Spaghetti sandwiches, pasta boxes, and merch from Eminem's spot.

"On your way to the ol’ sports games? Sure, there are plenty of hot dogs, peanuts, and Cracker Jacks inside the stadium, but why not enjoy a filling walking meal from Emimen’s (OK, it’s really run by the folks behind the chain of Union Joints restaurants) walk-up spaghetti joint? Each serving of pasta or s’ghetti sandwich (available with or without meatballs) is served in cute handheld cartons, ideal for munching and strolling to Comerica Park. Plus, there’s a neat mini shrine in Mr. Mather’s honor in the shape of a trailer situated inside the space. Guests can buy merch and check some of the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer’s collectible items. See? Both delicious and educational." - Serena Maria Daniels

"A Detroit-based restaurant associated with the performer that was serving food at the F1 event; its Instagram account shared a photo of the performer posing with the custom spaghetti-and-meatballs cake made for his birthday (which fell on October 17)." - Nadia Chaudhury
"I learned that Mom’s Spaghetti, a collaboration with Eminem housed in the Union Assembly space, serves boxes of noodles in red sauce from a takeout window in an alleyway to game-goers, and during the playoff stretch it sold more than 500 pounds of pasta." - Serena Maria Daniels
"A pop-culture–tinged eatery that blends early-aughts hip-hop nostalgia with convenience-food charm, offering branded merch and jarred spaghetti sauce (nicknamed s’ghetti) aimed at Eminem fans; the initial online release sold out quickly, but a limited run of 25-ounce jars was made available at the flagship downtown restaurant." - Serena Maria Daniels
"In downtown Detroit, I learned that Mom’s Spaghetti—Eminem’s downtown restaurant—has started selling its red gravy in 25-ounce jars that were announced on Instagram to drop online on Thursday, October 26, with orders slated to begin shipping on Monday, October 30. Each jar is priced at $13 (or two for $25), and Curt Catallo of the Union Joints restaurant group says the sauce is produced and distributed out of a warehouse in Ferndale. The online listing even includes reheating instructions: pull pre-cooked spaghetti from the fridge and reheat in a frying pan while adding Mom’s Spaghetti sauce until the noodles have a bit of a snap and the sauce is heated to taste, then add powdered parm and serve with Texas toast with garlic butter to recreate the s’ghetti served on Woodward Avenue. Catallo says the goal was to develop a sauce that tastes like a mom-picked, store-bought jar—no sugar but still with a sweet aftertaste—rather than a scratch, grandma-style baked sauce." - Serena Maria Daniels
