Hey you guys Please go and support this beautiful Wicker Park family owned business or look them up on Instagram and give them a follow. 10 out 10 on service and food. Ms. Crystal our waiter top notch class act(tip my girl) She was awesome with recommendations. The food came out hot and beautifully plated. My only recommendation is that the burata cheese could have been melted more. These portions are HUGE! THE portions are worth the $$. Get the wings, they give nice size wings and the dipping sauce was nice and thick with flavor; not watered down like some places. Mirella's is such a beautiful clean environment great date night, solo dinner, and groups. The bar area and its garden/patio season coming and they got it. I seen them on Instagram and just fell in love with the back story and finally made it here and it won't be my last. Look at these portions and check it out for yourself you won't regret it. The space alone is well worth the trip; the roof opens up, make this your new summer time hangout.

This was the first time I had to hold back from ordering the wings. Those are absolutely my favorite but I am pushing myself to try new things. I've had the crab cakes twice but this is my first time trying the elote and ribs. The elote was decent but I do have to say the ribs were too saucy. That's really crazy coming from me because I love sauce. I am looking forward to trying the pasta dishes and the salmon. I've had the burger and their claim is correct about it being one of the best ones around. I enjoy that it's never super full but that's probably not good for the restaurant. I hope that this place stays open because the food is excellent.

The ambiance was comfortable and very nice. The moment my party and I arrived, we were greeted and had attentive service throughout our dinner. Our server Jade was absolutely wonderful! So sweet and she consistently made sure we had everything we needed. We tried the Peri Peri Chicken, the NY strip, and Baked Pasta with chicken. The food came out in a decent amount of time and was hot. Everything was delicous, though the chicken could have had a bit more flavor, but other than that- excellent. I also tried the Strawberry Paloma and was pleasantly surprised how refreshing it was. Would definitely come back.

Truly a beautiful neighborhood gem. Lots of options on division street but this one definitely stands out. First and foremost to all the staff, the Chef and the new management you are all Amazing. Thanks Chef and Tyler for all the delicious recommendations! This place is beautiful, outdoor patio, the bar plus the back dining room are all spectacular. With so many options we didn’t know exactly what to expect so I asked Tyler for some recommendations. The chef happened to be in the room so he stepped in and said you must try the black mussels and the tuna tartare taquitos. Wow! Delicious I’m so glad we did. For the entrees we choose the NY strip steak with truffle fries with chimichurri and the house special that came highly recommended by Tyler and the Chef the Boiled Pork Chop with Yukon Potatoes and Broccoli that was Paramount, probably one of the most delicious I have had. We will definitely be back I’m looking forward to try more options and the Brunch! Thank you all for a great wonderful experience.

Celebrated a birthday here - drinks and food - and they were amazing ! Super accommodating. Initially my food expectancy was not high (we're at a bar) BUT their salmon and pasta was soo good !!! I was impressed ! Server was really nice and attentive, and drinks were yummy. Overall impressed and really glad I stepped in.

No atmosphere here, I came here on a Saturday at 6pm, the first room was empty and playing very loud top 100 style music. In the back room was 1 other group with a dog, and you could smell the dog for sure. Although I love dogs I was surprised they allowed him (may have been a service animal without any vest). Two other groups arrived after us, and no one after that. It was quiet, and the service was fine. The menu is all over the place, flatbreads, elotes, pasta, burgers. I got the burger because it won an award (labeled on the menu) in 2020. It was good, I wanted a little more heat but it was good. When I asked for hot sauce they brought chilula. My partner got the chicken dinner, comes with Mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was good. My child got fries but they have a full kids menu as well as kids cup. Definitely kid friendly.

Incredible service! Everyone was so attentive, and they gave great recommendations. The food was tasty, and had great portion sizes for the price. Loved the peri peri chicken, NY steak, and baked pasta. Will be back soon- thank you all for the great first visit. Huge thank you to Jade!

Decent sports bar with a bit more upscale undertones. Happy hour specials were good for their cocktails, but would have liked to have seen more beer options. Food was pretty good and well portioned. Burger was nice but nothing about it stood out against other spots we've been to. Not a bad spot to go, but overall nothing to set it apart from other offerings bar by.

The wings are out of this worId good. You can tell the owner loves this place and it's an amazing spot! I think come football season if they chose a team and did some amazing American/bar food, they would be a 10x better kirkwoods! The place can and will succeed. Food is good. Space is great!

Mirella's Tavern opened up their doors for a neighborhood event last week and served up a wonderful free buffet. The service was amazing - from the hostess, to our waitress, the bussers, the chefs, bartenders and the owner. We felt welcome and appreciated. This buffet had chicken wings, sliders, Mac and cheese egg rolls (yum), charcuterie, kale caesar salad, broccoli, mashed potatoes, fried chicken, and more. All drinks were balanced, and great value. Delish! Thank you so much for hosting us and we can't wait to come back! Tip: they have a gorgeous back enclosed patio! Seems perfect for summer brunch.

Came here for Sunday brunch and loved it! Our server was great and so polite. She checked on us just the right amount and our meal was paced perfectly. Our waters were never empty and she made sure to ask if we wanted another cocktail when we got down to our last few sips. To drink, I had an aperol spritz which was perfect on such a beautiful day. For my meal, I had the avocado toast with poached eggs and a side of sausage. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the avocado spread was flavorful, and the cheesy potatoes were beyond amazing. The quality and delicious flavors at such a reasonable price point will keep me coming back time and time again. Another thing that makes this place great is the large patio space. They have a massive greenhouse style porch that is enclosed in glass in the winter and open air in the summer. There's also some tables out front (I know they are building a front patio soon!). Very dog friendly! For those who don't want to be outside, there's a variety of indoor seating including tables, booths, and the bar. I will be back soon!!

Gotta say we really wanted to like this place. They recently added in a beautiful patio with amazing greenery. We did get a nice patio seat and just wanted to order some small apps with drinks. The service was friendly but unbelievably slow. It was slow to the point we wanted a second drink but ended up canceling it before it came out because it was taking so long between the times we'd see the server. I ended up going to the hostess to close the tab because we had been waiting 20 min just to try to close and leave. I overheard 3 other parties with similar issues. The food: I would almost come back for the elote which was fantastic, lightly charred with tasty toppings. The fries were crispy. The Brussels needed much less sauce they weee soggy and personally over sweet but still edible. Try at your own risk and maybe pick a time when they aren't busy to get quicker service.

Just opened, owner is so nice and great service. Huge space with tvs, good place to bring lots of friends. Food was great, hard to choose a favorite but we would say the duck quesadilla or the egg rolls

Awesome food and awesome staff! New spot in our neighborhood and we were not disappointed! We got the baby back ribs, burger, tuna crisp, and buffalo chicken egg rolls. Everything was delicious!

Had dinner here tonight. Beautiful dining room, food was good. Atmosphere great. I ordered the Old Fashioned ($11 special on the bar menu) and the waiter asked me if I had a preference of bourbon- I said no and the waiter and bartender decided to upcharge me to top shelf I did not choose for another $14 extra. ??? It really ruined an otherwise great experience. No one wants to be charged for things they did not order. Bad form, would not recommend.

The Duck quesadillas are awesome! The chef is a pro and my wife and I have never been disappointed with any of the menu items.

Excellent food with great prices! Nice addition to Wicker Park!!! Egg rolls, Burger, and Grilled Cheese are some of the best in Chicago.

Excellent! We've been there twice in the last 2 weeks. Great atmosphere and service and delicious food. You can tell they care about the product and their prices are very fair. We had the Philly Cheesesteak, hamburger and rings- All cooked to perfection and the portions were so big, we had leftovers. Looking forward to when their patio opens. Highly recommend- it's great to have a neighborhood restaurant like this!

We just got take out and everything was great! I loved the ribs! They had a delicious sauce and the perfect chew. The salmon and purple mashed potatoes were amazing as well. The chef really knows what he's doing and I look forward to trying other dishes!

Just wow! Great experience at Mirella's--the new restaurant in the old Jack's space. We walk in for the first time and are greeted like family by the owner and hostess, both lovely people. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. My kids are well behaved and we've been bringing them to restaurants since they were babies, but I always get nervous bringing them somewhere new since you never know the reaction you'll get bringing children. The cool thing was, there are two distinct spaces, a pub and a gorgeous dining room. The pub was a younger, fun crowd without kids and the dining room is really for anyone. It is truly a neighborhood place. Instead of being judged for arriving with kids, we were greeted with smiles, kid menus and little prizes, which they loved! We all had a taste for the same thing, it seems--three of the four adults ordered an old fashioned and the burger, both of which were excellent. I was the outcast that ordered the salad. My husband and I split the salad and burger and loved both. I honestly think this might be one of the best burgers in the city. Even the sliders on the kids menu were perfect (yes, I stole a bite or two). My daughters can't wait to go back and neither can we. The menu is small but full of American classics, perfectly executed. Our server (I believe his name was Jake) was a superstar! We really enjoyed his friendly, warm personality. We've been in the neighborhood for about 10 years and have seen places come and go, but we really hope Mirella's is here for the long haul. We've needed a good, neighborhood restaurant for all people and all occasions with great food, service and ambiance. This place is just that!
