Moms Coffee

Came in here for lunch and ordered a full size chipotle chicken panini. It was more than enough to fill me up, they were also flexible with deli meat substitutions which I appreciated. My coworker ordered a breakfast sandwich, a pastry, and a coffee and enjoyed it all. It has a college town vibe and I appreciated how quiet and chill it was. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t know if the young lady behind the bar was having an off day. We weren’t offered a size for our latte. She auto charged us a large which tasted like pure milk. We had to purchase an extra shot which still did not fix the taste. I kindly asked for the drink to be remade to which she scoffed. I shouldn’t be forced to pay for a drink you messed up. I even tried fixing it by purchasing and extra shot. Sadly we ordered food too. The feeling was awkward after the baristas rolled eyes and scoffs about the drink. To add insult to injury, my breakfast sandwich was burnt. I kindly asked for the sandwich to be remade. More scoffs. The sandwich was remade and was not burnt but now the opposite, the egg was cold. The remake of our latte was good. We really wanted to like this place but not to be treated this way. We tipped 18% too. Darn.

Very cute and neat place run by college students, evidently. It was worth the brief stalking for parking. Reasonably priced

All the staff couldn’t stop touching their phones every 5 minutes. Was served a burnt sandwich probably because she was sitting around on her phone which already is pretty gross as I didn’t see her wear gloves or wash her hands.

A little local gathering spot, they have some really amazing drinks and baked goods. And it seems they support local artisans by carrying their products for sale (jewelry, gift items, totes etc). There's always parking behind the shop if the front is too busy.

My favorite coffe place. It's so cozy and the drinks and great. I always get a different drink and it never disappoints. But the white chocolate pistacho is my fave. The breakfast croissants are amazing. The place has free wifi and charging spots to work. The bathroom is nice and clean. The baristas are always nice and have good recommendations. Great spot to come alone or with friends.

I went into mom‘s coffee to get a scone and I would like to get it heated up. I paid and sat down and 15 minutes later they forgot about me and they pulled out the scone out of the toaster oven and it was completely burnt and they still handed it to me, I know mistakes can happen but at least one up to your mistakes and reheat another one.

I was only there for a cup of coffee. This is a nice, clean, small facility. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. It's hidden in a plaza across from NMSU.

Great coffee with comfy seats and great atmosphere, what more can you ask for. They had some delicious looking pastries which we didn't get to try this time but looking forward to it next time. They also had oat milk alternative. Highly recommend!

Cute coffee shop, super comfortable to just be at. The service was great. I got a matcha latte and it was so well done. I keep meaning to go back, but I just have not yet had the chance. However, I do plan to and do recommend.

Mom's has it going. We were staying in the NMSU area, on our way to Arizona. We needed a coffee shop with breakfast items to begin our day. Yelpers led us to Mom's. Great menu. Quality products. Great staff, all college kids. Clean. Another score.

I went in today for the first time to study and I got a honey iced latte and a breakfast sandwich. Both were amazing and the person helping me at the register was so sweet! The ambiance was perfect for studying also, this is definitely one of my go to coffee places now

Great little place. Servers are very polite and knowledgeable. The food is amazing breakfast, lunch or sandwiches for dinner. Absolutely delicious and a favorite of my family.

Ordered a small latte and a breakfast sandwich. Coffee is fine, nothing wrong with it. Sandwich is lacking on the bacon front with only one paper thin slice, but it still tastes fine. I also ordered a lemon bar and a pecan brownie. I'm definitely looking forward to trying those later! edit: lemon bar is a bit lackluster (though a great size) but the brownie is delicious!

Quick pit stop at Mom's Coffee for breakfast en route from El Paso to Tucson. Other reviews note the excellent coffee and they are right. Terrific egg sandwich on a bagel with Hatch chilis ("This is New Mexico, after all," the server said.). Cute, quirky decor, along with friendly and quick service, sent me on my way with a smile.

Wide selection of teas and coffees, paninis, deserts, and breakfast. Fast service and fun atmosphere. Never been disappointed! They occasionally have an open mic night on Friday evenings.

Stopped by this local coffee shop on my way thru the city and its adorable! Specialty coffee and treats, handmade jewelry and other knit items for sale made this coffee shop a better experience than the Starbucks across Th street. Love supporting local businesses and this was no exception. They have a variety of espresso drinks, dairy alternatives and all the bells and whistles a hometown coffee place should. Keep up the positive attitudes and cheery demeanor!

I'm blown away by the amazing customer service I received from Mom's Coffee. I inquired about gingerbread man cookies via the Las Cruces Curbside Food and Restaurants page and Mom's Coffee chimed in stating they could make them. I then had a wonderful interaction with Pat to ensure the cookies were individually wrapped and they were the size, design, etc that I needed. I picked them up today and they are perfect!

Sandwiches are good! Service can be a little slow. But the kids that work there are very nice. Coffee is good. Desserts are good. Really good yogurt. Overall a nice place for a quick bite. A huge college community in the area. Is located in a nice plaza. Is a small place inside but has tables and window bar table.

Excellent sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Delicious coffee and tea drinks. Chill atmosphere with excellent music. Great service from friendly staff. One of my favorite University locations.

Cutest coffee shop I've been too! Very welcoming & unique! The coffee was good, I just wish I knew how to order so it wouldn't be bitter lol. The chocolate chip muffin was **Chefs kiss** ! If you like a lot of chocolate and a good chocolate chip muffin then that's it! I will be visiting again!

Absolutely love Mom's coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing, as are the iced lattes, and Italian sodas! Everything has been very tasty and the atmosphere is very homey and welcoming. One of my favorite spots in Las Cruces.

Great atmosphere, coffee and breakfast. I had an iced Carmel Mocha and the maple bacon waffle. The waffle was moist and very tasty. I would definitely come back the next time I visit Las Cruces

Clean, pleasant, not-Starbucks-burned coffee. Glad I found it on a road trip! I've stopped in twice in the past two weeks on trips between Texas and AZ.

In line my wife and I talked about how it's hard to mess up a Caprese Sandwich...HOWEVER a kitchen CAN "turn a Caprese Sandwich up to 11!" So it's a remarkable thing to consider that this is EASILY the BEST CAPRESE SANDWICH I have ever tasted. Panini-style to perfection with almost a "non disruptive" pesto and amazing mozzarella- regret not getting the large. Nice space, nice people, good coffee (iced americano) too. Loved it.

I swung in here after ordering through Yelp while going through the Chick-fil-A drive through. They had my coffee ready and made correctly. The staff was friendly and coffee was made to perfection! I love supporting the small businesses.

Super cute and nice atmosphere. The staff was very nice and helpful since it was my first time going :) I got a chai with pumpkin and it wasn't terrible just had an orange flavor to it. But the muffin I got was so good and huge! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a local coffee shop :)

Nice little coffee shop that was a pretty cool vibe and decor. Service is really good, the people are always super friendly and nice no matter who helps you. The muffins are incredible, especially the lemon and the chocolate chip! The lattes/espresso drinks are really reasonably priced, however they won't be as large as something you might order at Starbucks. They also have a punch card which is ideal if you're a frequent patron. One thing I would add is that they don't have a huge selection of sugar-free syrups, in fact they only have two, so that might bother some people.

We love moms coffee. Our favorite is the avocado toast and rose Italian soda. The pastries are delicious too. My only problem is I spend way too much money there

I've been going to Mom's coffee for months now and I usually order the chicken pesto panini. Unfortunately, today I found several small thin hairs on my food. This had never happened before but it was pretty disgusting and I am confident I won't be able to eat their food ever again (unfortunately). Called and provided feedback already.

I love Mom n Pop coffee shops and this one is really cool. The atmosphere is very chill and easy to carry a conversation in. The service is awesome, everyone is extra friendly. The baked goods are delicious and my go to drink is Lavender Italian Soda. It's VERY GOOD! I love how Mom's has community events, they don't just cater to students they make everyone feel welcome! We have decided to come here on Tuesday afternoons for coffee and conversation.

I can't give it 5 stars without trying the food which I haven't done yet. The coffee and tea drinks are great, service is good, there are different kinds of chairs, way more seating than Becks, including comfy chairs and a sofa. Perfect spot for working because the conversations are at a low volume and the jazz hop being played is unobtrusive.

This is my all time favorite coffee shop and its proximity to nmsu makes it a perfect place to grab lunch or study when I dont feel like going to the library. Their paninis are the greatest thing I've ever eaten and I'm an annoyingly picker eater. You can build your own panini and when i first tried one i was just expecting it to be a regular chicken panini but it was sooo good! I recommend getting the green chilis and all the other veggies. I usually get the small but its a decent size and fills me up. They have tons of different coffee flavors you can add to your beverage and I love getting the rose coffee. The decor is absolutely adorable and if you arent a student doing work you can still come in and play with the board games avaliable or read the books they have! It's never too crowded inside so the noise level is enjoyable. Highly reccomend this place!

Best matcha latte I've ever had. Can't really give a 5 star because I haven't tried their food but the food sounded delicious and I cannot wait to go back and try it along with more drinks! The atmosphere is definitely relaxed, chill, welcoming.

Very cool unique atmosphere! Wasn't what to get so the employee suggested something amazing. Iced Horchata tea latte. Right up my alley. Come check it out. You won't be sorry.

Was enjoying this place had been in a few times. I know it hasn't been around too long, so decided to give my support and business. ...until I noticed they reduced the Size of their brownie..ok no big deal. Next visit in their single cookieI went up by 50 cents AND deceased in Size by half! Wow, bad business especially since you're new. Good luck won't be back. I can bake and make coffee.

Every time I have visited Mom's Coffee, it's always been a pleasant escape from the real world. Warm and cozy vibes, inviting atmosphere, NMSU affiliate discounts, loyalty punch cards, one of the few places in Las Cruces that has a vegan breakfast option (avocado toast), and they nail my drink order every time!

I was with family and visiting Las Cruces and looking for a place for breakfast. We had waffles, croissants, breakfast sandwich. All were so fresh and yummy. It was a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. If we didn't have so many plans I could have hung out there all day and not felt pressured to leave. I will definitely go back when in Las Cruces.

My fiancé and I visited Mom's coffee on a rainy day, and it didn't disappoint. The coffee is delicious. They have tons of coffee flavor options to choose from! For this being a coffee shop (mainly), the food did not disappoint. I got the avo toast and my fiancé ordered When Pigs Fly panini. Highly recommend! Las cruces needed a coffee shop like Mom's Coffee. :)

My favorite coffee shop in town! The coffee is great, & even better the food. If you've got a chance try the When Pigs Fly, and their waffles. The staff is also so awesome and so sweet! It's the perfect environment for music, coffee with a friend, or to get some work done.

Stopped here en route from Texas to California, and wanted a bite to eat and coffee for the road. Delicious, fresh vegetarian sandwich and tasty vanilla lavender latte. Super friendly customer service and cute, relaxing atmosphere. If I had time, it would be a cozy place to read a book or do work on my laptop. Highly recommend this spot in Las Cruces! Will most definitely stop again on my next visit in the area.

My sister and I went this morning for much needed food , coffee and tea. We both had the breakfast sandwich made with egg, delicious bacon and cheese. Yogurt with blueberries too. Everything was so good! We will be back!

Mom's Coffee is a great place to stop in for coffee. They have a good menu and snacks to enjoy with your coffee and the service is excellent. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere makes for a good place to get away from the crowds.

Mom's has great lattes and light breakfasts. The servers are great and always polite. A nice place to meet for coffee before class.

This is an adorable coffee shop. My latte was delicious, the cookie a friend and I shared was even better (and homemade). The two girls working were amazingly friendly and wonderful. I don't live locally and now wish my town had a Mom's Coffee. I'll be stopping back any time I visit.

Excellent espresso. Haven't tried the other drinks but a double espresso and praline scone were perfect. Nice relaxing atmosphere with WiFi.

A good coffee shop, the coffee was very good and service was great. I've not tried there food as yet but will; the menu looks good so I've no reason to think at this writing the food would be poor. The only negative I would say at this point is the place is small and can only hold a handful of people. Bottom line if you want a good cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere you will not be disappointed.

What a wonderful surprise to have found this place! The coffee was delicious and the pastries incredible. The service was efficient and friendly and is a much better option than Starbucks on all fronts. I am from Albuquerque but went two days in a row while in Las Cruces. I will definitely be back!
