This is a beautiful facility with great service and friendly staff. The decor makes you feel peaceful. Our company enjoys providing entertainment and music to the amazing guests for the fabulous events that the entertainment director creates.

I moved my loved one into Mirabelle almost 2 years ago and it wasn’t an easy transition. The staff, nurses and administrators were with me every step of the way and continue to support my loved one through her journey. The Mirabelle community has been an excellent fit for her thus far. The Executive Director, Linda, has been very accessible when I have had larger questions and been professional and courteous. The staff on the independent living, ALF and Memory care floors are very loving. I have to give a huge shout out to Ileana on the memory care floor who is one of the kindest, energetic and most wonderful people I have EVER met! Olive, Carmel, Gypsy and so many others are just a few examples of the truly outstanding staff there who work so hard to make it a great place to be for those who need a safe and nurturing space. I would highly recommend this community to independent, assisted or memory care.

This is a wonderful community! I love the residents here! Elegant, friendly, and squeaky clean. From the valet to the directors of an activities, to the chefs, their staff is caring and proficient. Beautiful place! The memory care is also top-notch, very well run with loving care-takers.

do not recommend this assisted living facility. My experience with the staff and management has been very disappointing. There is a clear lack of communication, and many responsibilities are often neglected. Calls frequently go unanswered, and important updates regarding my loved one’s care were rarely provided unless I insisted. The facility appears understaffed, and the care provided does not reflect the level of attention and compassion that residents deserve. Cleanliness and organization are also concerns, and I observed delays in medication administration and assistance with daily activities.

Mirabelle is setting the Gold Standard for Retirement Communities. I am very grateful we were able to find this place for our father. The entire staff goes above & beyond in their care and attention for the residents and the resident community. The staff is professional, have the best communication and have many years experience in their fields. A literal red carpet was rolled out on my dad's move in day and they gave him a celebratory welcome (it was the sweetest surprise). These are not always easy transitions for the residents and their families, however, Mirabelle has made the process so much easier. My dad loves the delicious in house restaurant meals and all the fun social activities planned (he went to a live food demonstration, a live music and dance performance, etc). He also loves how nice every staff member is, they make him feel like a million bucks. I feel great relief that we were able to find a gorgeous resort-like place, with amazing food and amenities - and the helpful and caring staff round out the highest 5-star rating I can give. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a retirement community.

My dad has been living in MIRABELLE for 4 years. Overall, it’s been a great place for him. There are lots of activities and interesting people who live there. I just visited and noted Sara, from the front desk, was missing. She out on leave and I was sad not to connect with her. She takes good care of my dad and if I call with a request or concern, she always follows up. Albertina is also very helpful.

The facility is beautiful and the staff is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities list would make it impossible for someone to be bored living in the building and the neighborhood is fantastic. There is not a single service that you can't get within walking distance. The staff knew residents and their pets by name which was a huge comfort when considering a big life move for a single person in their final chapter. Anna (Director of Sales) was patient and understanding throughout the tour and we look forward to working with her in the future!
