I visited this place during the soft opening and ordered a dozen of the donuts for "scientific purposes." Placing an order was an absolute delight for introverts and antisocial snackers alike, there was no human interaction, no judgment, just a screen with the compassion of a vending machine. It didn't beg for confirmation when I ordered 12 donuts, and when I added a few more, it didn't question my sanity. It simply accepted me. A true ally.
About the donuts: fresh. Legit fresh. I was there for the holy instance of watching donuts being dipped right into the glossy, dreamy cream glazes. If you have a soft spot for donuts with high gooey drama, I suggest you have it within 5 minutes of being served. If it is a firmer, more "I have my life together" texture? Then you have to wait for 15 minutes, and the glaze still hardens just right. Still dangerous, Still delicious.
But the tragedy is every single time I have gone to get one after work time, they have already sold out. Full of hope and end-of-day exhaustion, I step into the place, and when I walk out, I have nothing apart from a vague scent of sugar. It is like my motivation on a Monday morning.
