The facility is beautiful and the staff is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities list would make it impossible for someone to be bored living in the building and the neighborhood is fantastic. There is not a single service that you can't get within walking distance. The staff knew residents and their pets by name which was a huge comfort when considering a big life move for a single person in their final chapter. Anna (Director of Sales) was patient and understanding throughout the tour and we look forward to working with her in the future!

If I have to congratulate someone it would have to be the whole staff. Starting from Dining personnel, Lobby employees, Abel , trainer from the gym. He has helped my husband immensely. The cleaning personnel do a great job. And last but not least Sarah George. She has worked for Mirabelle many years. She is very caring and patient. Finally you have a great staff that makes one feel at home

My father, Rudy, has been a resident here for almost a year. He wants to nominate Reina, a dedicated employee who helps him with housekeeping in his apartment. We are very grateful for her help and all the staff at Mirabelle who are very kind.

This is for Jackie our chauffeur who is just fabulous with everyone , she has the patience to deal with all of us , she is wonderful… I would like to recognize Abel the fitness instructor who really understands his job and is the best trainer we have ever had.he undert the senior body and knows what we can do and can’t do and makes everyone feel special ! Claudia the lead server is wonderful And my housekeeper Esmeralda does a fantastic job cleaning my apartment I have had her for 3 years and she is special to me.

I moved my loved one into Mirabelle almost 2 years ago and it wasn’t an easy transition. The staff, nurses and administrators were with me every step of the way and continue to support my loved one through her journey. The Mirabelle community has been an excellent fit for her thus far. The Executive Director, Linda, has been very accessible when I have had larger questions and been professional and courteous. The staff on the independent living, ALF and Memory care floors are very loving. I have to give a huge shout out to Ileana on the memory care floor who is one of the kindest, energetic and most wonderful people I have EVER met! Olive, Carmel, Gypsy and so many others are just a few examples of the truly outstanding staff there who work so hard to make it a great place to be for those who need a safe and nurturing space. I would highly recommend this community to independent, assisted or memory care.

Mirabelle is setting the Gold Standard for Retirement Communities. I am very grateful we were able to find this place for our father. The entire staff goes above & beyond in their care and attention for the residents and the resident community. The staff is professional, have the best communication and have many years experience in their fields. A literal red carpet was rolled out on my dad's move in day and they gave him a celebratory welcome (it was the sweetest surprise). These are not always easy transitions for the residents and their families, however, Mirabelle has made the process so much easier. My dad loves the delicious in house restaurant meals and all the fun social activities planned (he went to a live food demonstration, a live music and dance performance, etc). He also loves how nice every staff member is, they make him feel like a million bucks. I feel great relief that we were able to find a gorgeous resort-like place, with amazing food and amenities - and the helpful and caring staff round out the highest 5-star rating I can give. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a retirement community.

from the First time i seen Mirabelle i thought it was amazing the view, the activities the staff. I really enjoy everything here the staff is amazing but i have to point out two amazing people Raquel and Dariel i dont know if i spelled their name right but both overnight workers make me and my dad feel like this is our home and not just Some where we stay for now. They always have a smile on their face and will have a conversation with us no matter what we are doing.

This is a beautiful, modern senior living community. Apartments are larger than most apartments catering to seniors. We looked at several communities in Miami. We chose the Mirabelle for several reasons: location to our home and doctor’s offices, walking distance to grocery/pharmacy, size of apartment for two people and staff support. I initially connected with Anna F, who gave us a tour. She is very friendly and reassuring. She offered honest advice and listened to the unique needs of our parents. She’s very patient and professional; we felt immediately welcomed. She reassured us that there is a right fit for everyone. It will be ok. “We’ve got this.” Additionally, we have found the move-in coordinator Sarvesh T. to be sincere, professional, approachable and friendly. He is well suited for the position, able to handle multiple tasks and unexpected changes that inevitably arise with movers~ all with a smile on his face. Everyday is a new adventure with Seniors and the care and support they need. What I’ve learned through this process what works today for your aging family members will change and that may mean moving them from where they originally landed. For now, we couldn’t be happier with The Mirabelle and support staff. Thank you.
