Influencer Logan Columbus (cucumber dude) put me on to hot pot/shabu with his invention of hot pot bombs.
What a genius!
IDK about you but I'm looking forward to the tuna kimchi casserole flavor!
In all seriousness, why not support a small local business instead of purchasing his hot pot set collab for $130, yea?
During the winter, I've been craving hot pot/shabu on the regular. I found Moore Asian Fusion on TikTok for being TT friendly.

Mikiya-inspired AYCE Shabu with three tiers:
1) American Wagyu ($49.99 pp)
2) Australian Wagyu ($59.99 pp) - Our pick!
3) A5 Wagyu + Seafood Platter ($89.99 pp)
Includes AYCE apps, veggies, rice/udon, and ice cream.
AYCD Sake, beer, and soda for +$16.99 pp.
You can also do à la carte. Considering American Wagyu is $19.99/plate and Australian Wagyu is $24.99/plate, it made economic sense to go with AYCE.
Ordering is done via QR code so you can maximize your 90 minutes.

* Karaage: More like popcorn chicken but it's freshly fried - crunchy and tender with a creamy aioli dip.
* Gyoza: Didn't try
You're automatically brought an app tray of cucumber salad, edamame, kimchi, potato salad, sweetened salad, and wood ear mushrooms.

* Tonkotsu: Pork Bone Broth
* Sukiyaki: Sweet Soy
They also have mala, tom yum, kimchi, and curry broths.

* Australian Wagyu
* American Wagyu
* American Ribeye
* Premium Lamb
* Kurobuta Pork Belly
Fresh, thinly sliced not frozen. Ok quality, the Australian and American Wagyu were not as marbled as other hot pot/shabu spots.

Platter: Cabbage, spinach, bok choy, enoki, king oyster mushroom, corn, carrots, kabocha. Fresh, good variety.

Housmade Ponzu, sesame, and cilantro.
All three oddly ran too sour. Ordered a raw egg (+$2) for dipping.

Friendly and prompt (one of two tables).

Used to come to this space as a kid for dim sum and what a transformation! Trendy with a nice bar area with TVs for watching the game. The second level is perfect for a private karaoke party.
Overall, Moore is a decent place for shabu or if you're looking for a private space for an event. IMO, the restaurant name doesn't do them justice since you wouldn't think Moore is a shabu place. Thank you TikTok for this find!
