Want to know the secrets behind what it takes to make the best pizza in Florida, and dare I say America? Great date idea or for any pizza enthusiast. Worth the money for the stomach full of pizza, ready to go dough in your refrigerator, and recipes to happily feed you for a lifetime. Alvin is a great teacher and all of the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Don’t wait, these experiences fill up fast!

This course was well planned and executed. The pizza sampling was superb. Taking home a pie I made along with a bottle of hot olive oil, and a dozen pizza dough rounds was incredible. This is a must for pizza connoisseurs. It was a wonderful way to spend an evening. Chef Alvin, you "You Rock."

Alvin and Oriana were awesome on this fun and delicious baking experience. Lots of laughter, food and wine. 100% recommended.

Our family attended a pizza making class at Mister 01, we actually received as a Christmas gift from my sisters in law. The instructor Alvin was knowledgeable, patiently guiding all of us step by step. Each member git our own stations to knead dough, layer toppings and cook the most delicious pizza. This experience was a great bonding time as family while learning something new. Special shout out to the chef’s assistant! Oriana was sweet and helpful and went above and beyond ti make sure we all had what we needed ( including a full glass of wine at all times!!!) We left with full stomachs and lots of dough to keep making pizzas at home!

If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind night out in Miami, Mister O1 Pizza School is it! My husband and I had an absolute blast learning how to make the perfect pizza from scratch while sipping on wine and sharing laughs. The atmosphere was lively, Alvin, the instructor was incredible, Oreana, the Chef’s assistant was on point - anticipating our every need - and the end result? Some of the best pizza we’ve ever had—because we made it ourselves! It’s the perfect mix of entertainment, hands-on experience, and amazing food. Way better than just sitting at a restaurant—this is a night out you won’t forget! Whether it’s a date night, birthday celebration, or just a fun night with friends, this is a must-do in Miami!

This class was amazing!! Our instructor, Chef Alvin, is the best!!! He clearly explained all the steps to making the famous mister O1 pizza, went around patiently teaching all of us how to get the perfect dough, while at the same time being so funny we couldn’t stop laughing the entire class! His assistant Oriana, was also amazing, very attentive always making sure the workspace was clean and most importantly keeping the wine flowing! Perfect for a date night, a team building activity, or a fun different kind of plan with friends. I 1000% recommend them!

We had a GREAT time. This class far exceeded my expectations. The team is very hospitable, and Chef Alvin is a natural born comedian. We learned so much in such a short period of time. I can't recommend this class enough! Thank you Mister01 for a great and memorable evening with my father :)

We've been to Mister O1 many times and it's always been a wonderful time. Not sure what happened today. Food amazing- Service non existent.

We had my bday party here and it was fantastic! Chef Alvin and Oriana were beyond accommodating, helpful, and just extremely kind sweet funny amazing people! Never ate or drank so much in my life I think.... They spoiled us like kings and queens! Awesome way to bond with friends/family and have a great time. Also, the space is a stunning room with a huge window overlooking bustling Wynwood - awesome people watching. They sent us home with TONS of food and other goodies too, like aprons and their famous spicy olive oil. Delicious and fun. 10/10 recommend!

Renato was fabulous!! We learned to make our pizzas from scratch. The flavor of the dough was great and you get to take some home. The staff was very helpful. They made it a memorable event. Will be back soon. Is a great plan. We went for business and is a great team activity.
