"For a cup of tea or Turkish coffee to pair with your baklava, Miss Cafe in Pike Place Market is a lovely spot to enjoy the scene at Seattle’s historic market. Less busy on the weekdays, the thin crust lahmacun is complemented with a bright side salad, and the Turkish dumplings made with spiced ground beef are served with a delectably acidic butter sauce and yogurt. For a view of the bustling street and an expansive assortment of small bite desserts like rose baklava, Miss Cafe is the place to go." - Sabra Boyd

Google
dining at Miss Cafe, located at 1523 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98101, and it was an absolute delight! The moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The menu offered a diverse range of Mediterranean, Turkish, and Middle Eastern dishes, and I was impressed by the variety of options. The food was exceptional, with each bite bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the Turkish Pide and the fresh salads. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner or lunch. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. I left feeling satisfied and content. Miss Cafe has earned a spot on my list of favourite restaurants in Seattle, and I can't wait to go back!

Google
The lamacun (thin pizza-looking food) was delicious! So as the tea. Loved that service was fast and friendly. Outdoor tables are great during the day, you can enjoy fresh air and get nice food. Located in the very downtown of the city, right next to the Public Market, this place is worth stopping by if you want to experience some authentic cuisine from Turkish and middle east.

Happily stumbled upon this place. Came early on a Saturday. Ordered the shakshuka plate. It’s a mixture of beef with onions and peppers in a tomato sauce with eggs over the top and cheese. They have a side salad and a little bread for soaking up the sauce in the end. Everything was delicious! The Turkish coffee was pretty strong and tasty too! I will definitely come back.

We found this semi-hidden gem near Pike Place and had brunch. Their Shakshouka with pepperoni was fantastic! The flavors meshed well, and the bread that came with it complemented the flavors. Their lamb omelette was very good, too.

Miss Cafe in Pike Place Market offers a delicious escape from the usual market fare. We dove into two Turkish specialties: the lamb pide and manti dumplings. The lamb pide was a showstopper. The boat-shaped flatbread arrived with a perfectly crisp crust, cradling slow-roasted lamb shoulder. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the accompanying diced tomatoes and bell peppers added a touch of freshness. Each bite was a delightful! The manti dumplings offered a delightful contrast. These small, dumplings were filled with ground beef and bathed in a creamy yogurt sauce with a hint of spice. The contrasting textures - the soft dumpling and the cool yogurt - were a refreshing surprise. Overall, Miss Cafe is a solid choice for a satisfying and flavorful Turkish meal in the heart of the market. While portions might be a touch on the smaller side, the fresh ingredients and delicious execution make it a worthwhile stop. Just be prepared for potentially higher prices due to the market location and a longer wait time as it is one of the only places opened later in the area.

If you’re looking for authentic Turkish food in Seattle, Miss Cafe is the place to go. We are Turks who happened to be staying in the area and were lucky enough to find this place on Google Maps. It was absolutely amazing!! Their manti and lahmacun took me straight back to Turkey, and I would definitely go back again. I hadn’t had my favorite dessert, künefe, in so long, so I was incredibly pleased with the künefe here. It was better than others I’ve tried in America, and the cheese was the perfect consistency. Overall, I had a really great experience and a filling dinner. Great Turkish food in a small restaurant run by Turkish people in the heart of downtown Seattle.. what more could you ask for?

In Seattle's prime spot, this cozy Turkish cafe feels welcoming. The beef pide is amazing—it's a nice place for anyone in the city who wants yummy Turkish food.

Google
Fast casual, delicious food. And vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Authentic Turkish, we had a vegetarian wrap and it was so flavorful and delicious. I had the beef dumplings, the Manti. It’s soooo yummy. Do not miss this Cafe

Yelp
The food here was amazing and the chicken and pepperoni Pide was so much better than I expected! The service was quick and the restaurant has a homey vibe and is very comforting. The food here is also halal and i recommend the chicken pide! They also have Turkish tea which was delicious.

Yelp
i was looking for turkish restaurant the food super delicious very nice lady definitely will come back

Yelp
We found this semi-hidden gem near Pike Place and had brunch. Their Shakshouka with pepperoni was fantastic! The flavors meshed well, and the bread that came with it complemented the flavors. Their lamb omelette was very good, too. Their tea was slightly bitter but came with sugar. Service was fine, ambiance was casual.

Yelp
This place is located along the outer sidewalks leading to the main Pike Place Market sign. They have an outdoor patio to people watch & sit with your dog. There is also inside seating as well. They open fairly early and offer menu options for all times of the day. I came here for breakfast. We ordered the spinach borek, which is spinach & cheese inside of phyllo dough. We also ordered the lamb pide, which came with lamb, cheese, and peppers inside a folded bread. Both of these dishes were very good and I would get them again. I also enjoyed the sauce that came with it, as it added a vinegar flavor to the dishes. Overall, I'd highly recommend coming here.

Yelp
Lovely spot for breakfast, lunch or brunch right on the edge of Pike Place Market. I had a craving for shakshuka, and Miss Cafe did not disappoint! The dish arrived piping hot with a savory beef sauce, a couple of eggs with a side of salad and a pocket pita like bread which was so good on its own. The turkish coffee is also authentic and strong. I love pide so I'll definitely be back to give that a try and more.

Julie S.

Yelp
Beef shakshuka for breakfast was literally one of the best decisions I've ever made in life. Hungover or not, this meal has magical healing powers. I'm a fan for life. It was incredible to be able to order this at 10 am and find not only friendly service but comfort in the food. This spot is very close to Pike's market, and I would tell everyone I love to go visit! It's cutely decorated and they have a very extensive menu. Service was very friendly! I miss it already. The bread served with this dish was wonderful to soak up the runny egg, beef/onion/pepper juices, and was also served with a lightly pomegranate-dressed salad. SO DELICIOUS! Next time I'm in Seattle, this is on my places to visit AGAIN! Don't pass this one up.

Akanksha G.

Yelp
Cute, casual spot with amazing food! I came by one night with a friend completely unsure on what to get. The staff was extremely friendly and recommended a couple of options based on our interests. I decided to get the chicken wrap and split the kunefe. I was blown away by how delicious the wrap was! The chicken was so flavorful without being spicy, and the vegetables and chickpeas inside complemented it perfectly. Plus, it was so filling that I regretted unwrapping the other half prematurely. I definitely had quite a bit left over for my next meal! The kunefe was to die for. It was crispy on the outside but so soft and sticky on the inside. It had a slight sweetness to it that wasn't overpowering, and it was the perfect dessert to match the wrap. Overall, I had an amazing time and will absolutely be back!!

Yelp
I was trying to find a spot in the Pike's Place area that wasn't too overcrowded, but still served up something great. Authentic Turkish coffee was on my list of things that I hadn't gotten a chance to try, so I was ok with giving this place a shot. We ordered the kebab plate, the lamb pide, a hot chocolate, and a cup of Turkish coffee. The kebab plate was really interesting, with a kind of reservoir of cream sauce in the middle, spiced with oregano. It was a solid dish, and quite filling. The lamb pide was also pretty satisfying. A good balance of lamb and cheese. Nice and chewy. I wasn't a fan of the sauce that was on the side of this, but the pide itself was good enough on its own. The turkish coffee was a strong cuppa, and I can see the appeal of this style of coffee, but it won't be my main cup. We wanted to try some of the dessert, but in the end we were too full to try any of it. Side note, the restroom here was unusually clean. Like, enough to make me notice. All in all, a solid outing, but I'd probably come back with a third person so we all had room for dessert.

Westernmassgal A.

Yelp
Great breakfast place. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the breakfast platter and cheese borek.

Holli W.

Yelp
Order the Chicken Wrap, Shakshuka, Spinach and Cheese Borek and for dessert the Pistachio Kadayif and you won't be disappointed! Three adults in our party split the orders and left with full bellies and smiles.

Reta B.

Yelp
My husband and I came here while in Seattle. We saw they have kunafeh and wanted to try it. Service was okay, the girl at the front did not seem like she wanted to work. You get that vibe and you dont want to be there. Their tea tasted like it was burnt. Their Turkish coffee was not great, it had too much water which is not the case for typical Turkish coffee. the kunfeh was just sweet and has no taste. I would not recommend it and not return.

Ram S.

Yelp
Outstanding place, discovered it while walking around the Pike's public market. Turkish food with the highest quality taste of Mediterranean food. There are few places in America where the food tastes this authentic and yummy. We tried the following; - Rolls: bread is made fresh and the veggies are grilled to perfection and heated nicely with a touch of spicy sauce - Pide: we enjoyed this amazing Turkish style pizza with feta cheese over Pita bread and veggies - Baklava: finished it off with outstanding Baklava sweet and crunchy Service is kind and polite. They serve in wooden serving plates which look great for presenting and healthier instead of disposable plates. Would highly recommend anyone in the Pike's place vicinity to check them out.

Yelp
This place deserves ALL the love. Absolutely phenomenal food. Best honey and butter I've ever had. Their beef and cheese entrees are flawless. We wish we had more time in Seattle because we'd definitely come back again. PLEASE GIVE GREAT FAMILY OWNED PLACES LIKE THIS THE BUSINESS IT DESERVES!!

Darrion H.

Yelp
Everytime I mention Turkish pizzas and etc, people have never even heard of it. So delicious. The crazy thing is, one the inside, this place has such a unique vibe compared to the other restaraunts, but on the outside just passing by, you hardly even notice it. It almost looks like a pastry shop, which lowkey based on the quality of their food, I guess they kind of are. Maybe the magic is in their bread. Hard to tell because all of their other ingredients are so fresh and full of flavor. They even have amazing lunch offerings. There have been months when I come on back to back days because once you sink your teeth in and start remembering how amazing their other dishes are, it's like they start calling your name. Note let's get technical. Parking, forget about it, this place is connected to like place of first Ave. Street parking is extremly limited so chances are, you will have to hike here or pay big for lot/garage parking. Luckily the food is worth it and the staff is friendly. Everytime I order my food comes out fast. It's like they shape the food in portions in a way where it always cooks fast. The inside is always clean, but it is fairly small. They also have sectioned off outdoor dinning.

Jay G.

Yelp
I love coming here. I've been here twice in two years and each time the food is delicious. Service is good enough, it's not a Michelin restaurant so people complaining about service need to remember that you get what you pay for. If you don't like how expensive it is then go somewhere else. The prices are fine, $60 for two people for a light meal. Seemed reasonable for us. The Turkish coffee was delicious and the lamb wrap was also so good. So good that we ate it before we could snap a few photos. Smaller dining area, but it was clean and the entire experience delightful. Will be back.

Dee M.

Yelp
This is a small hole in the wall place with very kind staff. Unfortunately the food did not live up to the hype for us. We were on the lookout for Turkish on a cold winter night. We got a chicken with rice and a chicken wrap. The stuffing and topping for both our orders were exactly the same. The food felt a little bland and under seasoned. The salad felt slightly stale.

Keika R.

Yelp
The food was so good, and the people were nice! Our whole family including our kids enjoyed everything we ordered.

Dania B.

Yelp
Ordered the two mini Pides and the chicken plate. All was amazing!!! Chicken plate WAS VERY FLAVORFUL! Would come again :)

Aina E.

Yelp
I had a wonderful time at Miss Cafe. My partner and I were looking for a bite to eat on a week day at 6 pm. Walking up from the Pike Place market area, we sat outside and people watched. Cozy, family owned feel to the cafe, and the staff is extremely friendly. I know very little about Turkish food, and so we asked for recommendations for an entree to share something smaller to take home. We got a beef wrap, which had a similar structure to a shawarma sandwich with a thinner wrap around beef, fresh veggies and a homemade sauce. I loved it. We also got the pides which was so good, it was like a little pizza boat. Super flavorful. Also got a cup of Turkish tea. I would definitely give this place a try, its hard to notice when walking by, but this is a great introduction to Turkish food if you are unfamiliar.

Nida N.

Yelp
It's a good halal place with good customer service but overly priced average food. I ordered beef and chicken Pide, both were okay, nothing to say much about them. I felt chicken smelled but my family ate it so.

Savas K.

Yelp
Great place. I ordered lahmacun and kunefeh and enjoyed every piece of it. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Melissa B.

Yelp
Omg what a Turkish delight this Miss Cafe is! My Turkish boyfriend is always longing for his families Turkish home cooked meals, and this cafe made him feel right at home! Our first time there, we obviously had to try everything, so we tasted Lahmacun, Beef Pide, Cheese Pide, Manti (Turkish Dumplings), Kunefeh, Double Pistachio Baklava, and Kadaif. Every bite was AMAZING. And the staff is so warm and kind, we just can't wait to come back to satisfy our "Turkish home cooked meal with love craving" again very soon!

Tamakai A.

Yelp
I really liked the café, the people were down to earth nice and super caring. The place was clean and the food tasted great. Loved their hospitality. It is my first time in Seattle and I would recommend others to come! Love the Turkish cuisine, the food was delicious. Definitely recommend!! Service is great!

Eli K.

Yelp
A really nice pike place experience and meal. If you're a fan of Turkish cuisine we found the food to be of excellent quality and fresh tasting. The lahmacun is a dish I really enjoy and the offering here was as good as I've had anywhere. It was accompanied with lemons, raw red onions, tomatoes and I would assume basil. The shakshuka was delicious. Full of cheese, beef, and eggs and freshly baked Turkish bread. The shakshouka was served with a mixed olive lettuce salad and vinaigrette dressing. It was a great pairing. The dressing had a hint of sweetness and paired well with the delicious pickled olives. There was like 6 olives of 3 different types in my salad. My preference is for more tomato sauce but it was delicious regardless. The authentic unfiltered Turkish coffee came late after our meal. Deep chocolate tones. Overall a great meal and well priced for the tourist area.

Nadine F.

Yelp
Shockingly good unassuming local spot in the heart of tourist town. We had a couple of pides (Turkish pizza-ish thing?), great Turkish coffee, and a very ridiculous amount of baklava. Everything was fantastic, and the owners were soooo nice. Highly recommend!

Alana N.

Yelp
A great spot for brunch before a pike place run! Beef pide is flavorful, cheesy and dough is perfectly cooked! The sauce that comes with the pide is the best!!! A little bit sweet, spicy and creamy! Breakfast plate is good but smth is missing. Oh! And It's a little pricy.

I P.

Yelp
Great spot for breakfast when you're looking for an alternative to standard pastries and coffee. The cheese Burek (Börek or burek is a family of pastries or pies) is a unique twist, featuring three different cheeses instead of the usual one, adding a delicious touch. Try Turkish tee, delicious. Definitely planning to come back and explore other dishes. Friendly service but a bit to loud music for the morning.

Gillian A.

Yelp
My sister and I have never tried Turkish food but when we saw that this place was close to the hotel that we were staying at and had convenient online takeout ordering we were like "sure, why not?" Ground beef pide: well-seasoned beef and crispy flatbread crust. Very tasty especially with the dill yogurt sauce. Lahmacun: fun one to eat. Roll and devour (or for smaller bites rip off a piece and then roll). The fresh condiments on top gave it a burst of refreshing flavor. Simit: like a sesame bagel but with the thickness of a pretzel. Crunchy with the sesame seed crust and was good with the provided cream cheese. Kunefe: we were hoping for a nice cheese pull based from watching videos about it, but although this one didn't have that it was still enjoyable to eat. Not overly sweet and loved the toasted kadayif noodles on top. Miss Cafe salad: standard but tasty salad. Pretty much ordered this to offset all of the carbs lol. A very satisfying dinner! Definitely give this place a try especially if you're as curious as we were about the Turkish cuisine items offered here.

Karine P.

Yelp
The Mediterranean food here is amazing!! So healthy and filling! Definitely a place to try if you are nearby!

Robyn B.

Yelp
Absolutely an unexpected treat we stumbled into. Everything was fresh, delicious and spiced to perfection!

Thomas Z.

Yelp
Ordered lamb pide, breakfast platter, and Turkish coffee. Comforting meal. Lamb pide was their top suggestion here and it was excellent. Turkish breakfast plate was decent but didn't nearly have enough substance or variety for me to really enjoy it.

Valerie K.

Yelp
Cute little spot in the Seattle area with a variety of Mediterranean cuisine. Everything was so good. Downside was the a/c was broken, so we sat outside which ended up being more comfortable anyway.

Amber H.

Yelp
First time here, the staff were sooo friendly! Took their recommendations and did not regret it. Enjoyed sitting outside on a beautiful day and people watching, almost everyone that passed by said something about the Turkish Pizza!! Make sure to get some Baklava and Turkish Delights for dessert too!

Tom H.

Yelp
Pretty expensive for not much food. But the veggie wrap was pretty good. Yalla on the hill has better wraps for less.

Mariko K.

Yelp
My first Turkish dining experience, the food was pretty good. I tried the shakshouka and my friend got the lamb plate, which we both enjoyed. They have some outdoor seating, it was fun to people watch the tourists.

Andrew Y.

Yelp
We went to Miss Cafe for the first time over the summer and also once more in the fall--both times were spectacular experiences! This restaurant is a super casual place right near Pike Place with outdoor seating as well. They mainly serve Turkish foods so we tried the pide/Turkish pizza and their Turkish coffee. It was my first experience trying Turkish food and it did not disappoint! The pide was perfectly cooked and the spices made it so flavorful. At it's price point, I would choose it over most any other "pizza" style food. The Turkish coffee also paired surprisingly well since the coffee was creamy but still not too heavy. However, for those with teeth sensitivity or an aversion for a strong coffee flavor, it may be a bit too intense since the actual coffee grounds are included within the drink itself for Turkish-style coffee. Overall, Miss Cafe is a great place for a casual yet intimate breakfast/brunch/lunch. The seating and location let's you people watch right on Pike Place and enjoy an amazing meal. Highly recommend!

Luis P.

Yelp
Miss Cafe was one of the few places still open when we arrived late at the Pike Place area and I suppose it was a blessing in disguise! We didn't know that Seattle closes early with most businesses done for the day at 8 pm or earlier. This quaint little cafe near the Pike Public Market serves authentic Turkish dishes and although our knowledge about the cuisine is limited to 'hrm sounds good let's try that', we were guided by our friendly order taker (presumably the restaurant owner) on which to try and how to eat it. We went ahead and ordered the Lahmacun, which is baked flatbread topped with minced beef, minced vegetables, and herbs on the side that includes onions, garlic, tomatoes, red peppers, and parsley. I can best describe it as very similar to a thin and delicate pizza topped with delicious meat and seasoned well. We were also told after our server saw us eating the Lahmacun like pizza that we should top the dish with the side garnish and roll the entire "pizza" and eat it like a burrito to enjoy the flavors fully. It was a very satisfying meal and we plan on coming back the next day to try other menu items like the kebabs, pide, manti, fresh Turkish delights, and of course Turkish coffee!

Jay S.

Yelp
We started with the lamb omelette and a Shashuka as well as two Turkish coffee's. The lamb omelette was off the chain, delicious and extremely savory. This was shredded lamb, meat, three cheese, scallions and eggs. The veggie shashuka was very flavorful and full of vegetables. I had expected it to be a sunny side up egg, but it was all scrambled together. Not quite what I expected, but still very delicious. The bread that it came with was a perfect accompaniment to dip and enjoy. The one thing we thought would be nice was to have butter with our bread. Coffee didn't come with sugar the salad accompaniment was a nice healthy touch. The Turkish coffee was rich and plentiful.

Nadia K.

Yelp
EDIT: After my second day in Seattle, I've discovered that my gripe about no utensils should be taken up with the city govt, not this restaurant! Bumping up Miss Cafe for their gracious attitude and not pointing fingers. ------ Miss Cafe is one of the only spots in the area open late. Went in and ordered a meal to go and was met with fast service. Super excited to dig into my meal when, of course, they didn't pack any utensils in the bag.... You'd think a to go order in a tourist area would be a no brainer on needing utensils, but maybe it was end of day brain fog. After fashioning some chopsticks out of coffee stirrers in my hotel, I am pleased to report the food was good! I got the lamb plate and it was tender as hell. Definitely hits the spot if you're craving Turkish.

Anusha R.

Yelp
Nice place for a quick bite around Pike place. The Lahmacun was good but could've done with some salt. Pide also lacked seasoning and was bland. An okay place to grab a bite. They have outdoor seating but a really tiny place, so it's a grab and go kinda place. A little overpriced in my opinion.

Lilly K.

Yelp
I can't recommend this place enough! The food was so delicious we thoroughly enjoyed it and the staff were so kind. The dough and cheese in the pide were SO flavorful and it was perfectly baked. The shakshukas with the fresh bread were so well seasoned and cooked. Best place for breakfast! Thank you!

Tammi S.

Yelp
Horrible disgusting and filthy. The people cooking don't wear gloves, they were eating while cooking blowing their noses it's was gross. The food was the WORST I have eaten in my life. I'm Armenian and our food is similar. I grew up eating Turkish. Not only is this not authentic but it's low quality and overpriced. The owner wrote a response on my review. I saw the same response to other people on other sites. This is a lie and I challenge the owner to post the video. I am contacting the board of health. I'd LOVE TO SEE THIS VIDEO, LOL!!!! The only thing it'll show is the vile disgusting unsanitary habits of the cooks. Also I say patiently withy mother and daughter waiting after the food had to be remade since they did it wrong. We didn't even know the food was wrong again until we left and got back to the hotel. We called they REFUSED TO FIX them hung up on me and laughed telling me too bad.

Surya V.

Yelp
Tasty and healthy Turkish food at a reasonable price and with super friendly service. I recommend their veggie plate and lentil soup among other dishes.

Zach A.

Yelp
Came here today after grabbing something at Pike Place Market. It's right by the front of the Market making it a very convenient location if you're around there. I wouldn't call it a hole in the wall, but it's a small place. There are 4-5 booths that could seat 3-4 people and not a lot of other space than that. The friendly cashier greeted me and took my order right when I walked in. It was a little after 5 and the place was empty when I got there so I decided to dine in. I got the beef pide (pronounced pee-deh as the shop lady told me). I've never had Turkish food or pide before so I didn't know what to expect. Not too long after I ordered it came out on a wood serving plate which looked pretty nice. My experience here with Pide is that it's functionally like a flatbread but better. What's better about it is that the crust is a lot more firm and robust making it easier to pick up and handle. Despite that it's still very thin, light, and crunchy making it a satisfying bite. Overall I really enjoyed it and it was easy to eat without too much mess. It had fresh ingredients and was just baked. I ate the whole thing myself and it was super filling and satisfying. I would recommend if you come as a group that you do family style here as there looked like other interesting menu items I didn't get to try. While I was eating, the place started to fill up a little more. It's a quiet calm atmosphere which I appreciate. There was some what I assume to be Turkish tunes playing at a low volume. I could hear people chatting in Turkish (I think) in the kitchen which confirms to me that this place is pretty authentic and, as other reviews have mentioned, a family affair, which is always cool. Overall really enjoyed this little place and would bring friends to try.

Mel L.

Yelp
We happened to stumble upon this place on our way to go elsewhere, but it smelled so great from the sidewalk that we had to walk in! So glad we did! Miss Cafe is an adorable little eatery in downtown Seattle, right on 1st Street between Pike & Pine Street (part of Pike Market), serving delicious Turkish food & drink! I am not 100% certain, but it certainly seemed and felt like a loving family-run restaurant. The service, care, knowledge (needed assistance chosing gluten-free), and quality were all memorable. There is limited seating inside, so would recommend their cozy outdoor patio if you need more room. We definitely enjoyed the lamb plate and Turkish delights-- can't recommend the lamb plate more! All very reasonably priced, with healthy portions. I'm still craving it and looking forward to my next visit!

Kobi A.

Yelp
It's a tiny spot next to the market. I'd come here every day if I lived down here. The service was lovely. The Turkish coffee is full of flavor. The baklava was the best EVER and I had my fist piece of Turkish delight. Sitting outside on a hot summer night and listening to people talk in various languages is wonderful.

Soneya S.

Yelp
This wasn't on our list of things to eat in Pike Place Market but I'm so happy we came across it! The first day we got there and no one is in line or seated outside of the place. We walked in and ordered a Chicken Pide and Kunefe. The lady was a making a fresh batch of Kunefe! The chicken pida was kind of like an American flatbread but shaped like a boat! It was sooo good and the best part about it, it was fresh! The second day, we decided to go back for more because we needed something quick before the airport but also something we would enjoy. So we came back and tried the dumplings (0/10) did not enjoy that at all... it was def an acquired taste! The server suggested the Doner Meat and Cheese Pide and it we good but not as great as the Chicken Pide! Great place to try in Pike Place Market!!!

Matt K.

Yelp
Stopped in tonight with my girlfriend after someone told me to try this since I have never had Turkish food and this place did not disappoint. The lahmucon was delicious as was the meat lovers pide. The lentil soup was excellent as well

Meiyee W.

Yelp
This review is specifically for my Uber takeout food experience at this restaurant. Besides the fact that the food arrived cold (we waited for 2 hours but I know it's not their fault) the quality of the food was underwhelming. I've had a couple of amazing Turkish food experiences in NY and so when I compared this to the Turkish food I'm usually having, it was disappointing. The food was quite dry and did not taste fresh to me. The breading tasted stale and overall, and a bit hard to chew. The portions were also smaller than we imagined. The highlight was the baklava..it was perfect. Maybe I'll have to check out this place again in person, maybe this was just a bad experience. But I think I'll check out this spot again one of these days and try something different.
