Very uninviting atmosphere as as soon as you walk in you're welcome by screens rather than people. Not one person greeted. Burger was extremely greasy and had more of a burnt taste rather than a char. There is so much grease that it seeped through the wrapper which was a clear window to my success if I wanted to become morbidly obese to qualify for disability benefits. The hot fries taste like Andy Capp's hot fries, which wasn't a bad thing. There were only a few options for fries, with or without ketchup or cheese. Didn't get cheese but selected with ketchup and they forgot it. With so many other smash burger spots in the area, glad I went to it but won't be coming back. Especially with 7th Street Burger down the street.

It was my first time going to Moonburger today and I had a great experience! Shout out to Amari, who helped me with my order! It was a quick takeout order and ended up being so delicious! 10/10 would go back again!

Ordered up burgers and fries and two Cokes. My wife loved #9 burger, my #9 was supposed to be a single, showed up as a double was slapped together skewed on the bun. Fries were not hot and cokes were like warm. Nothing special here. As far as the service? You order from kiosk and they bring it to you…. As far as the amazing New York beef goes, It was pretty much cremated.

Place served burger with pickles and toppings despite my order requesting plain. I told cooks and they re-cooked burger perfectly and gave complimentary soda too. Burger was fantastic, similar to smash burger but the patty was very flavorful. Good vibes and great food. Only thing that would have improved the experience would be another room for a nap because the food was SATISFYING and food coma set in real quick.

I ordered an impossible burger, fries and milkshake for pick up and unfortunately the food fell below expectations. The bun and lettuce were soggy and the fries were hard and oversalted. The milkshake was delicious though. There are other good smash burger spots in this neighborhood and since this restaurant is new, I’d recommend ensuring more consistent quality assurance for the food. It’s a cute spot but the branding shouldn’t be better than the food.

Dante carries himself with professionalism, respect, and genuine care for the customer experience. He checked in personally to ensure everything was prepared correctly and that my experience exceeded expectations. You can immediately tell that he leads by example — the staff is attentive, the restaurant is clean, and the service is consistently smooth. The food was excellent, fresh, and timely, but what truly made the experience memorable was the level of hospitality. Dante’s presence elevates the entire atmosphere of the restaurant, making it more than just a place to eat — it’s a place you actually look forward to returning to. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Moon Burger and experiencing the excellent service under Dante’s management. He is a credit to the brand and sets a high standard for customer care.

If your algorithm has been showing you nothing but smash burgers, welcome. My friend sent me this spot on instagram and told me I had to try. After a quick assessment and an empty stomach I agreed. This spot was empty when I walked in and I wondered if I was in the right spot or if it was still open. It's self service, there was no greeting, just workers playing music and having some laughs. I wasn't sure what to do but I looked at the menu to see if they still had the hot honey smash burger which was there for a limited time. I didn't see it and I panicked so I asked one of the guys and got confirmation it still was. I saw the kiosk and went to work I got the hot honey double smash with spicy fries and cheese sauce. With a root beer to wash it all down. It took a bit to get my order. I wondered if I missed a step or if I was supposed to go to a certain area. But they called my number. Let me tell you, it lived up to the hype it was hot, the edges were crisp and full of flavor, the meat was advertised fresh and man you could tell. It was worth the wait as each component was hot and flavorful. It layered perfectly. The fries were good, I don't think you need the spice as it gave a flavor but nothing crazy, but that cheese sauce... SOLID, I was being gluttonous and dipping my burger in there along with my fries.

Moonburger is seriously one of the best burger spots I've tried in NYC. Their burgers are incredibly flavorful perfectly seasoned, juicy, and layered with all the right textures. Every bite has that amazing balance of savory, slightly smoky richness that keeps you wanting more. But the real standout for me the spicy fries. They're absolutely incredible crispy, bold, and packed with just the right amount of heat. They pair perfectly with the burger and take the whole meal to another level. If you're a burger lover, this place is a must.

New addition to the area, got the MB classic cheeseburger which comes with special sauce, American cheese, onions, lettuce and pickles. I haven't found a smash burger that has blown me away, but this was pretty good. Staff was friendly and very helpful.. I'm not a fan of kiosks and they were quick and kind to assist. Excuse the photo, I couldn't find a way to make it look more appealing.

I had the pleasure of trying Moonburger before it came to the city. It is still my favorite smash burgers and their hot fries are to die for. While a little pricey I enjoy both their meat burgers and impossible burgers. Came here for their weekend special collaboration with be bep and their flavors were explosive! I love how seasoned their fries are and would definitely come back. The shake could use more pandan but was pretty good. This time I tried their beef burger and it was pretty good especially the special with the pickled daikon which complemented it very well. I will definitely be back especially now that it's much more accessible to me.
