Mooyah opens its first Las Vegas location in 2022 - Eater Vegas

"Mooyah Burgers, Fries & Shakes opens its first of five Las Vegas locations in early 2022 in Centennial. The restaurant heads to the Montecito Marketplace at Durango Drive and Elkhorn Road anchored by a Smith’s grocery store, taking over a former See’s Candy space." - Susan Stapleton

Customer service was amazing. Food was very good, location was fantastic. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the smell. There is a very distinct smell soon as you walk in the door. Other then that, the place is awesome!

We went here after our hike in Mount Charleston. The burgers were SO FRESH and it tasted homemade. The fries were really delicious too. The staff were super friendly, including Kenadie, and asked multiple times if we needed anything. We didn't even need to pick up after ourselves, one of the staff members came and picked up our trays and trash. Definitely worth a try! 😍

The service was great, Kenadie was welcoming and made great suggestions to help us with our orders. They were able to apply military discount to our orders when we showed ID. Place was neat and clean. Food was delicious! We ordered the burger battle box Moo yah

I don't usually write reviews but since MooYah's customer service isn't getting back to me about my experience, I'm going to put it here. I've been to this location a handful of times and every time I go, there's no one in the place but the food takes over 40 minutes to come out. It also always seems like there's one person working as a cashier, food runner, cook, and cleaner. That could explain a lot. The food's been decent but not amazing. On May 28th, my husband and I went for the BOGO burger deal they were having for National Burger Day. We got in line and decided what we wanted then placed our order. As we were going to pay, I said, "Oh - I have a coupon". The cashier said "online". I stared at him expecting him to say more but he didn't. So I said, "what?". And he said "It's only online. I can't do it in store". I had read the fine print before going to the store to ensure we could order at the counter, which we could. I didn't want to argue so I said, "ok - we'll order through the app then". I'm pretty sure he was just saying that in hopes we'd just leave. We place our order and waited over 45 minutes for our food. When we got our food, it didn't look great at all. By this time, they were closing so we left without fully inspecting the food - just checked to make sure we had 2 burgers and 1 fry. When we found a place to eat, we were severely disappointed in our burgers. Mine was missing bacon (which is an upcharge), tomato, and spicy ranch. The bun was also broken and smooshed. My husband's burger was missing the fried onions strings and possibly the queso (another up-charged item) - we couldn't tell because it also had mayo on it. His burger patty was very small and was overcooked. Based on this experience and their customer service not answering my two messages about this experience, I doubt we'll be back to this location. Hopefully it gets better, if not - I can definitely see it going out of business soon.

Google
I would give this place a 0 but it’s not possible I did not receive food or drink. Asked for a refund right away. Manger is currently arguing with me over a refund. The place is over priced. Can’t even ask for a water cup. Even though there is a soda fountain If you’re worried about stealing soda then offer water cups that you fill like every other establishment in town. The soda fountain they just had the CO2 filled so couldn’t even fill a soda. They knew they just had it filled and did not adjust it before offering soda. Took forever to get my order refunded which they said they had to keep the tip. Place is laughable. Tried to take a picture of the fully empty building. Manager flips out because her kid is in the far back corner of the place. Whole place is empty. When she asked me to not take a picture of her kid. I said can you please move so I can take the picture. She then got mad that I talked to her child who is a minor. I said I’m trying to get a picture for the review. Words were exchanged. She became belligerent and was super hard to under with the heavy accent. Over all. Over priced. Inconsiderate. Empty. Bad manager. The place will be gone in 6 months and become a statistic. If you want a pricey burger with better service and drinks save your time and go to Red Robin’s. Edit. So after reading a few reviews it seems that they refuse refunds after bad and improper service just like with me. Some things I forgot because I was mad as hell when I left before. The manager had to call to get approval to refund me. Then had the audacity to say he must really this money badly. I can give it to him out of my pocket. Are you kidding me? I’m coming in spending money on food I know is overpriced so I don’t have to drive home for lunch mid day. The audacity. To top it off the whole place smells like cleaning chemicals. I am now attaching the photo and for respect of the minor I blacked them out. (As an owner I’m surprised you have your employees kids sitting in the establishment where customers could be with feet up on the seat bench). Look for this review on BBB and Yelp! Hope this helps you avoid this place!

I can’t remember the last time I came to a walk in restaurant and be greeted so nicely. Jasmine and Kenadie were very helpful showing me the menu. And followed up and asked me if I needed anything else. The food was delicious 😋 And service in better!!

Yelp
For $13 I got a bbq cheese burger & fries. Man oh man, I absolutely DEVOURED this entire the meal. The burger was hot and fresh, the fries were overly salty (my fav). The service was quick and efficient. I ordered for pick up and it was ready before I arrived! Impressive! The restaurant appeared quiet and clean. I'd stop in and eat next time!

Yelp
Nice ambiance. Service was good. Now for the food. Shake excellent 4 stars. Fries good 3.5 stars. Hamburger looked great. Tasted not so great. Because the main event was the burger and it wasn't great I have to give it 2 stars. A few changes to the seasonings may get this place to a high rating. For now can't recommend it.

Yelp
Walked in and was greeted right away. After placing my order I was told aprox 8mins. Waited 20, the men who ordered after me received their food before I did. The restaurant looked clean. Ordered 3 burgers and 3 fries. The burgers were good the fries could have used some salt but over all a nice experience.

Yelp
We have never been to this restaurant. Thought to try it out. The only good thing about this restaurant was the flavor of the food. The service was down right disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Lacking customer service all the way around. Came in around 30 mins to closing. Chairs were already put up in the dining room. The workers were ready to go and did not want to serve my daughter nor her boyfriend. I requested a Vegan Burger. However, instead of having the lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. I requested the lettuce and tomatoes to be put on the side and for the burger to have a bread bun. The woman taking the order said she couldn't do that. She then made the order be BYO instead of what was requested. The burger didn't have the mushrooms or anything on it. The receipt for the order was passed around because the women didn't want to take the order. This food cost nearly $50. All the orders were done incorrectly. There was hair in my daughter's food. Received potato fries instead of sweet potato fries ask requested. To have this experience for the first time ever coming to this restaurant is highly disappointing. The flavor of the food is there. The service isn't. So, if you decide to go. Just be aware that you may get hair in your food and horrible customer service. Thank you.

Yelp
Food was horrible. Way too much salt, I left there feeling like I ate a salt tablet. The wait for food was ridiculous considering there was no one in there. Will not be returning

Yelp
I don't understand why this place doesn't get more love. I live as far away as you can get from this location but you can bet your bottom dollar every time I'm in the area I head straight for Mooyah Burgers. I used to frequent Mooyah when I lived in California and I was ecstatic when I found out there was a store here in Vegas. It's about 40 minutes from my house so I can't come as often as I'd like. In my opinion nobody makes a burger better than these guys. They're incredibly juicy, full of flavor. Even the kids meal sandwich tastes like a five star burger. I don't understand why they don't get more support here on Yelp. I have to add my two cents, hoping it will boost the ratings a bit. All I ask now is that *somebody* opens a Mooyah franchise in west Henderson. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Yelp
Food 5 star Service is a mid 3 star Ambiance 3 star needs music so the workers don't have to wear ear buds.

Yelp
I'm happy to say our food was good, fries delicious , crispy and fresh, ambiance good, burger joint like, service very friendly and the food came out in less then 10 mins for 4 meals. But while my burger tasted great, the meat was pulled from the cook a bit too soon. Should have been more caramelized, fat rendered and no pink. Instead my double had a little pink on both patties. I asked for extra fresh onion and to my disappointment they chop their onions instead of sliced . I'd much prefer sliced onions . I asked if they had jalapeños and while they do, they are pickled. These aren't bar nachos. It's a burger joint. My recommendation: slice your onions and offer fresh and grilled : sliced jalapeño options. Not pickled. We will be back. It ms worth the return.

Yelp
My Hubbs chose here for a quick lunch between shopping stops. We walked in and waited a few minutes and a guy looked out from the back to let us know he'd be right with us. And sure enough he came out short after. In Al honesty, he seemed pretty uninterested, also had his air pods in his ear and that drives me crazy! We ordered, my Hubbs got the Double Diablo burger and I got a build my own turkey burger. He ordered loaded fries.... To hell with a diet, lol. It's all fresh made so it takes a little bit ti get your food. The ladies who brought the food out were so pleasant! Everything was good, the fries could have been cooked a little longer but they were edible so we didn't ask for a remake. The turkey burger was really good! You never know if they are going to be dry but it was cooked well, juicy and tasty. The decor is really fun, too. There were some bummers: I asked for a multi grain bun, it's on one of the menus-they don't have them at this location. I asked if they have lemon for tea and was told no, then told they are also out of tea. I'd definitely recommend Moo Yah for the turkey burger!

Yelp
Meh I was in the area and thought I'd check it out here rather than just go to Carl's across the street. I was happy to see they offer what they call "Lifestyle" choices as I'm into lettuce-wrapped burgers. Well, I certainly received a lot of lettuce. I ordered the "Low Cal" which is lettuce wrapped with Avocado, Tomato, chopped Onions and Cholula. It was a pile of lettuce, plenty of Cholula, one slice of Tomato, one slice of Avocado and a container full of chopped onions. The patty was overcooked and dry so the lettuce was actually saving the whole dish. I appreciate what they're going for here so I won't go 1 star but it's not great.
google avatar

Amber S.

Yelp
Just a heads up, this location no longer gives out WATER cups, even though they have the tiny styrofoam cups. Apparently those are only for the kids meals. Also maybe their AC isn't working because it's a little warm in here. Our burgers were still good and my husband got the loaded fries and he loved them. I don't think we'll be back, there are lots of other dining options nearby.

Nikolys G.

Yelp
If you need a good review, look at this. 1 burger combo, 1 burger with a milkshake and a kids combo came out to $45. Pretty pricey but this was nowhere worth that. Mooyah burger had tiny bits of lettuce and 1 measly tomato. Other burger was a bbq and you could taste zero bbq. Milkshake was oreo but tasted more like vanilla with once and a while a cookie. Only thing i can see the burgers being that pricey is potentially the meat they use but thats a guess. Surely will not be coming back.

Yelp
First off, really good burger... Heading out of town back to Reno. I need to get a burger on the way and a search yelp found this place on the way. You can order through the Yelp app. Pick up or delivery. After reading all of the options, for the MDC burger which is basically A double cheese burger. Served on a potato bun. The order options are very nice. You can add all kinds of stuff to your burger, or take stuff off your burger. What we order: MDC burger (extra tomato, extra sauce) The ranch hand burger Small potato chips Large fries The food was ready when we arrived. All bagged up nice and neat. We decided to sit in to eat. so my wife and I really enjoyed the burgers. The pictures online are typical of anywhere else that makes the meat look like it's huge. The double burger here is pretty much just like a single burger in a restaurant. But the potato bun is amazing. The way they put the burger together is just good. Sidenote: this is not a low sodium diet. The burgers were salty, the chips were extra salty, and the fries were salty. So yeah... Lots of salt. Next time I would try the option of asking for no salt. The only really issue we had was the potato chips. There was a small portion, and they were burnt. I decided to try one and absolutely tasted burnt also. So we went and asked for a refund. The girl had no issue giving us a refund. The fries or fresh fries and absolutely awesome. My wife got some ranch to dip it in, and it kinda seemed like fake Ranch... No idea how they made it but it's not the typical ranch you would get on a salad. The only other thing I would consider, is parking is on a premium for Saturday afternoon. Have to kind of wait and search for parking. As soon as we were getting in the car they were three people hovering lol. Will definitely come back and have burgers and fries here.

Yelp
juicy burger, really tasty fries. no problems at all with the service, but the pricing is okayyyyy. Interior was very regular no complaints. For all their competitors, I think they should figure something to do that separates themselves from other places because 5 guys, and other places are still winning.
google avatar

Yelp
No clue why this has such a low rating. We were going to go to a tik tok burger place but the line was insanity so we tried our luck here and it was a treat. Clean inside, great burgers, the best sweet potato fries, and the service was fantastic, like really good. The cashier was friendly, brought out our food to us, brought us sauce, and said he'd clean our table so we didn't need to clear it ourselves. Again, zero idea why this has such low reviews. Our experience was great. It was expensive, but what place isn't these days. We will be back.
google avatar

Collin C.

Yelp
Came here during prime time dinner hour for a pickup order. Came Inside and was greeted by a worker and handed my order within minutes. First time trying mooyah I was impressed with the friendless and quick service as I placed the order 15 minutes before showing up. The fresh cut salted fries are to die for fresh and hot. The double burger with their signature sauce is delicious. Can't see a complaint here other than there's not enough locations!
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Mooyah a nearby burger restaraunt. Decided to pick up rather, dine in. Service was on point. The restaurant looked spacious and clean. Unfortunately, this will be a difficult review for me to post. My expectations were so high and excited to really get a taste of Mooyah burger. Let's start off with the large Oreo Milkshake. Great taste however the size, in my opinion was not worth the price. Id stick to regular size. Side of fries were soggy and not crunchy. The well D'onion patty burger tasted great, the spicy ranch brings out a spicy unique taste with my favorite grilled and fried onions, looks messy but tasted great! Three classic combo cheseseburger, patty tasted roughly bland. Thankfully, ketchup provided helped brought out the taste. The full count was delicious. Love the taste of relish and bacon on the hot dog is always the best combination. Overall the prices are too pricey for the quality and size. But nonetheless, somewhat enjoyed my experience. Definitely give them a try!

Yelp
This is the Best Burger In Town!! I use the app to order ahead of time so it'll be ready when we get there.. For one meal expect 10-20 minutes for preparation time for large orders 30 minutes. I haven't had a burger better than this place so far here in Vegas. The "MDC" is my favorite one.
google avatar

Carlos C.

Yelp
Me and my wife enjoy just stopping into random places that look interesting and MOOYAH Burgers certainly did not disappoint! The decor was really cool and had a nice swag to it...almost like a 50's dinner with a bunch of upgrades! The Staff was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions before we ordered. We both got burgers (check out the pics) and I can honestly say that this place had some of the tastiest and juiciest burgers I've ever wrapped my mouth around in Las Vegas! The bacon was cooked perfectly in each with every bite exploding with flavor! We needed extra napkins for these savory burgers and the hand-cut fries did not disappoint either! If you go here, bring an appetite cause the portions will certainly fill you up! If you're looking for a wide variety of tasty burgers, look no further!

Kyla H.

Yelp
I have been several times - trying to give them a chance but when the restaurant is COMPLETELY empty and it's still takes 18 minutes for 2 burgers and one shake it's time to say this is not worth my time. Sadly food is pretty good - but the wait time is inexcusable. I Will not be back to this location after this 3rd attempt.
google avatar

Isabella D.

Yelp
Save yourself the trouble! felicia does not honor coupons. The burgers are small and the tomatoes tasted very off. First and last time. Wish I would have listened to all of the other negative reviews before giving this place a chance.
google avatar

Kellie B.

Yelp
So sad. I know the owner really works hard to make this location a success but I've been there 6 times now and keep getting disappointed. I've frequented the Walnut Creek California location 50 times and love the burgers just can't seem to get the same quality or service here. 4 of 5 of the burgers in my last order were made wrong
google avatar

Ronni T.

Yelp
The service was amazing, I'll say that right off. Staff were super friendly and helpful, came to check on us etc. The whole restaurant needs a good cleaning though. Corners/edges of floors, table, walls, chairs, bottles of sauces, counters around the soda machine and register, etc. Everything was Kind of dirty with dried food on it, or greasy finger prints, or dirt collected in corners, etc. The flavor of our burgers was delicious and again the service was great. I think if they could just take some time to do a thorough top to bottom cleaning, that would help.
google avatar

Steve P.

Yelp
Terrible service - slow, not helpful. No cups for water. We were excited to see a MooYah but this one will be out of business soon.
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
Overpriced and slow service despite you likely being the only person in the building who hasn't gotten their food yet. It's like going into a Burger Im or a cheeburger cheeburger. I dont recommend eating at either
google avatar

Regina B.

Yelp
I should have just listened to the reviews! This burger joint is over priced and it's not even good. The meat is dry and the burgers are the size of a slider. Service is slow. No wonder why this place is always empty yeah it looks nice inside but doesn't mean you can charge so much for a dry small tiny burger. The fries are bland and soggy. Never coming back here at all.
google avatar

Abe F.

Yelp
2 customers in the restaurant, I put my order in for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. Took appx 25 minutes. Got my order and I was in a little bit of a hurry so walked out and drove off. Reached in thr bag to grab a french frie and, yup they forgot the fries. This is the 3rd time Ive came here where my order was missing food. Customer service was dry and unfriendly at best. When I came back in to ask about my fries I waited 7 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me and come to the front counter. (She walked past me 4 times and said nothing) Check your food before you leave at this place. Could be a good burger spot, but consistently fails

Yelp
I was dropping off a friend at a PT appointment the other day, and what should I see rising in front of my eyes but the word "MOOYAH!" I had to rub my eyes and blink... I was told that MOOYAH was only in California. When I first moved to Vegas, leaving my beloved MOOYAH burgers behind was one of my biggest regrets. I walked in, and it was the same restaurant that I knew and loved in Southern California! Venus was at the front counter and seemed to be handling everything. She was very friendly and welcoming. She led me through the process of getting points and setting myself up with a new account on the MOOYAH app. Once I had my first bite of that burger, I was transported back to the first time I had the MOOYAH experience. No one else has a burger like theirs, truly an exquisite experience for the tastebuds! I highly recommend anyone in search of a truly extraordinary hamburger to run, don't walk! To this MOOYAH Burger franchise.
google avatar

Sam L.

Yelp
I thought this place was supposed to be fast food? We waited over 45 minutes for our food for four, which is absolutely ridiculous. It wasn't overly crowded, about one person ordered ahead of us and 2 people came in for DoorDash. If this is common, it should be mentioned when ordering. We did receive an apology when our food was brought to the table and it was pretty good but I'm not inclined to come back since a place like this is not worth it if you're not in and out in 30 minutes.
google avatar

Megan V.

Yelp
I've been intending to try MOOYAH since they first opened and finally decided to try it today. I placed my order via the mobile app and found the experience to be really quick and user friendly. I opted for the BYO Angus Beef Burger and enjoyed that I could add lots of veggies at no extra charge, which is rare in the fast casual industry. I was curious how the food would taste as I ordered it to go and it took about 15 minutes from pickup before I could enjoy it, I was pleasantly surprised! The food was still warm and the fries were not soggy. The burger was the perfect size for me as I don't like think burgers. All of the fresh veggies I added really helped to compliment the flavor of the burger while helping to cut through the heaviness of the meal. The meat was cooked perfectly and had good flavor. I am a fry connoisseur and the fries were delicious. Not a super crispy fry, but not soggy either. The milkshakes look delicious, so I'll definitely be back to try one of those! Overall, if you are looking for a good quality burger spot, MOOYAH is worth a try!

Carl K.

Yelp
Great service staff. The double bacon burger and fries was outstanding. Great juicy Angus beef. The one draw back was the cold bun. It was actually cold with warm food in the middle. The restaurant was clean, but like the bun it was freezing in here. I was actually shivering cold. If I am over in Summerline again and craving a burger I would come back here
google avatar

John M.

Yelp
This was my first Visit to Mooyah on Durango. I went in for carry out. The restaurant was clean and the decor was trendy with red, white and black accents. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My sever Felicia was very helpful navigating the many menu items. I ordered the MDC (double cheeseburger) Fries and a strawberry shake. The food is made to order and the fries are hand cut. I thought the burger was very juicy and tasty. I'm not a big fan of hand cut fries because I like a crispier fry, but they were good. The shake was very tasty, and the straw is HUGE! I figured the shake would be thick judging by the size of the straw, but it was smooth and creamy. I felt the price point was a little high (what isn't these days?), but for the quality of the food and service, I would definately go there again!
google avatar

Mia L.

Yelp
I had the WORST experience I've ever encountered at restaurants. It's hard to understand how the older Latina woman who served me chose to work in the service industry, as she clearly lacked knowledge of customer service and seemed unwilling to provide any assistance to customers. She was extremely rude and I will never come back.
google avatar

Ty R.

Yelp
It's very rare I leave a one star review but there is nothing positive I can say here. Let's keep in mind that I've worked in lots of different food service positions over the last 15 years shall we? I'll just leave a numbered list here. Now, I KNOW they were short staffed. I get that a lot which is why I understood waiting nearly 30 minutes for food. Owners, pay your people! Here are the issues: 1. Burger was wildly overcooked. I mean charred. The jalapeños that can on it were three of the tiniest jalapenos I've ever seen. This was a severely forgotten about burger with flavor added as n after thought. 2. The buns. The buns were nicely toasted but flavorless. 3. The sauces were flavorless as well. For the record I ordered the double diablo. I hear Diablo and it should be the game or something spicy. 4. The fries had zero salt on them. I had to do 5 packets of salt just to make a few edible. 5. The service was slow enough where I watched people walk out. Why on earth would you keep DoorDash or UberEats active if you can't serve your dining room? That's on the manager (who was very nice, but justifiably frustrated). I won't be back. This place will be closed in a year and deservedly so. I'll just drive the extra distance for In N Out. Whoever is franchising or owns this joint, pay your staff. They'll show up and care.
google avatar

Nicole D.

Yelp
Upon walking in, I was impressed to be greeted by people working in the kitchen and the overall appearance of this burger spot. It's super cute inside. But unfortunately was let down by the quality of the food, for the price. $16 for a burger, fries, and drink. The patty itself was good, but there were barely any toppings, leaving the burger to taste mushy. I felt like I tasted nothing but patty and bun. I probably wouldn't come back here and it's a shame because the service was good and it's a cute spot overall.

Laura B.

Yelp
The quality of the fries was terrible! The potatoes tasted burnt and looked burnt. I called to express my disappointment with the franchise. His solution was to come get free fries. I worked in a fast food restaurant with a fryer. This means that the oil is old. If the oil is old, has it expired? I will never eat it again!
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
All the food came out cold and dry. During the 20 minutes we waited for the food the cook came out and argued with the cashier in the middle of the store because we asked for applesauce and they didn't have it. The fries are had and cold. This is not worth the $50 that we spent and I will be contesting the charges with my bank due to the location not wanting to answer their phones. They should be ashamed to charge so much for such garbage.

Mike L.

Yelp
Dear Owner/Management, We left a review on another website but since we were unable to respond to your reply this site is our alternate. If you recall, we expressed concern about a 39-minute wait for food delivered to the dining room and the apparent disorganization in the kitchen, which seemed to lack management oversight. It appears there may be some misunderstanding about how to retain customers when their experience falls short. While I don't want to come across as petty or entitled, it's essential to recognize that when customers voice their dissatisfaction publicly, offering some form of incentive can encourage their return. Simply acknowledging the issue and expressing hope for a better future visit is not be enough to reassure them. As a former restaurant owner/manager in Summerlin, I understand the challenges of maintaining customer satisfaction. Consider reaching out personally to dissatisfied customers. A message like, "Hi, I'm the manager, and I'll personally ensure your next visit meets your expectations," can make a significant difference. It doesn't even need to involve a freebie--just accountability and recognition of previous shortcomings can foster goodwill. Best of luck with Mooyah on Durango!

Yelp
No mushrooms on a mushroom Swiss. What I was told were mushrooms look more like 3 little char bits from the grill. They did not remake my burger as they said but added to the now cold burger. They put lettuce and tomato under the hot burger patties so they wilted and gross. Cheese sauce half full and after have to take back the mushroom Swiss the whole $60+ order is now ice cold. They did nothing for my wasted time or trouble. All the food sucked. It might have been good when hot but we'll never know or be back. So much for supporting the little guys. They need to fire those children because they're destroying that business.

Yelp
National Hamburger Day was this past weekend, and I was looking for something close to home to get my fix - this spot popped up in my Yelp search results, and their site mentioned a great deal on their app for the holiday. I downloaded the app, placed an order and off I went. PROS: + The app is easy to use and you get immediate (and seemingly frequent) discounts and deals. + Service in store was quick and friendly, and the location itself was very clean. + My food was reasonably tasty, and the "build your own" burger has a lot of customization options including keto, low carb and gluten free choices. + Generous with the fries? They plated my burger with a small pile of fries, and then said they'd bring out more? Not sure if this is normal but they also brought out a small takeout box with more. And they were the good, skin-on kind. + GREEN CHILE QUESO. Add this on to your order, it's a $3 side perfect for adding to your burger or dipping your fries. It was a highlight for me, for sure. CONS: - Good luck using your app in store for discounts. The app scans your receipt, but this location was unable to print a receipt. Not sure if this is a one time thing or a regular occurrence. - "Build your own" option has a lot of customization choices, but the prices are not commensurate with what you get. Grilled mushrooms will run you $1.99, but you'll get less than a tablespoon's worth. Not ideal. So my first visit was a mixed bag. It's not the best burger spot I've been to, but I'll probably return with another discount in the app. Hard to really recommend this spot unless value improves a little - without the "national hamburger day" deal, my meal (burger, individual fries, queso, no drink) would have been nearly $20. At any local bar and grill, the burger would have been substantially bigger or around $5 less.

Yelp
This place is a hard PASS and NEVER AGAIN for me. Since it was new, hubby and our son decided to get dinner here after a work out this Saturday evening. They ordered me a keto burger, our son got a bacon cheeseburger, hubby ordered the Paleo burger and we got a kids hot dog for our youngest with an Oreo shake for takeout. When we got home, we found that my burger was NOT a keto burger. Not even close. They gave us the wrong order. A mystery burger if you will. Wth! First of all, don't mess with a female who's hungry, just worked out, tired and would like to receive the CORRECT order! At this point, I am now HANGRY! What nuisance and waste of time! The amount we spent wasn't cheap either as this place is pretty pricey! We could have easily went to subway, where I can watch them make my sandwich and make sure I get what I ask! If I was going to eat just a beef patty and lettuce for dinner, I wouldn't have paid $12.29 PLUS TAX for it when we have the ingredients at home! Overall, Nope not coming here again and will definitely not recommend this place. The only thing good about it I guess is the crispy bacon that my son enjoyed in his burger. Waste of time and money. SMH.

Yelp
I noticed that the representative Mooyah burger and fries Hayley P. Business customer service has reached out and replied to other reviews, but there was no response to my review and an explanation for bad service

Yelp
$41.57 for this? Missing bacon on The Paleo. The meat looked subpar, was bland, and had no weight to it. $13.29... Missing onions on The Best Quesonario $9.29 Loaded fries were the best item and they were average at best $8.29 We had a free burger promo as a new customer. It was scanned. Didn't come off the bill. Went to pay and the CC machine asks for a Tip. This was take out so no Tip. Apparently, instead of having a button for no Tip, they shame you and make you push "Other" and then type in $0.00 while they glare at you for not giving them gratuity. SMH Also, we ordered a Large Banana Cream Pie Shake. $7.49 Bet you could have guessed, they gave us a small!

Yelp
Mooyah is a new restaurant located in Northwest Las Vegas, off of the Durango/N95 that focuses on burgers, fries, and shakes. It's located in the shopping plaza next to a few other businesses such as Port of Subs and Smiths. There is ample amount of parking available. My partner and I stopped by Mooyah for dinner on a Thursday evening. There was only a few other customers inside Mooyah at the time. There is spacious amount of table seating available. The restaurant was clean and the inventory was well stocked! Mooyah has a set menu and a secret menu as well! There was only one team member at the register, so we ended up waiting about 10 minutes before our order was taken. If you're eating inside the restaurant, you're provided a number after your order is completed. Our order: The Hamburdog: Fresh, Never-Frozen Certified Angus Beef® topped with a Hebrew National® All-Beef Hot Dog, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Fried Onion Strings, Ketchup, Non-GMO Potato Bun The Indulgent BBQ: 2 Fresh, Never-Frozen Certified Angus Beef® Patties, Pepper Jack Cheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fried Onion Strings, BBQ Sauce, Real Mayo, Non-GMO Potato Bun An order of French Fries and Green Chile Queso. The wait was quite lengthy. We didn't receive our burgers for 30 minutes. The Indulgent BBQ burger was provided first, and then the Hamburdog came out shortly after. The team member accidently dropped the meal on the table and the hamburger bun, including all of the fried onion rings were thrown on the table. She brought the order back, for one minute, however, they did not re-cook it, nor did they add in additional fried onion rings to the hamburger. My partner thought the Indulgent BBQ burger was okay, but that the patty was overcooked and just to small for the burger bun. The French Fries had too much salt on it and was quite crispy as well. The Green Chile Queso was awesome though! Overall, it was a decent experience at Mooyah, but it is quite expensive, approximately $40.00 for just two burgers and French fries. Next time, I'll have to try out their shakes!

Yelp
This place is AWEFUL I submitted a complaint to corporate and the employee sent me a threatening email to my personal email. The complaint was that they were trying to over charge me because the employee didn't know how to substitute an item that I had been able to substite online free of charge. I was contacted by someone in corporate and told someone else was going to call me... Months later, I'm still waiting. We'll be going to Habit or Smash burger moving forward and will be telling my friends and family to do the same.

Yelp
this is the worst service i have received in awhile. from the coughing without covering mouths. to my food being remade 3x and still not up to par. my burger was completely cold. twice. by the 3rd time the fries were cold, so they needed to be remade as well. this isnt regular been out awhile kind of cold, no my burger was completely barely cooked, because the workers were joking and laughing my entire order. Worse; the person at the register, maybe he needs more assistance in a range of areas, but he did the whole "thanks sir. ma'am. sir.uh, idk, what are you?" bit. laughing. and it was weird and unnecessary. i have not been back since and i am still very disturbed by the entire experience. anything like that is never worth it. and there was a line of people forming that also had complaints with their food would not be surprised if that worker is no longer there anyway.

Yelp
Second experience here. For the first I ordered quite a few toppings, and they put them on so heavy it was a total mess and too sloppy to eat. This time I chose less toppings and the burger was much better. One of the better burgers I've had lately.

Yelp
First time my son and I went to this place. Why is it so hot in there? I don't even know what to say about this place or the food. I guess it is ok if you cannot find anywhere else to eat.

Yelp
Mooyah Burgers (Centennial location) is a casual-style burger restaurant located in Centennial Las Vegas. The restaurant has a modern interior and calm ambiance offering food items from burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes. I ordered the Mooyah Cheeseburger. Unfortunately, I have to say the food quality did not meet my expectations. Compared to other burger-focused restaurants, I felt as though the food profile and taste depth was lacking. The burger was too soggy from the excess amount of sauce, and maybe it was because I ordered just a single patty cheeseburger but the bun size overpowered the taste and quality of the burger patty and other ingredients. The presentation of the dish was lacking as well (won't go into too much detail as I have attached a picture with this review). The service was standard. One thing that did disturb me though was when I was waiting for my food, I can hear employees in the back/kitchen socializing and laughing aloud about their personal lives - which I don't mind but please do not be too apparent when customers can see and hear you from the dining area. The price point was on par with what I was expecting, ranging from $7-15 a person, depending on the food items you order. In conclusion, I do NOT recommend this restaurant. I would recommend you save your time and money and go elsewhere that serves similar style burgers.
