Got my order right both times, good portion sizes, and pleasant both over the phone and in person. Sane pricing, decent parking lot, good location. Easy win.

Google
Mins Wok is consistently one of the best Chinese take outs around in my opinion. Very quick service usually within 15 mins form Time of order. My daughter loves the chicken fingers. I recommend the Mongolian Beef a really nice mix of taste and spice level. Give it a go.

Brendan

Google
Very well spiced samosas; very fresh fried rice; thick soup broth. Above the delicious food, the service was even better! Very communicative to make sure we knew how much came in a serving and that we were getting what we wanted. Absolutely will visit again!

Google
This rating must be inflated somehow. We chose to go here based on the rating being higher than places near it, but boy did we regret it. The spare ribs were passable, so I thought nothing of it while making my plate when my friend stated something was "off" about his food. Little did I know what an understatement that was... The "chicken" in the Chicken with Cashew Nuts was flavorless and definitely not anything even resembling chicken. The "shrimp" in the Shrimp fried rice had me literally spitting it out after biting into it due to another not-even-close texture experience, nevermind the lack of flavor. And after that extremely unpleasant and off-putting experience, I couldn't get to the rest, but my friend had the other items and immediately became worried that he may end up sick from eating it. Never again. And no way that rating is accurate and not boosted in some way. Stay safe, review readers!

Google
Good food I like the general tso chicken, and dumplings. The lunch specials are a great portion for the price lots of food. They are very quick. Door is super heavy and not a lot of room in the building mostly just an order counter and a few tables but all and all good

Google
Mins Wok is the best Chinese Food we’ve had. The food is consistently delicious. The crab rangoons are phenomenal and we love the yu Xiang tofu and beef. The people who own Min’s Wok it are delightful, friendly, and incredibly talented. It can be difficult to find high quality take out, and we feel so lucky to have stumbled on this gem. Highly recommend.

CLAN McCRA ADVENTURES

Google
CLAN McCRA APPROVED! Clean restaurant. Great prices fast service. Very good food! The fried food is golden not dark brown. (On Friday night!) Great Lo-Mein, Fried Rice and Teriyaki. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Google
Easily the best Chinese food I have ever experienced. I was told it was better in Massachusetts and I was told correctly. Can't compare with what I've had in Florida and California! Loved every bite!

Yelp
I'm gonna give the food a rating below midscale. It's not bad. But there is absolutely nothing that stands out about it. I kind of feel like I could get this at Panda Wok. Service was really good for pick up. It was ready on time and hot and accurate. I'm not sure anybody ever really eats inside. It is definitely more of a takeout place. It's not much to see around this area anyway. I would call this an acceptable meal that is likely to agree with you. The quality is such that I would consider it not much more than a place to call late at night when drunk.

Jeff W.

Yelp
Chose to get takeout and Min's Wok had our meals ready within 15 minutes. Food was great and the gentleman behind the counter was very nice when I went to pick up my order

Sal G.

Yelp
Outstanding food, super fresh with great service! Food was ready in 20 minutes no complaints!

Yelp
Okay... here's the truth about Min's. I have not been...nope haven't been in as of yet. So let me tell you what I do know. Some of my dearest friends from Florida have gotten food from here. They were here in the Worcester area for a visit and found Min's . Now, they threatened to fly up to get their fix of the egg rolls. They have begged me to go and overnight egg rolls to them from here. Since I'm going to fly to Florida on my next trip, I will stop on in purchase a few dozen, pack on ice, and head on down ...with a surprise.

Yelp
Over all, the flavor of the food is really good. I've tried a few dishes and the taste was better than most other restaurants in the area. The only problem I have, is that this is some of the greasiest Chinese food I've ever. And I'm not talkin just greasy, I mean grease dripping off the food type of greasy. The egg roll looked like it was fried before the oil had heated up properly, so it had that "wet" greasy look to it. Same thing with the chicken wings, the worst of all was the rice. It's not a good sign when there's a little pool of oil at the bottom of the rice container. Unfortunately, I tried it about 5 different times and this was generally my experience.

Yelp
I so wish there were decent and more authentic Chinese restaurants in Worcester. This was my second visit to Min's Wok and probably my last. This time I ordered the Beef Chow Fun. It was gluey, gummy and tasteless. I've had far better versions of this dish at other restaurants. I also had boneless barbecued pork and wonton soup. All just so so. Please can somebody recommend a more authentic spot????

Yelp
Mim's Wok has great food at affordable prices. I try to get there at least once every 6 weeks or so. While waiting for my order out in my car the gentleman on duty was so kind to bring my order out to me! I'm always very satisfied with the quality of the food at Min's!

Yelp
Best in the area, a few small tables but 99% take out. Very friendly and kind staff, excellent food. The food is superior to other area Chinese food restaurants. Immaculately clean. tons of drink options freezing cold in coolers. Im happy to recommend this place to people, they never disappoint.

Julia F.

Yelp
I love this place so much. This is the BEST place in Worcester to get Chinese food. The service is great and they never skimp on the portions. :)

Jerry R.

Yelp
I called to see if they made their made one onion ring or they was frozen. When I got them they was frozen one's .The chicken fingers was like chicken was like chicken nuggets . The beef and broccoli the beef was worst beef I ever had . would not recommend to anyone. I will never go back.

Yelp
So happy they are back! Used to frequent them when we lived nearby.. now drive from the other end of the city for them cause they're simply the best!

Richard G.

Yelp
appertisers greasy some dishes seam to have left overs mixed in.make sure you check your bag to see if it's what you ordered, and everything is there.lady at register is very rude sometimes.don't trust the food any more to many suspect dishes.

Yelp
I am new to town and was delighted to find Min's! I have ordered from there twice, giving other places a try in the mean time, and was happy with both experiences. The vegetables are very fresh; the portions are generous; and the chicken fingers are fantastic-- there is an equal ratio of meat to batter and they aren't greasy. Communication on the phone wasn't the easiest, but the order(s) were perfect, hot & great. I love that the family is involved with the business and the face-to-face meeting proved to be fun and professional. This will be my first place for take-out Chinese food from now on!

Robert G.

Yelp
This place is awesome: Amazing family, tremendous food. Kung Pao chicken is my go-to, and they'll make it exactly to your specifications (I like extra spicy with vegetables).

Yelp
So many challenges for so many times to get their so many great food choices. First it was the building fire. It knocked them out of business for over a year. Then they opened, to have to shortly close due to the pandemic, briefly reopen and close again. Since they have since reopened we have been back several times and it never disappoints. We are so always stuck on favorites, but as we venture out a dish or two from one order to the next we discover even more to love about our beloved Min's Wok. We encourage you to do the same. Explore the menu. Take advantage of the online ordering system and please keep this beloved family and their workers safe by hand sanitizing and mask wearing. And if you didn't used to tip for takeout now is a good time to do so to help out! Love me my Min's Wok!!!!!!!!

Julie L.

Yelp
First time trying out because of a friend's recommendation. Ordered some noodle dishes and BBQ ribs. Really disappointed with the noodle dishes because I can taste the sand with every bite. They either forgot to wash the veggies or didn't wash them clean enough. If it wasn't for the sand, the food might be decent. Might give them a second chance but will see.

Yelp
This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant of all time I highly recommend. You wont be disappointed

Yelp
I have been going to Min's for years, the food is consistently great and the prices are very reasonable! Andy and Min always greet my wife or I by name and recommend things based on my tastes from going there for so long. The place is open and clean, which is important to me... It's tucked in the strip mall on a busy road and parking is tight at lunch time, but well worth finding a spot on the side road.
google avatar

Robert C.

Yelp
This one is not close to my house but is worth the drive. We have gotten food from here twice and have been blown away by it's fresh taste! Our favorite for sure is the Kung Pao Chicken and the chicken fingers!!! If you are looking to try someplace new check this place out you will not be disappointed!!
google avatar

Yelp
Best Chinese food in Worcester hands down! The owners are nice and personable at the register and when ordering. The food is always excellent and exceeds expectations every time! The dining area should be redone to make more seating and a bigger cleaner restaurant. Guarantee you could have a booming restaurant if you opened it up there or got out of that shitty plaza! Bravo!!!!

Yelp
1st visit: crab Rangoons quite nice. Unusually delicate wrapping, lightly fried. Generous tasty filling---unusually sweet. Reminded me more of a great blintz than a crab Rangoon. Egg rolls large, perfectly fried but strange filling: kind of bland with weird overtones of ? Seaweed or something I cannot place. Even after soaked in soy sauce I could not eat them. House Special K like mein, smelled good, a little nice smoky hint, but was kind of bland/ ordinary in the end. No bad, but definitely did not sing.

Yelp
Best Chinese food in Worcester! Very nice family owned place. I've been going here for over 15 years.
google avatar

Anthony M.

Yelp
I've been going to this restaurant since 2013 and I've rarely been disappointed. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is always fast and delicious. My favorite is the Hsiang Chicken and it never disappoints

Michael L.

Yelp
Should be called Mins Yuk. The chicken fingers were unedible. They had the texture of an elastic band and could not be swallowed. The vegetable fried rice was pretty much just onions and a few bean sprouts mixed into brown rice. This was a "I will not return to this place" meal.
google avatar

Jared M.

Yelp
People. It's a Chinese restaurant. It's exactly what you expect. I've ordered from here 6-7 times now. And it's consistent every time. The most recent was New Year's Eve and there was an hour wait. And the food was still as good as it always was. They were organized and while it took an hour to get my food, I knew it, and showed up when they told me to. They could probably do a truckload more business if they hired a delivery driver. Just my $.02. If you want classic Chinese restaurant fare. This is it.

Yelp
This is my favorite Chinese take-out place when in the Worcester area. Actually, this might be my favorite Chinese take-out place ever! Not only are Andy and Min the nicest, their food tastes what Chinese take-out food should taste like! I love their crab rangoons, their peking raviolis, mmm...their fried rice! I live in NYC and I'm not sure what's going on here in the city but the Chinese take-outs are terrible (not to mention more expensive). Just a few weeks ago, I spent $60 on a couple dishes, took a bite and gave it to the homeless guy down the street b/c I felt guilty throwing away basically untouched food (though a part of me felt bad b/c I was sharing take-out that I deemed, not good). I love that I am able to get my Chinese take-out fix when I'm in MA! Andy, I am so sorry to hear about the fire - I am waiting for you guys to be back up and running! Miss you guys and your food!

Yelp
Good food at good price point. Only places I've liked the hot and sour soup. Beef teriyaki is really good. Have had food from here twice and enjoyed both meals. Only complaints: Hunan beef had no spice at all but did have some flavor. Chicken fingers (most recent visit) were under fried. Looked great and chicken was cooked through but the batter was not quite done.... VERY soft in the middle (just barely past raw dough).
google avatar

Dick F.

Yelp
Waited months for our go to Chinese to reopen unfortunately the quality we were used to didn't happen last night the chicken fingers were cold and most looked like chicken nuggets not fingers and the ribs were disappointing. We will give it one more try hopefully the food will be hot.
google avatar

Gabriella M.

Yelp
Excellent food for the price! We ate in and the lady who owns the place was very nice. Kung Pao chicken and low mein were very good. Easy to find on W. Boylston. While we were there a steady stream of customers came in.

Yelp
My family and I have been ordering from this store for the last 3 months about once a week. The first time they had an issue processing my payment and I opened my banking app to investigate. I found that they had already charged me twice and were trying to charge me again. Honest mistakes happen but when I brought this to their attention instead of listening to what I had to say and show them the owner threw my food across their counter, against the wall, yelling, "I have no control. What do you want me to do?" And kicked me out of the store in spite of my request to simply refund or cancel the offending transactions and to do a single correct one. This behavior is unprofessional and I will not be returning. Small Chinese places like this are a dime a dozen in Worcester my family and I can go somewhere else.

Jackie M.

Yelp
Do not waste your money. I ordered steamed chicken and vegetables, and the chicken was not cooked. The last 3 times I ordered chicken fingers they were retried from leftover chicken. Consistently fried again......dripping with grease and just awful. Mins wok is also filthy.

Charmaine L.

Yelp
The food was great will order again. Thanks so much I am so excited that you are open for business again.
google avatar

Sandie F.

Yelp
My favorite Chinese food in the Woo. We always order too much (the order comes in a box) but it never goes to waste. Great cold or reheated the next day. The crab rangoons are perfect. The ginger dipping sauce that comes with the dumplings is so delicious I've been known to ask for it even if I don't order the dumplings.
google avatar

Parker F.

Yelp
Very good Chinese food! The people who work here are very nice and the service is quick. I had lo mein and sesame chicken, which were both very tasty.
google avatar

TumTummyPanda P.

Yelp
One of the best Chinese joints in the city! I love their food so much, especially their airy and crispy crab rangoons. This place is always packed with people waiting for their orders so you know it must be good! Their prices are comparable to any other Chinese take out restaurant.
google avatar

Katie J.

Yelp
We only come to Min's Wok for Chinese takeout! When you find a good one, there's no reason to go anywhere else. Whenever we call, it's easy to order and never more than a half hour wait time. Pickup is quick and the food is great for a great price! They always give you way more than you need, so leftovers for days, but no one is complaining! If it's just for 2 people, try looking at the appetizer plates and added rice or Lo Mein to complete it.

Erin Y.

Yelp
Best scallion pancakes . Been here twice this week lol. They are very quick and have a great safety protocols set up for when you pick up your food

Greg L.

Yelp
They have a sign ip saying they are temporarily closed as of the end of April. Their online ordering system is still taking orders, so I thought they were open until I drove over. Call ahead to make sure after all this Covid crap is over that they have reopened.
google avatar

Kim C.

Yelp
Very fresh and flavorful! This is not your average run-of-the-mill "mall Chinese food". It would be better if the main dishes came with the standard side of white or brown rice, but apart from that everything was perfect. The Yu Hsiang Chicken in particular was TO DIE FOR. We'll definitely be back.

Barbara H.

Yelp
This is our go to for really good Chinese in Worcester area. Friendly staff and great food! Chicken teriyaki delish
google avatar

Mike P.

Yelp
Reasonably priced, and really good Chinese food. I live really close to here, and order fairly frequently. The portions are very generous, and are served up quickly and efficiently. Inside, the place is fairly small, it only seats about six at two tables, but it's a neighborhood fave for take-out.

Rebecca B.

Yelp
Ordered a vegetable lo mein and à pork fried rice the other day as they had just opened back up. Was so disappointed I found little to no veggies in both dishes, onions mushrooms and other vegetables chopped so finely and sparsely throughout. Same for the pork to the point I felt I ordered plain rice as it was dry and contained almost nothing. The lo mein was also only noodles. I would not go back again honestly
google avatar

Ben L.

Yelp
Basically a hole in the wall takeout place. That said they have excellent food that's ready quickly and fairly cheap. Also the staff is incredibly friendly. It's just a nice place to go to get some good Chinese food.
google avatar

Sharan T.

Yelp
Good to do a take out. Tasty food and very good price point. Open kitchen concept and you see your delicious food being prepared. Good portion size as well. Not a good facility to do a sit down.
google avatar

Ro P.

Yelp
Average chinese food; went there based on the reviews, but wasn't overly impressed. Their chicken chow mein seemed to be very heavy on the cabbage, their beef teriyaki was a little flavorless - everything needed soy sauce. My son absolutely loved the chicken fingers, my husband thought the cashew chicken was pretty good, and the crab rangoon were very good. Very friendly service!

Bill M.

Yelp
Absolutely best in Worcester. The chicken fingers and crab Rangoon's are homemade. The staff is always pleasant and I have never had a bad meal..

Sandra S.

Yelp
I ordered food for New Years. Was told food would be ready at 7:30. I showed up at 7:30, along with about 50 other people, we were all told they were an hour behind... an hour and a half later... got my food home and our order was wrong. Had to go all the way back. The food was just ok, the employees were nice enough. They should prepare better for holidays and busy times.
google avatar

Martha R.

Yelp
Have had take-out twice. They get the order right and the food is better than average Chinese takeout, FWIW.
google avatar

Billy H.

Yelp
One of my favorite Chinese food places for Take-Out. Very high quality and one of the best for peeking ravioli's. Very Friendly to their customers and I never have to wait. A+
