Best Pies in Texas Hill Country | Eater Austin

"Enjoy the greatness of the American roadside cafe at this daytime Georgetown restaurant. Start with a breakfast plate, like fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits with gravy, the corned beef hash, or the migas, before digging into the main event — the pies. Monument’s bakery sweetens the ambiance with classic chocolate or coconut cream pies; fruit pies including apple and cherry; pumpkin chiffon pies piped with whipped cream; and a strawberry cream cheese pie made with a strawberry mousse. Switch things up by ordering the fried pie of the day, served à la mode. Takeout orders can be placed online, and orders for whole pies should be made at least 48 hours in advance." - Nadia Chaudhury

5 Stars – A Must Stop in Georgetown! Monumental Cafe absolutely lives up to the hype and then some. We stopped in after hearing great things, and every bite proved the praise was well earned. We started with Anna’s Granola: Greek yogurt, fresh berries, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of honey. It was light, flavorful, and right up my alley. The biscuits with sausage gravy were rich and comforting, and the eggs benedict were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. One of the highlights was the mimosa flight. Every juice was squeezed fresh in-house and you could taste the difference. The strawberry and watermelon were muddled to perfection, and the pulpy grapefruit and orange mimosas were bold and refreshing. We also had the pearl sugar waffles (phenomenal), the egg taco, and a side of sausage and over-medium egg, all delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We will definitely be back the next time we’re passing through Georgetown!

Google
What a great diner experience! You get your moneys worth, the food portions are huge. Even the lemonade is meant to be shared. Highly recommend the chicken fried steak with onion rings and corn beef hash. The chicken fried steak and onion rings are coated with light batter. They are really tasty but a bit salty for me. Nevertheless, they are still tasty. You will need to wait for a table for large parties, but for 2 people, we were able to seat at the counter with very little wait time. The biscuits are delicious and must try their coconut cream pie! Highly recommend this cafe with great service and food!

Google
Great spot for weekday brunch! My grilled chicken and fries were amazing and our server Leia was very kind and attentive. The chicken comes with an herb butter that enhances the dish without overpowering it and the fries are Whataburger size and shape but with a much nicer crisp. We were sat immediately as it was a Monday around 11 AM and our food came out hot under 15 minutes after we ordered it. Come early for the coveted cinnamon rolls, as they are gone by 11 AM!

Google
I'm surprised I have never been here before! It's got a 50s theme. I shared a Cinnamon Roll, ended up taking one home with me. Highly recommend this restaurant. Our server named Sky was just adorable and a great waitress. We'll be going back soon with my ladies group.

Google
This is Georgetown’s crown jewel when it comes to comfort food. Who else would bring complimentary biscuits before you even order? Breakfast is served all day, and the choices on the menu are extensive for lunch as well. The Chicken and Grits is wonderful! The daily specials are also very good. I’ve arrived about 11:00 on weekdays twice recently and was able to be seated immediately, but both days by the time I left, every table was full. There is a giant free parking lot just next door.

Google
Breakfast on a beautiful Saturday morning! Wait time was quick with coffee and outside and inside waiting area. Cinnamon rolls are exceptional. You can practically smell the Cinnamon across the table! Frosting is creamy, sweet goodness! Breakfast burrito was flavorful and fresh. Loved it. Service was attentive and helpful.

My fiancé and I stopped her for breakfast and we were very impressed. The service was amazing and the biscuits are absolutely delicious. Everything taste great but we weren’t a fan of the breakfast sausage it had a weird taste. We will definitely be back

Google
Love this place for breakfast. 7 of us were seated very fast on a Friday holiday morning. All of us enjoyed our meals. Service was great and friendly. Food was prepared well and delivered hot. Great daily specials too.

Yelp
The monument Café is a fantastic local café in the heart of Georgetown. It's goal is to be reminiscent of a roadside Café in the 20s and 40s and I think it hits the mark. From the moment you walk in to the restaurant, you feel like you have been transported back in time. It is a wonderful place to come and spend a little time. I really enjoy the atmosphere and vibe this place offers. The staff is friendly, interactive and professional. They are attentive, but not overly hovering around the table. They consistently provide Top Notch service and keep your coffee cup filled (bonus points). One of the things I love about this place is that their food is fresh and appears to be of top notch quality, and in many cases is farm to table.. They do offer a full menu, but my go to is breakfast. Eggs over medium crisp, bacon, and toast or an occasional order of biscuits and gravy. The food is always fresh and full of flavor. Sometimes the wait can be a while , but it is worth the wait

Yelp
This place is always bustling on the weekends, with frequent hour-long waits for a table. My in-laws love it, and clearly others do too, but it's not my favorite. Service is great, with very friendly and welcoming staff who pay close attention to dietary restrictions. The food is fine, but about on par with an IHOP. It's the kind of place where the seats and tables are always faintly sticky and you can carb up for a reasonable price. There aren't enough restrooms for the amount of visitors, so make sure to get in line with your kids before they hit "emergency" bladder level. If you're craving general breakfaat, it's a great local option, but I wouldn't put it on a must-visit list.

Yelp
Monument quickly became our favorite local breakfast place Bustling atmosphere with retro diner vibes Pleasant and quick service Easy parking Nice varied menu Recommend: Coffee, black $3.50 Quinoa Breakfast Bowl, $12.75 Warm red quinoa with poached eggs, chopped tomato, avocado, and crispy chickpeas tossed in a lemon vinaigrette. Healthy, filling and delicious!

Yelp
This is the comfort food diner (but better) I dream of when I'm at home in CA. It's fantastic! All kinds of breakfast favorites, including my one and only love, Eggs Benedict! It was delicious. They had a Mickey Mouse pancake for our little one. The service was excellent! We left a purse behind and didn't realize for 2 hours. They kept it safe for us. The whole place and vibe there feels great from the minute you walk in. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp

Yelp
I stopped by Monument Cafe during the holiday season and found it to be crowded due to a nearby parade. The food was okay, but not particularly memorable. The restaurant does offer high chairs, but be prepared for a wait.

Yelp
Very good food, good service nice employees overall would eat again! It felt like a diner right out of the 80s to 90s! Very fun trip! Their bacon cheeseburger was really good!

Yelp
This is a very iconic place in Georgetown. Such a homey feeling and the food is great. I've been coming here for over 10 years and will continue choosing this place just because. You just can't go wrong with any menu items. I've tried pretty much everything. The best is the great service! People here treat you with such a laid-back manner but at the same time with a great respect. The coffee is superb, and the pies oh-boy you gotta try one of those. If you're up in Georgetown, don't forget to check this gem out!

Yelp
We traveled to Georgetown to visit with my daughter and her boyfriend and they recommended we try this restaurant for brunch. The restaurant resides just outside of the Georgetown Square and it is definitely popular among diners, so expect a wait time. The diner is set up like a 50s diner too - booths and counter seating that will remind you of diners like in "Back to the Future" movie and such. We waited about 30 minutes for a booth, and then we were greeted and served by Jessica who helped us figure out what we might want to eat and explained the various gravy choices. We chose the egg plate with sausage gravy on over easy eggs, the 4 cheese grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup, the fried chicken breast and the monument chicken and biscuit with regular gravy. Well, we were all very happy with our choices! The chicken was cooked perfectly, both gravy were delicious, the grilled cheese was wonderful and of course, the biscuits were divine. Jessica made sure our experience was excellent by always checking back on us. All in all, this was a great place to dine for brunch. We'd definitely return and give this place 5 stars.

Yelp
The monument cafe was a cute stop in Georgetown. We'd heard good things about this place from coworkers so we wanted to give it a shot. For two people, we arrived around 9:20 and were seated by 9:45. Service was great and the coffee refills were great. The pancake was yummy and the migas were good and the omelette was fine but nothing to write home about. I think we'll come back but we're not in a rush to try it again.
google avatar

Yelp
This is literally one of the best breakfast and brunch places I've ever tried!! The freshly squeezed orange juice and green juices just add to the experience. The food was phenomenal, and don't get me started on those delicious biscuits omg Our server looked tired (gets pretty busy) but was enthusiastic to recommend items on the menu and just super sweet!

Yelp
Hooray for Breakfast! Everyone loves brunch but me, I love BREAKFAST! A friend and I decided to stop in on a Sunday before a Costco run. We grabbed a booth and did a quick menu scan to see what stood out. This is a typical cafe so no fancy ambiance or jazzy seating. The coffee was hot and fresh and the service was typical cafe style. Being our first time we really should have asked some questions but just assumed what we ordered was what we would get. Much to our surprise they itemize everything you order so if you ask for more sauce or onion, jalapeño they will charge you. They don't do half orders so you have to order individually . Our server seemed to rush us so we quickly ordered what he recommend and settled. Settling was not a bad idea, the servings were plentiful so we shared and had to go containers. The gingerbread French toast left a lasting impression and the migas taco hit the spot. The biscuit was not as fluffy as I would have liked and the sausage gravy could use more sausage but overall the food was hot, fresh and delicious. We will return with our appetite.

Yelp
Monument Cafe is a family favorite when we're in Georgetown. Onetime it was very crowded & we waited about 30 minutes, another time we got sat right away. The serves are so sweet and helpful. The menu items I order are a pretty basic breakfast and very good. I LOVE the biscuits & one time I tried the cinnamon roll. It was different & yummy. My husband had the chicken & grits. The chicken wasn't his fav but he said everything else was very good. We also love that is a cute old style diner. There always seems to be a wait for the bathrooms but I really like that it's a fully private bathroom. Across even extended family, this is a fav!

Yelp
Truly the best homemade food. The soups are always delicious. Best sweet potato fries ever. Literally. Great BLT. French toast with berry compote and the pecan pie were decadent and delicious. Service is always top notch.

Yelp
I love this place, it's big and their food and attention are nice ! Ambiance is nice too !

Yelp
Top notch food, service, and coffee. Try the onion rings. I'd go back just for those.

Yelp
Wait time is crazy for brunch, so beware! Lol there is a bookstore kinda hidden on the other side of the building so you can kill some time there. Food was good, the service was great- our waiter got us our baby's food first since he was hungry. The pearl waffles are delish and taste like a funnel cake BUT they are sweet so the syrup really isn't needed they were really good. They give you fresh biscuits and jam and it's soo good also!
google avatar

Yelp
One of my top places in Georgetown! They have a great variety on their menu and I always feel like I have serval options to pick from during brunch. Their GF buns are delicious and I love to get the hickory burger. They don't label menu items but it does state GF buns. All servers have been very knowledgeable so far and will volunteer what items they have which are safe! They have GF pie as well (chocolate with nutty crust I believe).
google avatar

Brandy A.

Yelp
I had the eggs Benedict and it was amazing . The service was quick and our server was so sweet . It was cool to watch the cooks it's an open kitchen and it's very clean . It's such a cute place
google avatar

Yelp
The buckwheat pancakes are delicious filling wholesome and nutritious. The chocolate pie is a winner with a pecan crust and dense chocolate filling with whipped cream. The service is fast. The ambiance reminds me of my grandpa's rural farm.

Yelp
I was pleasantly pleased with Monument Cafe. Upon walking in you feel the charm or the cafe vibe. There are pies in display and a friendly smile to greet you. We sat in our booth and were delighted by the simple yet impactful menu. We had a late brunch and orders the Migas (waitress recommendation) and the chicken and biscuits. The migas were a hit with their homemade beans. For the migas we opted for a chocolate chip pancake which was the star of the day. The chicken and biscuits could have been a bit better. For clarity we came an hour to closing so I think the chicken was not the freshest it could have been. The biscuits though were crisp and fluffy. I opted for no gravy and did over easy eggs. All in all it was a great experience and although the chicken could have been fresher the entire experience was great!

Yelp
So far, eating here has been the highlight of the three-day trip to the Round Rock area. Cailey, Bailey but with a "C", was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my mother and me. She was so knowledgeable and professional, balancing multiple tables demanding her time and attention. She was very personable, as if we were the only people she was waiting on. Her food recommendations were right on par with what we were in the mood for. If you want the meal of a lifetime, please choose to eat at Monument Cafe. The environment was that of an old-timey diner. The place was clean and well-maintained. Ask for Cailey!

Yelp
Stepping into this place is a lot like stepping back to an earlier time. This is probably the most popular breakfast and lunch spot in Georgetown. I was surprised to see a few good local craft beers on tap. You can also choose a glass of their fresh made lemonade for $8.25. Our group of 3 decided on a veggie burger, cheese burger and grilled 4 cheese sandwich. The burger was partnered up with one of their homemade chocolate milkshakes which was very good. To be honest, I was expecting a slightly better version of a meal served at Denny's, but it definitely exceeded that expectation. The veggie burger was very good and it turns out that they actually make it from scratch here. For the money, they deliver good quality grub and the service was perfect. When it's time to settle up, they'll bring the handheld device to your table complete with tip screen. We'll be back again.

Yelp
This gem of a restaurant was recommended by a friend. This was our third trip there. It is worth the wait!! You cannot sign in early, call in or make reservations. Don't let that deter you from a visit. The coffee is fabulous and they even sell bags of it! We had the brunch drink flight. It was so good with a bloody Mary, grapefruit mimosa, regular mimosa and breakfast margarita. I had the omlet with bacon, mushrooms and cheese. It was extremely fresh ingredients and so tasty. My husband had the chicken and grits which was very good! We shared my biscuits as a side and the jelly was yummy!! The service was amazing and the experience was great!

Yelp
Monument Café is a popular café in the center of Georgetown, TX. It was originally in a small location, but relocated to the larger place it is in now. The older one is just a few miles south of this location, and is a miniature version of this one (empty building). I've been here several times and I find it to be a good spot for comfort food and a relaxing atmosphere. I usually get the 3 eggs and meat breakfast and choose the sausage (which is good). I got a side of bacon, but it always seems over cooked and very hard cut-through. The Irish porridge is good and has a great consistency, coming with nuts, berries, and brown sugar. The old-school diner vibe is great, and very popular with the older population of the town. There's not many options for breakfast for large families in Georgetown, so this is generally go-to place for most people. Overall, good atmosphere, service, and staff, while the food is average and quite expensive ($5 for a small glass of orange juice). Worth a visit for a dining flashback.

Yelp
Monument Cafe is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the Austin area! It's too bad it's so far north and only open the morning, but I guess that's part of what makes it special. The interior is charming, and the food is simple and tasty. I forget what I got the first time I came here - probably an omelet. This time I got the breakfast sandwich, which was as good as it looks. The croissant was buttery and flaky, but also soft enough to complement the egg, ham, and cheese well. My husband got an omelet as usual, and I had his sides. I have to admit the grits weren't amazing. They could take this review down to 4.5 stars, but everything else was so good I'm rounding up. Our breakfast was quick even though we were there on a busy Saturday morning during the Pistons on the Square car show. I look forward to another excuse to come back up here again! Maybe I'll pretend to be interested in the car show again?
google avatar

Genesis D.

Yelp
Came here not looking at reviews prior and honestly just expecting a simple basic breakfast but the experience was anything but! We chose to sit at the counter and it was so fun to watch the food being put together and served. Service was excellent! We ordered their chicken and grits, corned beef hash, roasted corn chowder, and strawberry shortcake. Everything was delicious but especially the grits. Cooked to perfection topped with a poached egg and crispy chicken tenders. I also feel like everything was large enough to share. Did we? No, of course not. I basically had to be rolled out of there with how full I was.
google avatar

Yelp
Food and service very good. Little expensive. Very nice ambience especially the patio area.
google avatar

Gary W.

Yelp
The go-to breakfast and brunch place in Georgetown that is an institution for the area. It was packed and still they are able to turn over tables and got seated during rush hour within 15 minutes. The chicken fried steak with green beans was the best I had whilst in Texas and could tell the steak was a real steak pounded and fried versus a processed tenderized steak patty. I loved the atmosphere of a busy diner that was huge, but not so loud and packed where you felt uncomfortable. There's so many things on the menu to explore you really have to come multiple times to find some favorites. For me, I hadn't had my fill of chicken fried steak and ended up eating 3 different chicken fried steaks in this trip to Texas.
google avatar

Kathy D.

Yelp
We went for a breakfast here and well it was awesome! Their pancake was massive, literally filled a whole dinner plate and bacon eggs home fries were just amazing! I highly recommend this place and the service was super fast. The waitresses, didn't see any waiters that day, but they were so nice, friendly and helpful! It's like walking back into time into this diner. I highly recommend it! Remind me walking into a diner in the 60s or 70s!
google avatar

Yelp
As always monument cafe a staple of Georgetown. I literally come here every single time I visit. Today I ventured out and tried their corned beef hash and it was amazing! Paired with their house coffee it always slaps. Service is always on point. I always feel like I'm at Pops Chock'lit shop iykyk riverdale reference. Go to monument cafe it won't disappoint!

Yelp
I came here today for the first time. This restaurant is quaint, cozy, comfortable, lovely. Everyone who works here is so kind and considerate; from the host, who seated me to the waitress who helped me. My servers name was Gabby. Gabby was so attentive to my dietary needs, and the dietary needs of the other ladies at my table. She was patient, kind, and informative. Even when we asked her questions that made her go back-and-forth to the kitchen more than once, she did so with patience and eloquence and kindness. So much so, that the next time I come to the restaurant, and I will be back, I will be asking for Gabby as my server, because I am confident with Gabby that I will not be eating anything contrary to my diet! The restaurant has a menu that is vast. There is literally something for everyone there. There's things for vegetarians and for meat eaters! Also, per Gabby, dishes can be altered to fit the needs of the customer. I've attached pictures of the menu for your reference ! I had a breakfast meal today, I can hardly wait to go back for a lunch meal! This restaurant does not serve dinner, they close early in the day. Their parking lot is very small, but the small walk is worth it.
google avatar

Jennifer H.

Yelp
Always excellent! I don't think I have visited this place and not had an exceptional experience. The service is top notch and the food is always good and consistent. We visited for brunch and enjoyed the chicken and grits. For those that need other options there are plenty. My mother had a lite plate which was the perfect size for her appetite.

Nicki S.

Yelp
Delicious three layer carrot cake from the Monument Cafe. Purchased a slice and ended up buying the cake. Highly recommend purchase a slice when visiting the restaurant.

Yelp
Another great experience eating at The Monument Cafe. When you come in the doors, you get that great feeling of being in a diner from years ago. I've eaten several entrees from the menus and have yet to find anything bad. Today was the strawberry, candied pecan salad along with a side of fresh fruit! When it's over 100 degrees outside, I think I made a good choice. The waitress was just perfect. She allowed me to eat, but was there to answer questions or refill that tea glass. They have a great selection of desserts too! I went with the blackberry fried pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. YES, it was good. When in Georgetown, The Monument Cafe is an excellent choice. Go get Full
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent fresh food and service. Everything at the Monument is always fresh and tasty. No leftovers from the day before. There is always fresh in house baked pies and cakes. You can always try the daily specials to mix things up. Then, as far as the service goes, the wait staff is always knowledgeable about the dishes and what's in the dishes. The system that they use to prepare the foods fresh individually is really amazing. It's more like a food machine. If you've been to some restaurants, there may be possibly only a few people in there and it'll still take you an hour to get your food. Considering the number of people the restaurant at one time and how fast the food comes out to you is really amazing. I can't really say what my favorite dishes because I like them all that much. They serve breakfast all day for the late starters. Lunch and dinner menus start at 11:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. There's also a selection of beers and other mixed drinks along with fresh squeezed lemonade, and orange juice. So all in all this is an excellent restaurant.

Yelp
This is my second time visiting the monument café with my mother. Their service is fast, effective, and the quality of every waiter and waitress is kind and respectful. Their food is exactly what you order, and it tastes freaking good. If I lived closer to their café, I would eat their breakfast every week. Their coffee is strong and delicious; as well as their cocktails.

Marilee H.

Yelp
My favorite breakfast spot! Consistently great food and service. The corned beef hash is amazing. Be sure to try their breakfast drink flights. Yummy!

Yelp
The Monument Cafe is diner food done right, like a page from history. From the outside of the restaurant looking like the hangout for the coolest cats, to the ambience and decor inside feeling like another time, to the absolutely delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner and heavenly deserts, it's worth every penny. I had their chicken fried steak and it was even better than I remembered. The portions are impressive, the seasoning in the batter is a melange of flavors, and the meat was tender and just the right level of juicy. I think part of what differentiates them is that they grill the steak rather than just completely deep frying it so the meat cooks better and is more tender. The mashed potatoes were creamy and rich and really tasted great along with bites of the steak. I can't praise the gravy enough, either, as it was just the right thickness and tasted amazing without being overpowering. I also really recommend checking out their desserts and shakes. They have a locally famous Monument chocolate pie that has a superb pecan crust to complement chocolate shavings and whipped cream. I'm not a big death by chocolate guy, but that pie vanished in record time. I love that they complete that diner nostalgia by having delicious floats and malts that can fill any remaining space left in your stomach, and sometimes they have some really interesting flavors available seasonally.

Yelp
I take my toddler here, nearly every Saturday, for our son/mommy dates!! They're super fast, accommodating and most every server we've gotten have been super kind and friendly. It gets PACKED, fast, on Saturdays, but with a toddler, my day starts early anyways (lol). The food is incredibly delicious and just comforting in every sense of the word. Portions are fantastic and we always leave happy If you're a hot tea drinker like myself... the Earl Grey Lavender Tea (yup, you read that right) is literally to die for. Enjoy!

Yelp
I'm not sure what the other Monument Cafe is that also comes up in Georgetown but this place is marvelous. Outstanding food! We had the corned beef hash and the stuffed breakfast burrito. They make their own corned beef on the premises. Both were absolutely delicious. The coffee was terrific as well. And Lauren, our server, was so nice and efficient. I certainly can't think of any place for breakfast that would've been better. Definitely recommend!

Baylee H.

Yelp
If you are in the area, this a can't miss! On a busy day there is about a 30-40 min wait but it's well worth it. I would highly rec the biscuits and gravy and the pearl sugar waffles. It has an old diner feel to it. They boast about using only the best quality ingredients and that is evident after eating the food. 10/10

Yelp
Biscuits are 10 out of 10! Went for breakfast it was very good! Service and ambiance on point!

Yelp
Your Yelper Girl here! My sis and I decided to try this restaurant for breakfast as we had never been. We had perused the menu and decided to share the three egg omelette with ham, cheese, and spinach and the cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll had rave reviews online and we were excited to try it. The omelette came with a choice of potatoes or grits and we chose the grits. It also came with a choice of english muffins or biscuit (get the biscuit!) and choice of jams (peach, blackberry, and a third choice I can't recall) - we chose the peach. The omelette was very yummy; however, for a 3 egg omelette , I was expecting it to be bigger and filled with more food. The grits were not to my liking...they seemed to have been overcooked as they were a tad mushy. The biscuit was the bomb! So warm and melts in your mouth! Peach jam was okay. The cinnamon roll was a bit of a letdown. It was nice and warm; however, it didn't live up to the hype of other reviews. We didn't finish it because it was just okay. The middle seemed a bit soggy where the outside was nice and firm. I wouldn't order it again. I would like to try some other selections for breakfast the next time I'm in the area to see what really wows me.

Scott C.

Yelp
We ate here for the first time a couple of months ago and couldn't believe how good it was. We went back today and are now full time believers!! Really great food and very good waitstaff! You may have to wait 30+ minutes, but time well spent.
google avatar

Jo W.

Yelp
We had never tried this popular brunch spot and decided to on a weekday. Glad we got there when there was a lull - I guess we were after the breakfast rush and before the lunch rush. We only had a 10 minute wait for a table. I had the gluten free pancake with fruit, and it was delicious! My sister had the migas and loved them. The coffee was great as well! Service was great - our server asked all the right questions. Will definitely be back.
google avatar

Eloisa V.

Yelp
Stopped in for brunch during the week. Service was great and as always enjoyed the diner ambiance. I had the chicken with grits, which was delicious. Grits were nice and creamy, with 2 poached eggs, pieces of bacon, aioli sauce and 3 strips of crispy chicken tenders. Had to order toast as a side wish the dish came with a bread. My sister had the avocado toast with an over easy egg on top and salad. Coffee was nice and strong. My sister wanted to take the kids a cinnamon roll but they were already sold out, so make sure and go early or ask ahead if you can if interested, she says they are really good. Will definitely go back and try something new!!

Great cafe! Excellent service and good atmosphere. We went for breakfast. My husband had a pancake with an egg, bacon, and a side of fresh fruit. He said it was very good! My experience was a little different. I know that Avocado Toast can vary from place to place, so I was interested in seeing how the Monument Cafe made theirs. Unfortunately, my tastes differ from how they serve it. The sourdough toasted bread was strong with rosemary, which I do not like. There were only a few slices of avocado on the bread. I asked for eggs over medium and got hard-cooked eggs on top. Also, I did not like the dressing on the side of tomatoes and spring mix. So, needless to say, this won't be my go-to when we come next time. Except for the eggs and the small amount of avocado, the other issues were simply a matter of taste on my part. We would still recommend the restaurant. However, a little pricey.

Yelp
I've eaten there many times and I have never been disappointed. The breakfasts are always great. There have lots of choices in their menu no matter what time you go. I will definitely be eating there many more times.
