Moi

"Moi is a small yet decidedly smart restaurant which stands out for its quality in the Fleming district in north-west Rome. With years of culinary experience behind him, Thomas uses modern techniques to prepare dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients which can change on a daily basis, including meat, fish, vegetables and herbs, all of which are full of flavour and reasonably priced." - Michelin Inspector

That place is not a restaurant, it's a journey, an adventure... We had the 7 courses blind menu with the 6 glasses of assorted wine and a one in the life experience. The food is absolutely amazing. If you plan to take the 7 course, make sure you are hungry because it's a lot of food. The tiramisu was absolutely stunning.... The sommeliere and the waitress were super kind and dynamic, the place is small but it doesn't feel like it and even when full with music playing, it's not too loud and very enjoyable. Probably the best restaurant I've been in my life.

I came to Moi following the Michelin Guide and unfortunately my personal experience did not live up to the expectation. The food is fall short in bringing unique and flavorful taste. We ordered the shrimp appetizers that remind me a lot of the Thai green tomyum. The mushroom with tuna is average. I was not a fan of the mixed pasta texture that comes with rock fish and saffron. The tiramisu that comes only with mascaporne and cocoa powder (instead of with ladyfinger bread as usual) is also not my preference. The restaurant interior and atmosphere is rather cozy and homy. However, imo, the chairs was odd. The do not suit the fine dining elegante vibe the restaurant is following.

Went there for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was small and cozy. We had the tasting menu (7 courses), and it was delicious. Love: the bread (it’s warm!!) with olive oil, beef tartare, mushroom pasta, lamb pasta, tuna steak! The tiramisu was great! (I really liked it, best tiramisu during our trip in Italy) The birthday cake is tasty too! We were so full.

I took the tasting menu and it was really good. Every dishes we're differents and I felt like the Chef was trying new ideas and is very creative. The wine pairing was also well done and of course the Tiramisu was amazing! Service was also good, wife and husband are making a good team! Good Job guys

A small, intimate restaurant in Rome. We found this place from the Michelin guide, under the bib gourmand list and while it is a small commute away from the city centre (about 30-40 mins by public transport), it was worth it. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious - fine dining while staying true to Italian dishes and flavours. My personal favorites dishes were the goat ragu pasta, beef tartare and their tiramisu.

Stupendous cuisine: most dishes in the tasting menu were flawless. The tasting menu holds up against menus I’ve tasted at Michelin-starred restaurants at twice the price. One minor quibble: the asparagus risotto was oversalted. Overall, I can’t emphasize enough the tremendous value Moi offers. Congratulations and best wishes to the kitchen. I couldn’t photograph all 7 dishes of the tasting menu because of the light, but here are photos of the ceviche, the beef carpaccio, the tomato tart, the asparagus risotto, and the square spaghetti with saffron. Service was friendly and elegant, and the opposite of rushed.

High quality food ingredients. The ambience was very cozy in a romantic way, perfect for dating or having dinner with your partner. The waiters were very well instructed and knew what they were talking about.

Really amazing food. Only the duck from the tasting menu was chewy. I enjoyed every second at this place. Servers very nice as well. The only downside was the fact that the two tables outside, near the windows, were placed on a grill, which made it almost impossible for me to walk on in high heels.
