Eminem Debuts New Mom’s Spaghetti Pasta Sauce | Eater Detroit
"In downtown Detroit, I learned that Mom’s Spaghetti—Eminem’s downtown restaurant—has started selling its red gravy in 25-ounce jars that were announced on Instagram to drop online on Thursday, October 26, with orders slated to begin shipping on Monday, October 30. Each jar is priced at $13 (or two for $25), and Curt Catallo of the Union Joints restaurant group says the sauce is produced and distributed out of a warehouse in Ferndale. The online listing even includes reheating instructions: pull pre-cooked spaghetti from the fridge and reheat in a frying pan while adding Mom’s Spaghetti sauce until the noodles have a bit of a snap and the sauce is heated to taste, then add powdered parm and serve with Texas toast with garlic butter to recreate the s’ghetti served on Woodward Avenue.
