Nice medium to small size Italian restaurant with a vast menu of wines and cocktail options! We ordered a few appetizers and main entrees and all plates were flavorful and well portioned . We had an issue with one of the apps that the manager Kevin and server Helen quickly resolved! The service was exceptional and I would definitely dine there again and try some of their other items! Side note there is parking in between the buildings if your able to find it that is for Mi Italia that is not street parking!

First time here. Really enjoyed our dinner. Started out with the beef carpaccio. My wife had the truffle filet and I had the lasagna. Finished the dinner with tiramisu and the hazelnut Gelato. Our server Brian was friendly and attentive. Will definitely return. Wonderful evening.

Google
Absolutely love the space of this restaurant, a great vibe and super cool decor. The menu is a great mix of crowdpleasers and everything was fresh and vibrant. My favorite was the star shaped sunflower pizza. Another highlight was the olive oil cake for dessert. Pro tip: check out the amazing lemon scrub in the bathrooms - your date will wonder where you went you’ll be in there so long fawning over it!

Google
The restaurant has a very bright and edgy vibe, would recommend for a dinner. The service is amazing, the food came out promptly and the presentation was very nice. From my experience our waiter Joey, recommended the “whipped ricotta toast” as well as the meatballs and they were so good, im not a huge ricotta fan but the honey and pepper flakes were 🤌🏻. Joey was very friendly, attentive, and met all our needs making our dining experience very enjoyable!

Google
Arguably the best italian restaurant in Coral Gables. The atmosphere is very modern but cozy. The half-chicken is to die for, and the desserts are outstanding (especially the lemon cake). 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful brunch/lunch at Mi'talia. The food was delicious. My kids really loved the charcuterie and mushrooms and artichoke heart as well as their deserts (tirmasu and almond cake with pistachio ice cream). Thanks to Genesis for the excellent service!

Google
Excellent Italian restaurant 🇮🇹 Our waiter Helen was amazing in explaining everything on the menu. She was patient in taking everyone's orders and clarifying any questions anyone in my party had. What a great attitude! For food start with the whipped ricotta toast, the mussels were amazing, calamari, fried artichoke and mushrooms. The olives were delicious as well. For entree try the following: Not your momma's Bolognese Rock shrimp lumachi 🦐 Chicken Parmesan Bucatini Carbonara 🍝 Truffle lasagna 👍 Duck confit + pumpkin 🦆 Scallop + pesto ravioli The team was very accommodating in modifying any dishes for dietary restrictions. For dessert try the chocolate cake, tiramisu and Nutella bread pudding. 🍰 Overall a great restaurant with tasty food, great ambiance and excellent service. Helen was amazing! 🥳 Will definitely return next to try the brunch which is a different menu and looks delicious. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a delicious experience at Mi'talia. My girlfriend and I love to explore Miami and find hidden gems for our date nights. Being a fan of Italian food, we were pleasantly surprised with the menu. The service was also great, our waitress was friendly and helpful and made great recommendations. The restaurant can get a big crowded, so I would recommend making a reservation, if possible, for a better experience. In the evenings, it has a romantic atmosphere. I think I found a new favorite drink in a coffee infused old-fashioned here. We will definitely visit again in the future and recommend it to friends and family.

Yelp
We love coming to mi' italia, this time around we were taken care of by Catty and it was such an amazing experience! She was attentive, accurate with all of our orders and so so sweet! Can't wait for the next visit and I'll be sure to be asking for Catty next time!

Yelp
What a let down. Don't sit outside. The tragic and the train make it difficult to have a conversation. Inside is beautiful though. Also a let down- the pushy service. We weren't sure how hungry we were so we wanted to start with the crispy artichoke and grilled oysters. They demanded we order an entree with it. So we ordered one. Still not knowing how hungry we would be. He kept saying it wouldn't be enough. First of all- he has no idea how hungry we are. Second- it was enough. But the end REALLY left a bad taste in my mouth. The menu said they have wine on draft for $12. No size is mentioned. Just super Tuscan Red for $12. So I ordered it. Bill came- $18 for the wine. When I asked about the price difference, he said- oh that's for the smaller size. I said that should have been mentioned when I ordered it and given an option. Overall- good was decent but service was pushy and dishonest. I would never return.

Yelp
Well as we celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary we decided to come to Mi'talia and discovered a new menu with some incredible ingredients. Kudos to Catty for incredible service and great wine pairing. She makes you feel like family. The new menu still has some of their greatest hits like their whipped ricotta toast and one of the best wedge salads. But it's the new menu items that are off the chain. After a great bottle of wine in an atmosphere that allows you to feel like you are in your own world yet you know you're surrounded. This is what eating in South Miami Dade should like. And one more shout out to Caleb who explained the new menu and the new staff (although Catty is like going to dinner at an old friend's home). Great place and their half off on wine and spirits on Monday is worth the time.

Yelp
Let's just say the walk from the parking lot to the restaurant itself is pleasing. Such a beautiful and aesthetic, establishment. It feels nice to come and spend time with friends and family here. In addition to the environment being so pleasurable the food was amazing. We tried the carbonara, bolognese pasta , and the chilli muscles; WOW they were delicious ! The service was top tier we came for my cousin's birthday, they were extremely organized and even treated my cousin to a shot at the end of dinner. I'd see this becoming one of my go to's. Thank you Mi'talia

Anna M.

Yelp
When I saw the yelp Miami reel of the cacio Pepe I knew I had to come try it. I'm not even a cacio Pepe fan but after trying this one, I now am. It's very peppery but the sauce is just how I like it. The dessert options are amazing and the service is top notch. I came here when it first opened and it wasn't as good as it is now. Keep up the great work!

Yelp
I had a mixed experience at Mi'talia. The staff and service were Impeccable! , but the food fell short of expectations, especially given the higher prices. The appetizers were bland, though the meatballs stood out. As for the entree , The rigatoni bolognese was just okay; I've had better pasta at more affordable places. My friends got the Chicken Parm and said it was not bad , but the purée at the bottom had a weird flavor they could not quite like. Portions were decent. I left wanting more. I may give it another shot to explore different menu items and hope for a better experience.

Yelp
This restaurant gives you a Sfusato Amalfitano aka Amalfi Coast region vibe. Very cute decor. First time I visited, I loved it! Everything was perfect this is why I wanted to bring family for an early Mother's Day. Upon arrival there was absolutely nobody by the door we had to wait up a little to get noticed. A young woman came towards us and sat us. It was our waitress Genesis. She was very knowledgeable explained every detail of the menu, the dishes she loved the most & was very patience with everyone around the table. We got a few appetizers such as: * Whipped Ricotta Toast which was super yummy. Sourdough bread was very fresh, you can feel the crunchiness & all ingredients paired perfectly. So good! * Mama's Meatballs got them the first time I went and got them again today; super yummy! Then again bread was another hit and combination of the meatball with ricotta and bread it was awesome! * Calamari Fritti perfect crispness and the spicy Chilli aioli mixed with lemon paired perfectly! * Tuna Tartare + FL Citrus was delicious! Who would've thought the combination of yuzu + horseradish dressing & pomelo will make an explosive flavor. Must order! For entrée we ordered : * Spicy Rigatoni Vodka very yummy according to my friend so she was a happy momma so that makes me happy. * Bucatini Carbonara flavor was very very good BUT dish was not hot at all. Very disappointed on that part. * Not Your Nonna's Bolognese very very good but almost accurate same taste as Mama's Meatball. So if you order that appetizer; do not order this entrée. * Chicken Parmesan was a hit. Very much enjoyed and creamy polenta was delicious. A little salty because they added too much shaved Parmesan. For dessert we ordered : * Chocolate Budino; gotta love their toasted Almond & Pistachio in between cake. That crunchiness and the way Italian mousse had the perfect sweetness to it. For the wine: MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. I ordered the Wolffer Estate, New York but Genesis decided to give me the Wolffer Estate Mendoza, Argentina. When I asked she said it was the same thing. Please teach your employee's that different bottle, different year, different grape makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE when you're drinking wine. I didn't make a huge scene about it because I haven't tried this bottle. So I kept it but at the end I told the manager that is VERY WRONG to advertise a bottle and sell it and serving you something completely different. But apparently he didn't care what I told him. But what Genesis was worried more about was advertising about if we made a Yelp or Google review about the restaurant that she will get $25 & if we came back we will get something for free. I wonder if this is why the review's are so good. All in all, food is delicious but it kind of bothered me that last detail. Parking is easy and free; first come first serve basis.

Monique L.

Yelp
This place was absolutely phenomenal. Every single thing we ordered was delicious. We recently got back from Italy and this certainly a a great reminder for my tastebuds! The staff was so beyond friendly and gave great recommendations! And the ambiance is just stunning. It's beautiful and romantic, whether you choose to sit inside or outside. I can't wait to return and try more things on the menu!! Make sure to get the meatballs as an appetizer!

Yelp
Well I've been having incredible dining experiences as of late and I'm not mad about it. Next to Root and Bone and managed by the same group that manages several restaurants in Miami, this was another delicious lunch. As soon as I walked in I noticed I was the only one there and Sarina welcomed with a great smile and had me seated right away. Not many times am I the only one in a restaurant but faster service is always appreciated. Sarina is the warmest, sweetest and most helpful human being and although I had an idea of what I wanted she was most helpful with the menu especially the drink. Long story short, she suggested the Lemon Queen since I wanted something picture worthy and this was just right. Made with limoncello and lemon the drink was delicious and refreshing. Now let's talk about the food... MAMA'S MEATBALLS: they had me at slow braised beef, pork and veil. The tomato sauce was to die for, rich and flavorful with a side toasted country bread and whipped ricotta. I left no sauce on that plate, that good. These meatballs weren't small and between those 3 balls of deliciousness and the bread I was almost full but we are not scared of food coma. NOT YOUR NONNA'S BOLOGNESE: another successful slow braised veil dish, again a rich and flavorful pork and beef bolognese sauce and perfectly cooked pappardelle pasta and burrata. Honestly the burrata isn't necessary and I could do without but it didn't make it or break it. I was full halfway in but couldn't help myself and finish my plate because it was so tasty and savory. Tiramisu: I had no room for dessert but Sarina did a good job convincing me, or was it the foodie in me? Who knows lol. Yes, very fluffy, not too sweet and coffee flavor wasn't overpowering but just right. Needless to say, at this point I just wanted to take a nap in my booth. I enjoyed the food and the service equally and nowadays that's hard to find. Cat, one of the servers, and I spent a lot of time talking about the restaurant and the food and that's so nice when restaurant staff is that friendly and courteous. Cat and Sarina are the most attentive and welcoming wait staff on-site and that always makes any dining experience one to remember. I have to come back for the spicy rigatoni with chicken recommend by Cat as well as a few other menu items that caught my attention.

Yelp
It was a busy day in mi'talia Friday night , the food didn't disappoint but just a little slow with the services Can't complain though we got a bottle of wine which pared well with our charcuterie board and to top it off with our meals (Just felt like it really wasn't a 16oz ribeye) Super clean, and relaxing place to enjoy a delicious meal

Alicia S.

Yelp
Mi'talia offers fresh and delicious Italian food in a beautiful atmosphere. Their cocktails are refreshing and they offer half off wine bottles on Mondays. Staff is helpful and courteous.

Oscar R.

Yelp
I recently had lunch at Mi'talia Kitchen & Bar and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the restaurant's decor is beautifully designed and inviting. Our server Jose provided excellent, attentive service throughout the meal. However, I was disappointed with the execution of the food. To start, the Crispy Artichokes lacked visual appeal in their presentation. The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka pasta dish had a strong taste of Tabasco sauce that overpowered the other flavors, making it too acidic for my tastes. Finally, the Tuscan Brick Chicken was surprisingly bland, lacking the advertised pomegranate notes. According to our server, the restaurant no longer uses pomegranate in this dish, which should be updated on the menu. Overall, while Mi'talia Kitchen & Bar provides a lovely dining atmosphere and gracious service, the food preparation falls short of expectations. With some refinement of their culinary techniques and menu descriptions, this could be a superb dining destination. I hope the kitchen can elevate the execution to match the potential of this restaurant.

Yelp
Highly recommend the following: Appetizer: Mama's Meatballs - beef, pork, and veal meatballs in tomato sauce topped with whipped ricotta & toasted bread Entrees: 1. Not your Nonna's Bolognese - veal, pork and beef bolognese sauce, pappardelle pasta, and burrata topped with Basil 2. Bucatini Carbonara - crispy pancetta, peas, and parmesan 3. Truffle and Wild Mushroom Lasagna - mushroom ragu, truffle ricotta, aged cheese (topped with shaved black truffles) Dessert: Tiramisù - espresso soaked ladyfinger cookies, mascarpone mousse - topped with toasted hazelnut Drinks: Summer in Sorento and My cousin Vinny Amazingly delicious food here. It's a cozy restaurant with quality service - a great spot for family/friends.

Yelp
Mitalia is my Italian home away from home. It's been the go to date night spot for my girl and I and we love it every time. The ricotta toast with honey and red pepper flakes is mind blowing good. Sometimes we come just for this and a glass of chardonnay. We also ordered the spicy rigatoni, it is a little inconsistent with the spice, sometimes it's the perfect amount of heat, other times we need 10 glasses of water to consume this (i personally don't mind, but my girlfriend isn't the biggest fan of spice) so ordering this dish is a roulette game. But i do always love it, personally. We also got the pesto ricotta ravioli and added shrimp to the dish. I loved the flavor of this so so much! Only con is i wish it had more filling, but it is such a tasty dish, i definitely recommend it, especially if you add some protein on top. Wine selections are amazing and you can't go wrong with any of your picks, if you don't know what you want, ask for recommendations! They've never steered me wrong.

Sabrina S.

Yelp
Very nice atmosphere. Food: Antipasto charcuterie board is good. Duck confit pumpkin was ok, but I recommend trying something else with more flavor. Wine list is good. If you're looking for a good wine that's inexpensive and by the glass, the Joel Gott Cabernet Sauvignon is good. Service: very good. Parking: There is a small parking lot with free parking directly behind the restaurant.

Laura C.

Yelp
We went for dinner and while we waited for our friend, we sat in the bar. Our server, Danny was great! The ambiance is nice because there is soft music playing. We had a cocktail, the lemon queen, and it was very refreshing and tasty. Then, since I had checked in, I had a free glass of wine, but it wasn't good, so Danny switched to a better one, and divided into 3, so,we could all taste it. We then went to our table and ordered a bottle of wine, some Whipped Ricotta Toast, the Steak Carpaccio, the Calamari Fritti, the Mama's Meatballs and the Tuna Tartare. All were delicious. For dessert we shared the Chocolate Layered Budino and it was delicious. I'd definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Christian T.

Yelp
The dinner was exceptional, and credit goes to Caty, an outstanding waitress. Her attentive service elevated the experience. Every dish was a delight, making it a memorable evening. Highly recommend this place for a perfect blend of delectable cuisine and impeccable service.

Nat F.

Yelp
Wonderful food with delightful service. I ate dinner there a couple of nights ago and had the pleasure of meeting Kathy. She diligently attended on us and described the menu and specials. No detail was forgotten. We appreciate her advising as to spice levels... it made my delicious spicy rigatoni that much more enjoyable when the extra peppers were placed on the side. The wine suggestion was also perfect to our tastes. It was a quieter night which worked in our favor as we were able to talk and hear each other with our issue. Overall a great dining experience. (The Kale Caesar definitely deserves a Special mention- very good!!)

Lori L.

Yelp
My fiancé took me here for a spontaneous date night. I absolutely love this place. Food was delicious and we had a very sweet server named Marina. She absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Sheryl S.

Yelp
Delicious, hearty food. I don't usually order lasagna but wanted to try the truffle lasagna because of the mushrooms. It was a heavy dish with enough leftover to bring home. Service was a bit slow because of a big party but we appreciated the host and manager checking in and being attentive. Didn't get any drinks this time around but would love to sit at the bar on my next visit.

Jeimy P.

Yelp
Came for a casual date night and the ambiance was very calm and quiet place. The overall decor of the restaurant was nice and there was a shared outdoor space with a southern restaurant they have next door. Their service is also very respectable and professional very well managed. Menu had select items and I believe had been reduced recently. As far for the food, it was good but wasn't something that will bring me back. Best part of the night was the expresso dessert we had, absolutely loved it.

Luke B.

Yelp
Here for a work event with a party of 16. I always know it's going to be a rough night when only one server is appointed to a large-sized party. (I'll never understand why restaurants do this to their staff). The food was mediocre, and not authentic/traditional Italian. It was flavorful, but not memorable, and typical Miami service which left little to be desired. We also had a birthday, and there was no special cake or even candles. I ordered the fillet, and had to wait after being served for a steak knife. Attention to detail was missed for the price we paid for dinner.

Elena E.

Yelp
My husband and I were looking for a place to eat. The day was fresh and glorious so we were attracted to the outdoor seating. We were not overly hungry so I had the calamari fritti with a small side salad as my main and my husband the tagliatelle with ragu and burrata. I have high standards being Italian and cooking everyday from fresh ingredients. Everything was exquisite, even the flavour and dressing of the side salad. Not one lettuce leaf was even slightly wilted. The service was also very good. The experience left me with wanting to return and bring some friends. The only recommendation is to put the calamari sauce on the side rather than twirling around the plate but a detail that maybe someone else would enjoy. Complimenti al cuoco!

Madeline N.

Yelp
Place was beautiful and food was great. Spicy Rigatoniplease ask for Bryan! He's amazing

Chantal S.

Yelp
This is a cute place to come to. We came with a group of friends to have dinner. The service was good and the manager checked on us twice to see if we needed anything. The food was really good , it's hard to compare different Italian restaurants because I still have my favorite but this restaurant's food was very flavorful. I think the price point is a bit higher for what it is. The table all thought their cocktails were fantastic. I personally had the Moscow mule and I tried the aperol spritz that my friend had. My husband loved his old fashioned. Overall, cute place , great ambiance and good service. Cute place to take your date to!

Megan M.

Yelp
Pretty good place! The waitresses are very nice and attentive. The whipped ricotta toast was really good! We were wanting to go for the pizza but they only serve the pizza at lunch. We got the truffle crusted filet mignon, the serving size was small but a lot of flavor. My favorite thing was the tiramisu I did not even get a picture! That was the best tiramisu I've ever had!

Christine F.

Yelp
I love this spot. Super cute restaurant with lots of windows, and really charming decor. The food is great, and the staff is fantastic. Our waitress was really friendly and helped us pick something she knew we'd love. Best part is that it's really affordable for a nice date night without breaking the bank. The cocktail options are great pretty enough for some great social media pics. A really nice vibe without the hefty price tag. Try it out

Kyle R.

Yelp
I had the carpaccio which was, in a word, heavenly. Sat at the bar and had a glorious glass of Pinot Noir on happy hour. Manuel was my bartender and most gracious host. A great place for couples, families or just by yourself. A nice vibe for any occasion. Free parking was a plus.

Jacquelyn R.

Yelp
Katty was AMAZING!! She was an amazing host knowing all the great things to order! Can't wait to come back and ask for her !!

Sophie H.

Yelp
10/10, the food and service are great. Came for Miami spice but I will definitely be back. The serving sizes were surprisingly perfect, which isn't very characteristic of Miami spice meals. I actually felt full when I left and the food was artisan. Presentation was amazing and the atmosphere inside is just beautiful. I love the lemon decor, chandeliers, and cozy green booths.

Monica K.

Yelp
What a lovely Saturday lunch experience! I met up with my friend in the South Miami area and we were debating on where to have lunch (the beauty of living in South Florida & it's diverse restaurant options). Our requirements: she wanted a fresh salad and I was craving fresh pasta. Mi'Italia exceeded both of our expectations! The service was fantastic, the fresh pasta and salads served daily are delicious AND the delightful craft cocktails sealed the deal and confirmed I would come back for more. I was also pleasantly surprised that Mi'Italia is part of the Grove Bay Hospitality group, which some of my favorite restaurants like Glass and Vine, Red Rooster, Root and Bone are part of. My only recommendation is that the menu should have more vegetarian or vegan options, but I shall return! A- #monicraves

Ris F.

Yelp
Good service, good food with a nice ambience. A town staple for a quick sit down or an all day affair.

Kennedy M.

Yelp
The food was very bland and in an attempt to give it flavor they drowned it in hot sauce. Service was excellent. The ambiance was pleasantly cheerful.

Mike H.

Yelp
Great good, excellent service, Marianna was superb! Thank you for taking such good care of us! You make the experience!

Nery V.

Yelp
Great New Year's Eve dinner with the family. The food was delicious my main meal was a little salty but all else was excellent

Tarsha C.

Yelp
My husband and I were in Miami, FL for our anniversary and decided to visit this establishment... the best choice we could have ever made!! The ambience was clean, fragrant of lemon, bright, and welcoming. Our server "Cat" was one of the best parts of our experience. Everything we had was delicious but a MUST try is the "whipped ricotta toast". To all the foodies out there... this place is a MUST TRY! -Enjoy

rachel l.

Yelp
I had a wonderful mid day lunch on a weekday at Mi'Italia Bar. I had a delicious salad with butter lettuce and a lemon vinaigrette. The food was wonderfully fresh, delightful and delicious. The Lemon Vinaigrette was also quite delicious. There were not too many diners as the price point is higher. The most enjoyable part of the experience was the nice and sweet waiter as well as the stunning interior. Special tip: For the best deal, I would go back for happy hour. They make their own specialty limoncellos and cocktails. Please see the photos for the happy hour menu! It looks like a great deal.

One's L.

Yelp
Great food . Awesome service thank you Catty! She really gave us awesome background on each ingredient in the dish it was really nice. If you are going to come here it's worth it to ask for her she will definitely elevate your experience!

Yelp
A MILLION STARS. INFINITY STARS. ALL THE STARS. I discovered this place last year while looking through all these "best restaurants in Miami" lists for my birthday dinner, and I've been dreaming about it and telling everyone it's one of the best meals I've ever had since. It's a bit of a drive so I haven't been back until this past weekend for my engagement dinner, and it's as good as I remember. The truffle-crusted filet is pure perfection as you'd expect from the name alone. The staff was super helpful with wine selection, gave a sample before I had to order it, and even put in their system which one I liked for next time I come back. One of our meals was taking a bit longer than expected, so they gave us a free appetizer while we were waiting. The restaurant itself is very nice-looking and clean, and it smells like lemons! I think it's a signature thing of theirs.

Cathy B.

Yelp
This is a very cute restaurant. The customer service was great. Our waiter Brayan was very kind and attentive. The manager came by to say hi and he was very nice. His name is chris. My husband and I enjoyed our food. We shared. I got the spicy rigatoni, he got the chicken parm and as appetizer the meatballs. Everything was delicious. I got a cosmo here and it was just how I asked. The drinks are a bit pricey but they are done just how you want them. Stop by if you get a chance.

John L.

Yelp
Came back yesterday combining the tail end of happy hour deals and also pasta night deal! Food was delicious and the happy hour/pasta night pricing made the food taste even better ! All of the Pastas (excluding the Ricotta Ravioli & Lobster) were priced at $12. Some appetizers and drinks were also discounted a couple of dollars for happy hour. I would highly recommend the Chili Mussels! Tasted fresh, bright, and NOT fishy. The whipped ricotta toast was amazing. It was slightly spicy from the chili flakes, sweet from the honey, and the pillowy creamy texture of the whipped ricotta paired perfectly well with the crunchy smokiness of the slightly charred toast. The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka was alright, definitely a medium spice. I think I liked the Not Your Nonna's Bolognese better from last time - however, thats totally a personal preference. A friend had a modified version of the Bucatini Carbonara, but was not as impressed since it tasted plain. Thats not the fault of the original dish though! Due to food allergies - the waitress stated that the pancetta could be left out. By the end of the meal my friend said it would have definitely tasted a lot better with the extra saltiness and smokiness of the pancetta. Definitely going to make pasta night a regular outing from now on. I'm excited to try their other pastas!

Yelp
Such a cute spot! Loved the ambience, the decor, and the service. We had the Bucatini carbonara with added crispy chicken and the Not Your Nonna's Bologenese. Best bologenese I've had in south Florida! Delicious! Will definitly return!

Yelp
We ordered the bucatini carbonara (added some truffle- oh yeah) and not your nonna's bolognese! Delish! Little did we know that it was half priced wine on Mondays so that was a plus. This place is so nicely decorated and the customer service is great by Catty Z.

Yelp
Celebrated my birthday dinner at this low-key yet festive restaurant! We were drawn in by the modern restaurant decor, which was adorned with ambient lights and touches of fancy. Although all the private seating booths were already occupied, our server Maria arranged a spacious table for the party and was friendly and attentive the whole night, making sure our meal was nicely paced. We ordered mussels and an assorted charcuterie board with various cheeses, fruit jam, and fresh meats. For our mains, we ordered hearty bolognese (of which we are every single bite!) and scallop with pesto with a whimsical yet complimentary hint of mint. We had a memorable evening with delicious food, surrounded by beautiful decor, and made even more enjoyable by wonderful service.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour with the family. Large open space - decor was beautifully done. For starters we had the meatballs and mussels, which were delicious. The chili flavor and spicy salami made an interesting twist. The spicy pepperoni pizza, which you can't go wrong. The honey was a nice touch. As well as the Whipped Ricotta Toast and the spicy tomato focaccia. The whipped was to die for. Super fluffy with that little spicy kick of the red pepper but the honey made a nice sweet touch. I was highly disappointed with the spicy tomato focaccia. It was just 3 small toast with tomatoes. Nothing else. I was highly impressed by their cocktail menu. I had the Umbrellas in Amalfi: housemade bacardi limoncello, bacardi 8, peach, prosecco, fresh lime and the Old Sicilian: havana club, licor 43, hazelnut, coffee ice cube. Both I would come back to try again, and for $7 bucks on HH? Why not. Besides the appetizers and drinks, this is where I am torn on being a great location. Our dinners were $20-24 dollars each - and lacked flavor. Not, "missing salt" but like genuinely bland. The carbonara is supposed to be hot enough to where the egg yolk mixes in. It was cold and stiff - the pasta tasted like pasta water and egg. We ended up getting the spicy vodka sausage which if you're wanting meat, don't get this dish. Specs of sausage crumble and again - lacked flavor and tasted like overly watery pasta water. For the price of a simple dish you expect so much more. One thing I found odd was our server dropped the check and we advised there was a mistake. He brought back the corrected check and advised he added a gratuity for parties of 6 or more. It was just a little uncalled for. Why drop a check and then come back and add gratuity ? Made us feel very comfortable - like he thought we weren't going to tip? Additionally, we were a party of 5 unless you count a 9 month old that barley eats? Just found it rather tasteless. Would we come here again? Sure - would I go out of my way? No.

Yelp
My cousin has been raving about this restaurant for a while now! I couldn't find last minute reservations for valentines and she told me I should reserve at Mi'talia! Reservations were almost all gone but we got lucky with a 9pm reservation! This place was soo busy I mean it was Valentine's Day after all. My boyfriend got the pre-fix menu which included a ceasar salad, Mamas meatballs, chicken parm and the tiramisu! The meatballs are to die for and while the chicken parm was interesting because it was served with polenta as opposed to the usual it was DELICIOUS !! THE RICOTTA TOAST !! Do not leave without trying the ricotta toast because it will not disappoint. And also the bolognese ugh! I will be back to try the spicy rigatoni and the carbonaraaaa

Yelp
Catty was great! She deserves a raise!! I've never had a better waiter in my life! She was so nice and knew the menu from up and down!

Yelp
Service was great! The servers were very attentive. The food was very good. The chicken within the pasta was great, it had a nice crispy and remain hot the entire meal. The rigatoni was so good, I almost ate the plate. The prices were a little high but the area the restaurant is in is pricey. The two meals and the two beers we had was $95 with tip. There is free parking in the back if you are going to the restaurant. The restaurant itself is very pretty.

Yelp
So slightly disappointed to be honest. I've been wanted to try this spot for a couple years now. I see it off of US 1 all the time and it looks so inviting! And it was! Super cute spot, great ambience, GREAT service, love the live music (soft and soulful). Wish it would have been a bit louder but apparently people Complain . Anyway, the food and drinks. Lots of cocktails to choose from and many many wines as well, however, most of the wines are by the bottle and not cheap either. We ordered a bottle of Merlot from Napa.. didn't like it much. We also ordered the whipped ricotta cheese toast which I loved the concept of, but the cheese was a bit too sweet for my liking. We also had the spicy tomato and cheese toast. Ehh. Nothing spicy about it, and it was bland tasting. Then we ordered the margarita pizza and The "Not you nanas" pasta. Eh. pizza didn't look like the pictures (which we were excited about). it was ordinary pizza. The pasta was decent but didn't love it. Overall, it's a great spot with great concepts but the execution is average.
