This is the flavor our majestic mountainous Northwest deserves—and what Jackson Hole has been missing (but hopefully not for too long).
As someone who deeply respects Nepal’s history and believes in democratic values, I don’t use the word “king” lightly. And when a place chooses to carry that name, you expect them to live up to it. Momo King does exactly that.
These momos? Unapologetically Nepali. The texture, the spices, the soul—it’s all there. Every bite brought me back home. The variety of chutneys hit just right, and the jhol (soup) was rich, comforting, and legit. This is not a watered-down imitation—it’s authentic flavor done with love.
Seattle is lucky to have Momo King, and I truly hope this kind of quality makes its way to Jackson Hole soon. This is what the Northwest mountains are meant to taste like.
Thank you @momoking1 for bringing that heat, heart, and heritage to the table.
