Positives:|- Good location: Close to Itaewon and accessible to both Myeongdong and Gangnam as the hotel situated in the middle. |- Gym: One of the better gyms in Seoul hotels. I've stayed at the Conrad, Park Hyatt, Marriott, MGallery, Le Meridien, and the Mondrian was one of the better ones.||Negatives:|- Elevator: No guest should wait more than 5 minutes for an elevator ride. Cabs cancelled on me on several occasions as it took me more than 10 minutes to go from my room to the lobby. There are three elevators - one elevator is for people w disabilities and the other two is for general use. There are two separate call buttons for these two sets of elevators so despite advanced elevator algorithms to make rides optimal, these two sets don't communicate with each other. So you have one just resting in the lobby on its own, while two are working tirelessly going up and down. The problem is that you will find the elevators in full capacity and would need to skip multiple times. For a building that size, it makes no sense to only have 3 elevators, let alone inefficient ones. Search "elevator" for other reviews.|- Rooms: They are poorly designed. For example, shower door should close inward into the shower, rather than outward. As a result, a small puddle would form in the bathroom area no matter how careful you are.|- Staffs: They are hit or miss. Some are friendly and some aren't. Not a 5-star service, but not every 5-star hotels are the same.
