"Opened in Henderson in 2015, this compact weekend brunch spot quickly drew long lines—sometimes an hour or more—on Saturday and Sunday mornings and operated for nearly a decade before closing permanently on Monday, May 28. It became known for both sweet and savory brunch dishes, notably Nutella s’mores French toast, Benedicts topped with pork belly, and crispy chilaquiles with scrambled eggs and Oaxacan cheese. Open five days a week from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., the menu also featured a skillet pancake with caramelized apple slices, a hangover burger with a fried egg, and a roasted-pork-and-gruyere sandwich on rye. A sign on the door and a Facebook message from chef-owner Javier Chavez thanked customers for their support." - Janna Karel
