Montien Hotel Surawong Bangkok

The hotel is located in an excellent area, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I'd like to thank Tak for making our mornings delightful. |Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully—better than at home! Definitely this hotel is a must-stay.

Easy check in with everyone kind and friendly. Food is always great with easy in room dining and wonderful breakfast. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed and excellent service every time. Noey was the kind receptionist to check me in and even welcomed me back remembering the last time I was here. Friendly service even to help me book transport to a distant city. Also short walk from many food places and short taxi from anywhere I want to go in Bangkok.

Amazing Hotel and amazing service from all the people that work here. You are welcomed with a big smile 😊 instantly you get out of your car from the doormen. Enter the hotel and once again more smiles from concierge. Everyone are so kind and always taking their time to help you. Waiters, waitresses and the cooks in the kitchen are so accommodating. This is a great hotel to stay at especially with families. I could go on and on, but I don't have enough space. I totally recommend this hotel to stay at in Bangkok.

My second visit to this hotel in three years. Always delivers on quality, staff and service. Excellent location close to SkyTrain and mall (700m walk). Plenty of shops, restaurants and night markets close by. . Also 500m from the Jim Thompson flagship still store which is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended

Just stayed here for 2 weeks and I would thoroughly recommend staying here the hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and the food especially the buffet breakfast was amazing. My favourite staff member was Mr Tikk his Joy and happiness lifted my spirits every day. ❤️ It was my first ever visit to Thailand and thanks to my wonderful experience at the Montien I will certainly return.

Great hotel, facilities, service and staff. Close to shops, SkyTrain, mall, night markets (100-700m walk for these). Easy to get around by sky train, taxi or tuk tuk. Five minute walk to Jim Thompson flagship silk store - definitely worth a visit. The hotel has five star service and staff attention. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love this hotel for amazing design, calmness and comfortable rooms. If you search for night entertainment, there is a night market with a lot bars. Stayed there 2nd time. But this time there is some weirdness happened on the check out. Breakfast starts at 6 am and we had only 15 min to eat and call a taxi. They didn’t let me in because it was 5:58, said I came early. And on check out appeared we left one of the room access cards in electricity slot. The guy on reception was insisting I have it and husband was keeping on saying it is in the room. They didn’t believe! Our room was on the 17th floor, so they made husband wait until someone went and confirmed the key was there. And all of this in the 15 min we need to eat and leave. Why? What are we gonna do with that card returning home to our country????

I haven't got anything negative to say. All staff are beautifully friendly and accommodating. I can't eat a lot off the room service menu and they were able to make up bowls of steam veggies and vegie omelettes off menu which I really appreciate. They really tried to make sure I was happy. Rooms are super clean and a stunning hotel with lovely views of ornate Thai temple amongst the city sky rises! Location is less than 10 min walk to the skyrail that takes you anywhere in Bangkok fast and easy. Also night markets , shopping close by and also the 'sexy district near by for those keen to see ladies or lady boy clubs'
