-out & not once did they get my order wrong. They are friendly, efficient, & fast.

Yelp
The delivery for a very simple order took FOREVER. They didnt speak english and they called because they couldnt find us, so they got angry when we tried to explain where we were and they didnt understand. The dumplings (both fried and steamed) were NOT very good at all MY FRIEND GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE DUMPLINGS!!! The lomein wasnt good at all either. They dont give you fortune cookies or silverware or napkins or crunchy noodley things or anything! I would never eat there again.

Yelp
Your typical average/bad Chinese food. Not much else tom say. You will immediately regret deciding on that evening Chinese after eating your meal.

Felix N.

Yelp
Really good chinese food. They give you really big portions for an amazing price. A great place to order from especially if your are eating with friends.

Jazmine G.

Yelp
I ordered pickup from ming house last night and found hair in my food! My chicken was under cooked my fried rice was burnt. I should've known this place was a dump by the smell of dead mice that was floating around the place! The owners have there children working in the front and the lack of customer service was bizarre! I rather take my money to king chef up the street now that what you call Chinese food! Save your money and don't waste it at Ming house, you can probably make better Chinese food yourself at home

Yelp
Huge portions, fast delivery, good food but not great. But I think this is one of the better quick takeout Chinese foods in Worcester, MA.

Yelp
This isn't the best Chinese food I've had but it isn't the worst either. I ordered the D1 combo which came with pork fried rice, General Tso's chicken, fried chicken wings, and crab rangoons. The rice, General's chicken, and crab rangoons were very appetizing. Chicken wings? Not so much. I live in the area and tried various restaurants nearby. If you want good chicken wings from a Chinese restaurant, I strongly recommend Golden Dragon Island. Everything else at Ming's House is great. However, I'm not a fan of their duck sauce. It comes in small packets that have a sweet and sour taste to it. I like the duck sauce at Dragon Island better because it's made at their location and it comes in more quantity. I had this delivered to my house and it came in reasonable time, so that's a plus!

Yelp
This place isn't much to look at with a dirty dining area and bathroom. I was extremely impressed with some of the food I ordered, though. The hot and sour soup was delicious and packed with veggies. The fried plantains were tasty also. Not an overwhelmingly positive experience but the soup was great to help with my head cold.

Laura M.

Yelp
I ordered take out to be delivered to my hotel room. Was super excited to get delivery at 11:30pm but when it came the food was uneatable. The beef teriyaki was grey with no flavor and the fried shrimp was fried with the shell still on it. The delivery man didn't seem to happy to see us but is understandable because they close at 12pm. I still Gave him more then 20% tip not his fault the food was unbeatable. Lesson learned , have more then two drinks before ordering from Ming House.

Yelp
Worst Chinese food I ever ate. Worst customer service I ever got. I suggest you never to eat here. Will never order delivery from here ever again!

Jack S.

Yelp
i ordered from this place thinking it would be good, had it delivered and the delivery guy gave me attitude for giving ONLY a dollar tip. he said to me " you so cheap i drive all the way here for this thats it". i let that go, then while eating the food i almost chocked on the chicken wings it is very hard. it did not live up to expectations and was very mediocre. if u ever wanna order chinese food i suggest any place but this !

Alver S.

Yelp
Took 13 hours for food to arrive, horrible service, money hungry people. Do not order from them.
