The pizzeria is inside a signless office building, and it’s where you should eat on Lincoln Road, if you absolutely have to. Mister 01 does a very popular star-shaped pizza with a stuffed ricotta crust, but it’s worth it to branch out to some of the stranger ones, like the coffee paolo, featuring mozzarella, gorgonzola, honey, spicy salami, and coffee grounds. "Mister 01 is right behind the Lincoln Road Apple store, and it’s the perfect place to hide from people who are furious at their malfunctioning iPads. It’s located inside a random office building on Michigan Ave, and an employee standing outside has to let you into the lobby. After that, you should hear the tiny, consistently-packed pizzeria (a reservation isn’t a terrible idea). This place serves some of Miami's most oddly delicious pies. Focus on the “extraordinary pizza” section of the menu. The very popular Star Luca has a folded crust stuffed with ricotta, and the delicious Claudio pizza is served at room temperature with a very generous amount of white truffle oil on top. Located steps from Lincoln Road Mall, this South Beach original is hidden away on the ground floor of an office building. Work your way towards the back to find a small space fronted by a wall of glass and offering seating for 16.There are choices to be had on this menu—from the thin-crust, 13-inch pizzas available plain or with toppings and the smaller 8-inch pies, to "Extraordinary" signatures like the Star Luca made distinct by its shape (the edges of the crust are folded to form a series of points).
