"Brooklyn Ramen is located inside the Maruichi grocery store, and it’s the only place we know about that serves ramen made with wagyu beef. The broth is lighter than we’re used to, but not in a bad way - you just have to prepare yourself for a different type of ramen experience. That lightness extends to even the tonkatsu bowls though, so if you’re looking for a really rich broth, you might want to head elsewhere." - Joel Ang

Can I be a permanent returning customer? Next time I want a full jar of kimchi from this place 😂 so sour and refreshing I could eat it everyday, I get the chicken bibimbap and it feels great to be a loyal customer 🫡, ps. Here is a picture of my dog in the cone of shame

I ordered Mojo for delivery via Uber and while my courier was amazing, I was devastated to open my Ramen Noodle Soup and have no broth. Only 1 of my ramens came with broth and the other did not. I'm not sure how one is meant to eat soup without the soup part. The ramen that was able to be eaten was good from my friend's report but unfortunately I wouldn't know what my Spicy Ramen was meant to taste like. Will likely not be ordering from here again as paying for soup and not receiving the main component of said soup is discouraging.

Slightly above average for delivery ramen. I like how it comes with half a seasoned egg I dislike how little soup comes with the standard order, barely one cup of liquid. The quality of the broth, noodles, and pork is fine. I wish there were more scallions and less corn. Mojo includes a dumpling in the ramen that seems a bit unnecessary. It’s odd that chashu pork is less expensive than an extra half a seasoned egg. The takeout menu shows a piece of seaweed but the soup doesn’t actually come with it.

Food was good for its price point! Nothing crazy but it tasted good and is affordable. The thai tea was surprisingly really good and the boba was sweet and chewy - I recommend it. Staff was very attentive and kind!

Got a takeout order and was really impressed! The mojo ramen broth was extremely flavorful and the chashu pork was tender and delicious. The noodles were also quite good even though I got a delivery and so they couldn't serve the noodles in the broth, I had to add it myself after reheating it. Worth the price and I'd recommend it to anyone nearby, even to be delivered!

Yikes the quality of meat here is abhorrent. I wouldn’t feed my own dog this kind of fatty, gristly, low quality chicken. Jesus even wagamama uses quality chicken breast - not these leftover, mall-grade scraps. Ew.

I was really very excited about a new local ramen place! Back in LA I lived near Little Osaka, so I come from a place with tons of amazing ramen restaurants. Unfortunately, Mojo Ramen missed the mark completely. I went with friends who ordered the spicy ramen, I had the Mojo ramen. The first sign that something was wrong was when I heard the microwave going off a few times. When we got our bowls I understood why: it looks like they put the noodles in broth into the microwave! The gyoza too. The broth was warm, not hot, and not even steaming. The noodles were way overdone and kept getting cut by the chopsticks. I have made better instant ramen at home. Additionally, the restaurant was completely empty when we came in, I guess the word has spread? So why 2 stars? The pork spring roll was okay, but definitely lacking in pork. Sorry guys, I won't be coming back

Not real ramen. Broth was heated in containers and microwaved like warm and transfer to bowl. 2 Chopsticks were sticky and dirty and left a black residue on the napkin after I tried wiping it. Ended up dining with disposal wooden chopstick. Plenty of better ramen further up or down the street….
