MINUTE`S Restaurant

We came last year to Kufstein and tried our luck to walk-in w/o reservation on A Saturday. No chance… it was fully booked. This year, we diligently booked 1 month ahead. We want to try Chef Umberto’s culinary art & went for the 3 & 4 course dinner with wine pairing. Really satisfy with the dinner. Every dish is a carefully crafted art, visual presentation & unique taste. The best of Italian cuisine & paired wines were fully experienced in Minutes. Of all dishes, I love the Fig desert best, absolutely enticing even by appearance, and the flirting with my sense of visual, smell & taste. We spent a great 2.5hr in Minutes for my birthday dinner. Yes, you need time to savor pieces of art in Minutes. Grazie Chef Umberto !

Very good food and lovely staff. We had the fixed 4 course menu with our two young children. The restaurant was very accommodating and we had a fantastic time. Every course was really delicious! The lunch menu is also great!

Ich habe mit Geschäftspartnern und Freunden mehrfach im Minute’s gastiert und dort immer gut gegessen, die Karte ist abwechslungsreich, außergewöhnlich, vielfältig auf einem beeindruckende Niveau. Die Küche ist einsehbar und Gäste können zusehen wie mit viel Engagement die Speisen zubereitet werden. Es ist eine kreative, überzeugende Kochkunst. Die Eigentümer führen das Restaurant mit einer spürbaren Liebe zum Detail, die Leidenschaft, eine besondere Küche anzubieten ist spürbar. Die Preise sind entsprechend angepasst an die feine besondere und oft wechselnde Speisekarte, bei der Weinliebhaber eine gute Auswahl vorfinden. Direkt am Lokal sind keine Parkplätze zu finden die Theatergasse ist damit nicht gesegnet, aber es gibt Parkflächen in der Nähe, in ca. 10min. Entfernung, dafür ist das Restaurant zentral in Kufstein gelegen. Wer gehobene Küche sucht, findet hier eine Heimat.

Wir haben hervorragend gegessen. Es gab tolle Weine. Die Restaurantleiterin hat immer gute Stimmung verbreitet. Ein rundum gelungener Abend. Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Im Menü waren uns die Portionen zu groß, so dass wir ins Hotel zurück gerollt sind.
