Edited - This is a place we come to whenever we are in Palm Springs. They are now putting cayenne in the lobster bisque and for me, it overpowers the delicate lobster stock that is the base. I was looking forward to the Spice Cake with Pumpkin Mousse and Salted Caramel Popcorn that was reviewed by Kamala Kirk in the December 2024 issue of The Guide, page 26. Our head waiter asked the chef about it when I inquired, and neither were familiar with the dessert 🤷🏻‍♀️. Victor (new manager) came by a couple times to check on us and provided some extra care and accommodation 🥃 during the dessert course. The bone marrow and butter candle served with the warm sourdough loaf was amazing as always. Great service, music, and atmosphere 🌟

We had a great experience here. Bruce, the sommelier, and David, our waiter, took great care of us. Each meal that David recommended was delectable and Bruce helped us choose bottles that would complement. Victor checked in and made himself available to us, too. The atmosphere was great. Don’t sleep on this experience when in Palm Springs. 10/10.

This place is so cool and service was top of my list. The candle butter was so cool as well! My Lamb out of 10 is a 7 because it lacked some flavor but rest was very good. I recommend this restaurant!

We had a wonderful date night at mister parker. Our server Tristan was fantastic. Every aspect of our dining was excellent. From the ambiance to the cocktails and the food we couldn’t be happier with giving this place a try. We ordered the hamachi crudo and scallops as an appetizer. The scallops were so very good! For our main course we had filet mignon and duck and both were cooked to perfection. The bone marrow butter candle was just one of the many little details that contributed to a superb dining experience. Be prepared to spend a lot when dining here. For the 2 of us our bill was over $300 before tip but the quality or food and service makes it worth every penny. We will be coming back for another date night.

We wanted to go somewhere unique and special for our Anniversary Dinner, so we went to Mister Parker’s. It was the perfect choice! The atmosphere is incredible . . . we knew we were in a special place the second we walked through the entrance. The decor is fun and unique. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better server than David. Thanks for making our evening special! And the General Manager Victor made sure that everything was perfect for our dinner. We had the crab cake appetizer, and the sea bream for one entree and mushroom risotto for the other entree. They were all really tasty. With the outstanding service and the excellent food, we will definitely return!

It’s taken us five years to get back to the Parker hotel since our first visit before Covid. The service is slow, the food is fair. The reservation was made because of a birthday and there was no recognition. Disappointing on so many levels. … Not to mention that they want you to pay to reserve a table. No thank you! Even with a validation for parking… You will still pay $20.

I had the best experience at Mister Parker’s! Our sommelier was amazing. Our server Aaron was friendly, attentive & very helpful in our menu choices- on top of being super funny & handsome too! Can’t wait to come back. 10/10!

His genuine hospitality made us feel right at home, and it was a wonderful first impression. Our server, Ezekiel, was equally amazing throughout the evening. Not only was he attentive and knowledgeable, but his wine recommendations were spot on. He took the time to understand our preferences and suggested the perfect pairings for each course. It's always a delight to have a server who goes above and beyond to enhance the dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Mr. Parker is a true culinary delight, with a wide range of options to please any palate. For appetizers, we indulged in the hamachi crudo, oysters, and burrata. Each dish was a masterpiece on its own, with fresh flavors and exquisite presentation. The combination of the delicate hamachi, the briny oysters, and the creamy burrata left us craving for more. When it came to the main course, two dishes stole the show for me. First, the truffle pasta was an absolute revelation. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the truffle-infused sauce was rich and decadent, with each bite leaving a lasting impression. And let's not forget about the filet mignon.
