I had dinner here last night and this was the best Italian food I have had in a while. For an appetizer, we ordered the Italian Nachos which is something we have never tried before. The nachos were amazing!! The complimentary garlic knots were delicious. I ordered the Pollo Francesca for my entree and the pasta was fresh and it came with two large chicken breasts and a lemon-based sauce. The portion size was big and I couldn't finish the meal. My husband had a classic lasagna dish and he enjoyed it. Lasagna is his very food and he is a little picky so his stamp of approval goes a long way 😄. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress did a good job. We had a 6:30 reservation and the place was about half full when we arrived. By the time we left 1.5 hours later, the place was pretty busy. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here often. We will be back during my next visit to Nashville.

I don't know if the air was out, but it was an exceptionally hot day so it's possible they were just trying to supplement and keep the restaurant cool because they had a giant fan going. That was okay. And understandable in this weather. The food was delicious. Beyond delicious. The service was pretty good, the server got a couple of things wrong like on a request for "water with no ice" she brought ice. And she did not clean up the table afterwards, leaving us with dirty dishes piled high on the table even when she walked by to go get something else. That was a little puzzling because everything else was so wonderful. We will definitely go back and would definitely recommend. Sorry for the photos of half-eaten food but it looks so delicious I dug in before I remembered to take a picture. Lol. Also, the servings were very very generous. You will almost definitely have leftovers.

This is one of Nashville’s hidden gems! Service was 10/10. Food was 1000/10 Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly I was surprised at how much crab was in the granchia sauce And the prices will have me coming back on a regular. I don’t think I realized that I most likely have not had real Italian food in my life.

Google
It was a very cozy Italian restaurant. Went during lunch hours and it’s been very pleasant. The lady server is so sweet and accurate. They start you off with soft garlic knots and sauce. Great flavor, warm, and delicious. You can tell the food is authentic and fresh!

Google
The pasta is so authentic and delicious. The garlic knots were so amazing. The customized choice of noodles is my favorite part about this restaurant. The caesar salad was good. The create your own pasta is our go to. We enjoy the food and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Google
Food was good but nothing we ordered had the Wow factor. Some of the food we ordered lacked seasoning and flavor. The complimentary bread looked nicely baked but it was hard. Can't really complain because that was free. Service was good. Atmosphere was very romantic and nice.

Google
This place was pretty good. That had quite a bit on the menus. The sauce is more of “Mara Nara style” and was ok. They have several pastas to offer. And most likely the tastes were more towards their particular part of their specific Italian nationality. The food was good just a bit different than I’m used to. The restaurant has great ambiance and diner was good. The service wasn’t bad but slightly lacking.

Christina

Google
I got the rigatoni pasta with mare sauce. My daughter got shrimp scampi. So good! We got 4 bread knots with sauce. Great service and delicious food. Plus, no wait to our table.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. I love how you can design your own pasta. I had the penne pasta with pink sauce and mushrooms. It was extremely flavorful and the mushrooms fresh. My husband had the fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms. He loved the flavor and how fresh it was. Certainly one of the best Italian restaurants around. We will certainly go back the next time we are in the area.

Yelp
In the little strip mall the Italian place has lots of options and great service. The garlic knots to start off were delicious. You can make your own pasta bowl, including Gluten free options. The GF pasta was good! The chicken was a little rubbery. The eggplant Parmesan was decadent! The eggplant was crispy, the bolognese was a nice accompaniment to the veg and noodles. The entree was HUGE! I think my leftovers still felt like 5 pounds.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I wanted to stop in here on the way home out of Nashville and were disappointed. To start the address that is listed on Yelp is wrong and takes you to a random place in the middle of the street. It's several blocks away from the pinpoint. After calling the restaurant and finding the proper address we walked in and got quickly sat. Our waitress brought over their garlic knots and asked bluntly if we were ready to order. We said no we needed a bit more time. She then proceeded not to come back to the table for about 10-15 minutes to see if we were ready. When she finally did come back she was not friendly at all and didn't offer any suggestions. I was struggling to figure out what I wanted and she was just unhelpful. After our food came out we started to dig in and thought it was just alright. Wasn't bad but wasn't amazing. To top it off our waitress never came to check in on our food or to see how we were doing. We would not come back here

Yelp
We had a pretty good experience this evening. The bread on the table was overcooked and hard on the bottom and a little underdone and almost doughy inside but the pasta was pretty good. The ravioli was somehow a tad bit "crunchy" on the edges of two of them but the rest were good and my husband's gnocchi was good. We loved the sauce outside of it being very oily but he said the Italian beef on his was amazing. It was a nice restaurant and very, very unassuming from the strip mall it was located in. The staff were very pleasant. One thing which was really weird was that we could see the kitchen and they were heating plates with a hand torch. This may be why our food was not even in heating? We were visiting from out of town and my Italian husband was craving some non-chain pasta. I'm glad we tried this place. It was pretty good, and I'd suggest if you're looking for something without bunch of extra unnecessary pomp and circumstance, then this is a great option.

Yelp
My wife and I were in Nashville for the evening and we tried out Mirko Pasta, and were glad we did. The restaurant is in a strip mall shopping center which is a little off putting, but the interior decor, bar area and adjoining dining rooms, boast an understated urban chic vibe, which is both tasteful and welcoming. This is a good place for a special date night. Service was prompt and friendly on this Saturday evening and we enjoyed the complimentary bread knots and marinara. I ordered the chicken Marsala and my mate, the classical lasagna. Both were accompanied by side Caesar salads. We had a bottle of Chianti, which was a little steeply priced, but good. Chicken Marsala is a favorite of mine and this one was excellent, succulent and tasty, but not overbearing. My wife is a lasagna aficionado and she thought hers was excellent, meaty and robust, but not too tomato-ey, if you know what I mean. Portions were generous and we were much too full for dessert, but several sounded extremely tempting. We highly recommend Mirko Pasta!

Yelp
I found this spot online while looking for a place to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. I was looking for a place to make reservations and one that was vegetarian-friendly as we had family meeting us that I wanted to accommodate. Usually, this means pasta. When we pulled up, I was a bit unhappy to find it was located in a strip mall, BUT the atmosphere inside quickly made you forget. The unlimited garlic knots were so very good. All pastas are handmade as are the Sauces. There is quite a selection of both, and you can mix and match to your heart's desire. I missed the pic of the bruschetta, but it was excellent! Our meals were scrumptious! The surprise Tiramisu for my sister's dessert was a perfect end to dinner. It's definitely a good choice for dinner!!

Brian C.

Yelp
I really liked this place. The pasta itself is delicious. First time here I had the chicken parmigiana. It's was good, but a bit saucy for my liking (too much red sauce) which made the chicken a bit difficult to get at as it was served over the pasta. The balsamic vinegar and olive oil decanters are great and garlic knots are served upon seating. I liked the pasta flavor so much I had to come back the following week and try a different dish. I had capellini (angle hair) with Alfredo sauce and added grilled chicken. It was some of the best Alfredo that I've ever had. Good consistency and flavor. I have two more work projects in Nashville and I will definitely return when pasta night rolls around again. Service was good. Better the first time, but not bad overall.

Yelp
We visited Mirko Pasta early on a Saturday evening. The interior is inviting and they have great patio seating. We sat inside and were promptly seated. We enjoyed the bread and marinara that was served prior to the meal. We ordered a side Caesar salad to share. Unfortunately, it never came, so we asked the waitress just to take it off of our bill. Our appetizer was the calamari, and we enjoyed it. It is also served with fried zucchini, which I liked. My husband ordered fettuccine Alfredo with sausage for his meal. The pasta he was served was pappardelle, not fettuccine, but it all tasted good, so he was happy. I ordered bucatini with pink sauce and shrimp. The pink sauce is supposed to be a mix of Alfredo and red sauce, but it had very little flavor despite adding parmesan and salt. I took some of the sauce from the appetizer and added it to my pasta to help it along. I had added shrimp for $5, and only received 5 shrimp. These shrimp also still had the tail on, so I had to reach into my pasta and pick them up in order to be able to eat them. I was not very satisfied with my meal. Our server was great, though, and brought us what we needed and kept our drinks full, which I always appreciate. When we received the bill the total was near $70 before tip. I feel this is overpriced for what we received, so, unfortunately, we don't plan to return to Mirko.

Yelp
Nice restaurant located in a busy shopping center which offers plenty of parking. In Nashville for the evening and was looking for something other than barbecue. Luckily drove past this place and it wasn't crowded. I chose the make your own pasta , bucatini and creamy mushroom sauce. So delicious I ate it all. My husband had the shrimp scampi and loved it. Five firm shrimp on a mountain of slightly spicy sauce. Both pastas were cooked to perfection. The table next to us was enjoying lasagna and Fettuccine Alfredo. Giving 4 stars because service was okay. Waited a long time for someone to come to our table. I had to go tell the hostess we were waiting. Good wine selection and prices are good.

Yelp
Hello Nashville.... We found a hidden gem of a killer restaurant and wine bar with cocktails you need to visit now... ASAP... Trust me you will love this place... Mirko Pasta ! Located at 2264 Lebanon Pike Nashville. 12 Different types of on site home made pasta 15 Different Italian Sauces Mouthwatering garlic twist rolls Nice wine and beer list plus cocktails. Super clean and super talented kitchen and wait staff make you feel right at home. Everybody is smiling all the time! Seafood your way over pasta is to die for. We tried grilled Salmon over homemade pappardelle thick cut pasta finished with a delicious fresh basil pesto crème sauce. Also tried an excellent seafood fruta Del Mar over tagliatelle pasta. Oh heaven in an authentic pink sauce we asked for. Take your entire family to Mirko Pasta and you can thank is later. They also serve smaller portions of all pastas so you can try lots of combinations. Simply mouthwatering ! Yelp
Such a hidden gem! We were hesitant to go here because we thought it was more of a fast causal place but that was absolutely not the case. My husband got spaghetti squash, for a low carb option, with San Remo sauce. It was a tomato cream sauce, Italian sausage, sun dried tomato and spinach. The spaghetti was needed to be slightly more cooked but the sauce was delicious. I got the eggplant parmigiana which was also fabulous. The house sauce was on the sweeter side but the eggplant was cooked nicely. Bonus points for garlic bread brought to the table as soon as you sat down! They also have some good drink specials throughout the week. Take a look at the photo for specifics.

Yelp
The inside was nice not the cleanest but will do, music was not too loud. Only one server was working at lunchtime but she was friendly and attentive. And the service speed wasn't bad at all. The restaurant complimentary bread and red sauce were delicious. They had cool bottle ls of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on all tables. The food from the lunch menu had very sufficient sized portions: we ordered the eggplant parmigiana it was mediocre the eggplants were soggy you can't even tell they were breaded, the sauce was on point though and the pasta was ok. we also ordered the Grilled salmon salad, the salmon was not the freshest, however it was cooked very well, and it came with a generous amount of very fresh greens, tomatoes, carrots and olives I didn't care for the pan-asian dressing that came with the salad because it was basically and Asian sesame dressing, but the salad became delicious after I added salt, olive oil and vinegar. All and all I recommend this place

Landon W.

Yelp
This restaurant is so incredibly good. The quality they put into their food is outstanding and they really show how much they care. Everyone is so nice and the food is honestly the best Italian food I've had. The noodles and sauce are homemade along with everything else I believe. They have plenty of free parking outside since it's part of a strip mall and they also have indoor and outdoor seating.

Sara D.

Yelp
It was fast service and the food was amazing! If you get the opportunity to go in here-- you will not be sorry! Super !

Susan M.

Yelp
This place is a top ace Italian restaurant. Mirko's was clean and our waitress was attentive and sweet. Portions are large and we wanted to take our leftovers with us. Our waitress knew we were from out of town and since the containers are not microwaveable, she also offered to pack paper plates and silverware to take back to the hotel. We visit Nashville often and we will definitely eat here again. The location was easy to find and away from the tourist trap expensive restaurants on Broadway!

Brenda H O.

Yelp
First time today with a friend to enjoy this great restaurant. Lasagna was great and fettuccine Alfredo. We brought home enough for tomorrow. Great garlic knots Nicest young lady seated us, took our order and cleared the table. She was a hard worker and very pleasant. Generous portions on food and delicious desserts.

Stephanie R.

Yelp
We called an order in an picked it up to go. The pasta & sauces were fresh and our orders were absolutely correct and packaged well. They even included extra bread. We'll be back, but next time we'll dine in instead.

Danielle J.

Yelp
An unassuming place in a strip mall that I had driven past many times. In the area, you get a ton of pizza places when you search for Italian, but this place to me is more what I expected for an Italian menu. Pasta dishes galore. But they also offer anti-pasta items and gluten free. And the food was all fantastic. The brussels were crispy perfection. Great portions, and our service was fantastic.

Brian L.

Yelp
Food and flavors were amazing! We felt a tad rushed, since the entrées arrived in the middle of our appetizers, but otherwise everything was terrific. We'll be back again soon! I loved the Carbonara and the caprese salad was excellent.

Bethany M.

Yelp
Server was slow at first then very attentive. We started out with the complementary garlic knots with marinara. Knots were good but burnt on bottom. Sauce was really good. I had Chicken Marsala and it was very flavorful. My daughter had fettuccine with Alfredo sauce add shrimp and the Alfredo sauce was very creamy and flavorful. We split Tiramisu for dessert. It was light and fresh. Not a strong coffee flavor. Overall 7.5/10

Troy K.

Yelp
Great little find when we were staying at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. 10 mins or less from Opry Mills area and food and service was awesome! Just GO!

Bridgette N.

Yelp
I was stopping through on my way through town and was craving Italian Food. Mirko Pasta had the whole package with its modern rustic atmosphere to its complementary garlic knots. One unique feature of the menu is the endless combinations of fresh homemade pasta and sauces. The decision was difficult to make due to many amazing combinations. The staff was very kind and willing to navigate all of the delicious choices. I can be picky when it comes to Italian food, but the overall experience easily earned this place 5/5. I recommend to all looking for delicious homemade Italian food.

June K.

Yelp
This place is amazing! You get to choose all the different parts of your pasta entree-sauce, noodles, etc. walker there from the Belle Air Mansion and went back a second time as it was so delicious and reasonably priced.

Marguerite B.

Yelp
I tried this place for the first time the other day. I got the spaghetti squash with bolognaise sauce and they gave me some rolls on the side. The sauce smelled...fishy if ya know what I mean. Did not taste good. And the rolls had zero flavor, unless you count the long piece of hair I found in one of them. Would not recommend. The ppl seemed nice there at least.

Kai Ann Y.

Yelp
Flavorless carbonara. The fried calamari doesn't taste fresh, it tastes like it was frozen beforehand. Maybe it's because I'm from NYC, but this was very mediocre Italian food.

Kimbra R.

Yelp
We love this place. We eat here at Least once a week and often more. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the food is excellent and always fresh Kudos to Mirko Pasta!

J Jill B.

Yelp
Excellent food and atmosphere. Enjoyed a great birthday lunch with my husband. The homemade tiramisu was awesome.

Joseph G.

Yelp
Solid Italian establishment I visited on my business trip to Nashville a few years back. Had very nice and intimate setup inside with a good atmosphere and solid Service. Food was just average. I wouldn't call it high end Italian food. But it hit the spot and was decent for the pricing.

Hannah H.

Yelp
WOW! I couldn't have been more impressed with this Italian restaurant. The pasta was so obviously fresh. I got the tagliatelle with the Carbonara. If you go you must try the Carbonara!! It's truly one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten in my life. I am not exaggerating. It was AMAZING. The restaurant was clearly being run very well. The service was excellent. And it was so affordable. They could easily charge twice as much and people would pay it because it is so fantastic. Best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. You will not be disappointed!

Leah M.

Yelp
We're new to Nashville and been trying different restaurants, and this place has got to be the worst by far. My husband and I went here for dinner, and i can look past the long wait to get seated and getting our orders placed since it was clear that they were severely short-staffed. The hostess was also taking orders and serving tables. I actually gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I Jane to give it to the one-man-show lady for doing her best and staying nice and friendly. But the food was awful! First, they served us some stale bread while we waited for our order to come. I ordered the GF spaghetti with granchio sauce. When it came, it was lukewarm, I can tell the pasta was not home-made like advertised (makes me wonder if it was really GF too), the sauce was so watery and extremely salty. I couldn't finish it for fear of spiking up my blood pressure. My husband ordered the Chicken Parmesan and said the pasta was over cooked (almost mushy), and the chicken was over spiced. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience.

Kristy H.

Yelp
Went yesterday good food and great service . Homemade sauces and pasta.Daily special not on the menu is a plus !! Great outdoor setting as well. We will be back to this hidden jem.

Melissa J.

Yelp
When the bread arrived we thought we had made a mistake. The bread is just bad, period. It was stale bread with oil basted on top. But the pasta was divine!!! The calamari was properly cooked and the service was prompt. Would definitely come back.

Leigh J.

Yelp
Our first time Mirko & we were wowed!! The Pomodoro Soup & Caprese Salad were delicious! The breadsticks with pomodoro dipping sauce were amazing. We had ravioli for our entree. I had the mixed mushroom ravioli with Pomodro Sauce & my hubby had 4 Italian Cheese ravioli with San Remo sauce & wow!! They were both absolutely delicious!! We will be back for sure!!

Kelani W.

Yelp
We were looking for some good Italian cousins and pleasantly surprised in finding this restaurant. We enjoyed our food and the customer service was great

Maddie H.

Yelp
Mirko Pasta is a great alternative to going to an Olive Garden...you'll still get your fill of yummy, complimentary breadsticks (served with warm marinara sauce) and pasta dishes at an extremely affordable price. Located in a shopping center in Donelson, the restaurant is casual but still has a nice ambiance. I made a reservation on Open Table for a Friday night for a party of 4 and when we arrived we were seated immediately at a booth near the front of the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive throughout the evening. They have an option build-your-own pasta where you choose one of their homemade pastas then a sauce to put on top. Two of us did this option and the other two people in my party got other options: -Four Italian Cheese Ravioli topped with Granchio sauce ($12): The ravioli had a spicy white wine sauce with lump crab. Although I don't mind spicy this may be too spicy for some people so I would just say beware if you do not like spicy the Granchio has some heat to it. -Mixed Mushroom Ravioli topped with Funghi sauce ($12): The ravioli had a creamy mushroom sauce and the mushroom on mushroom action was actually very good. My sister enjoyed this and I had several bites of it which I enjoyed as well. -Eggplant Parmigiano ($12): baked eggplant in a tomato sauce with tagliatelle pasta in a Pomodoro sauce. My mom enjoyed this dish but said that the very edges of the eggplant were a little burnt so she didn't eat that part. -Truffle Burger with fries ($11): The portion of this looked good and my boyfriend said it was tasty. My mom can be a picky eater so this is the sort of place that is great to bring picky eaters and/or kids so that they can choose exactly what they want and customize it. We had a good experience here--the food, service, ambiance and price is all worth it!

Alex W.

Yelp
Everything was delicious!! Our waitress was so wonderful and gave great recommendations. We got the max and cheese and the rigatoni carbonara with chicken. We also got the bruschetta. Everything was freshly made, came in great time for a packed restaurant, and it was delicious. I'll be dreaming of this pasta until we return!

Heather R.

Yelp
Build your own pasta dish: nice variety of pasta shapes and sauces! Very good, would come again!

Brendan F.

Yelp
PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS. I should have listened to the negative reviews. The warning signs were there. But I didn't listen. There's no way to say this without sounding hyperbolic so let's just get it out of the way now- this was one of the worst bowls of pasta I have ever been served by a restaurant. My girlfriend and I both ordered build-your-own variations with the Fusilli. Neither of us could eat more than a few bites because the pasta was so over cooked and mushy. I cannot overstate how overcooked this pasta was. Never in my life have I been actively grossed out by overcooked pasta- until now. It was...gross. The sauces (Pink & Norma) having zero flavor didn't help either. Also, $2 got me FOUR tiny slices of mushroom. It doesn't really matter since the pasta was destined for the trash regardless, but come on... I feel bad bashing the place, because it's not like anyone was rude to us or anything. We ordered delivery and the food arrived very quickly. It kind of makes me wonder how they even had time to overcook the pasta so badly the more I think about it. But there's just isn't a nice way to describe the food that we received tonight. Leaving 2 stars because the brussel sprouts and breadsticks were good.

Alexis C.

Yelp
My boyfriend was visiting from out of town and trying to find a good Italian place in a sea of southern food was a challenge but I saw the Yelp! menu posted had carbonara and basically a build your own pasta meal with pasta and sauce choices. My hunny had the Bolognese with I think Taglatialle and I had the Carbonara with Gnocchi. Both were divine and I can't wait to go back. We also got the Sangria which was very light (maybe a tad bit too much sprite/soda water for my liking) but good. Will be back!

Jordan G.

Yelp
Really good homemade pasta. We had tagliatelle with carbonara and capellini with bolognese and both were excellent. The insalata di spinaci salad was good; great dressing. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Lisa C.

Yelp
We have been looking for great Italian food in the Nashville area and a friend recommended Mirko Pasta. It did not disappoint. We stopped by for lunch on a cool and rainy Saturday. The Garlic knots we're hot and full of flavor. The Tuscan Stew was amazing and we really loved the lasagna. The waitress even brought us 2 cannolis to try. They were so good. The service was excellent and a nice friendly atmosphere. We will be going back and highly recommend.

Mary M.

Yelp
Nothing good to say. Food was cold. Pasta was way over sauced and the taste was awful

Chuck R.

Yelp
We were very disappointed. We went on Saturday early evening at the suggestion of a friend. I had to change my first order as the kitchen was out of beef??? We ordered the Piccata and a Pomodoro pasta with sausage. Bot were lacking flavor. Portions were good. The bread brought to the table was cold and flavorless. The best part of the meal was the mozzarella fritti. We have decided not to try it again.

Alyson Y.

Yelp
I'm not sure why their GrubHub menu, DoorDash menu and website menu are all slightly different - but, call to double check they have the item you're looking for. The portions are generous, the prices are really reasonable for the quality and their food is always consistent. We've really enjoyed everything we've ordered from Mirko's. Easy to order via phone and pick up. Lots of parking spots out front. The staff is helpful answering questions about the menu when you call your order in.

Edward S.

Yelp
Great bread sticks, tasty Marinara. Lasagna came out, delicious yet not hot enough for me...server was more than happy to return both dishes to the cook and reheated, came out great. Clean, freindly staff, fast service as well.

Chassidy M.

Yelp
I like this place a lot. Gnocchi, anyone!?! Haha :) have gotten food here several times, lasagna is really good. The capallini bolognese is one of my favorites. Also have figured out that lunch, no matter what you order does NOT taste as good as supper times. It just doesn't and it's more oily during lunch and the taste is really different. Lunch is okay, dinner tends to be fantastic. Love the salmon when it isn't over cooked. I wish the Alfredo sauce was better..... it just is really lacking and sometimes doesn't even have salt in it. And I will never add crab meat to an order again. The first time I ordered (angel hair) with Alfredo sauce add crab meat and not even a spoonful of crab meat was through out the entire dish. And it didn't have salt. ‍ I have a picture somewhere. Will find and put it in one day. But I know what to stick to now. And it's Darn good!

Brandon M.

Yelp
This is a great place to bring the family and have a nice meal for a reasonable price. Portions are large and presented professionally. Highly recommend if you're in the Nashville area looking for some awesome Italian food!

Donna D.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this place! We went on a Wed at 5:30 and there were very few patrons so no wait to be seated. Happy hour is 1/2 price bottle of wine. I did the select your pasta and sauce. Pappardelle with Sorrentina sauce and added spinach and mushrooms. The pasta was el dente and delicious. Hubby had the chicken marsala and brussel sprouts. Both very good. the breadsticks were super soft and warm and the marinara dipping sauce was perfect. If you plan on going after 7:30 on a weekday call ahead in case they decide to close early. (January at least)

Karen T.

Yelp
Food was just ok. T-bone steak was ordered for temperature at medium and came out well done . It was super dry. The wedge salad was great! Also had pasta special with pesto and chicken. It was ok too.

Kathy A.

Yelp
My go to favorite at this restaurant is Chicken Marsala but Mirko's offers a wide variety of choices on their menu. Good food for a reasonable price.
