A Fan Favorite Brunch Spot Closes After 10 Years | Eater Vegas

"Opened in Henderson in 2015, this compact weekend brunch spot quickly drew long lines—sometimes an hour or more—on Saturday and Sunday mornings and operated for nearly a decade before closing permanently on Monday, May 28. It became known for both sweet and savory brunch dishes, notably Nutella s’mores French toast, Benedicts topped with pork belly, and crispy chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and Oaxacan cheese. Open five days a week from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., the menu also featured a skillet pancake with caramelized apple slices, a hangover burger with a fried egg, and a roasted-pork-and-gruyere sandwich on rye. A sign on the door and a Facebook message from chef-owner Javier Chavez thanked customers for their support." - Janna Karel

Both Kitchen Table restaurants offer free food for kids | Eater Vegas

"I learned from executive chef and owner Javier Chavez’s press statement that he felt it was his duty to support diners during these trying times, so Kitchen Table in Henderson is offering free meals for children 12 and under to diners who use the restaurant’s in-house delivery for $5 within a seven-mile radius; options include pancakes, waffles, the All American (two eggs, potatoes, buttered toast, and a choice of bacon or sausage), a quesadilla, or chicken tenders. There is a limit of two per household, and hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m." - Susan Stapleton

Amazing. We travel the world eating and the balance of tomatillos and Chile in the green Chile was best we've ever had. The pork in green Chile and the chilaquiles were both off the charts yummy. The homemade beans we could eat daily. If we lived nearby we would come here weekly. Also, don't miss the special drink of the day. The strawberry hibiscus cooler was delectable.

Mom's Kitchen serves up a delicious home made tasty breakfast at a very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is clean and staff are pleasant. They also have a fun beverage menu. Than you Wendy for your exceptional table service and friendly 😃 smile.

I had to try the country fried steak because the gravy is always a good tell if I'm going to like it... gravy was yummy! 😋 I think the jams they offered were homemade, blueberry and peach or apricot, they were 👍🏼 Small cozy place. They did give us a plate of beans and salsa with chips as a starter, odd, but I ate it up, lol!

Visiting from out of town, we were lucky enough to stumble upon Mom’s Kitchen, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. This small, family-owned spot has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re dining in someone’s home—not a surprise, given the name! The food was absolutely excellent—clearly made with love and care. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. But the real standout? The fresh-squeezed orange juice and the full juice menu. It’s rare to find juice this vibrant and refreshing—easily the best we’ve had anywhere. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this local gem. We’ll be back every time we’re in town!

✅ Rating: 4.6 / 5 🍽️ Food: The food at this place was delicious. I had the chilaquiles and pancakes. Both were great. The chilaquiles had the right texture and were not soggy. The green sauce is delicious. 👨‍🍳 Service: The service was great! The workers here are very attentive and will check up on you often. The name of the restaurant is called Mom’s Kitchen and it really does feel like they treat you like a welcomed guest. Great staff and service! 🏠 Location: The inside of the place has a minimal boutique vibe. It’s a little on the smaller side but there was no wait time when we came here for lunch on the weekend. ⭐️ Final Verdict: I think this is one of the top breakfast/lunch spots on this side of Henderson. The customer service and check ins throughout were great. Food tasted amazing. The cost of the meals is budget friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Truly Exceptional Breakfast Experience! From start to finish, Mom’s Kitchen provided an absolutely flawless morning. Stepping through the door, the ambiance was immediately welcoming—elegant yet comfortable, with perfect lighting and a pleasant buzz of happy customers. Our server was a true professional: attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food and drink pairings. Now, for the food! Every single dish we ordered was a masterpiece. The guacamole & chips were incredibly fresh, and the presentation of the main courses was stunning. I had the Steak Chilaquiles, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and served with exquisite accompaniments. My dining partner raved about the New York Steak & Eggs. We finished with the Strawberry Perdue, which was the perfect, rich conclusion to a magnificent meal. Mom’s Kitchen isn't just a meal; it's an experience. It is, without a doubt, the best breakfast/brunch establishment in the area. Highly recommend for a special occasion, or just a breakfast when you want guaranteed fantastic food and service. Five stars all the way!

Google
The food was amazing. The service was excellent. We sat at the bar as the rest of the restaurant was full and I must say it was worth it. We were served quickly and had our coffees within the first minute from when we sat down, also menus in hand. I ordered quickly as I already knew what I wanted. Chicken fried steak and M ordered eggs benedict. The place itself is very simple. Just like Mom's house. The service made you feel like you were dealing with family. made it a special as I was just taking M out for a quick breakfast on mother's Day. Our food arrived fairly quickly as if it was only a couple minutes from the time we ordered it. The food was amazing. The country, fried steak and the gravy, different yet familiar and what I mean. With that it, had a lot more sausages than I expected and the flavors were on point, the over easy eggs were correctly done and the potato hash browns completed the meal. M stated that her food was excellent. Also once it was time for the check it was quick, simple and we were out the door. I have to say one of my best experiences in a long time.

Yelp
Let me start by saying we are always greeted with such warmth. Wendy always takes care of us and is so kind, patient and sweet to our baby when we visit. We are frequent flyers to Moms and every time the food , atmosphere and staff is always so kind and great!

Yelp
Yelp! review #57 of 2025 Stopped in for a quick lunch and left stuffed and happy. Mom's is back to being our go-to spot! I ordered the chilaquiles (huge plate, perfect amount of sauce, crispy chips, tons of toppings) and added a side of steak cooked medium. Steak was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. My wife got the Buffalo chicken wrap and couldn't stop raving about it. Portions are legitimately massive; I'm a big eater and still couldn't finish everything, so I happily took the rest home and enjoyed round two later that night. Prices are very fair for the amount of food you get. Service has noticeably improved since our last few visits, friendly staff, food came out reasonably quick, no long waits like before. If you haven't been to Mom's in a while, give it another shot. Everything was fresh, tasty, and the whole experience felt like they've really stepped it up. We'll be back way sooner than last time! Highly recommend.

Yelp
First time in--a dice adventure but my choice. I had heard about this restaurant and decided to give it a shot, I called my brother who has a car (I don't) and in we went. Wendy was the waitress, she greeted us and was very friendly. We sat down at a small table and we were brought chips and salsa and beans which was different but nice. Wendy made sure we had coffee every time she came around. I ordered eggs and hashbrowns and my brother got chicken fried steak. The restaurant was cozy and was like... Americana... You know, Country music playing in the background, The American Flag hanging on the wall.. Not very big inside. But people kept coming in... So, from the time we ordered to the time we got the food it was 35 mins...which was a long wait... My hashbrowns were way overcooked so I didn't end up eating those :( The eggs were perfectly cooked. My brother's food was good, the portions were big he said.... I also ordered a Blueberry Watermelon refresher to go and that was amazing--he wanted the special, Pumpkin Bread pudding but it wasn't available, it wasn't cooked yet which I thought was a bit strange... why offer something that isn't available? I do not believe I will choose to go back but I will add it to the dice list and if the die brings it up, give it a second chance. Also there were no napkins or silverware on the table, I had to ask for those... We were the 2nd or third people in there as soon as they opened...Just small issues I guess... Like I said, I will go back if the die says to do so...

Yelp
I ordered an eggs over easy, sausage and toast. The eggs were overcooked, sausage was completely burned, my English muffin was not toasted. Service was poor, I got my coffee first but no cream, I had to get up and get it myself. The place is overpriced, for this meal $ 27.00 Never going back

Yelp
This place was packed on a Saturday morning. It was our first time there and it seems like they get a lot of regulars. I thought our wait time was a little long. But our server was very nice and checked on us frequently making sure our coffee was always topped off. I like that they use thick slices of bacon. My shredded pepper jack wasn't melted. There was also a hair in the water cup that was given to us. Our server apologized and got us a new cup. Parking is tight and the restaurant is packed with tables & no place to wait aside from a bench outside, they even have bar space for people to dine. Totally maxed. Restroom are his and hers.

Yelp
My husband and I were looking for a new breakfast restaurant, and I found this place on yelp. We decided to share the Huevos Rancheros. I liked this dish more than he did. It was odd that they don't serve any rice, beans, or tortillas. We got the green sauce, and it was really flavorful. It is served with a huge portion of guacamole on top. The complimentary chips, beans, and salsa that they served were delicious! I loved the red salsa. I doubt we will ever eat here again, but I'm glad we tried it.

Yelp
This place is great. Tucked in the corner of a plaza with ample parking, the outside looked inviting and clean. I opted to sit at the counter, grab some food and get some work done. Even before I could order coffee, they put beans and chips in front of me. So good. Service was prompt and friendly. Appreciated the great service and good recommendations. Opted for the chile verde. Will be back soon.

Yelp
Mom's Kitchen is a nice cozy family-owned restaurant in Henderson. You'll find them on Horizon and College Drive, hidden behind a fast food. There's good parking available. The restaurant is owned by Josh's grandmother. It initially opened in March 2020 but had to close and then reopened in January 2021. Since then, the place has been flourishing nicely with weekends being their most busiest. Inside is spacious and clean with ample seating and good music. Every table has condiments for flavoring and extra straws. Menu offers a nice selection of traditional breakfast plates like New York steak and eggs, Mexican dish, eggs benedict, omelettes, burritos & breakfast sandwich, buttermilk pancake, as well as lunch starter, salad, pasta, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, and kids menu. I ordered Walnut Strawberry Salad ($15.75) with shrimp (+$5), which is pretty good and very filling! It has a generous portion, plenty of vibrant mixed greens with chewy cranberries, crunchy walnuts, sweet strawberries and blueberries tossed in balsamic vinaigrette and has blue cheese crumbles. I tried with blue cheese but somehow it didn't quite match the salad. Personally, I think blue cheese goes perfectly well with Cobb salad because there's a pronounced savoryness from chicken and bacon. If there's fruit, feta cheese would be a more favorable choice to use in the salad because it balances the sweetness and texture. I also had Green juice ($9.75) which is absolutely delightful and super refreshing! It's like a smoothie with a beautiful blend of sweet pineapple, banana, celery, apple, a zest of ginger, spinach and fresh squeeze orange juice, so yummy and fantastic! Service from Josh is very kind, welcoming, attentive and friendly! I noticed my table was a little shaky. Josh is so polite and courteous, he saw the table moving before I mentioned, and came by to secure it so it doesn't shake, which I greatly appreciate! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality!

Yelp
We were so excited for our son's first football game of the season! The game was taking place across town in Henderson near our favorite breakfast place in all of Southern Nevada, Mom's Kitchen! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and immediately seated. The service is impeccable. They brought over complimentary chips and beans that are so yummy. Husband ordered the chilaquiles with red sauce. The serving was big! Even my half order of their delicious biscuits and gravy was large. Coffee was perfect. But the star of this breakfast was the strawberry hibiscus agua fresca!!! You must try! Thank you Mom's Kitchen for consistently making our breakfast visits a memorable experience.

Yelp
This place is phenomenal. We came because of the reviews and we will return because it is magnificent. The food is great, the vibe is awesome and the restaurant is run by people that are family or feel like it! Pictured below is the food we ordered minus the smoothie I drank. It was all phenomenal!

Yelp
Monday, 9:00 am, 6 adults. Not busy, but it took almost 30 minutes to get our orders taken, and another 45 minutes to get our food. When the food arrived the server stood at one end of the table and handed the hot plates to the person on the end to hand it down. The was plenty of room for the server to have moved around the table. The food was inconsistent. My son ordered a medium rare steak that was well done and half fat and gristle. My wife ordered crispy bacon (floppy), eggs (over down) and hash browns (undercooked and cold inside). My chilaquiles with steak were good, but again the steak was overcooked and gristly. Only my daughter enjoyed her turkey wrap and her dad liked his strawberry French toast. The restaurant is clean but plain. No decorations. I see no reason that we will ever return.

Yelp
Decided to give this place a try - We came here on a Monday around noon. There was no wait and place was not packed so we were seated promptly. Complimentary chips and bean dip was good, however, amount of chips given is not proportional to the number of people in the party (8 or 9 chips and the bean dip on a small plate) . We were unclear if we would be charged if we asked for more chips - no one informed us we could ask for more, and we didn't ask. My mom ordered the avocado toast which was good but nothing extraordinary. She also ordered the salmon omelette with egg whites - initially came not egg whites so they re-did it. Second time it came we noticed a stand of hair, so they re-did it again and my mom ended up just taking it to-go. My sister ordered the chicken pesto sandwich which was also good, but nothing extraordinary. Sweet potato fries were undercooked I ordered the sautéed onion and mushroom burger - It was a bit bland, it was not juicy but not that dry. The onions were a bit under sautéed. Personally, caramelized onions would be have been better for this burger. French fries were undercooked. Maybe it was an off day or maybe we ordered the wrong items (not their specialty) off the menu, but we were disappointed. Portions are adequate - not too big and not too small, just right. It is a bit overpriced. Perhaps the best thing we ordered were the smoothies. Good size (24oz) for $9.75 Service was good - no issue noted. Everyone was nice and friendly. Ambiance - spacious, well-lit and clean. Lots of parking as it is located in a strip mall. There are other breakfast/brunch places out there. Unless I am in the area, maybe I would give this place another chance and order something else.

Yelp
Food was just so so. Service was good. Very crowded, had to sit at counter but that was ok

Yelp
This place is amazing. The complimentary chips and beans are so good. Everything feels homemade and the people are extremely friendly and attentive. 10/10. Would go here anytime I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
Pumpkin waffle with sautéed fruit and crispy bacon at my favorite restaurant. This fall discover your new favorite kitchen.

Yelp
I really try to be understanding when it comes to dining experience, but I was appalled at the service received here. The goal was to enjoy a meal with my family before my mother leaves town, unfortunately that was not what happened. The food took 45 minutes from when we ordered, then when we got the food my eggs Benedict was missing.... Eggs... how do you forget eggs? A little confused, I proceeded to flag down the shift manager walking by because nobody really checked in on us for the 10 minutes after serving the food as I'm hunting for these 2 poached eggs that aren't present. The manager looks at my plate that has a sliver of egg yolk in the corner of the plate and proceeds to condescendingly gaslight me telling me there IS eggs on the plate. Now, astonished, after two more times telling her there is in fact not eggs on the plate she takes back her snarky remarks and rings me an EGGS Benedict with EGGS on it. Mind you the only service we are receiving is what is requested, she gets me my food in 5 minutes with soggy hash browns, and you guessed it, two poached eggs on my Benedict. Let me name about 5 more errors off the top of my head -the server brought my mother coke instead of coffee -we played the guessing game of food as the server doesn't even try to remember seat numbers -they proceeded to charge us for the eggs Benedict they managed to deliver without eggs then rudely tell me there wasn't eggs on it -they didn't even give me utensils back with the second Benedict order -the rest of the food was genuinely sub par whoever is the mom of moms kitchen would be disappointed in whatever this has turned into Genuinely take your money and cook food at your house this food you'd save yourself the headache that is mom's kitchen. My 100 year old grandma makes better food

Yelp
My favorite restaurant. I go 2-3 times a week and I always have the best service and their food is fresh and very good. It is always very clean and nice there. Their cranberry Turkey burger is so good with homemade cranberry sauce.

Yelp
Delicious breakfast! They offer a small chip and beans as an appetizer before your meal which also comes with home made salsa.

Yelp
Small-town feel, huge portions. Mom's Kitchen is a little Henderson restaurant which I finally made the time to check out today for breakfast. Occupying a decent-sized space on the SW corner of Horizon and College, it's bright and welcoming. So is the lady working the front of the house; she greeted everyone warmly, invited folks to sit where we'd like, and managed to take care of all the tables. I couldn't bring myself to try any of the exorbitantly pricy juices despite evidence that at least the OJ was freshly made in a juice, but I did grab a Coffee ($3.00). It was served hot and wasn't too bitter or acidic; I took it without creamer or sugar, so I didn't mind that it wasn't too aggressive. They brought out free chips and bean dip, plus a couple of salsas that seemed at least medium in spiciness. The chips seemed to be freshly cooked in house, or at least warmed up after being fried elsewhere. Checking in on Yelp, I noticed a check-in offer for free Biscuits and Gravy (normally $6.50 for the half-size order), so I took advantage of it and got a very hearty appetizer. The two biscuits were soft and similar in size to what you'd find at the McDonald's across the corner, but it was absolutely smothered in a rich white sausage gravy. This could serve as a light-medium breakfast if you're not too hungry. For my entree, I ordered the Country Fried Steak ($16.50) with my choices of sourdough toast, home potatoes, and two sunny side up eggs. The steak was crispy-battered and fork-tender, and it was topped with that same sausage gravy. The toast was just one slice, but it was crispy and you can get butter or jam if you'd like. The home potatoes, cooked with peppers and a bit of cheese, were noticeably underseasoned since everything else was balanced or light, meaning that there isn't anything to balance out the blandness. The eggs were cooked just fine, with one egg getting a harder fry on the white than the other. Mom's Kitchen is a good neighborhood restaurant. I don't see much to distinguish them from other breakfast/lunch spots aside from maybe a bit more Mexican influence on parts of the menu, but because they're the closest spot to home for me, I'm happy to have them as an option for when I want a hearty meal that's not from a chain.

Yelp
Been here multiple times now and every time has been excellent. I've tried multiple menu items and they've all been delicious and the service is always A1.

Yelp
Oh heck yeah, Yelp! You made my day recommending this place to me. I actually have breakfast a lot in the area, in a place that's kitty corner to this one. Don't get me wrong, I love that place, especially for their specialty coffees and baked French toast, but sometimes you want eggs. Sometimes you want chilaquiles and steak AND eggs. This first time coming in was one of those days and now that I know this place is here, it's getting added to the breakfast rotation for sure. We came in on a Saturday morning, around 1030AM. There were a few groups waiting ahead of us. When the person at the door took our names, he estimated about a 10-15 min wait. Not a problem at all. However, we waited less than 10 min! We sat in the back, next to the windows at a nice big table and very comfortable chair and banquette seat. The place is a bit sparsely decorated but they use the space well and it looks very, very clean. I actually like a bit of white walls and ceiling. Can't hide the dirt/dust from me then. Our server was just a great ball of energy. She was a bit swamped so she missed some stuff, like refills for our coffee, but there are quite a few people who check up on you, so it wasn't really an issue. The food is incredible. I loved the beans on the gratis plate of chips we got. The salsas are really good as well. I got green chilaquiles with an over easy egg and added steak. OMG! That steak was so freaking good. I have never has such good steak as a side like that before. I ate ALL of it. My husbands BYO burrito was really tasty as well.

Yelp
Came on a Saturday close to one and waited for 10 minutes before we got seated. Make sure to check in on the app to receive free biscuits and gravy! Starters the coffee was so good and biscuits and gravy! I got the avocado toast it was good. I've had better avocado toast. Previous reviews did say, a lot of people said, it was alright. But I wanted to give it a try. My friend ordered the French toast with a combo of eggs, hash brown, and ham. Said it also good. My husband did order the burger, although make sure it is cooked. Sadly, we did ask the waiter to take it back to re-cook the fries. I would like to come back there to try their lunch menu and breakfast again. Giving this place four stars the french fries were not cooked throughly.
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
The food is actually good, the problem is when we sat at our table. There were a couple of roaches at the foot of the table. I was going to get up and walk out, but the place was full and my wife didn't want the unwanted attention. So I decided to stay reluctantly! The wife gets embarrassed easily. Anyway half way through breakfast a roach was climbing up my ankle. I shook it off finished quickly and left. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Very disappointing!
google avatar

Karl G.

Yelp
We went there for a Friday brunch. I got the BLT and fries and they were very tasty. Service was okay, we still had to wait 40 ish for our meals and sodas. Ambiance fit the name, so it is comfortable. Overall 4/5

Yelp
Great breakfast/lunch restaurant! The hospitality is amazing and warm, service was prompt and the juices were fantastic! We ordered the BYO burrito with the seasoned potatoes and turkey sausage and it was plenty. The tortilla chips with the beans is a nice complimentary touch, very tasty.

Yelp
Las Vegas is swarming with restaurants, and I'm always on the hunt for the perfect one. The best breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The best cuisine. The best pizza. This time I wanted the best quality, made with love breakfast. And that's just what I got at Mom's Kitchen. I invited my cousin to breakfast, and we found ourselves trying this cute family diner. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the staff, and not long after you're in a seat. They give complimentary chips, beans, and salsa as you wait for your meal (cute!). My cousin and I shared the Vampiro which is a fresh juice made of OJ, carrots, beets, and ginger. I ordered the florentine Benedict and a single pancake & she had the veggie burrito. Both dishes came out hot & steamy! If you haven't given them a try, now's the time!!

Yelp
Great service & awesome food! The Chilaquiles with meat were the best. Home style cooking for sure. Great job.

Yelp
We stopped here on our way back home to California. This place has good vibes! The staff super friendly the moment we walked in! Got seated right away. The food was delicious! Tried the biscuits and gravy, chorizo burrito and the green chilaquiles! Big portions! We will definitely come back when in the area!

Yelp

Yelp
Good place. The service is great the family who owns the restaurant are extremely kind people. The food is okay, it's basic American/mexican breakfast. I'm not saying it's not good. But I'm not crazy impressed. I really don't like the drinks. If u sit at the counter "which I usually do" u see the drink of the day and 9 times out of ten it's shity. Pancakes and burritos are good. Along with some other things. It's not a shit place. It's just another breakfast/brunch place The ambience is good, it's a comfortable and safe environment. The family is super nice. I don't feel like I'm in a corporate company environment. I feel like I'm in grandmas kitchen. And you are. I like it but I'm just not impressed.

Yelp
We came by here on our way to Hoover Dam and everybody was super glad we did. I checked in and got a FREE biscuits and gravy. If I had received that before we ordered our meal they would have only sold three more biscuits and gravy. It was SO GOOD! Very unusual in that it has more like a hamburger meat, although I'm sure it has some sausage or pork in there. Again, it was so good. My daughter ordered the BLT and was so happy. She had actually ordered a salad but they were out of Romaine so she just threw something safe out there and it turned out to be such a good call. All she kept saying was how thick the bacon was. I ordered the birria plate and it was OK. Not bad but not really good either. It was a lot more like chili colorado. Don't get me wrong, I love birria and grew up eating it often so I expected a little more of the consume flavor but again not bad. I would not order it again, I would try something else. LIKE the biscuits and gravy. I will tell you what is good, their beans. And rice too. I would love to return to Mom's Kitchen. The place is very clean and big clean restrooms too for weary tourists. The service was excellent and friendly. We got there around 2:15 and at 3 PM when they were closing, they were working around us without making us feel pressured to leave.

Lee N.

Yelp
We came here for brunch for the first time over the weekend and were greeted with very friendly service by everyone there. The complimentary chips and beans (not pictured) were to do for. We ordered a B.A.T.S. Omelette and a Chorizo Burrito, both of which were filling and delicious. The toast that came with the omelette included a homemade blueberry jam and a whipped butter. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

Amber B.

Yelp
First of all the wait time was too long to take our order. Having to wait over 10 min when they weren't busy was unacceptable. Then we had to wait over 15 min for our check. And NO they weren't busy. But when I received my food the eggs were cold. After being treated so poorly I doubt I'll go back.

Yelp
What a great little discovery. Had a wonderful breakfast this weekend at this new find. Food was delicious with healthy serving. They also have a great selection of fresh juices. I wish I lived closer .

I can't remember if i left a review after my first time here but i'll leave another one BECAUSE they deserve 100 stars I absolutely love this place, the food, the service, everything is a 10/10. Both times i've gotten the country fried steak and I need to try something else but I'll miss it if I don't order it. We live on the other side of town but 100% worth the drive to come here. I did get the NY Steak and eggs today in addition to the country fried steak .. SO THICK SO GOOD ABD COOKED TO PERFECTION. caramel latte = delicious Chips and beans = delicious salsa and jams = delicious Biscuits and gravy = delicious .... it's good ok , leave me be. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu but maybe one day i'll try everything

Yelp
Cute restaurant ran by Nana herself! The food was all cooked well and the beans and chips were complimentary. Everything had great flavor and service wasn't quick but it wasn't overly long waiting for food either. Great spot in Henderson.

Yelp
Ok people this place caught me off guard and I was pleasantly surprised with everything from the food to the service to the cleanliness This spot is a must stop by with complimentary salsa and chips are amazing The Huevos rancheros was Amazing The eggs skillet was delicious The bacon burger was good but need to reinforce how you want your burger cooked Best breakfast potatoes I've had so far in the west Family owned is a plus , a lot of tradition and pride comes with cooking and it shows Thanks Moms Kitchen for your outstanding service and food

Yelp
Wow! What a great neighborhood restaurant! Wished we lived nearby because if we did it would be our regular spot! Can't get over how friendly the staff is and the great service. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
This place was an INCREDIBLE brunch! Not only was the food delicious but I felt so taken care of by the staff there. It's small, but enough space to walk in and home-y. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito which was huge and super delicious. My mom got their French toast and loved it. The star for me was the pineapple mint (?) agua fresca - I'm still obsessed with it and I want to fly back to Vegas soon just to get this drink I also loved that they started breakfast with chips and bean dip, it was super flavorful and delicious.

Yelp
I enjoyed Moms kitchen both times I've visited, the service is friendly and quick and "Mom" makes her way around the restaurant to say hello. The menu has a decent selection, the prices are comparable to other breakfast spots around. If you come on a holiday or weekend I would try to beat any crowds as the restaurant itself is fairly small so accommodations will be limited.

Yelp
This spot is an underrated cafe! All the food was homemade and seasoned really well. We got in quick. The servers were very friendly and accommodating. The price point of the food is reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Yelp
Warm inviting service. An opening appetizer of fresh chips and beans. Delicious coffee. That's just for openers. Our breakfasts - steak chilaquiles for my wife and chorizo plate for me - couldn't have been better. Couldn't recommend more if you're in the LV/Henderson area.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. This was our second time eating here and we'll be back every time we're in town. We ordered the country fried steak and french toast. Everything was delicious. They also serve a plate of bean dip and freshly fried chips while you wait for your food and it's so good! The restaurant is very clean and inviting. My husband just said "good thing this place isn't closer to our house"... we'd be here every weekend.

Yelp
This might be one of my all time breakfast places! Everything on the menu is made fresh and so flavorful. I can't get enough of the country fried steak and eggs smothered in sausage gravy. All their smoothies are a must try and made fresh!

Yelp
Best hole in the wall breaker joint in Vegas! (Family owned and ran) Service is a little slow, but it is worth the wait! Food is on point! Staff is friendly and always checks to make certain you're happy
