We got the super bowl w/birria and the carne asada plate. Both were excellent! I especially loved the great variety of vegetables in the super bowl, which were perfectly cooked. We’ll be back! Also we appreciate that they cut down on plastic waste by serving food with reusable plates and utensils.

Absolutely some of the best Mexican food in town. Beautifully plated on beautiful unique hand painted plates, incredible Mole Enchiladas, vegan and meat options are both fantastic! Great guacamole, super tasty tacos on really nice tortillas, amazing flavor and high quality food with delicious hot sauce to top it all off. Consistently amazing every time!

This Mexican food truck has amazing food with some of the best prices around Portland, especially for Prost/Mississippi area. The Burritos are $10 and huge. Almost all the tacos are only $3.50 and they have so much flavor and are loaded with meat. If you are looking for great tacos in Portland I highly recommend stopping here. I got the Mole, Pastor, Tinga Pollo, and carnitas. All of them were exceptionally flavorful and large. When you eat in at the food truck pod you actually get real silverware and plates which makes the experience nicer.

Went to this location and had great service, definitely made me want to return. Unlike the Alberta location, these folks actually appreciate your business here. Clearly marked vegan options on the menu make this place awesome. The vegan soyrizo burrito is yummy and big enough to split. Warning- a couple dogs were allowed off leash in the dining area and caused some aggressive barking and the owners were totally oblivious. I wouldn’t bring my dogs here.

This might be my favorite Mexican restaurant in Portland. Extremely well made dishes that have a homemade feeling to them. Everything I had was delicious. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes.

I’ve come to this Mole Mole location several times and have tried a few of the vegan items on their menu but the vegan soy curl burrito is my favorite. Generally, their prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the food is good so I like coming here. However on this one occasion (again out of many times coming and ordering the same burrito), I found animal meat in my burrito. I’m a little disappointed that the cooks weren’t more careful but I know that coming to a place where they have veg and non-veg options means I’m taking a risk. I understand sometimes accidents happen but I just wanted to post this review as a small warning to others but also as a message to the business owners that I hope your employees will be more careful! Anyway, thanks for the delicious food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Mexican food cart, and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding - the staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to help me navigate the menu. Speaking of the menu, it was filled with a wide selection of authentic Mexican cuisine that made it difficult to choose just one dish. I ended up ordering tacos and the pozole, and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and authentic, and each bite was a burst of Mexican goodness. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and truly satisfying. Not to mention, the portion sizes were generous and left me feeling completely satisfied. What really impressed me was the quick service. Despite the large crowd, my order was prepared and served in a timely manner, allowing me to enjoy my meal without any unnecessary delays. The efficiency of the staff was truly commendable, and it added to the overall pleasant dining experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this food cart. With such great food, service, and atmosphere, it's no surprise that I am eager to try more items from their menu. I highly recommend this Mexican food cart to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic dining experience. 5 stars all the way!

It looks like this food cart added another location in addition to the one on Alberta Street. The mole mole enchiladas are fantastic and so are the tacos. There's a large menu here that I'd like to keep exploring. Like the other location, this place had fun colorful plates and reasonable prices. One of the better Mexican spots in Portland!
