We tried the gluten-friendly donuts at Mochinut. Overall, they were good—nothing extraordinary, but definitely enjoyable. The chocolate one stood out and was actually very good. I appreciate that they offer gluten-friendly options, and the staff was friendly too. Solid experience!

Google
The donuts are cute but very chewy. I was not expecting them to be chewy. I had the Lavender mochinut and the potato Korean dog. I had the Strawberry Matcha, it was very dry.

Google
Love this place! I would recommend get the tiramisu donut and a Thai tea milk. Natalie is always working when I come in, and she’s seriously the best. So polite, welcoming, and always smiling. She makes the experience so much better.

Google
Mochinut is located in Hana World Market’s food court. I’ve been able to try them a few times and I’m a fan of the mochi consistency. I also like their unique flavors with cute designs (some even come with pocky sticks). I thought it was just a tad too sweet on most of the flavors.

The donuts are so good! And the strawberry matcha recommend! The workers are very nice, the girl who helped me the other day was Jennifer super sweet! Highly recommend!

Google
NGL, I like your typical old-fashioned doughnuts and I like them glazed and doughy and cakey. I'm not really a big R.R.Doughnuts or K.K. type of guy even though that is the norm here in Austin. I tried Mochi Doughnuts in Dallas and Japan but was not really a fan of these glutinous rice flower treats at first. I decided to give these a try and was surprised by how good they were, crispy outside and chewy inside and easy to pull apart and share. They have plenty of amazing flavors to try, like cookies and cream, Macha, Lychee, but the churro flavored one was my favorite. You can either get these for breakfast or just have them as a nice desert. The Boba tea was ok, it's pretty sweet, so you can ask if they can tone down the sugar but I dont think they can. They are a bit expensive but well worth the try, I highly recommend it.

Google
This cute little place is located inside Hana world market. More than a donut concept was very interesting and which is what made me to try this place. It’s very organized and they displayed all of the available menu options very nicely. The flavor profiles are very very interested. Even drink options are available with good flavor profiles. Didn’t try bubble tea options available. Very interested to try Honeydew donut, but they said it’s only available with more than 3 order count. Like any donuts if you want to try you should order more than 3. So I ended up not buying as I was by self and sure couldn’t finish this good sized donuts by myself. Suggested to be prepared to go with more people to try all flavors.

Google
Don't expect all donut flavors online to be same in person. The women working were very nice, the Donuts are so good (raspberry and cherry esp) and the potato half and half dog was fun. All of them are not super sweet like you'd normally get which I appreciate. 1000% recommend trying them. This place is more pricey than the one in Hana world markets.

Yelp
Near the end of the day they still had 6 flavors available (but a very limited quantity). They do often sell out by the end of the day. The donuts were good, still fresh at the end of the day, but quite sweet with the glaze on top. I would have liked to have a plain (no glaze) but they didn't have any available.

Yelp
Hana World Market is our neighborhood Asian grocery and we're used to seeing food court vendors come and go over the years, so it has taken me a bit to finally go check out newish chain store open since April 2022, Mochinut. I'm not a big dessert person, but I live with two sweet-tooths. Apologies to them that I waited so long to come in, because this place delivers on delicious treats! The donuts are a neat, shareable form factor with 8 bubbles made for easy tearing. This worked out great for our family when I wanted to try a couple flavors & could easily portion out a fair share for me from my son's horde. The mochi donut texture, thanks to the rice flour base, is a pleasant cross between the traditional pastry donut and the classic cake donut, and even with the toppings, they're not too sweet. Prices are on the expensive side compared to traditional American donuts like Shipley's or Krispy Creme, around $3.50-4 per donut depending on how many you order. We've only had the donuts at Mochinut, but they have more to offer including stuffed mochinut balls, fruit teas & boba drinks ($5-7), and Korean-style rice flour battered "corn" dogs ($5-8). Other chain locations offer some interesting soft serve frozen desserts, but we didn't see that option at this location. Open inside Hana World Market food court: Tue-Sun, 11a-7p Delivery available via ubereats

Yelp
Located inside Hana Market's food court area, this spot offers the closest thing I've found to a mochi donut from Japan. While the texture is spot-on, the flavors can be hit or miss depending on the weekly offerings. The original glaze flavor is a must-try, as it stays true to the authentic taste. Some of the other flavors can be overly sweet, but I still suggest experimenting with those that catch your eye. Personally, I enjoyed the cookies and cream variety as well. To stay updated on their flavor offerings, I recommend following their Instagram account where they regularly post the flavors available for the week

Yelp
I had no idea what to expect from Mochi donuts, especially since I grew up on Dunkin' and Krispy Kreme, but I was genuinely surprised. The texture of the donuts are chewy, as compared to other donuts, but mochi itself is also chewy so that's understandable. The flavors were great too, but the standout is Taro (the purple one) and I would honestly recommend that one if only going to try one mochi donut. I will genuinely come back to this place because these donuts were delightful.

Yelp
The establishment is in a food court inside Hana World Market. It was clean and quick to place our order. We selected a 6 pack of mochinuts with flavors of funnel cake, original glaze, red bean, cookies and cream, red bean. The red bean one was my favorite. Their picturesque donuts, shop and packaging are so cute, it's hard to resist taking a picture of everything.

Yelp
Mochinut is a donut lover's dream! Their mochi donuts are a fun twist on the classic - a little chewy, a little crispy, and full of flavor. The flavors rotate weekly, so check their Instagram to see the latest and greatest. They've also got tasty drinks to wash it down, and now mochi corn dogs for a savory bite. A must-try for something unique and delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
Mochinut's donuts look beautiful and taste great. Most of the donut variations were gone by the time we visited the shop (around 2pm), so we didn't have a lot of choices. The churro donut was by far our favorite: It was soft, chewy and not too sweet. The Blueberry Yoghurt and Thai Tea donuts were a bit stale and the glaze tasted artificial. All in all, the donuts were not the best we've ever had but still great enough to go back if we are close by.

Yelp
I like their Korean corndogs here better than K Dog. K dog batter doesn't have any flavoring to it. Mochi nut corn dog are super cheesy. I tried their potato half cheese and half sausage corn dog. The batter is slightly sweet and you have an option of adding sugar (I did not). I drizzle some spicy cheese and garlic mayo sauce on it which elevate the flavor. My favorite one is the hot Cheeto half and half. It was yummy! Their mochi donut rotate flavors. Every time you go here, there will be new flavors to try. Their mochi donut are good but nothing special to me. They also served boba too, but I have tried any. They're located inside Hana World.

Yelp
Omg, mochi donuts are my new jam. They were so yummy and the rice hotdogs were just as good. The hotdogs were so crispy and cheesy and everything was fresh. I love that this place has lots of parking and seating and we were able to get in super quick and we had a rather large order.

Yelp
Donuts for thanksgiving? Yes please! Finally got to try out Mochinut after months of watching their Instagram. Inside of the market, it's a walk up ordering format so you get your donuts quick! I went just before thanksgiving and got the following flavors: pumpkin pie (the turkey donut), funnel cake and churro. YUM!! The donuts were fluffy and perfect; not too chewy from the mochi, only slightly. Similar to a more American donut almost. The flavors were great and I'd love to come try more! Our favorite was the churro, but none of them lasted very long. Also ordered an Ube milk tea with popping boba. The tea was great and the boba was like a raspberry flavor. Very unique. Super friendly staff, will be back!

Yelp
You can't go wrong with Mochinut. I've been to multiple locations, and the donuts are consistent across the board. They are always a hit at parties and with my work colleagues. I find regular donuts to be way too sweet, so mochi donuts are perfect. They are soft, fluffy, and the mochi gives them a slightly chewy texture. They're easy to pull apart too. My favorite is the churro donut. The only downside is that they sell out of their most popular flavors towards the end of the day, so go early if you want to have more variety!

Yelp
This review is solely based off my initial visit when I tried to order half an hour from closing time during the first few months of them opening. Seeing as there were only 2 mochi donuts remaining when I arrived I asked if I could buy both. Apparently, the answer is no...they don't sell single donuts. I was astounded, and felt like those mochi donuts were just a tease sitting there, taunting me. It took some persistence but I was finally able to buy a single donut, however they didn't honor the 3 pieces for $9 pricing. Despite receiving poor customer service, I was still excited to finally be able to try these purported delicious light tasting donuts, but sadly that wasn't the case for me. Instead, with each bite I was greeted with a fairly dense, greasy, and overly sweet mouthful of "birthday cake" but really all I could taste was grease and sugar. Like many have stated, the allure of these donuts is definitely strong, however from my initial experience, it might be a long while before I return as mochinut is a mochiNOT from my experience.

Yelp
Mediocre and overpriced donuts. Mochi donuts have a slight chewy texture but that's it. We ordered taro churro, funnel cake, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. All three donuts taste the exactly the same, just like plain donuts and less sweet than typical American donuts. The only thing that showed the difference in the flavors we ordered was the color (taro = purple), and Cinnamon Toast Crunch just had some crumbs on top with a few pieces of cereal glued to the icing - that's all. Staff was not welcoming at all. When I approached the cashier for my order, she sighed like "oh no another customer" as if she had to go out of her way to serve another customer while it was her job. There was no hello, she said nothing except the total amount, and there was no thank-you. It would be our one time try and that's it.

Yelp
I stopped in today with Thing One for a quick treat after lunch. I ordered a half dozen mochinuts so we'd get one of everything as there are only 6 flavors today. This is the first mochinut location I have ever been to in the U.S. as other visits have been OCONUS. Now, for the mochinuts, in general; the glutinous rice flour used to make these produces a denser, chewier texture compared to recipes that use tapioca starch. When tapioca starch is used, it will give a fluffier, lighter texture. These delicate, chewy, sweet treats are truly a delight. Although made with the same base, each topping sets one apart from the next. It must be noted that this location does not yet have soft serve nor do they have the hotdogs that I have come to love. I shall be back for those. Yōkoso ATX Mochinut!

Nihilaa K.

Yelp
Their mochinuts are great. Tried the butterfly lemonade with the star jellies and had mixed feelings about it . was a bit sour but when you bit into the star jellies that had a sweet addition to the combo . But overall the lemonade was okay and I didn't find anything refreshing or great about it .

Yelp
Was excited when I found out there was a place just for mochi donuts in Austin as my husband loves then. We tried one of every flavor! Our favorites were the churro and classic glazed, but I hear that they rotate out their flavors regularly. Nice chewy texture, not too sweet, better than most mochi donuts I've had in the past. We didn't get any drinks so I can't comment on that, but we did try a Cheetos mozzarella hot dog. It was... very fried! Don't think I could ever eat one of those on my own. I took a few bites, my husband took a few and we couldn't finish it - they are huge! A little pricey, but worth a try if you like mochi donuts! Probably some of the best ones in the Austin area other than OMG Squee.
google avatar

Quyen B.

Yelp
I love the mochi texture of their donuts, just right for me. However, the only flavor I like or can eat is the funnel cake and the churro because there is no glaze on them. The glaze makes the donuts too sweet for my taste. I know the donut flavor is in the glaze but since I can't eat the ones with the glaze, I can't say if the flavor is there or not. Maybe they can incorporate the flavor into the donut instead of doing the glaze? But this is just my personal preference, I know others who like their flavors.

Yelp
After weeks of craving mochi donuts, I finally decided to try Mochinut. They're located inside Hana World Market. I got the cookies and cream, blueberry, and milk tea donuts. My favorite was cookies and cream, but they were all nice and chewy. The texture is so satisfying, it's addictive. They rotate their flavors each week, so check their Instagram (@mochinut_atx) to see what flavors they're currently offering. The menu on their website doesn't reflect which flavors are currently being offered. One downside is the price - you can get 3 donuts for $9, 6 for $16.50, or 12 for $30. But the donuts definitely satisfied my craving, and I'll be coming back when the next craving hits.
google avatar

Karen Q.

Yelp
Mochinut is located in Hana World Market's food court. I've been able to try them a few times and I'm a fan of the mochi consistency. I also like their unique flavors with cute designs (some even come with pocky sticks). I thought it was just a tad too sweet on most of the flavors.
google avatar

Sasa P.

Yelp
I just waited an hour in line to get a half dozen donuts for $16.50, so you'd hope they be incredible. Well they're pretty dang delicious. I don't think I'd wait an hour again for them but it was definitely worth it to try them. They are exactly what you'd expect of a mochi-donut - a perfect cross between the glazed flavorful fried donuts we all love with a chewy texture reminiscent of mochi. Check out their Instagram for updates on the current rotating flavors. They sell by the 3, 6, or 12 count fyi.
google avatar

Catherine M.

Yelp
Mochinut is tucked inside Hana World Market food court. At this visit, donuts were 3 for $9 or 12 for $30. They accept credit card payments or cash. There's indoor seating but the food court is a bit dark and dreary looking, so we placed our ordered and enjoyed it at the nearby Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. I'm a fan of the slightly chewy texture of the Mochinut which complimented the chewiness of my boba drink. I prefer donuts without glazing so my favorites were the unglazed options (churro and funnel cake). The Mochinut looks like 8 donut holes formed in a circle (imagine a teething ring) which made it easy to tear off individual pieces to share. I had the Ube boba which came in a cute, clear sealed canned container.
google avatar

Phuong P.

Yelp
I got to try their tasty during their first opening weekend. It was really great! Very friendly staff, easy to locate and bunch of new flavors that I bet you haven't heard of or tried at other locations (I've tried their donuts in California and Houston). So far I'm in love with the Uber Churro and Yuzu Strawberry. Make sure you come within the first 3 hours of their opening time because they get sold out real quick. I came in at 3pm on Saturday and they only had a few items left.
google avatar

Jinna R.

Yelp
Mochinut blew my mind with their amazingly delicious #mochidonuts Their mochi donut texture looks just like regular fried donuts but when you eat it, it gives you the sense of eating Japanese mochi & a fried donut simultaneously I guess it lives up to its name! So far my favorite flavors are funnel cake, churro, mango passion fruit, and strawberry parfait! Note: I personally don't like glazed donuts as they tend to be on the sweeter side. For the drink, we tried ube with pearls, it's not my favorite as the drink didn't taste much like Ube and I wish the pearls were softer but they have a cool machine to make the drink with a soda can top - five stars for wow factor!! All in all, they're worth the hype and You just need to try it!!
google avatar

Rachel A.

Yelp
I just happened to stumble across Mochinut's IG page ...and when I realized they had a store opening in Austin you bet I made sure to stop by ;) I ordered their Taro Churro flavor which I loved, but I was hoping they would be served warm as other mochi donut places I've been too (especially back home in California) are served warm with each order. Not a huge deal, but it makes the experience that much better! As for the drinks, they are served with soda can pop tops, super cute and great presentation. My only disappointment was that the boba was hard. Overall, I will come back again and try other flavors.
google avatar

Genevieve M.

Yelp
I am super excited now that Mochinut is here in Austin! Located inside Hana World Market, i visited during their soft opening this week. With rotating flavors, I tried the Funnel Cake, Taro Churro, Pineapple Mango, and Cookie's and Cream! There was also a Circus Strawberry and Fro-yo Fruit Pebbles flavor available. Make sure to follow their ig: @mochinut_atx, to see what flavors they have for the day. Overall, I thought the icing wasn't too sweet, and they were very chewy! I'll definitely come back to try the matcha flavor! 3 mochinuts for $9, Half-dozen for $16.50, and a dozen for $30

Yelp
Checked out their options and opening hours during my break. And was told 11:00 am. -6:30 pm. Staff was lovely. One lady recommended to put in an order and she can keep it aside. But I wanted my kid to choose her own flavors and chose to come back later after work. And so we did. By 5:20 pm. we saw only 2 mochinuts were left! Two!!!! Kiddo was excited nonetheless. We took the 2 last ones and paid $7. Well, that didn't match the price on the screen... We did witness a pick-up order after we bought ours, so putting in an order was a better option. Well, once in the car, I heard snacking sounds... and 1 was instantly devoured. No clue what it was nor how it tasted... only thing we know was that it had a peach candy on it. The other mochinut would be for my other kiddo. I got 2 bites. What appears to be a flower shape attached donut holes, colorful and sweet looking treat is differently in consistency. The texture is like the mochi name says; satin soft but chewy. Most liked. Other kiddo didn't like the chewy texture. The reason for 4 stars are that they didn't had any more or options of making more, and all more than an hour before closing time. And the other thing is that it didn't match the price on their menu. They should update it, as it did says October 2021.
google avatar

Felecia I.

Yelp
My first time trying mochi donuts! I loved their slightly chewy texture, like what you would expect from eating mochi. And the cute ring shapes! Each donut bead can be torn apart easily and allows for easy sharing. My favorites so far are latté and churro. I didn't love that these could only be sold as sets of 3, 6 or 12. If you want to try one or two, for example, you're out of luck. Be prepared to spend a minimum of $9 if you're curious about mochi donuts.
google avatar

Ly N.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of the Mochi donuts here! I've been here a few times and always am excited because of the rotating flavors. The donuts have the exactly texture I look for with Mochi donuts - chewy, crispy outside, and not too greasy. My recommendations for the donuts are to stay away from the flavors that include a glazed top if you don't like your sweets too sweet. The glazed donuts are always sweet, kinda thick, mainly good, but I have had one that I really disliked (pistachio) and had to pick off the glaze from the donut. The presentation of the box and donuts is super cute. The Korean grocery store which is the store is located in is a little less cute. There is plenty of parking, so easy to quickly pick up your donuts and go.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
This is a very instagramable place but also a very delicious and unique dessert spot in Austin. The donuts are very pretty to look at and they have a lot of different flavors on rotation. These donuts are very easy to share unlike traditional donuts. You taste that it's a little bit chewy and a bit more content than regular donuts. It makes it more satisfying to eat when you can slowly enjoy it. My favorite, surprisingly, was the strawberry matcha drink! It was the perfect sweetness and you can taste strawberry and matcha at the same time. It tastes like they used quality ingredients and really thought about the ratio of the drink. You can only buy the donuts in 3's, half a dozen, or full dozen. I wish they can let you buy one donut since 3 is a lot. We couldn't finish all 3 since it was really sweet by the end of it. This spot is located inside a asian supermarket on the side along with other food stalls. They have seating inside but not the most aesthetic, like their donuts. Parking is not a problem since it's outside of a grocery store. We came on a saturday morning around 12pm and there were a few people in front of us so the wait is not bad at all.

Arunima G.

Yelp
Best donuts hands down. They remind me of the donuts I had in japan!! Highly recommend but go at least an hour before close because they start to run out
google avatar

Nasiah R.

Yelp
I ordered the churro, dragon fruit, and ube donuts. I really liked the texture of the donuts. The donuts weren't super sweet but it was the perfect amount of sweetness. I was originally only looking to purchase one donut so it was surprising when I realized I had to get a set of 3. The donuts were pretty good but I wasn't blown away.
google avatar

Savanna D.

Yelp
OMG I can't believe I found out these things exist!! And I'm kind of worried because of how addictive they are lol! That perfect texture when you bite into a mochi donut... They make them fresh every day and always have new flavors to try!
google avatar

Marissa T.

Yelp
So happy to see mochi donuts in Austin! I was nervous they would have sold out by the time I got off work, but they weren't. The donuts are good and had the exact textures I was looking for! I think my only issue was the frosting, with one bite the frosting cracked and came off the whole donut. I was pretty sad about that, but will continue to support them when i see a flavor I like!
google avatar

Ashley O.

Yelp
Great find inside Hana's World Market! They are one of my favorite mochi donut spots as they always have a rotation of fun flavors. Boba is decent and comes in cute packaging. A fun, sweet treat to grab afterwards!
google avatar

Cassandra B.

Yelp
I love the selection of flavors they rotate on a weekly basis. The Thai iced tea is really good too.
google avatar

michella s.

Yelp
The donuts were great, amazing flavor. only a little too sweet for me but the flavor made up for it. Only complaint is I was only going to buy one, so I was surprised when they said I had to buy 3. I liked the little details of the sourpatch kid candy and mini rice krispie on them. Overall I recommend!
google avatar

Parnika S.

Yelp
I fell in love with these! The crunchy exterior and the chewy interior were perfect! My favorite thing that I tried was the pineapple jam-filled ball. So much deliciousness in one bite! I also liked the potato corn dog and the ramen corn dog. Everything that we ordered came out perfect! I 100% recommend these!
google avatar

Yelp
We finally made it over to @mochinut_atx and loved the donuts! We tried the horchata, vanilla chai, and Java chip... the donuts were fantastic, chewy, and perfectly sweet. The Ube boba tea was good... nice and creamy. 4 out of 5 stars... . My only negative was that I got charged $1.50 for a larger box because they "didn't have" the smaller box for 3... then the next cashier pulled out the smaller box for the next person in line. Why should I have to pay because you didn't want to take 10 seconds to get a smaller box put together. By the time I checked out with the box and the tip I was $20 in... . Location was inside the Hana Grocery store.
google avatar

Yelp
I am a huge fan of mochi donuts so I was excited to find that Austin opened a Mochinut! The location is inside of Hana world so there is ample parking out front. Mochi donuts are soft and squishy and are always accompanied by unique and delicious flavors! The way that they are shaped also make it super easy to split them up if you're looking to share. Mochinut rotates their flavors weekly so keep that in mind if you are going there looking for a specific flavor. You can visit their Instagram account @mochinut_atx where they post weekly flavors. The donuts are sold in a 3, 6, or 12 pack. They also have boba drinks you can order. There are still soooo many flavors I would love to try so you know I will definitely be back (more than once)!

Yelp
I'm such a fan. This was one of the places where I tried Mochinut (and mochi donuts in general) for the first time - and I think I'm addicted. The packaging is soooo cute, and the flavors are so fun and interesting. I've tried Mochinut in at least two different locations now, and they seem to keep their donuts at room temperature after baking, probably to preserve the icing's appearance (?). I can safely say that I still really like the doughnuts at room temperature or even after refrigeration lol. The flavors do rotate weekly, so I recommend following them on Instagram or Facebook (not sure if they have one at this time) to know what's in store for next week. I think the flavors can be better on some weeks than others, but the donut itself is the same unique spongy, bouncy, slightly chewy texture. I daresay I prefer the mochi donuts from this chain than this other place I've had before - but you didn't hear this from me. I know not everyone likes mochi donuts as much as I do (at least that's how it is between my friends and myself), but they're so unique, flavorful, and just sweet enough. I think I'm addicted. I'm in love with their guava flavor so far. That one's a must-try if you see it!

Yelp
I've wanted to try this place for a long time so it was my mid week treat! It's a little hard to find since it's inside the Hana World food court and not outside like google map may lead you to believe. You have to get a minimum set of three so we got the churro, (the best out of the three), Oreo (not bad but nothing exciting) and funnel cake(not great, barely sweet). I enjoyed the texture of the mochi donut as it is something not commonly found, if you're bored of regular donuts I'd recommended stopping by here for the churro ones which strike a good balance between sweet and not overpowering. Felt overpriced so probably won't the back but glad I got to try it.

Yelp
We love anything Japanese and have been looking forward to trying Mochinut. They did not disappoint. They had 6 flavors to choose from and we opted to buy one of each. As some reviews noted there are some flavors that lack flavor but we only came across one - the churro. The remaining flavors we bought were really good. - pistachio, strawberry banana, s'mores, vanilla latte, and ube cherry. I would not be buying often but very much worth the one or two time visit a year.

Yelp
It was neat to try the different flavors. I personally like the texture of mochi so I enjoy this type of donut, although I know it's not everyone's cup of tea. My only gripe is that they run out so fast They are pricey, but even a small box of donuts is enough to feed a few people with a craving. :)

Yelp
Mochinut is the dessert we've been waiting for! It's Japanese rice cake (mochi) and American style doughnuts which originated in Hawaii. Located inside the Korean market, Hana World. Order 3 doughnuts for $9 or 6 for $16. They're not as cheap as regular doughnuts! But it's fun to eat; rip off each bite of you want. And it's got a nice chewy texture. I really liked the red bean! The flavors change periodically, so check their Instagram for updates and possible deals :)

Yelp
You'll have to go inside Hana World in order to get to this spot, which is right next to Hanayoree. The donuts are really tasty; I ate one churro and one funnel cake in one sitting I do wish that there are a bit more flavors rather than just 6, but since they rotate flavors, that's their way of making sure that you keep coming back to them

Yelp
Not bad but the freshness was lacking. I've had this brand in other states and I like it fresh and or warmed up. Not much of a selection and those prepared weren't in heated cases so everything was cold. They cost about $3 each so definitely overpriced for what you get. It's in an Asian (Hana Market) market so it is hard to find and you'll have to park and go inside to locate it. I think it could be better if the location was in a more populous area and if they kept the product warm. A drive thru would be great too. Cute packaging and the donut itself wasn't too sweet. The icings were on the sweet side so I would adjust that a bit or scrape it off. I hear the flavors rotate but I didn't care for any of the icings so it wouldn't matter to me. I guess I would go back if I need a donut fix but given the location and cold product, it most likely would never happen unless it was the only place available. It's a shame because other locations are pretty darn delicious! Note the signage was very basic. The kitchen itself and packaging are top notch but everything else is only mediocre. The sign says more than a donut and other locations sell corn dogs but this one sold only donuts.

Yelp
Some flavors are a bit odd, but the mango one was soooo good! They have a chewy texture and it's very satisfying.

Yelp
I was excited to try this place out since all the mochi donut flavors sounded and looked good. I got a box of 6 mochidonuts in strawberry shortcake, java chip, matcha, vanilla chai latte, horchata churro, and funnel cake. The donuts are soft and more chewy than your average donut, which is an interesting texture. The donut is like a ring with 8 "balls" that you can pull apart and eat. The donuts and the box they came in looked cute and pretty. However, the flavors weren't that impressive and weren't as flavorful as expected. The Java chip was probably the best one out of the whole box. It had a Java coffee flavored glaze and topping. The matcha flavor was decent and came with a chocolate dipped pocky stick. The strawberry shortcake flavor just tasted like your basic strawberry glazed donut. The vanilla chai latte didn't have any chai flavor at all to it and was a little too sweet. The horchata churro also didn't have much of that horchata or churro cinnamon flavor that I was looking for and tasted rather plain. Lastly the funnel cake flavor was pretty plain tasting itself. I also got an ube flavored milk tea with boba. The taste was very artificial tasting. I've had much better ube and taro flavored milk teas elsewhere. Overall, Mochinut was a bit more lackluster than I would have liked and for the prices paid.
