Great spot for tasty burgers and fries in Bedford, Brooklyn. Clean, well lit, nicely designed place with great service!!! Lady making burgers here is very friendly with positive attitude and welcoming all guests!!! Music played here fits perfectly!!! Will be back for sure 👌👍✨✨✨🏆🤗🍔🍟

I liked the ambience of the establishment however, I found the burger just alright. Nothing special but would eat it again if I was given it

Come for the burgers, stay for the real tree camo bathroom—or is it the other way around? As a vegetarian, I love Moonburger, but I’ve come here with my most carnivorous friends and they agree it’s delicious! It’s an impossible patty, so you know what to expect flavor wise, but it’s griddled to smash burger perfection. It’s the kind of thing that you eat and immediately think, “should we get another?” I recommend the double cheeseburger with ketchup on the side. So happy they’re now in the neighborhood 🌝

Have to revise my review as this is no longer a vegetarian restaurant. Very sad to see a company that got its following by marketing to a specific demographic completely do a 180 and abandon that. Sadly Will not be returning.

I saw the review of this place having the best smash burger in the city I had to try it , Customer service was excellent , my burger was well cooked and juicy I loved the taste . I’m French fry fanatic and I have no complaints can’t wait to come back for more !

If you’ve been waiting for burgers to evolve. Well the wait is over. This place has the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Very fresh and flavorful. Also don’t skip out on the cheese sauce with your fries. I don’t think anywhere in the city has cheese sauce better than them,

I ordered a burger and fries through DoorDash with a cup of cheese sauce. Not only did I not receive the sauce, but I received the most unacceptable burger EVER. I got a Pattie with lettuce and tomatoes AND NO BURGER BUNS!!! What is worse is that DoorDash didn’t even fully refund me, I only got a portion back. Never ordering from there again!!!

I love the retro vibe of the place the colors are really bright and vibrant and the burger I got was very juicy with the hot fries which weren’t too spicy so that was nice.

I didn't even know Moonburger was a vegetarian burger joint until taking a huge bite of the "Classic Cheeseburger" and only thought that the meat texture was odd at first. Didn't think it was vegetarian, also mostly my fault for not reading the super tiny fine print underneath the pic before placing an order from the LED menu. Didn't search up the eatery before going in either. What attracted me the most while passing by was the red, blue, purple, and green LED lighting that I saw from the outside. Passed by this place all the time and finally decided to go in today. Of course I should've checked that it doesn't serve meat though. Nevertheless, size wise was decently spacious and there was an ample amount of seating with the bar stools against the wall. Service was a bit slow because there were lots of orders in front of mine. Staff was still patient and friendly though. They couldn't print out the receipt due to a glitch in the system for that day. The vegan cheeseburger almost looked like its meat version from afar. Scent and texture wise were different. Too late for me to head to a regular burger place serving meat when I ended up realizing the truth in the end. Burger didn't have an amazing wow factor like other Yelpers had mentioned before. It was decently okay although I probably don't see myself going back again except maybe for the fries and vegan shakes. Fries came out to be piping hot and fresh from the fryer, so at least that was great! Cheese sauce was okay as well, not the best but it wasn't bad to dip the fries in. Was given few packets of ketchup in the white paper bag. Staff was stingy with the paper napkins, only gave me two pieces when I asked if I could get more. Pricing was more on the expensive side since the location was in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. You could get a combo meal of burger, fries and soda for about $20. The bathroom was really cool with the huge, green "Moonburger" LED lighting on the wall. I ended up taking several mirror selfies. There were also sounds of birds chirping and the waterfall flowing as the audio in the background. Cool vegan burger joint for those who didn't want to opt in for the meat version.

Stopped by for some burger and fries on Friday night. The vibe is fun and retro. I ordered a big combo cheeseburger, which came with fries (you can pick the hot fries) and a drink. I also got some cheese dip (recommend). I waited for about 6-7 min or so to get the food (it was pretty busy so not bad, considering). Overall, not a bad bite! It is an impossible patty - I kind of wish they would make their own vegan patties but I like impossible too. It is messy though, so get some extra napkins. I'd stop by again if I'm craving a burger/fries. Didn't get to try the shakes this time around but they looked good!

Came here to check this spot out while passing by and the red interior caught my eye. The burger itself was alright, very average but not as great as you'd expect. The hot fries were average too, nothing much really stood out from them. I'd say if you're interested in trying this place, then go ahead and get the cheeseburger and fries, but otherwise if you're looking for a great burger, there's other burger places in the area that are definitely better in my opinion.

Nice vegetarian burger spot! No frills, no lofty expectations, no disappointments. Wish they had more comfortable seats

First time i had it i was high and thought it was great. Second time it was just kinda greasy and a smushed patty, not bad but not so exciting. Then i heard they were adding real beef to the menu so now i have no reason to try it a third time

These guys are SO BUSY that they can leave half of your order out of the bag for a delivery and tell you have to come in to get the order you paid for. They are so beholden to Toast, they cannot under any circumstances send you the order. Refund only, so screw yourself if you're hungry and are watching your kids so you can't go get your food. The guy on the phone talked to me like it was my fault they screwed up the order and still wanted food instead of a refund. Interesting, if flawed, business model.

upon entering moonburger, a lovely waitstaff, too bad I forgot her name, patiently explained the process and gave info about this new type of vegetarian restaurant, different type of options. Food was excellent, but, we think the burger needs a bigger bun, and we need utensils.

Ambiance inside was very cool. The aesthetics are retro and futuristic at the same time. Service was quick despite how busy it was. Got a double cheeseburger and spicy fries. Cheeseburger was good though to be honest just tasted like an impossible burger. I feel like its hard when it's not real meat to switch it up but it was cooked well. The spicy fries were more BBQ which i don't like but perfect crisp.

I was gonna leave a bad review because the burger was pretty mid, halfway through the burger I realized it was an impossible patty and that's why it lacked flavor. So for a fake burger not bad...but not good either. Touché Moonburger
